Natalie and Celine are not only pros in the event planning business but are an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Although they already had three other weddings scheduled the weekend of my big day, they agreed to take on our out-of-town wedding as well. They have top-of-the line quality products at reasonable prices and are quick to offer their creative vision in designing the perfect concept. They ran out of gold chiavari chairs the week of my wedding due to their high demand so they upgraded me to their vineyard chairs for the same price! I was thrilled! They added a personal touch to my wedding and I will undoubtedly go to Occasion for all my future event needs! -

My husband and I met Natalie and her team as we venue shopped for a reception location. Y happened to walk into the Sandia Golf Course after Natalie and her team decorated for a wedding and I was in love!!! I just knew that we had to hire them!!
I began working with Natalie and enjoyed her suggestions and expertise. I showed her my Pinterest board and she ran with it. The reception decoration was one of the one things I looked forward to seeing on the wedding day because I just knew it would be perfect and it was!!! I am so thankful for Natalie and her team and have to also thank Deanna for creating such beautiful bouquets and floral center pieces! It was so convenient having decorators and floral work together so closely!! It made it easier to explain tour vision as a whole and they both truly delivered!! Great job! And thank You! -

I had such a great experience working with OSE. Natalie and Celine were absolutely amazing and worked so hard to make our wedding a success. We held our wedding at La Mesita Ranch in a completely outdoor space and rented every piece of the reception from generators and catering equipment down to chairs and forks from OSE. I had no idea where to begin but Natalie ensured we had everything we needed. She even thought of details I missed! I am very particular about aesthetics and OSE had tablecloths in the perfect shade of grey, beautiful gold flatware, vineyard chairs, and whatever else I dreamt up. They even helped with some of the extra ceremony set up at no charge! They have everything you can possibly need available for rent and are also thoughtful and experienced planners. Highly recommended! -

When planning my wedding my now husband and I fell in love with the Gutierrez Hubbell house. When meeting with Natalie for the first time it was a bonus when we found out that the venue also came with a wedding coordinator. From day one until the last minute of the event Natalie was so attentive and paid every attention to our details and gave suggestions that would bring out the uniqueness to the Hubbell house. The day of the wedding when I walked into the venue it was everything I wanted and more! Natalie and Celine made my special day everything I could ever imagine. I would recommend Occasion Services to anyone that every asks for wedding recommendations. Thank you Natalie and Celine for making my day one to remember!! -

I apologize that this review is coming to you late but I have been traveling for work the past few months. This review is long overdue for the outstanding decor services you and your team provided for our special day! Your professionalism and promptness was brightly shown from the beginning. Your help in choosing the color scheme, table settings, and backdrop turned out spectacular. You exceeded my expectations of my dream wedding! Casa Nova Custom Catering has conducted business with Occasion Services & Events on close to fifty catered events now and we are extremely pleased with the service, the quick response, their undeniable professionalism, unbending flexibility and exceptional value. They are the perfect event team member by far compared to other Albuquerque and Santa Fe event and rental companies. Their attention to the smallest detail and bending backwards to please their client is unprecedented. When it comes to event planning, decoration and rentals, I certainly couldn't go anywhere else. Thumbs way up! -

I would reccomend them time and time again. I got so many compliments on my decorations and having them for my Day Of Wedding Planners made the entire night run smoothly. I am so glad I had them there! The only thing I had to worry about on my wedding night was keeping a drink in my hand! -

You will not regret using Natalie and the whole team at Occasion Services & Events. They made my day so much easier and Natalie was on top of everything. She understood where I was coming from and knew what I wanted. I put full trust into her on that day and knew everything was going to be just fine. You will not regret having them their for you big day. They are also are a huge asset when coordinating your vendors and scheduling all moments of your day. They also have many connections if you need help finding vendors to use. -

I had my wedding at the Gutierrez-Hubbell House this fall and loved working with Natalie and OSE. Natalie was organized, kind, and professional from the beginning. She had many recommendations for vendors and was flexible with the variety of people we chose to work with. She worked through unforeseen challenges with grace, was open and honest with us every step of the way, and did a fabulous job setting up on the day of the wedding. She was a great presence at the event and worked easily with our non-traditional approach. I would happily recommend Natalie and OSE to anyone, and the Gutierrez-Hubbell House is a fabulous place to get married. -

We recently were married at the Hubbell House which is a beautiful venue. Natalie came with the venue...I'll cut right to the chase. To rent the empty field it was 4k, and that's literally all you get. When we were first renting she made it sound like they really help out a lot, and that she's going to make sure everything gets done etc. Anyway, I received the rental invoice and it was close to 9k, ok fair its a wedding but the reason a bride rents hubbell is because they are diy and on a budget. I got those rentals down to like 2k by doing a lot by myself. There were double charges on the invoice that I caught and she then removed once I asked her about them. To make a long story short, she did absolutely nothing. She ordered the lights and had the guys set up the tables and chairs and that was about it, oh she told the wedding party when to walk. My florist designed this beautiful floral arch and asked her to have it moved after the ceremony so I could enjoy it, her response was "well this bride wants to do everything herself so i'll let her do it..." So not only is she childish she's unprofessional. Several of my guests kept asking me who that rude woman was...can you believe that!!? At my wedding my guests are asking me who the rude person is and it was the wedding planner! Oh, last minute she charged me for an extra bartender and her excuse was, the number of people require two, um you've known how many people were attending all along. So to make a long story short, if you aren't going to break the bank with rentals get ready for her to give zero effort into your wedding. If you're interested in hubbell house I suggest finding another open field that's equally beautiful just to avoid natalie. She's in -

Very unpleasant working with Natalie. She was very rude and we felt she wanted nothing to do with us. Their business educate was very low but quality of work was ok. We once requested a final "meeting" to go over the finishing touches at the marriot pyramid. She said "we have met with you enough, I'm going to have to charge you for the additional meeting!" Their office is located literally 1/2 mile of the Marriott!! We spent almost $5,000.00 with you guys and you can't get off your lazy butts and come meet with your clients. Very very unprofessional! We wished we could have gotten our money back at this point. Beware of lazy and rude workers! -

Working with this company was such a negative experience, it's taken me years to revisit the experience and finally write these reviews. I also got married at the Hubbell House, and we were promised things that did not happen (I.e. an open bar). Eventually, we cancelled the service and got married in our backyard. Yes, this means that we gave up the chance to get married at the beautiful Hubbell House. We paid thousands of dollars for... literally nothing. It was worth it to know that the event would be planned right. Do not trust this company. -

I want to echo "A&Z" review as we had a very similar experience with Natalie and OSE. My husband actually coined the moniker "Occasionally Helpful Services & Events." We had our wedding at Gutierrez-Hubbell house and working with OSE was part of the package. Natalie made it seem like they were going to help every step of the way, but in reality she was nothing more than a mediocre day-of coordinator. Thankfully I have experience coordinating events through work, had amazing vendors (which we found ourselves), & an amazingly awesome bridal party, because if we were only relying on Natalie's help & experience, the wedding would have been a disaster. She was unresponsive to emails unless it was regarding payment. In our first meeting she gave us a list of recommended vendors that she said needed updating and that she could provide more upon request. When I later asked her for the additional recommendations, she took a week to email me the exact same document that she had already given me. I had asked her for a timeline from a previous wedding at the venue to get an idea of a good "flow" for the event, and I honestly laughed out loud when she sent me a simple excel sheet lacking any detail beyond "bride arrives," "ceremony starts," "evening ends." As part of the agreement, Natalie was responsible for arranging tables and chairs. Thankfully we had a smaller wedding than anticipated as Natalie waited too long to order the items and wasn't able to secure the amount that was initially promised. She also ordered the wrong color chairs and tried to blame it on me until a presented a paper trail where I had clearly asked for natural, not white. I heard that she was rude to my vendors, members of my bridal party and some of our guests. She also tried to tell us a week before the wedding that we suddenly needed an extra bartender (despite having a LOWER headcount than initially discussed.) I would NOT recommend OSE to anyone and none of my vendors will either.
