Amazing officiant services
Joycelyn was a joy to work with. She was prompt, professional, and kept everything in order. From the time we reached out looking for her services until the day of our wedding and even after she made sure everything was filed on time and we were happy with her services. The ceremony went without a hitch and made our sand ceremony as we were blending together as one so memorable. There was even humor added to the tears of joy. We couldn’t thank her enough for the services that were provided and highly recommend.

Quick Saturday Wedding
My love and I decided to elope on a whim..we started planning for a huge wedding and decided to halt everything...we went and got our wedding license on Thursday and decided that day to get married on Saturday September 14th. I searched online and found this energetic, flexible, kind and professional officiant. She WAS AMAZING..when we have our big ceremony we will ask her to officiate.

Jocelyn Ross is the best!
I’d highly recommend using Jocelyn Ross for your wedding. My husband and I used her twice. We chose Jocelyn after interviewing several Officiants and she listened to what we were thinking, gave some great ideas some of which we used some of which we did not, and she was genuinely happy with everything we decided on. We ran into a snag getting our marriage license before our wedding and Jocelyn told us once we got it, she would sign the certificate. We were living out of state and not able to get the license before we had to return home. On our one-year anniversary we flew back to Chicago and Jocelyn not only met us but went to the park and performed a private ceremony for us before signing the marriage certificate making it official.
I would like to note that during the year between our ceremonies she was on Married at first sight!

Cardinal Wedding May 27 2017
Jocelyn was so friendly and easy to work with. She came over on a Sunday afternoon to discuss our plans and theme. The vows she wrote to incorporate the baseball theme were spot on. She was always there when I had a quick question . She help so much the day of our event and even stayed the enjoy the lovely afternoon we had.Love keeping in touch with her. She is part of the family.

Amazing Job!
Jocelyn was amazing to work with! She was prompt in her communication and always eager to answer any questions we had. At the rehearsal she wrangled the group together and made sure everyone was well-versed on their role and the order of events. On the day of the wedding, Jocelyn executed as planned and even took care of handling the marriage license. All we had to do was hand it to her, no signing nor taking it to the city building afterwards required on our part; super efficient!
She also offers a discount if you book her services through WeddingWire. I'd highly recommend working with her!

Monique was an excellent officiant for my wedding. She spent the time to get to know me and my husband, and really customized our ceremony and made it special to us. She provided lots of laughs and serious thoughtful moments. She was very flexible with our ever changing covid-era wedding. She spent a lot of time texting us and making sure we were ok/ wedding planning wasn’t getting too stressful, and always offered herself as a resource to talk to.

Our wedding experience with Jocelyn was carefree and pleasant. She was instrumental in every step of the wedding process. We were married during the coronavirus pandemic when many businesses and governments were closed. Jocelyn called counties in Illinois to assist us getting our marriage license as well as recommend beautiful venues to complete our nuptials. She was so charming and friendly that my family thought she was a relative of my husband. We were very pleased with the ceremony and would strongly recommend her to any couple planning a wedding. We were truly blessed to have Rev. Ross as the officiant for our wedding ceremony! She made sure everything was in order and ran smoothly. She provided an outline of the ceremony for our approval beforehand. After the wedding, she provided very helpful suggestions to the photographer for our portraits. Jocelyn was a answer to a prayer showed up to do a ceremony in less than 24 hour notice for a couple that wanted to get married in front of a grandfather who was sent home on hospice. Jocelyn was an amazing officiant. So good in fact, that we actually dropped another officiant we already paid a deposit for. Her enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the entire process was top notch, which is something we didn't find with the other vendor. She followed very defined processes so that she didn't miss anything, and everything was seamless from the contracting through to the rehearsal & big day. Can't recommend her enough.

Jocelyne performed our ceremony and did such an amazing job. My husband and I felt at ease and not pressured in any way to do certain things in out ceremony. She listened to our every wish, and offered some great ideas as well. She made the ceremony fun, while still being romantic, which is exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend Officiant On Demand!!

We had Reverend Ross, and she was wonderful every step of the way! She did everything the way we asked, provided a lot of information and direction ahead of time, and kept in touch about things outside of the wedding just to form a bond before our big day. Her services were a steal at the price, and she is just a lovely person all around.

Jocelyn was amazing! She was so enthusiastic throughout the entire process and extremely easy to work with. I had some technical difficulties getting some information over to her and she had no problem accommodating me. She gave us a beautiful ceremony and had great suggestions for things we didn't even think about. She is highly recommended!

We used Jocelyn to officiate our gay wedding. She was a great pleasure to work with. She was very very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Jocelyn came to our practice and boy was we happy. Our wedding planner we found out later was more of a decorator and had no clue on how to actually plan the day of ceremony or how the day should actually go. Well no fear Jocelyn to the rescue. I would recommend Jocelyn without any doubt. Jocelyn will make your day a complete success. She is a pleasure to work with very pleasant always smiling. Before I hired her I read the reviews which every single one was 5 stars and I know why. I live by reviews so I felt obligated to review her and let the world know...Look no further if your looking for an officiant you can stop looking. Jocelyn was wonderful as an officiant. She met with us (via skype) before the event to discuss what we would like in the wedding, She explained the process step by step, and told us exactly what we would expect.
On the day of the wedding she arrived early to once again make sure we understood everything, and helped us through the process. Jocelyn was wonderful, and we received many compliments from our guests, about how personable she was.
At the end of the ceremony she took some photos. She felt like family to us.
She is HIGHLY recommended!

Jocelyn was fantastic! She was very friendly, easy to reach, and helped me every step of the way. I had a Medieval themed wedding and Jocelyn did everything perfect with ceremony to match my theme. She even gave me more ideas to use with the themed ceremony to make it extra special. I couldn't ask for better as she went above my expectations! I would recommend her to anybody. Thank you Jocelyn!

Rev. Ross is an amazing person who has an amazing spirit! She is very much so down to earth with a great personality. She was very warm and inviting and made sure she tailored our event to the way we wanted it and more. Rev. Ross took the time to get to know who we were and offered suggestions that fit us. I normally don't do reviews but this woman deserves all my respect. Very professional, organized and like me, an on time woman. I could not have asked for a more perfect human being to officiate my wedding. Trust me, you definitely want her on your team. Don't look anywhere else, she is the real deal, call her. Rev Jocelyn is an angel. I told her what I want In the ceremony and she had fantastic ideas she is excellent to work with. We did not do a rehearsal so she walked through everything when she arrived and kept everyone calm. she performed a beautiful ceremony and I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Joceyln was amazing from our first email right up through the wedding. This was a wedding being planned from another state so there were several emails and a few phone calls. Jocelyn listened to what we were wanting gave great suggestion and was more than willing to make some last minute changes. Joceyln really did add something special to our wedding when it was over we sent her some amazing photos so she could see the joy she added to the ceremony. If you want someone that will listen, provide ideas, communicate and then do an awesome job performing the wedding I highly recommend Joceyln. Thank you from both Charles and Joe we couldn't be happier.

This service is perfect! talk about friendly, professional, responsive, affordable and most important capable! OOD kept closely in touch throughout the entire wedding process with the best guidance. we wanted a totally non religious ceremony. we were nervous something would creep in and offend visitors. nothing of the sort! the ceremony was awesome! OOD put the service together to suit our request. And, not that it was important, but the officiants LOOKED so beautiful, adding to the memorable occasion. we're still getting comments about the "classy" "elegant" service. it truly is impossible to express how grateful we are for contributing so wonderfully--and way beyond our expectations--to the major part of the ceremony. Rev. Ross was an amazing choice and we are very happy with how she did our wedding. She was patient with our large wedding party and very amicable and available for conversation throughout the process. There were one or two instances of delayed email communication but we understand she keeps a very busy schedule and was always going either to or from a wedding. She is best contacted by phone. I loved her positive attitude and you can see why she chose to officiate weddings she seems to really enjoy the work. I would highly recommend her.
