We searched and searched for an affordable officiant in Southern California that would be able to help us tailor the script of our ceremony to our lives. Then after hours of scrolling, there is David. I could tell by the smile on his face in his pictures that he was our officiant. I could feel his enthusiasm through my phone screen. It also helped that he looked very dapper in all of his pictures! David is responsive, fees are affordable, he’s dependable, and such a sweet soul. I would highly recommend him to any friends and family of mine that are getting married. I cannot rant and rave enough about him. -

I'm a bit late but David was great to work with! He made the process smooth and simple and listened to what we wanted and allowed us to make changes along the way leading up to our big day. He was great during the ceremony and eased our nervousness. Thank you so much David!! -

Dependable and charismatic
David did a great job at personalizing and delivery our wedding ceremony. He included many personal stories that my husband and I had shared with him and really brought life to the ceremony. He was flexible and respected what we were looking for in our ceremony. We loved the energy he brought to the wedding and would recommend him to anyone! We were so happy with having him be part of our special day.

Mark Sent on 03/22/2018I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Officiantly Wed and Dave. My fiancee is from Taiwan and a lot of her non-English-speaking family was coming in for the day. Dave PRACTICED CHINESE just for a few sections of our wedding. Our relatives were so impressed!
Dave was punctual, understanding and energetic. All too often I'd go to weddings and the Officiant barely had a pulse. Dave was smiling, laughing and making sure we were comfortable the whole time. He also worked closely with us as we had a sort of unorthodox ceremony with a few actions that were done away from the central pulpit. No problem, Dave planned for it and it went off without a hitch!
Can't recommend him enough, especially in a market where some Officiants want an arm and a leg just to show up. Thanks Officiantly Wed! -

Maria Sent on 03/21/2018Walking down the aisle to an original piece of music is a thrill that is bound to make any bride feel extremely special. For us, it was also among most impressive and memorable details of our wedding.
While I always loved the idea of an original song, I had no idea how the actual process of having it written would work. After my first meeting with David, my fears were gone. He was an absolute joy to work with from start to finish. David's work style is very collaborative and he knew just the right questions to ask to help me to articulate my vision. He also had the foresight to consider things I never would have, such as matching the song to my walking pace, writing a softer beginning and end to the song so I wouldn't have to worry about "hitting my mark," and timing the whole piece to the amount of time it would take to walk down the aisle. He sent me several versions of the final product for feedback and approval to be sure that I got just what I wanted.
In the days leading up to our wedding, David was there to work with the DJ and the venue to ensure that my song would sound perfect on the day of the wedding - something that I really appreciated since brides have enough to deal with in those last days.
I highly recommend including David's services in your wedding. His talent is an impressive as his joy is infectious. He will make your day even more memorable than you can imagine. -

He made my husband and I feel so comfortable, and he really made an effort to make sure we had exactly the ceremony we had always dreamed of. He took so much time to make sure everything was perfect, and worked with us every step of the way. His outgoing and friendly personality shone when he was at the altar, and my friends and family literally can't stop asking about him. David was also very responsive; whenever we had a question, he'd get back to us right away, which was a huge relief considering how stressful planning a wedding can be. He was a huge hit, and I am so glad Officiantly Wed was a part of our special day!
