  Excellent officiant!

  We were impressed with Chris from TheOfficiantGuy - he was very responsive to email, and made the whole process easy to understand and to complete. We especially appreciated Chris's calm demeanor prior to and during the ceremony! Would highly recommend for anyone who needs an officiant.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience from beginning to end. Chris made what to us seemed a complicated bureaucracy of paperwork, filings especially with flying in from another state. And our ceremony was beautiful, completely tailored to our wants. Highly recommend.

  It was a Perfect Day!!

  We had the best day ever, and Chris finalized that perfection for us.
  From start to finish with many questions for months leading up to our wedding day Chris graciously answered our questions very quickly. We never had to second guess anything about that part of the process. He was very personable when he arrived to our wedding venue and was very accommodating when we changed the time of our actual ceremony. We are so very happy that we had Chris as our Officiant. We recommend this service 100%.

  Chris was wonderful. He was professional and prepared and gave us just the kind of informal ceremony that we requested, though he would have done any kind of ceremony. He was on time and very warm and charming. It was just the vibe we were hoping for. He also made getting our marriage certificate so easy. We can't recommend him highly enough!

  Amazing experience

  My fiance and I wanted a personal marriage on the beach, and we didn’t have the time for the lengthy court process. Chris made it so easy and fast to get married, he handled everything and was very attentive and responsive to all my requests. I was stressed and nervous as one is expected to be, but having Chris made all the difference. I definitely recommend if you are seeking a calm, cool, and friendly professional to work with.

  Officiant Guy Saved the DAy

  The Officiant Guy, Chris, came through for us on short notice when we had to plan our wedding while my mother was bedridden and before the end of the year. Chris was calm and patient when it was hard for us to be. He handled everything from the marriage license, wedding protocol and many options for our written ceremony. He even let me how to change my name after our marriage. What could have been a sad, rushed and frustrating event turned into a beautiful day thanks, large part, to Officiant Guy's expertise, patience and good humor.

  Straightforward and provides confidential marriage license

  We didn't need much for an officiant, but Chris was a great help advising on the process of filling out the confidential marriage license. Part of the appeal is that he is licensed to issue confidential marriage licenses and charges an additional fee to go to the courthouse and deal with the paperwork on your behalf. We were both unable to take time off from our jobs to do this part, and hiring Chris to do this part made the most sense.
  
  He is not specific to a denomination or faith, and his website gives a set of pre-made wedding ceremonies that we could customize to be our own.

  Responsive and Easygoing

  Our big wedding plans got sidetracked due to an illness but we wanted to have our celebration when family was in town. Chris help us have a wonderful ceremony instead of a makeshift wedding. He offered so much feedback, issued our marriage license and even help with post-marriage name change. Easy to work with and we would recommend him to any couples planning their weddings.

He's proficient, organized, punctual, personable, and intelligent. Chris is not only a top officiant pro, he is also a notary public and a lawyer who keeps up on the latest info. Chris is one interesting and cool dude to meet and hang with for a few. A very impressive professional, a very likable person.

  Chris is seriously top-notch. He is extremely knowledgeable and organized, and provides a wealth of information to you on his website (name changes, how to fill out a marriage license, etc). He was also very prompt and showed up early and prepared. I would highly recommend him to anyone with an upcoming wedding.

  In the midst of the pandemic, while running around the place and trying to sort out the marriage license last minute, we couldn’t have asked for a more professional, responsive, and flexible wedding officiant to issue our marriage license. He helped drive to our location and made the process incredibly simple. Post wedding he was also thorough in answering additional questions I had. Excellent experience. Thank you, Chris!
