  Courtney was our backbone! We got married at a location that involved a lot of vendors and so many moving parts. We hired Courtney around the 3 month mark and after our first meeting we immediately felt relief from the daunting process of planning. She was so organized which gave us piece of mind that our vendors knew what was happening so we didn't have to worry. She attended all meetings with vendors and gave great input so no ball was dropped...and it really wasn't! We had the most perfect day! She was there for us the entire weekend and it made our experience that much more relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend Courtney for any couple who could use that extra person on their wedding planning team.

  I had always dreamed of a backyard wedding and after my husband proposed to me (and I finally convinced my parents their backyard was perfect) we decided to take the plunge and do it. Of course, I wanted to do all the DIY projects but it was a lot to take all of that on along with coordinating the ENTIRE event with vendors and all. My husband and I decided to hire Courtney for Month of Wedding Coordination and help with tent decorating. I am so thankful that we decided to to so. Courtney was excellent and I would recommend her to everyone. We originally thought we might do the Day of Coordination but I am beyond thankful that we went with the full Month. Courtney helped to finalize contracts and schedules with vendors which was able to help me relax (slightly) during that last month of crunch time. She was professional, always easy to contact when I needed her, and stayed in touch frequently. She was also a critical piece in helping to decorate the MASSIVE tent that we had to accommodate our guest list. She spent the entire day before the wedding hanging what seemed like thousands of paper lanterns into the tent. She also did a fabulous job the day of the wedding. I felt like I did not have to worry about a single thing. Everything went better than expected and I was able to enjoy the day without missing a beat! THANK YOU COURTNEY for all of your help! I wouldn't have made it through the last month without you.

  I originally thought I didn't need a planner, in my mind I had everything under control. I didn't fully understand all of the details and logistics involved on the day of and leading up to the day of the wedding. As we got closer to our wedding date I started to become extremely overwhelmed. I was really impressed with Courtney right away. I immediately felt comfortable with her, and realized the full value of having someone who knew what they were doing every step of the way, and who could manage all of the little details for me.
  Courtney absolutely met my expectations, and actually ended up doing more than I expected. She always got back to me very quickly, no matter how many questions I had or how often I needed her to just set my mind at ease. She listened very carefully to my vision, and understood exactly what we wanted our wedding day to be like. It was so wonderful to have someone I could trust to setup all of my centerpieces and decor that day while I relaxed with the bridesmaids and got ready. While we were getting ready and having our makeup done Courtney even showed up at the hotel with lunch for us all and a fully stocked bag full of every possible emergency item we could have needed but hadn't thought to bring. She fully coordinated everything between all of our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and had no problem reaching out to them for me when I wasn't getting responses from them myself. When I was having trouble finding someone to go with me to my final fitting Courtney offered to come, and this really meant a lot to me that she was willing to do this.
  Courtney was able to be my voice so I could avoid familial conflict, which was absolutely invaluable! She always made me feel like me and my wedding were very important to her even though I knew she had some other weddings right around mine.

  The best thing I did was hiring Courtney for day of coordination. She did anything and everything that was needed… even things I didn't even think of needing until it was already done. Her personality and professionalism is exactly what you need leading up to and on your big day. Hire her… really.

  Courtney was an absolute blessing to our wedding. To give you an idea of how great she was- we got married at a small church and then bussed our 200 guests to a tent, in a field. It had MONSOONED the day before our wedding so on the morning of we needed to do a bit of damage control to make sure the walkway to the tent was clear and then we had to set up the table settings. Courtney was there with my aunts and father making sure everything was picture perfect and then she was at the church ready for us when we arrived. I literally had nothing to worry about on my day of and that's all because of her hard work. She was unflappable under pressure- we had a few incidents (such as running out of some wedding supplies, a guest who drank too much, my dress becoming unbustled) and she dealt with them all and allowed my husband and I to have a fantastic night. I couldn't say enough about her and especially for the bride planning a wedding with lots of different vendors, having someone like Courtney to coordinate them all was perfect.
  
  Side note: All my other vendors commented on how professional Courtney was and how much they would enjoy working with her again.

  Having someone to help you with last minute details and keep you sane during wedding planning when you have a million things to do is huge!! Courtney was extremely helpful in my wedding planning process!!! She is extremely professional, creative, and very easy to get a long with!! You want someone with all these qualities to help you with your wedding... someone you can talk the ins and outs of your dream wedding with, and someone who can help you execute all those dreams!
  I highly recommend using Courtney as your wedding day coordinator, and I would definitely use her again for future party planning!!!!
