Ocotillo Golf Club exceeded our expectations for a wedding venue. The grounds and reception space are beautiful and well maintained, driving up to the venue feels grand making it look both elegant and welcoming. Most importantly they have phenomenal staff that made sure our day ran flawlessly. In particular, working with Olivia was so easy from the planning stages to the final moments of the event her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail was unmatched.

We couldn't have picked a better place for our March wedding! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and was the perfect setting for our celebration. It has a natural charm that photographed beautifully. One of the biggest highlights was the food. We’ve had so many guests reach out to tell us it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. Ocotillo was absolutely the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding! We fell in love with the beautiful setting and gorgeous ballroom, complete with a high ceiling, wooden arches, and tons of natural light, online. The in-person visit revealed even more of the venue's natural beauty.
Olivia was a fantastic event manager! She helped us plan every detail of my daughter's dream wedding. The food and service were wonderful and the guests could not stop saying how dreamy, warm, and personal the experience was for them.
We credit the amazing Ocotillo team for helping to realize our vision of a lovely, garden-style dinner framed by a perfect sunset and a joyful reception under the arches of their beautiful ballroom. We are SO HAPPY we chose Ocotillo Golf Club as our wedding venue. I would 100/10 recommend them! Michaela was our venue coordinator and was AMAZING throughout the whole process. She was so helpful with all questions that arose and helping organize us in the planning process, especially all those last minute questions. We got married at the upper grove - the white flowers behind the arch were truly stunning in our photographs. We had a larger wedding of 140 guests who all fit well into the overlook pavilions for dinner and dancing. The space inside and out was so beautiful. Our guests were very happy with the food choices. We were able to take sunset photos by the lake; there are so many beautiful spots for photographs. The staff here is fabulous, the venue is stunning, there is nothing not to love. 10/10 Venue!!!
I cannot express enough how much I recommend Ocotillo for your wedding. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but we also had the best experience from start to finish with Michaela the venue coordinator and Ocotillo Staff. They helped me create the most beautiful day. When the weather didn’t agree with us on the day of- they quickly improvised and fixed it without me even knowing about the problems. I could not of had a better experience and am so grateful to have had them as our venue to remember the start of our forever. -

Had my wedding here and it was honestly everything I wanted. Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception space are beautiful. The green is beautifully managed. Our ceremony was so pretty, and cocktail hour was very comfortable and nice for guests. The food was delicious from the hor dourves to the salad and to the entrees.
Michaela and Jennifer were very responsive throughout the whole year and made the experience that much easier and nice. Michaela even made the custom signage for the bar with our kitties :)
Honestly, so happy I booked here. My wedding planner let me know that she is shocked at how little there is for her to do on the day of because how involved and helpful the venue was.Ocotillo Golf Club's reply:

My daughter had the most beautiful reception at this venue. It is a stunning setting with a variety of areas to create your dream party. We had a gorgeous dinner out on the lawn with their pretty farm tables and chairs and then went inside for dessert and dancing. Mary and Michaela were a dream team to work with. From the moment we began our venue search, Ocotillo Golf Club stood out as the perfect choice for our wedding. It was the first venue we visited, and we were immediately impressed by Jennifer from sales. She took us on a fantastic tour, answering all our questions and offering thoughtful suggestions that made us feel excited about the possibilities. It seems like they're under new management within the last few years and this new company really knows how to handle events and hospitality.
One of the highlights for us was how much was included in their packages. They had my dream hexagon arch, a beautiful cocktail and reception area, and a full-service restaurant for catering—all at an incredibly affordable price! They truly thought of everything: they set up the ceremony chairs, provided stunning spaces for the bride and groom to get ready, and created an overall seamless experience.
After signing our contract, Michaela, the Venue Coordinator, reached out to schedule our details meeting and invited us to a tasting. Her communication was top-notch; she guided us through a wedding worksheet, ensuring every detail of our day was covered. Her suggestions were invaluable, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making our day special.
On the wedding day, everything was set up perfectly. Michaela was always nearby, ready to assist, and Jennifer even stopped by to check on me while I was getting ready. The cocktail hour and dinner were exceptional—the pork belly appetizers were some of the best food I’ve ever tasted! The event staff was fantastic, and the bartender knew my preferred drink, making sure we were well taken care of.
Thanks to Ocotillo Golf Club, I could relax and truly enjoy my day without worrying about a thing. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding venue!Ocotillo Golf Club's reply:

My wife & I had our wedding in September of 2023 and it was breathtaking! We weren’t so sure how our wedding would go as the golf club had a change in leadership. I can truly say with the presence of Jennifer Franklin, she made every moment so special for myself, my bride and our family! Jennifer jumped out in and assisted make our magical day come true. From an F&B side, Chef & Tiffany(F&B Manager) were accommodating and ensure our guests and family will leave satisfied the food came with a surprise & delight feel! It was an awesome presentation! Setup and lightening of the room was top notch! I can go on and on but I will say Ocotillo Golf Club will hold a special place in my heart for the rest of my life!

Ocotillo Is the place to get married. They made our big day dreams come true. Kaley, Tiffany, and Mary are all very friendly and ALWAYS there to help and answer any questions. They made the lead up to our wedding a breeze and ensured we had everything we needed with meetings and touch bases leading up to the big day to make sure they had your mind in theirs. Absolutely amazing!
From the very beginning the staff at Wedgewood Weddings and Ocotillo Golf Club were amazing! They understood our vision, worked within our budget and provided excellent service. Their vendors made our ever come together. The DJ knew all the right songs to play to get everyone up and dancing. The photo booth was a huge hit. The florist, I can’t say enough good things about the florist! Our wedding cake was amazing and the food was delicious! All the special touches they provided were amazing, especially the photo they took after our ceremony, it was placed at our head table when we went to sit down. Such a great experience, I would recommend them over and over again! -

Incredibly thrilled about our experience with the Wedgewood team, less so about our experience with their DJ partner—consider yourself warned on that front.
To start, I'll say that Wedgewood on its own gets 5 stars. We toured the venue shortly after going ring shopping, and the team was incredibly welcoming, especially considering we weren't even engaged yet. The lush golf course and sparkling water were so easy to fall in love with, and we were convinced once we saw the "all-inclusive" aspect of getting married here. So, we chose Ocotillo Oasis.
Wedgewood gives all couples a binder full of worksheets to fill out and pick your details from appetizers to linens to ceremony decor. Nothing is left to chance (except the weather, for which there are contingency plans) and it's easy to knock out the binder over a weekend. Couples also get info about preferred vendors: We loved our cake tasting with Piece of Cake Desserts, and the florist at Blooming Bouquets had so many options to choose from!
However, we're beyond disappointed in Giovanny at Direct Sounds DJ service. He was communicative and friendly leading up to the wedding, but the actual day was rough. Our biggest complaint was that he refused to play music at a reasonable volume, even after multiple family members and I asked him to turn it down. My aunt requested the volume be lowered, and she saw him turn it back up as she was walking away. Disrespectful. Additionally, he didn't give us forewarning about the mother/son and father/daughter dances or the bouquet toss or cake cutting. Without the heads up, those things felt rushed. It also meant our guests missed the cake cutting altogether and didn't even realize there was cake available. Finally, he didn't stick to the playlist we spent months curating, and when he played his own music, the dance floor cleared out quickly.
So, I do recommend Wedgewood. I had a minimally stressful experience planning and executing my wedding with them, and it would have been perfect if I'd have hired my own DJ. -

Natalia and the Wedgewood Team at Ocotillo Golf Club was amazing. From the first meeting to the wedding day, they attentive, helpful, creative, reassuring, and so kind!! Whether planning a wedding during or outside a pandemic, these ladies are on their game. They provided great suggestions and embraced all of our ideas for the most perfect day! We received many compliments on the food and the music. DJ Jeff was awesome and kept the dance floor full and hopping all night long. The greens were so beautiful and the round arch completed the ceremony site so perfectly. Thank you Wedgewood for making our wedding day so fun, fabulous, and carefree!! This team is beyond outstanding. Every question, every concern was taken care of before I could even ask. During the actual event, surprises came around every corner with a little extra something that the team had put together for us. The ceremony space was beautiful and before we sat down for dinner, a photo of our first kiss was sitting framed at our table! It was hot that day but the staff always had a bottle of water and a snack waiting for us during pictures and before the grand entrance. We were even given a bottle of champagne on our way out the door that we plan to drink on our first anniversary! The food was fantastic and the buffet was so well organized (even during COVID). The recommended DJ kept everyone on the dance floor and was so entertaining!! I could write a whole other positive review on their recommended vendors and photographers! I'm so happy this turned out the way it did, while keeping our guests safe at the same time! This review doesn't even do it justice how grateful I feel for this venue's team (shout out to Natalia, specifically)! -

Wedgewood Ocotillo is truly a dream come true. They made my wedding dream a reality during the middle of a pandemic. They took care of me and my groom nonstop on the wedding day from the time we arrived to tear down. They made my decorations look better than I ever could've imagined, and they made sure they were always available to answer questions and direct and guide us and our guests. They made sure everything was how we wanted it and handled any last-minute issues with grace and ease. I cannot thank them enough for my amazing wedding day and ensuring that it happened with everything going on. -

As a “covid bride” whose wedding was supposed to be in May, I was feeling defeated and sad since we had to postpone. The staff at Ocotillo were so sweet and made the whole situation seamless and stress free. All I had to do was show up and say I do! Our day felt especially special since the staff were excited about our wedding, as it had been one of the first in a while. The girls actually cared about us and made sure we were so well taken care of. I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. -

Amazing Experience with Outstanding Service!
We had an amazing experience with Wedgewood Ocotillo. From the very beginning, they eliminated almost all stress by having an amazing team of coordinators and all-inclusive packages. They communicated with their trusted vendors for us and we just got to pick and choose. Their execution was everything we had hoped for and they went above and beyond the whole time to help our customization. I felt well taken care of and they were quick to reply via email or call. The scheduled meetings and calls were great to make sure everyone was aligned and it helped keep us informed as well. Their flexibility and professionalism truly was amazing. We have also had over half our guests contact us to tell us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! This was such a great compliment since weddings can be hit or miss with food. The venue has a beautiful indoor space that is unique to only them! It looks rustic and has a different feel than any other golf course venue would. Although the venue was gorgeous, truly the staff is what made this experience memorable. Two weeks after our own wedding, our best friends have now also booked their wedding with Wedgewood! -

Our wedding at the Ocotillo Golf Club was simply beautiful! A golf course setting combined with all the wood and limestone, along with the beautiful floral provided by their Florist and a beautiful and spacious bridal suite, made for a perfect setting. We initially worked with Blayne and while we enjoyed our time with her, she left the property about halfway through the planning process to work at a new Wedgewood property. Natalia took over and with her experience and professionalism, the transition was seamless. She and Nicole were wonderful to work with. We were also very pleased with the Banquet Captain and his staff, who ensured that we and our guests were taken care of on our wedding day.
The Open House was a great opportunity to see what the various vendors offered. The chef changed a couple of months before our wedding, so we were pleased to get a phone call from him to answer questions we had from the Open House. The food was very good, received many compliments from our guests, and the bartender was a delight to work with. Our guests loved her sense of humor, fun demeanor and professionalism.
We did have one minor hiccup with the specialty napkins we ordered and although we did not have what was originally planned, we were contacted immediately by the Corporate Office who graciously apologized and did all they could to make the situation right...which we appreciated.
Overlooking this minor detail, the venue was perfect for us. The setting, the staff, and all the special touches by the vendors made our day beautiful and so very special. We made the right choice by choosing the Ocotillo Golf Club. Thank You!

Wedgewood Ocotillo was the first and only venue we visited! That’s all it took! The venue is absolutely gorgeous! It was like someone put all of my thoughts and dreams of what I wanted my wedding day to look like into Wedgewood Ocotillo. Natalia and Blayne were super helpful and made planning our perfect day much easier than expected. They were very quick to respond via email and phone calls and answer all our questions and Jayla was there to help us through the big day. We got married on 10/5/19 and our special day went on without any glitches due to the amazing staff. Everything looked perfect and the food was delicious! Our guests are still raving about it! We used several of the preferred vendors and couldn’t have made a better choice to do so! Big shout out to DJ Damien. He was awesome from start to finish! Very flexible and accommodating. He even helped my new husband surprise me with a special serenade during the ceremony. We are so pleased with choosing Wedgewood Ocotillo for our venue! I have to give some advise to anyone looking for the perfect venue for there wedding. Don't think twice. I recommend this place 100%. Natalia was very good at keeping us up to date and on our toe's in planning the wedding. And Blayne was with us every step of the way, coaching my wife and I throughout the entire ceremony. She was by our side calming us down, seating all the guests. She did all the running around finding people at the last minute. Keeping everything on time and everything coordinated. Even making last minute changes to make my wife happy.The food was outstanding and the staff treated us and our guest like royalty. These people are 100% professional and on target. They did all the hard work, and there customer service is something they take pride in. It's not just a beautiful place to have your wedding as much as it is them taking care of all the loose ends involved in the stress of having a wedding that came out perfect. Unforgettable!
Wedgewood at Ocotillo exceeded all of my expectations! My husband and I are from Arizona but currently live in North Carolina and when we got engaged, we knew we wanted a true Arizona wedding. We contacted Wedgewood and my mom, sisters, and maid of honor scheduled an appointment to see the venue and skyped me in. It was beautiful and we committed immediately! I only ever saw the venue twice in person before the big day but Blayne & Natalia made the whole process so easy. they sent me everything I needed, were quick to respond to emails, and even made a last minute change the day of the wedding when I asked. Planning a wedding can be stressful, particularly for an out of town bride but I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. I know this is a long one, so I apologize in advance:
I do not even know where to begin with Wedgewood at Ocotillo’s review. When we got engaged and began hunting for the perfect place for our wedding, we swore we would NOT get married at a golf course. We were basically looking for a place that made you feel like you weren’t in Arizona, we wanted big green trees, maybe some water, something “special.”
When we met the staff at Ocotillo, we knew we had found that place. I met with Tiana, she showed me around the grounds and explained all of the options of location and decorations I could have. She listened to each of our crazy requests (potentially people movers, lawn games, crazy music, I think the only thing she vetoed was fire). Tiana made me feel like anything I wanted I could have (and she was basically right). After the tour, I sat down with Tiana and Natalia and we went over pricing and package options. I was shocked to hear that Wedgewood at Ocotillo would basically do as much or as little as we wanted, all within our budget. The part that made Ocotillo SO special for us was when I had to have the part of the tour conversation I had had with so many other venues. I explained to Tiana and Natalia that my Dad was sick, and obviously we were all determined that he was going to win his battle, but I needed to know what options I had if we had to move the wedding up, cancel, or push the wedding date out. Other venues had told us everything from “you will lose all your money” to “maybe you should look into wedding insurance because there is nothing we can do for you,” and the insensitive answers grew from there. Natalia and Tiana listened, told me not to stress about it, and we would cross that bridge IF we had to. I remember Tiana calling to check on me a few days later, and just the caring tone in her voice is what really pushed us over the edge. She genuinely seemed more concerned with how I was doing over if I was going to book with them. Needless to say, we booked our wedding with Wedgwood at Ocotillo for March 31, 2018.
On March 24, 2018, 8 days before our wedding, my Dad lost his battle. My mind was most definitely not on the wedding, I think a bridesmaid may have called to speak with the staff and tell them we needed to postpone the wedding. I am not really sure. What I do know is that they called my (now) husband and told him to just let them know when we were ready to talk about a new date. I received calls from the staff at Ocotillo that week, but not to discuss wedding details, they actually called me just to check in and see how me and my family were holding up. That. Was. All.
A few months later, we decided we should begin the process of planning again. I took a thank you note to the staff and received hugs from every person I had met in my previous interactions. I met the new general manager Daniell, and they basically let me pick up wedding planning where we had left off. We set a new wedding date for January 12, 2019 and Blayne (who had joined our wedding planning team in between our wedding dates) and Natalia continued to walk us through the process piece by piece. What we truly appreciated was their concern for my stress level and how I was handling starting this process again, this concern seemed to be more important to them than any payment deadline, vendor selection, color choice…they made our wedding planning about us!
Our wedding week finally came, and it was a very bittersweet time for us. Going through the emotional waves of planning after what we had been through, the staff again stepped in and held our hands through everything. Even down to changing my mind on decision regarding what to do about the Dad Daughter dance until the actual wedding date, nothing seemed to worry them. At the rehearsal dinner, they were patient with our chaotic and large family, walked us through things we hadn’t thought about (like who walks down the aisle when), and we were able to basically leave our decorations with Blayne and Natalia to set up for us the next day.
When I arrived the day of the wedding, everything was perfect! Our guest books in place, flowers and center pieces perfect, EVERYTHING was considered and completed. The months of planning seemed to be something of the past that day because Blayne and Natalia made our wedding look incredible! They walked us through everything the day of the wedding, bride brain mayhem included, and we were finally married! The staff makes this venue what it is, they make the Wedgewood at Ocotillo even more beautiful than the gorgeous lakes, the picturesque bridges and trees, and the roving hills of green that are in no shortage on the property.
The last thing I have to add, the week of the wedding, the staff even took on our last-minute request to surprise our family and friends with a big announcement at the reception. We wanted to surprise everyone that we had successfully gotten a surrogate to carry our first baby. Not only did we want to surprise with the announcement, we wanted to throw in a gender reveal (why not, weddings aren’t stressful enough as is, right?!). I initially approached Blayne asking for ideas for the gender reveal, and if it was ok if we added this little surprise in. From there, Blayne took the number of our friend who would be in charge of the reveal, and I did not hear another word about it. Blayne and our friend completely took the reins and when the night of the wedding came, the surprise and reveal was BEYOND perfect! We will be welcoming our Baby Boy the beginning of June!
I cannot say enough about the Wedgewood at Ocotillo, they took a situation that could have been more of a nightmare than it already was and turned it into something as close to a dream as we could ask for with what our year had served us. Thank you again to Tiana, Natalia, Blayne, and the entire staff at the Wedgwood at Ocotillo for helping make our wedding what it was. I cannot recommend this venue enough if you want to walk away from your wedding day feeling like you actually matter, and not like just another date in the books.

Such a wonderful experience!
Wedgewood at Ocotillo Golf club were so fantastic to work with. Blayne and Natalia helped my fiancé and I have the perfect day. They were extremely helpful, wonderful with communication, and went above and beyond to make everything go perfectly! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and all of the vendors we used through wedgwood were fantastic. Binh Sent on 03/09/2018We chose Ocotillo for our wedding on February 17 and both of us and all the guests enjoyed this place. The staff is so welcome, friendly and helpful and made us happy from the time we contacted them via emails and phones to plan (other places that we had contacted prior to Ocotillo had really bad communication -- they slowly responded to our emails) to the time the wedding ended. The most impression that we had was their thoughtfulness and care to us: although 6 appetizers that we had chosen were Amercian food, they prepared several Asian food (dumpling, dim sum, etc.) (we and most of guests are Asian, by the way). The grounds are green and so beautiful. Would highly recommend this venue!

Steph Sent on 09/18/2010My husband and I can't say enough about Ocotillo Golf Resort! They were fabulous from our first meeting to our big day. Mollie Beale was awesome, and as excited for our day as we were! We looked at various places (such as Ashley Manor, Val Vista Lakes, The Boojum Tree) and found Ocotillo to not only have everything we were looking for, but also have the value to fit our budget. We decided we would have a small wedding, which would include only about 30 people total. We didn't need to have a big venue and pay tons of money for a small wedding. Mollie was wonderful in helping us utilize different spaces than the big ballroom, and had a lot of good ideas. She was also accomodating when my husband asked to use one of the small bridges (right outside Bernards) for our ceremony. The day of our big day, she and Michelle set up all our decorations while I had my hair and makeup done in the Bridal Suite. It was beautiful, and we were so appreciative of everything that was done for us. As for the food, everything tasted as good as when we originally had the tasting. Mollie and Michelle definitely helped make our day perfect, and we had absolutely nothing to worry about that whole day! THANK YOU! :) -

Mollie Beale was our wedding coordinator, and we could not have asked for a better person to be in charge of our wedding day details! Mollie is absolutely awesome! She was easy to work with, always gave us her full attention, answered all of our questions very quickly, did extra work for us to help with planning and dealing with our not-so-professional florist (don't go with AZ Family Florist, I highly suggest using Ocotillo's florist vendors on their preferred list). I can't say enough great things about our wonderful experience at Ocotillo. Our wedding was truly perfect - better than what I had ever imagined!! -

The food was out of this world. Everyone loved it. Emily Stark was our wedding coordinator, and she is fantastic! She is patient and kind, and had great suggestions for our wedding. Jenee Sent on 04/20/2009Ocotillo is beautiful! I am a photographer and chose this location based on all the beautiful architecture and landscaping. It has beautiful lakes, trees, grass, stone and some desert landscape! It was perfect for a little bit of everything for my pictures!
Emily was our wedding coordinator there and she is amazing! My day could not have gone any better thanks to her! Everything went so smooth! She had wonderful suggestions for other vendors and had an answer to every one of my questions along the way. My planning was made easy because of her!

We all have mothers, and we all know how they can get when you’re planning a wedding. I love my mom, but she friggin HOVERED over Blayne when she was consulting with us. Blayne handled it with grace and ease, and her humor during the process made something stressful into something fun. We were looking for a “bubble factor” when visiting venues - a local area where we could live inside our wedding bubble without having to walk 40 yards to the reception, or worse, the bathroom. We first toured Wedgewood Lindsay Grove and LOVED the staff there but the space wasn't quite right... so we took a tour of Ocotillo and fell in love as we drove up to the venue. Ocotillo was accommodating when I wanted to bring in my own vendors -- even allowing my florist to execute my vision of having a hanging floral instillation above our sweetheart table! -

My fiancé and I had to come to the rough decision to postpone our wedding. Because of COVID, majority of our family would not be able to attend. 80% are out of state and all of my fiancé’s family is high risk. On top of that, we have also been having financial troubles. In the end, our wedding would be about 5 people and whatever is cheapest for everything else. I reached out to Ocotillo and they told me that because of COVID, they are not pushing back any 2021 weddings. Absolutely no care for our wedding day. Venues always say they want you to have your dream wedding but Ocotillo just wants to have your money. I am devastated by the lack of care and flexibility.
