Hiring Stephanie as our officiant was easily one of the best decisions we made for our backyard wedding! From the very beginning, our interactions with her were so warm and inviting (even over email and facetime). I knew our ceremony was going to be so meaningful because she really cared about getting to know us as a couple and was very mindful in asking us exactly how we wanted it to be customized. All of our guests raved about how sweet she was and how she truly encapsulated our relationship! Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without her! -

Your search for an officiant is over. Steph is the best! She was recommended by our photographer, and we are so glad she was available. The ceremony was personal and felt like us as a couple. Stephanie jumped in to officiate our wedding when our original officiant tested positive for Covid the day before. I was nervous, since I had never met Stephanie before, but she was incredible. She met with our original officiant, caught up on all her notes about our preferences, and knocked it out of the park. It was definitely unique to meet my officiant at the alter, but she was wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone getting married in Tahoe. -

Stephanie was an absolute delight to work with. She is organized, responds to questions quickly, and is genuinely such a nice person.
Stephanie transformed what seemed like a simple questionnaire and brief virtual meeting into the most intimate, personal and heartwarming ceremony. She truly surpassed our expectations and left us and our guests moved by the celebration of our marriage.
My husband and I can’t recommend Stephanie highly enough - it was a pleasure to have her as a part of our special day. -

Stephanie is genuine, sweet, and caring! She was always on time and present for all our meetings (out of ALL our vendors, Stephanie was the only one who did not show up late or forget a meeting.) so we were very appreciative for her professionalism! She asked thoughtful questions, was patient to our needs and answered all our questions. Stephanie has a unique background as a Social Worker, and I think her background and expertise in this area clearly shows in her role as an officiant. She guided our ceremony just perfectly! She included all the elements of sweet, romantic, funny and my husband and I really felt she perfectly captured who we are. We couldn't be more thankful we found her and highly recommend her services!! -

We cannot even begin to express how grateful we are for Stephanie. Our wedding was effected by the Caldor fire and we had to find a new venue in 48 hours. Stephanie was so flexible and supportive throughout the whole process. She was a calming presence on our wedding day and helped make sure everything ran smoothly. We cannot imagine having anyone else marrying us. -

Stephanie was SUCH a pleasure to work with! She truly made our wedding ceremony feel like she had known us forever. Her words were so beautifully crafted that she brought most of my family to tears, and had me and my husband crying like babies lol! Stephanie made us so comfortable and has such a calming and gentle demeanor about her, it’s hard to explain! She even let my baby nephew take her hand and bring her to the trees to play in the pinecones. I highly recommend Stephanie! -

Best Officiant Ever
I’m getting chills just thinking about how magical the day was because of Stephanie. She took time to get to know us and customize the ceremony to our style and our words. I was nervous about standing up there and Stephanie was the most soothing presence. My bridesmaids said they could listen to her talk all day long because she has a wonderful and comforting voice. Most of our guests were tearing up from just beautiful the words were. She really took the time to get to know us, our relationship, and our hearts. I could go on for hours about how amazing it was but even some of our older guests who have been to hundreds of weddings said it was the best ceremony they’ve ever attended. Thank you so much, we love you Stephanie! -

Amazing!
Stephanie was the officiant for my daughter’s wedding and did an incredible job! It was the best wedding ceremony I’ve ever heard. Everyone loved her and commented on what a beautiful ceremony she performed. She was professional, personable, supportive, and really had a way of drawing you into what she was saying. She really focused on the bride and groom and brought their feelings and words into the ceremony, which made it that much more personal. Highly recommend! -

Stephanie helped us create a wedding ceremony that multiple guests shared was "the most intimate and moving ceremony" they'd ever seen.
Her attention to detail, warmth, and kindness helped ease our nerves leading up to our wedding day and she was incredibly helpful on the day of!

Wonderful officiant coach!
We originally hired Stephanie to officiate our Tahoe wedding. When we had a last minute change of location to Big Bear she saved the day by coaching one of our friends in the area to officiate for us instead. She wrote us a beautiful bilingual (English + Spanish) script for our ceremony that our close friend performed while my husband’s mom translated. The ceremony was incredibly personalized and my husband and I felt that it was representative of us, our cultures, and our relationship! On top of writing the script Stephanie was incredibly helpful getting our friend ordained and prepared so the process was smooth and stress free. We absolutely recommend hiring her if you are thinking about having a friend or loved one marry you! -

We had the best experience with Stephanie as our officiant. We had to postpone our wedding last fall due to COVID and then finally decided to elope in the meantime. Stephanie was so easy to communicate with as our plans changed. She was extremely flexible and accommodating! She was even up for joining us on our adventurous elopement in Lake Tahoe that included a rainy/snowy hike in cold weather to a remote beach! On the day of our elopement she was so helpful and encouraging. The custom ceremony she prepared for us was beautiful and was so memorable. We feel so lucky to have worked with Stephanie on our special day! -

My husband and I decided to attempt a very last minute elopement in December of 2020 after having postponed our wedding twice due to covid. Our dating anniversary was on December 27th so we felt that date was the most special to elope on. The 27th was a Sunday and the weekend of the Christmas holiday so we weren’t sure if we’d be able to find vendors willing to make that date work so last minute. Luckily we found Stephanie through social media and from the very start she was an absolute godsend for us. Stephanie was so flexible, helpful, understanding and supportive to us while we were figuring out the details of our elopement in a very short amount of time. Having her help to handle the logistics that come with a quick elopement was indispensable. Things like guidance in acquiring a marriage license, finding a ceremony location and sourcing other local vendors would have been so much more stressful to figure out without her and she helped us glide through these tasks with ease and reassurance. It was wonderful. Even though we met just a month before our wedding she made us feel really comfortable and connected and she was able to create the most intimate and special ceremony for us. We could not image having anyone else as our officiant and we feel 100% that finding her was meant to be. She will be apart of our elopement story forever and we will forever be grateful for her. Stephanie was brought to us by our elopement planner, Ruthanne Z. We are forever grateful for this. Because we were coming into South Lake Tahoe from out of town and we had one week to plan, we did not have the chance to meet Stephanie until moments before our ceremony. During the planning, Stephanie responded quickly to all our questions and she made sure she understood what we were looking for in our ceremony. On our wedding day, despite having met moments before, we were able to build an immediate connection with Stephanie. She has a soothing, calming, and loving presence to her. She moved through the ceremony with the perfect tempo to allow us to stay calm and present in such a big moment of our lives. The words she said were perfect and reflected exactly how we felt. During our vows, Stephanie allowed my husband and I to have our own moment alone. We felt it was just the two of us, holding hands, and telling each other how much we love each other. We are so pleased to have Stephanie marry us in Tahoe. She is extremely professional friendly and helpful! I had to change the date, and she was very understanding. As it was, we had car failure on the way and when we got there she couldn't have been more comforting.
She was genuine and professional, truly involves herself in your ceremony!! Our Day couldn't have been better. :) -
