From our very first meeting to talk through our vision, Shawnia made us feel so heard and excited. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made the whole process feel effortless. By the time we did our engagement photos, it already felt like we were working with a friend — she made us comfortable, kept us laughing, and delivered photos we fell in love with instantly.
On our wedding day, she was nothing short of incredible. She didn’t just show up to take photos — she helped with the timeline, assisted with coordination, and made sure everything stayed on track. Her attention to detail was unbelievable. She noticed the little things before we even realized them and stepped in to fix, guide, or adjust without ever making anything feel stressful.
She captured every moment beautifully — the big emotions, the small candid moments, the details we worked so hard on — all of it. Our photos are truly priceless to us.
We are endlessly grateful for her talent, her professionalism, and the heart she poured into our entire experience. If you want someone who listens, cares, and captures your day with true artistry, she is THE one. We would choose her again a thousand times. 🤍 -

Shawnia was super awesome to work with! She was very friendly and we had our photos back within a week of the wedding! They turned out better than we had hoped! My husband and I would highly recommend her if you are looking for an outgoing photographer who takes fantastic photos and is super fun to work with. -

Personable
Shawnia was the most personable photographer. I was so appreciative that she helped us stay on time (we were ahead of schedule which is 👌🏼🙌🏼 on wedding day). She was also SO fast with our photos. We had SEVERAL within 24 hours of our wedding. Also, she captured moments I am so glad she did. Our laughing, our LARGE family, and my favorite a moment with my grandpa that I’ll hold onto forever. Highly recommend that you stop your search right here. She’s the girl for you! -

We are so glad we chose Shawnia as our wedding photographer. Obviously we hoped for beautiful photos, but she went above and beyond. Before the wedding, she arranged multiple calls to go over our must-have shots, timeline, and other details. We planned for golden hour photos and our wedding day was on and off rain with overcast skies all day. She adjusted our plans to fit in all the must-have photos and squeezed pictures in whenever there was a gap in the rain. The day-of flexibility and professionalism was unmatched and made for such a fantastic day. Our full gallery was delivered quickly and turned out beautifully. So glad we went with Shawnia :) -

Beautiful photos by an amazing photographer
Shawnia was so easy and fun to work with. She came to our wedding with beautiful ideas and fun poses for our wedding party and my husband and I. Speechless
She’s the absolute best photographer there is, if I had to choose any photographer for anything it would be her every time. She caught our special day in the most beautiful way. She captured our personalities, our humor, our love for eachother and she even caught the most beautiful sunset. Her photos are something we can look back on and remember our special day as if it was yesterday. I cannot say enough. -

Flexible and Such a Joy to Work With!
Shawnia did a great job managing our wedding day even though my husband was so sick with Norovirus on the morning of the wedding! She reworked the timeline last-minute and helped to work around his limited mobility. She helped me to prioritize what I wanted and made sure we got all the photos that I dreamed! We still had so many amazing photos of the day, and I can't thank her enough. She was such a joy to work with, and I highly recommend her! -
