    Super easy to work with & they delivered on-time with a very great team! Pick-up was easily as quick & smooth!

    Excellent rentals and service from Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals

    We rented a variety of items from OAR Event Rentals for our daughter's wedding in May 2025 (tables, china, flatware, barware, portable bar and shelving). Samantha and Remy were wonderful during the year of planning. Very responsive to all requets, flexible with the changes we needed to make as the plan evolved. They did beautiful CAD layouts so we could easily envision the seating plan.

    Wedding table and chairs

    10/10 we recommend using Ocean Atlantic Event rentals! We used them for our wedding on the 4x4 beach in Corolla and they were wonderful. Every interaction we had with them throughout the job whole wedding planning process was amazing. They are kind and thoughtful and very professional!

    Beach Wedding

    OCEAN ATLANTIC EVENT RENTALS were great to work with for my wife and I's wedding. They were super easy to work with, especially their wish-list/quote system as well as very communicative with options that were not available at the time and alternatives they could provide. They have a wide array of rental equipment, items, decoration and furniture that really helped make our day great and guests felt comfortable. Drop off and pickup were professional and on time as per instructed. Great prices on rentals for the Outer Banks area as well. Would very much recommend working with Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals

    Great product and service

    If you need any rental - this is the place to get it from! We used their tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, lights, golf cart, and linens! Everything was delivered and picked up in a timely manner. It was clean and in great shape. They went above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the property without hesitation!

    My Wedding at the Sound to Sea Beach Club

    I highly recommend Ocean Atlantic! We rented a clear top wedding tent package with a dance floor for our wedding (as well as tables, chairs, linens, silverware) and everything looked BEAUTIFUL! They were very easy to work with and accommodated our timeline. Their setup and breakdown team worked efficiently and were very professional! Huge thanks to the Ocean Atlantic team :)

    Made wedding rentals seem so easy

    I originally booked OAR for the custom pool dance floor that they provide for our venue, but am so thankful that we could also get all of our other rental from them as well (tables, ceremony and reception chairs, linens, dinnerware, glasses, etc). Having so many different options really allowed my vision to come to life & renting it all from one company made the process so seamless!

    Awesome to work with!

    We loved working with Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals! As planners in the industry for 17+ years we work with all vendors and rental companies in the industry. The Finer Points Coastal was the wedding planners for a couple that was married at historic Whalehead in Corolla. Samantha and Remy were wonderful to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Samantha went above and beyond to ensure all rentals were secured. Chad and his team were absolutely awesome to work with for delivery, tent installation, breakdown and overall rental management day of. They assisted with solutions for the tent and helped problem solve as concerns arose. We felt we were all working together as a team and the day could not be the success it was without their support and knowledge! We will continue to refer clients to Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals for future events!

    Perfect, went off without a hitch

    OAR Event was so flexible with us! We changed our date (thank you COVID) & basically did a complete order change as our decor/colors/needs changed when we went from fall to winter. They were so professional & flexible & helpful as we navigated making all the changes. Samantha helped us make decisions on color schemes & fabric down to flatware & was so knowledgeable with recommendations. They did our reception lighting, set up, & we had everything we needed on the day of. We can’t thank OAR enough!

    The staff at Ocean Atlantic could not have provided better customer service throughout the entire planning and delivery process. They are patient and extremely professional.     Great Experience

    Chad at Ocean Atlantic made the process so easy. Ocean Atlantic provided cocktail tables, linens, napkins and couches for my wedding. They worked with me through my COVID postponement and reschedule/venue change. They went above and beyond to schedule an early drop off delivery (by a certain time) for the day before the wedding since we were doing early set up and picked up early the morning after the wedding since there was a wedding the next day at the venue. Chad spent a lot of time with me at our meeting updating the CAD of where tables/chairs would be placed at the venue. He made the experience enjoyable and easy! The linens all looked great and everything was delivered correctly. Ocean Atlantic was great to work with!

    Ocean Atlantic Rentals - 5 Stars

    OAR was great for our OBX wedding at The Black Stallion. Our original wedding date in 2020 was pushed a year due to COVID and Chad and the team at OAR were flexible and easy to work with when postponing. We ended up renting a tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, napkins and glasses from them. Highly recommend them for your OBX wedding.

    Communication was great

    Chad was so flexible and great when it came to finalizing details and adjusting numbers to my order. When I realized I needed ceremony chairs, Chad just added to my order and charged my card on file, so easy and everything arrived promptly the day before the wedding.

    Easy and Affordable

    We used OAR for a variety of rentals at our recent wedding. They provided the tent, a few miscellaneous tables, a dance floor, and sound equipment. It was affordable and convenient. Couldn't really have asked for more.

    OAR was great to work with and had such a variety! Every single thing we needed, they had! Fast response time and professional! I loved that we didn't have to go to multiple vendors for all of the things we rented from them. Everything was set up and time and perfectly!

    Easy, quick, and beautiful

    We rented our 30x50 tent, string lights, and dance floor from here. Everything was super easy and a quick process. Everyone down to the set up team were extremely friendly. They come set up and tear down without even bothering you, it was great!!!

    Ocean Atlantic was amazing to work with. We had our ceremony and reception at two different locations, and they worked to make sure everything was delivered to the proper location at the correct time. Quality chairs, tables, and linens.     Beautiful Farm Tables!

    OAR had awesome customer service since the day we ordered our wedding tables, chairs, and linens and the few changes we made before the week of our wedding! They promptly delivered to the black stallion and we had the groomsman set them up around the pool for our reception. The farm tables were gorgeous, and I suggest getting the cushions too!

    Absolutely Perfect

    From the day we started working with OAER to the final day of set up and then breakdown, they were fantastic to work with. Flexible, professional, personable, and very easy to work with. Samantha was a great help as we began ordering (and changed our order at least 20 times.) Chad was terrific with recommendations for tents and lighting. He and his crew couldn't have been more professional as they completed the set up and breakdown of all of the equipment. We used OAER for a Welcome Dinner and the Wedding. We could not have asked for a better experience.

    Tip Top Tents

    Renting our tent, tables, chairs and linens from OAR was one of the best decisions we made. We also tacked on a catering tent, restroom trailer, stage and a tent heater as we got married in early April and knew the temps could drop into the low 50s in the evening. We worked with Samantha during the planning process and I think we upgraded our tent package at least 3 times as our headcount nearly doubled from our initial estimates. Every time I reached out to add something or confirm a design detail, Samantha was quick to respond and was very helpful during design discussions providing recommendations and additional mock-ups for me to review. Chad was in charge of my set-up crew and these guys knocked it out of the park! The weather forecast was calling for some showers Friday afternoon and we were hoping our tent would be set up in time for the rehearsal dinner in case we had to be under cover so I called OAR and was able to speak with Chad – he said they had one other drop-off in the morning, but they’d get to our venue as soon as they could to get set up. Not only did they arrive by 10AM and get going, they were pretty much done by 1:30PM and even came back to fix two corners on the dance floor and close in the fourth wall on the tent (a last-minute decision we made day of based on weather forecast). I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with the team at OAR – highly recommend!

    Great Rentals

    Ocean Atlantic Event Rental had a great selection and helped us make our wedding perfect from tables to bar top to our alter. We wanted something unique and they gave it to us. For our bar we used two wine barrels with an old wood door as the bar top. For our arch we used to wine barrels and added floral pieces and it was picture perfect. They were easy to work with even when we had last minute changes. The price was was so affordable too. I HIGHLY recommend OAER to help make your wedding perfect.

    SOOOO helpful from start to finish!

    I was planning my Corolla, NC wedding from NYC and wasn't sure who would be best to get everything from for our wedding. Pretty much all of our rentals were from Ocean Atlantic Rentals - everything from our tent, stage and dancefloor down to every plate and wine glass. The team was extremely patient and helpful every step of the way and always made me feel like we were all buttoned up and nothing was missing. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. It was such an easy process and we had the most perfect wedding!

    Loved all the rentals!!

    OAR was one of our easiest vendors to work with, as they were always on top of every detail and SO fast to respond. I never had to worry if they would deliver on the big day, which is huge when you are planning a wedding by yourself from scratch! They also have so many amazing rentals to choose from. Our rentals that day (chairs, tables, dance floor, bar, clear top tent, corn hole boards, linens, glassware) all came together in the most magical way, and OAR had everything there on time and picked up everything the next morning.     Samantha and Chad are very special people. They truly care about your event and want it to be the best it can. As an event designer I am busy with flowers, lighting and special decor and I need to feel confident that all the major rental elements are in place before I arrive on the scene. Tables, chairs, tents, lounge furniture all need to be delivered on time and placed according to our layout. Chad and Samantha ALWAYS deliver on time and make my creations shine!

    The team at Ocean Atlantic did an amazing job for our wedding. Samantha was very helpful throughout the planning process, guiding us along the way. She was always quick to respond to emails, answered all of my questions and adjusted my order accordingly (no matter how many times I changed things). They even went to the rental home for a site survey which helped us plan the layout of our reception. All of our rentals were delivered and picked up on time, including the setup and breakdown of the dance floor. They have everything you need and they're more than willing to help!

    OAR was incredible in providing us rentals for our wedding. They are extremely professional and anytime we stopped by they were ready to assist with a smile on their face and eager to help make our wedding day wonderful. They have a large inventory of things to rent for a wedding. We rented a sweetheart table, chairs, barrels, decor items, cocktail tables, linens, a bar and a couple large coolers. They were prompt in their delivery and their pick up and extremely flexible in working with our schedule. Many of the decorators in the OBX can be pricey so OAR is a great alternative at a very affordable rate to some of the other options out there. It is no wonder that many of the vendors we talked to during this process recommended using OAR. We would highly recommend OAR to anyone who needs any rentals for their big day.

    We rented a tent, chairs, tables, and linens - among other things - from Ocean Atlantic for our OBX wedding in April. Everything went off without a hitch and exceeded expectations. Everything we rented from them was high quality as well. I was very grateful that they arranged to have the tent put up a day in advance - one less thing to worry about the day of! They were very thorough during the planning process, sending me drawings of what the tent would look like, where the tables will be placed, etc. They mailed me samples of the linens, since I was planning from another state and was not able to drive down to preview the linens. They also accommodated changes when the guest list decreased by a bit and offered us a smaller tent to help us save a little money! Overall I could not have been happier with their services and would definitely use them again!

    The team at Ocean Atlantic was great to work with and very accommodating! They made all of our visions come to life, and we were so very pleased with the results!     Samantha and Leah helped create an event of a lifetime! From day one of planning my wedding rentals with them, they both communicated information effortlessly, streamlined expectations clearly, and were infectiously courteous the entire time. Destination wedding planning can be challenging. Sam and Leah both articulated the importance of certain details about the specific venue chosen since it wasn't easily accessible to me, and also went above and beyond by enhancing the vision layout via a CAD drawing. The best part about that is I didn't even have to ask. They merely applied thoughtful customer service on their own and provided an impressive result in the end. Earlier in the planning process, they even sent samples of their linen choices available via mail with a fun card of congratulations attached! They both truly made me feel special and appreciated.

    Chad Miller and team were also incredibly helpful onsite during set-up and tear down days by smiling and providing cheerful energy amid the humid sun. Huge shout out to Chad and all the guys who physically labor over the inventory on a daily basis.

    Overall, OAER comes highly recommended as it's clear from my experience the entire team invests in you and your rental needs. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

    Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals was awesome to work with. We rented chairs, tables, dinnerware, tables cloths, napkins and a ceremony arch. We changed our numbers several times before the wedding and Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals was always quick to send over a new quote and very helpful. Special shout out to Leah (I hope she sees this!!), she was SO helpful and responded to my emails very quickly! It poured the day of my wedding in Corolla, but the guys still came out and set up the arch even in the rain! I'm so glad they did because the weather let up and we were able to have our beach ceremony after all! The peach napkins were also the perfect peach color to go with the rest of my decorations!! I highly recommend them!

    We rented chairs for the ceremony, tableware and glassware from Ocean Atlantic. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, we couldn't have asked for better service.     We rented our ceremony chairs and arch as well as our glasses, silverware, dessert plates, and cocktail tables from OAER and were very satisfied with everything. When we walked into their showroom we were greeted with friendly service and were immediately taken care of. They asked all the right questions and we were able to come up with our ceremony and reception needs in one visit. During our planning process we decided that we did not need some of our initial selections and OAER were quick to revise our quote and kept everything moving on track. All items were delivered and setup as we were told they would be. We had no issues what so ever with their items or service. Everything was perfect.

    We were on a pretty strict budget for our 9/13/2016 wedding so we decided to go with the basic service. This cost less for us and we were able to put all of our groomsmen to work setting up tables and chairs! We rented banquet, round, and cocktail tables, bamboo chairs, a bamboo arch for our beach ceremony, and a popcorn machine. All of the items rented were clean and in great condition. The delivery/pick up staff was wonderful to work with and very accommodating.

    Ocean Atlantic Rentals we wonderful from planning to every detail i needed in between. They sent me fabric swatches when I needed them, they brought everything as needed to both event sites (ceremony and reception were separate). And 88 days later we just received a cute little card hoping that our marriage is going well. (its the little things that make companies more memorable) Great company for event rentals!!

    OCEAN ATLANTIC EVENT RENTALS
    We experienced fantastic support for our daughter’s [and now son's] wedding at the Black Stallion this past weekend. The entire crew, but especially Chad Miller, was SUPERB!

    The set up of the dance floor and the support before the possible [later definite] rain storm was spectacular! Chad's return and work after the storm to make sure the floor was still set up and ready to go for the reception and pool-side party was again great. We couldn't have asked for better.

    Additionally, the arrival of the crew to pick up the rented items the next day was great. They were efficient and fast.

    OCEAN ATLANTIC 's support both before and during the wedding celebration was outstanding. You took a great stresser off of daughter’s and son-in-law's mind.

    Again, working with your company – starting last summer – was a great experience and will not hesitate to recommend it to other couples marrying in OBX.

    I booked Ocean Atlantic Rentals for the beach ceremony chairs and reception chairs (with set-up and breakdown), as well as the place setting dishes and linens. Everything was seamless and super easy to book, thanks to the user-friendly website, and really friendly associates. I changed my mind a few times in the planning process and the associates were really easy to work with to make sure I was getting exactly what I'd hoped for in the end! The delivery and pickup processes were really easy too, and the delivery guys were really nice and friendly as well! The products looked great and I was so happy I picked Ocean Atlantic Rentals for our wedding! Thank you!!!

    We rented a few special tables and chiavari chairs to use at our venue. The staff at Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals were helpful and answered all my questions about the different sizing and options.

    All of our items were delivered on time, in great condition and at a very reasonable rate.

    Living out of town and planning a wedding is no easy feat! Of course we expected it, but good grief there's a lot that goes in to it! With that being said, OAR was the BEST at helping us through our wedding planning blunders. We chose a venue that was bare. First Colony Inn is a beautiful venue, but for a wedding they give you the grass.. So we had to build the wedding from the bottom up. Tent, tent sides, dance floor, restroom trailer, chairs, cushions, silverware, glassware, dishes, linens, tables, etc. And you have to know how many of each! Luckily, we had the wonderful women at OAR to help us through the process. They gave us suggestions on styles and amounts. They were prompt with responses anytime we had a question or last minute change. They were sweet with my father who, as the father of the bride, was quite overwhelmed with the costs associated with wedding. They made us all feel comfortable and we never felt like we were getting cheated on prices. The weekend of our wedding there was a nor'easter and we were afraid that would delay our delivery. But it didn't, and if it did we didn't notice, which just goes to show how professional they are! The quality of the rentals was perfection and FYI to all you bride-to-be's: the restroom trailers are GREAT! They are roomy, clean, and luckily, heated! We even had guests taking selfies in them :)
    TIP: book them early! We got 10% our ENTIRE order for ordering one year out. Of course we added, took away, and changed things throughout the year of planning, but just booking them and making the initial order and deposit was enough to get us the 10% discount. Well worth it!!

    The team at OAR was great to work with and most of all honest. You don't know what you need and don't need so it's easy for this type of vendor to put "add ons". OAR didn't do that. In fact, they let us know we didn't need a certain type of dance floor and gave us a more affordable option. Our wedding location in the 4x4 area wasn't easy to get to, but they made it seem like it was nothing.

    I was besides myself just 4 months before my backyard wedding when my tent company called and cancelled us. That turned out to be the best thing to happen to us. That is how I found Ocean Atlantic. They had me come in on a Saturday morning, and by noon of that day, I had everything, from the tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, plates, glasses, salt and pepper shakers, even a EXECUTIVE PORTABLE TOILET. (We had 125 and there was no way we were using our home toilet) They set up and delivered on time (actually a day early). No loud music playing, just professional young men doing what they do best. The tent was up in no time. All the items for dinner were clean, and professional wrapped to stay that way. When it came time to dismantle, again the crew was very professional and the tent was down and everything packed away in just a couple of hours. What a breeze it was working with them. So glad my first vendor cancelled us. Thanks Ocean Atlantic Crew for making our day special.

    We were very pleased with OAR! Since the first e-mail, everyone seemed very helpful and prompt to answer questions. We kept change our numbers and they were very flexible about it.     By far the best vendor we had for the week! They were on time, on point, and delivered everything to be expected especially during a week when the sand in the 4x4 was at it's toughest. Thank you to Ocean Atlantic - you made our special day all that easier!!

    They delivered all the rentals in a timely manner the day before the wedding and did not charge extra for picking it up the day after. We kept the charges down by doing the setup ourselves, which we didn't mind doing at all.

    OAR was a great rental company to work with. They went above and beyond in helping with my wedding decisions. One example was when I was unsure how many extension cords to rent, they made a call to a coordinator they knew and then called me back with the needed information. As a bride going back and forth with decisions and a guest list that was forever changing, OAR was very flexible with my numerous changes made throught out the wedding proccess. The staff were extremely pleasant to work with!

    We rented chairs for our beach ceremony a couple weeks ago and we were very pleased! They were clean, in great condition, and looked perfect for our wedding.. plus they were very comfortable. The price was great and, when we called them to make a change in the number of chairs just a week away from the wedding day, they had no problem helping us and getting us the adjustment we needed promptly. They have tons of options for rentals as well!

    Ocean Atlantic is AMAZING!!! They are absolutely wonderful to work with during the whole processed from the initial consultation to break down. They were always on time and very respectful. Our ceremony and reception looked FANTASTIC and they quality is WONDERFUL. We would defiantly recommend Ocean Atlantic to anyone needing rental services for their wedding!!

    Samantha and Chad were incredible to work with during the process of figuring out our rental needs. The items we rented were delivered well before the time we needed it. We realized several hours later during set up that we needed another table and linen and not only did they deliver it, one of the owners delivered it himself. This company works as a team and they really take care of their clients. It was a sincere pleasure to work with each and every one of them and would highly recommend.

    We rented chairs and tables through Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals and were very pleased with their services. We set everything up with them through e-mail and everything turned out perfect. They were very helpful and accomodating throughout the whole process. Very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. We would recommend them to anyone.

    Ocean Atlantic Rentals was instrumental in making my wedding memorable! I worked with the staff for 5-6 months leading up to the wedding. I was in their office or calling them about something or another 1-2 times per week. Despite me being needy and persistant, they where very friendly and helpful at all times. The day of my event, they showed up early in the morning and worked for a couple of hours to ensure that we had everything like we wanted it! they even went out of the way to provide (at the last minute) a few extra amenities that were unplanned! Despite bad weather, and having to come up with a Plan B on the fly, the wedding was pulled of without a glitch! this would not have been possible without Ocean Atlantic Rentals! I highly recommend them!

    We are not from the area.  Delaware in fact.   So we knew nothing of the area nor where the best resources were to help us with our wedding plans.  We called a lot of people and did a lot of research but never felt that home run feeling in our options.  Finally we spoke with Chad from Ocean Atlantic Rentals.  He joined us up with great vendors, and those vendors joined us up with great individuals that aided us in making our wedding plans.  Chad was great.  Very straight forward, respectful, always available to talk, and very knowledgable about everything we wanted to know about our unique wedding.  You could feel the confidence in his knowledge and it made us feel confident in our own unique decisions.  Ocean Atlantic Rentals. Slam dunk.

    Ocean Atlantic Event Rental provided tables, linens and glassware for my wedding reception at an event home in Duck. They were very easy to work with. My husband and I worked with Joe. Items arrived correct and on time. Only regret I had was not paying the extra for set up and take down. If I could do it over, I would definitely upgrade. Fortunately we had some great friends staying with us and everyone helped out but it was a lot of work.

    Everything that we rented was in excellent shape and lovely. Our favorite was the drink canoe! Joe and his staff were always happy to help with any question or change that we had. It was a breeze working with Ocean Atlantic!

    Very helpful & a showroom so you can see exactly what you are getting. Very professional. I dealt with them in person & on the phone when I was back in VA. They were on time & set everything up exactly as discussed. Came back the next day to take it away. Very reasonably priced as well.

    We were thrilled with the tent, chairs, tables, arch and cupcake stand that we ordered from OAR! Everything was delivered with plenty of time to spare and they even set up our tent for us! (We had expected to have to do it ourselves) Great value, great experience!

    Ocean Atlantic Event Rental provided tables, linens, dishes, glassware and silverware for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding on June 24, 2012 at the Grande Ritz Palm event home in Duck, NC. Ocean Atlantic was very easy to work with, efficient and timely in returning phone calls and emails. Throughout the planning process I spoke to Joe, Heather, and Brittany and they all were very helpful and accommodating. When I needed to make changes to our order, it was always an easy process. The week before the wedding we decided we wanted to rent Market Umbrellas to provide some extra shade at the reception, Joe was very helpful in guiding me to a vendor that we could rent the umbrellas from. Even the delivery and pick-up crew was very accommodating! They gave us a late afternoon pick-up the day after the wedding which allowed us to sleep in and then have enough time to make sure all the items were organized for the pick-up. Prices are very good. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with Ocean Atlantic!

    We were so happy with OAR, we rented antique church pews, table linens and even an extra grill. Everything was perfect- the items we rented and their personalized service made them one of our favorite vendors. They delivered everything and then picked it up the next day. Joe was kind and efficient and made everything go smoothly. It was truly a pleasure!

    We used Ocean Atlantic for our tent set up, lighting, additional tables, chairs, and linens. They were amazing! Extremely flexible, professional, and knowledgeable. They guided us through everything that we would need and ensured that we knew exactly what and when it was being delivered. They were very responsive to changes even at the last minute and helpful if we had any questions. I highly recommend them for any event service!!!

    Joe and Chris were great to work with!! I started working with Ocean Atlantic about a year and a half before our wedding. They patiently took our inspiration pictures at the time and were completely ok with everything when we changed our ideas a few months down the road. They made our pictures a reality..and made sure to keep everything within our price range. Since our wedding was rather large, Ocean Atlantic Rentals set our tents up a few days in advance. This was a really good thing since it rained two days before our wedding!! Had our tents not been up yet, we would have been in for a very muddy reception. The guys at Ocean Atlantic are a well-oiled machine and made our dream a reality!

    We decided to rent a dance floor 2 weeks before the wedding, and Joe and the rest of the staff were more than great to help us get what we needed for a reasonable price. They were there the day before to set up and took care of everything. No muss no fuss! The floor really made the dance floor area pop out, and glad we rented a dance floor.
