We hired Phil to coach our friend officiant and it was 100% worth it. It took a lot of stress off of us (& our friend) and the “speech” he gave was perfect. Phil gave us multiple scripts / a sheet of quotes to potentially use. We made it our own from there! We honestly don’t know if we would have asked a friend to officiate if Phil hadn’t been there to help & we’re SO GLAD it a was an option. Phil is kind, easy to talk to and clearly very experienced at what he does. You should hire him! -

Phil was referred to us by our wedding planner and we loved his energy from our first conversation. He made the process of planning our ceremony seamless while also making it feel completely tailored to us and our relationship. He made an effort to get to know us and what we love about each other before creating a few ceremonies versions for us. I cried reading through each one and he worked with us to create a final ceremony that was completely perfect and personal to us. He brought such a genuine and upbeat energy to our ceremony that our guests thought he was a friend or family member. I can't recommend Phil enough as a wedding officiant. Thank you, Phil, for being such an important part of our day! -

Best Vendor I Chose for My Wedding
Phil is phenomenal! My original officiant cancelled on me two days before my ceremony and Phil stepped in and saved the day when I reached out to him on such short notice. He’s super energetic, friendly, and organized. Everyone at the ceremony loved him. I can’t recommend him enough! -

Phil was our officiant for our intimate, elopement style wedding and he was perfect! We were planning our ceremony from out-of-state and he was quick to respond to emails as well as provide helpful suggestions. We did not have the chance to meet him in-person until the day of our wedding but his warm personality made us feel like he had been a long time friend. If you’re looking for an awesome officiant, we would definitely recommend Phil! -

The number one comment made by our guests after the ceremony was that he seemed like a true family friend that we had known for a long time. Phil offered so much help and support as we planned every detail of the ceremony. From meeting in person, to reviewing and suggesting edits for our ceremony/vows, Phil took the time and gave personal attention anytime we needed it. The actual ceremony went flawlessly, Phil made us all feel at ease, and guided us through every part (which is good because I think we were pretty nervous!). We 100% recommend that you take a moment to meet with Phil and discuss what you're looking for in an officiant and in a ceremony. He is genuine, kind, and humorous, and will give you the exact memory you are looking for.

Phil is THE BEST!!!!
From start to finish, Phil delivered perfect service. He was SO responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a destination wedding in Colorado and he made this aspect of the wedding planning very easy. We received constant compliments about him, everyone loved him - including us. He fit in perfectly, conducted himself professionally and accommodated ALL of our needs. We could not have asked for a better person to marry us. THANK YOU PHIL!!!!!! -

Phil was so great to work with. He was so personable and made our day so incredibly special. My wife and I could not have envisioned our day any better than what Phil made it. We are from Indiana and got married In Colorado so we did not get the pleasure of meeting with Phil before hand but had several phone conversations with him. We only met Phil on the day of our wedding it felt like we had known Phil for years. His personality is so outgoing and funny he will make your day just as special. -

He is the most positive person, and has such a genuine soul! He responds to emails/texts almost instantly and is always so happy! Hands down one of our most favorite people to be apart of our wedding, and we didn’t even meet him until day of! I will recommend Phil to anyone and everyone. I appreciated Phil FaceTiming with us so he could create the perfect ceremony. He was flexible in where we wanted the ceremony (he even drove off-roads to the outdoors location we wanted) and provided us with a lot of options so we could do our own vows too. I highly, highly recommend Phil! You won’t be disappointed. Overall, super sweet guy. His personality will make you feel like you’ve known him for years. I wish I lived closer so he can be my pastor!

There are not enough words to describe Phil. After I received a list of 5 officiant recommendations from our wedding planner, I started my deep dive in wedding reviews. But it was Phil's instagram that really sealed the deal for me. I won't spoil it, but let's just say I needed an alter selfie! We was very organized and sent us 3 templates to chose from and then we personalized to our own. He was friendly, approachable, resonated with our entire audience, focused on nature and connection just like we wanted and most importantly, has a voice that sounds great on our video!! ;) We liked him so much we recommended him to our brother and sister in law for their wedding! If I could rate Phil over 100% I would! Truly one of the best parts of our wedding day. Almost 7 months later, I am still getting praises for how amazing of an officiant Phil was for us. He was personable, professional and friendly from the beginning. Our first phone call, we felt like we had known him for years!! He listened to our feedback truly delivered the most amazing ceremony. He even asked me what I wanted him to wear!!! I thought that was a very special touch that I didn't think about before. If you're thinking about booking Phil for your wedding, DO IT! You will not regret it :) -

After a few emails and then meeting with him in person, he was able to craft a beautiful ceremony that fit our personality and intentions. We worked together to tweak a few portions and he was easy going, easily available, full of great ideas, and easy to communicate with the entire time. It's hard to put into words just how honored we were to have Phil officiate our wedding. Not only did he assist in making our rehearsal, ceremony AND reception run smoothly, he was a huge help in the weeks and days leading up to our big day. Phil made and kept timely virtual appointments in which we worked to assemble our ideal ceremony script and check things off of our "to do" lists. He was beyond helpful in the fine tuning process as we got closer and closer to our wedding day. He reminded us of little details, like which hand to reach for when putting on our rings, how to relish in the day and not get lost in the stress of everything, how to carry on if we got lost when repeating our vows, etc. Knowing we had Phil as our team leader, helped boost our confidence throughout the entire experience–especially when we hit unexpected bumps (because not everything will go perfectly, no matter what)! Phil also put together a VERY detailed timeline for both our rehearsal/dinner and the day of our wedding and made sure that our event coordinators and vendors received a copy--this was instrumental in creating a seamless flow of communication for everyone involved. He even wrote in a time for us (the bride and groom) to have an intimate moment together after the ceremony where we sat down to eat and revel in the magic that just ensued. That ended up being SO IMPORTANT because we got lost in the celebrations later on and neither of us had time to sit down or eat during the reception. Another thing that we were so impressed with was his quality of care–not just for us, but for our vendors and planning team. Phil made sure to communicate important details with our cinematic team (timeline, transitions, etc) and even arranged a block of time for them to sit down and eat during the reception! He remained in constant contact with our parents, bridal party and event coordinator, providing guidance and support as needed. When I failed to supply a wifi hotspot for our DJ, Phil offered his phone without hesitation. We wouldn’t have had music at our reception were it not for him! Phil's attention to detail, quality care, thorough checklists/reminders, timely meetings, and natural charisma made one of the most important days of our lives so very special. We are beyond grateful for his talent and cannot imagine the day without him.

Phil did an amazing job during our ceremony. He is a great public speaker and did a wonderful job directing the ceremony. He has this natural energy about him that is so calming. He made us both feel comfortable right away. Though we had a small ceremony, everyone kept commenting on what a wonderful job he did. From beginning to end, the process working with Phil was effortless. Highly recommend! -

WOW...where do we even begin...Phil is incredible to work with! He is fun, personable, and made us feel very comfortable during the entire ceremony process. He provided us with 3 drafts and from there, we all collaborated until it was perfect. There's truly nothing Phil could have done differently for us—he knocked it out of the park! Phil is a delight!
Phil made our wedding that much more special! He is a gifted writer and a warm individual. From our first phone consultation to the ceremony, he was incredibly supportive and engaging! He truly makes you feel like you are the only couple he is working with, despite that being far from the truth! Phil helped us craft the perfect ceremony for our RMNP elopement, and it felt like we had a longtime friend there to officiate for us! In addition to doing an awesome job at the ceremony, each meeting we had with Phil throughout the process was encouraging, light hearted, and helped us get excited for the big day amidst the hustle of daily life. Phil is a delight, cannot recommend his services enough. -

Beautiful and thoughtful wedding ceremony
We had such a great experience with Phil, we couldn't believe we got so lucky. Phil came recommended to us by our wedding planner, Carly Witzberg with Milk Glass Productions, as an officiant who performs non-denominational weddings. My husband and I didn't want to get married in a church or a temple but wanted to incorporate elements from our religions wedding ceremonies into our wedding (I'm Greek and my husband's Jewish). Phil worked with me to craft the perfect combination of Greek and Jewish wedding traditions into our ceremony and made it flow effortlessly. For him to write your wedding ceremony, he has you fill out a questionnaire about yourselves as a couple and then individually about each other. When everything came together, it was a beautifully crafted speech incorporating personal details about us and our families, mixed with our culture's wedding traditions. It was so perfect, our guests actually thought Phil was a close friend/family member! I would HIGHLY recommend Phil for your wedding day. He was my favorite part :) -

He is trustworthy, caring, organized, knowledgeable and just a good soul. Having Phil at our wedding made our cermony so memorable. He made sure we had all the elements in our cermony that were important to us. He gave us choices and examples to guide us and when we wanted to make some last minute changes, he made it happen. Phil should be your number one choice for an officiant at your wedding. We had such a great time with Phil we hope to see him again when we visit Breckenridge.

Forever Grateful for Phil !
Phil was fantastic and one of the best decisions we made when planning our elopement. He was referred to us by our wedding photographers, and he did not disappoint. He made the process incredibly easy even before we even met him. He tailored a beautiful speech and vows for us that matched exactly what we were looking for. Perfect execution!
Phil was awesome! We got to zoom with him before the wedding and we just clicked! I loved that he sent us script options but let us fully customize ours. Our ceremony was so intentional and personal and Phil executed it perfectly! Every single person was in tears. He’s worth every penny! Through very well planned background questions, Phil is able to artfully craft and skillfully deliver the most intimate of details that, frankly, will make you and your guests feel as though he has known you for years.

We used Phil for our very small and intimate wedding ceremony at Saphire Point. It was short, but in the 45 minutes (total) that we worked with Phil, it felt like we had known him for years. Given the size of our wedding, I was concerned that it would feel like our families and a stranger, but it did not feel that way at all. I would choose him for my wedding 10/10 times. He has absolutely earned every award he’s ever received, and more. -
