If you’re looking for a place that is so beautiful and affordable this is your place. Alex and her crew was amazing, especially Langston Alexander, he went over and beyond and helped my mom out. This place is semi-all inclusive, including flowers for tables, cake, DJ, food, appetizers, tables, chairs, linens, dishes, glassware, utensils, non-alcoholic beverages. All we had to purchase was our photographer, Sincerely Cecilia and Bevee Florist. Great job VOM!!!Fairview Sonoma at Valley of the Moon's reply:

We recently had our wedding at Fairview Valley of the Moon, and working with Vanessa was truly one of the best decisions we made in the entire planning process. From the very beginning, she guided us through every step organizing timelines, helping us stay on track, and making the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Her kindness, patience, and clear communication made such a difference.
We loved attending the food tastings and getting to choose our cake flavors and menu options everything was delicious and the process was so much fun. On the wedding day itself, everything was super organized. Our guests kept telling us how seamless and well-run the entire day felt. The atmosphere was perfect, the space fit our guests beautifully, and having the bridal suite made getting ready so easy and comfortable.
They also offer several beautiful ceremony background options, and we chose the mountain-view space it was absolutely stunning.
Vanessa was incredible on the wedding day walking us through the ceremony lineup, making sure everyone knew when to walk, and keeping the flow so natural. She was so sweet and truly made us feel cared for.
One of the biggest highlights for us was how affordable the full package was compared to planning everything separately. Fairview includes so many important pieces that would've been stressful and expensive to manage on our own. We also took advantage of their recommended vendors Opal (photographer), Lisa (cake decorator), and Rose (officiant) and we are SO glad we did. Each one of them was amazing and absolutely worth it.
Thank you, Fairview, for making our day so special. We honestly couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. We felt supported, relaxed, and able to just enjoy our celebration. We are super excited to see our photos and videos

We booked Fairview Valley of the Moon for our wedding in October, and we are so glad we did! The team was amazing to work with, and the venue itself was absolutely perfect. It truly has it all—breathtaking views, friendly staff, delicious food, and excellent bar service. We have zero regrets and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
Vanessa, our planner and coordinator, was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made everything run so smoothly and helped bring our vision to life. We chose to have our ceremony at the Sugarloaf site on hole 10 of the golf course, and it was pure magic—so beautiful and romantic.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I highly, highly recommend Fairview Valley of the Moon. 10/10 experience! -

We got married at Fairview Valley of the Moon, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. It truly was the best day of our lives.
From the moment we booked, the team made us feel supported and excited. Alex and Vanessa, our incredible wedding coordinators, went above and beyond. They were so responsive, attentive, and kind—every question answered, every detail handled. We felt completely taken care of, which made all the difference.
The venue itself is gorgeous, and the day flowed perfectly. The florals were breathtaking, the food was a huge hit with our guests, and they worked seamlessly with all of our vendors. They managed all of the set-up, breakdown, and everything in between with total professionalism and care.
And the party? The music was amazing, and the dance floor was packed all night long—right up until the end! The energy was incredible, and we had the time of our lives.

We made the right choice in choosing Fairview Valley of the Moon as our wedding venue. Our wedding at the Sugarloaf ceremony site was truly amazing and unforgettable. Lexy was our wedding coordinator and she was awesome and super friendly. Since we live in Japan, we had to make a lot of decisions in online meetings with Lexy, but she was patient listening to us and helpful explaining everything to us, so we were able to proceed planning our wedding without worries. We highly recommend Fairview Valley of the Moon as the perfect wedding venue. -

Great place for wedding!
We had an amazing wedding at Fairview Valley of the Moon! We liked that the packaging included a lot of planning items like decorations, cake, DJ, which made the planning process very easy. Our wedding planner Lexy was awesome! We enjoyed all the virtual or in person meetings We had to get everything finalized. On the wedding day, she also made sure that everything goes as planned. It’s really an easy and smooth wedding planning! Also, the decorations, table set, favors and everything turned out so beautifully at the ceremony and reception place. The food there was also very delicious! We felt so grateful and lucky that we picked Fairview Valley of the Moon! -

My husband and I got married May 2024 at Valley of the Moon at the Sugarloaf ceremony site. It was the most beautiful and perfect day. Lexy was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful and so helpful throughout the process.
Choosing Valley of the Moon as our venue took 50% of the stress of planning a wedding off my shoulders. They include the DJ, florist, baker, catering, day of coordinator, lighting, tables, etc, etc. I could go on and on. And they give you suggestions for photographers, videographers, makeup artists, etc. So they also took the stress out of finding a trusted photographer/videographer who knows the venue and has worked with Lexy in the past. They think through every last detail with you.
Every time I had a question come up or last minute needed to change something Lexy was very prompt, helpful, and accommodating.
The service was 10/10. Not to mention the venue itself is gorgeous. It made for the most unforgettable wedding pictures that I am obsessed with.
I highly recommend this venue to any bride and groom who wants a stressless, beautiful wedding. -

Evelyn was with us every step of the way. Valley of the moon has all the supplies and vendor partners you need to make your day so special. It was so nice not having to worry about coordinating and greeting the other vendors the day of the wedding. Valley of the Moon also made a special exception for us to use pyrotechnics during our wedding which made our day absolutely perfect. Evelyn setup every detail of our wedding according to plan and for type A wedding planners like myself, Evelyn will go above and beyond to try and follow every detail to perfection. When our wedding was falling behind schedule, Evelyn did such an amazing job adjusting and suggesting how we can make up the time. She is very experienced and what she does, and was absolutely the BEST. We couldn't have had such a special day without her. -

I highly recommend booking with Fairview Valley of the Moon! It was worth every penny we spent. Evelyn, who is one of the planners, she is a literal angel. She made our wedding perfect. She put so much time and effort into making sure our day was exactly how we wanted it to be. When it came to communication, she was available through text and email and always made sure to get back to me as fast as possible. I had 0 stress with my wedding. They take care of basically everything for you. The food was great, the dj was amazing and our ceremony site was stunning. The reception was more beautiful than I ever could’ve imagined. Booking with Fairview Valley of the Moon would be the best decision you could make when it comes to your wedding. -

My husband and I got married at Valley of the Moon in June of 2023. Our wedding was picture perfect! This was the only venue we toured, and we knew right away that this would be the perfect place. Not only was it a beautiful location, but also almost all of the vendors were in-house, making it so easy (for us) to coordinate. We hardly had to lift a finger, other than making decisions about what we wanted our day to look like. Our lovely coordinator, Evelyn, handled all the rest! Evelyn was excellent about communicating with us and ensuring we were happy with every detail (down to how we wanted our napkins folded -- a detail I had never even considered). On our wedding day, Evelyn and her counterpart, Lexi, made everything run incredibly smoothly -- there was literally not a single hiccup. We had 120 guests and they all raved about how our wedding was the most beautiful and fun, and best coordinated wedding they had ever been to! WOW! Not to mention, the food was incredible and the location was gorgeous, especially as the sun started to set. Weddings are almost always expensive, but this venue was worth every penny we spent.
TLDR: Beautiful venue, great food, easiest planning experience as a bride. Highly recommend! -

Beautiful venue, great views, all inclusive package options, affordable, amazing staff, and first class service...what more could you ask for? Alex was amazing and helped me every step of the way! I know that, without her, my wedding would not have turned out as perfect as it did. Cassie, Jordan, and Alex are all very passionate about what they do and are very quick to respond to emails, calls, or texts. I never felt like a nuisance for asking many questions or seeking suggestions. Everything that is included in the package is of GREAT quality, and all of the vendors are very thorough in making sure they meet your dream day needs! While planning my wedding, I was told by various people that something would likely go wrong on my wedding day. However, I can say with 100% certainty that NOTHING went wrong on my wedding day, and that EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect, due to the hard work of Alex, Cassie, and Jordan. Highly recommend! -

Having a destination wedding can be very nerve wracking and can be very complicated if you don’t know the city or have someone there helping you. Hiring Cassie Howard and Valley of the Moon for my wedding was easy, hassle free, smooth and affordable. They offer several packages and the best package for us was so easy to choose as it had everything we needed without breaking our bank account. The venue was absolutely gorgeous with amazing mountain views and green. The decoration was spot on, the staff was friendly and professional. Cassie made sure everything was done as we had planned it and she went above and beyond to take us to the bridge that I had falling in love with from the pictures on the website. It happened to be farther away than I had expected. But she made it happen. I highly recommend using Cassie and Valley of the Moon. From an intimate wedding to the wedding of your dreams, I am sure she can get it done for you! -

I found this venue off of Wedding Wire, which was really a great time-saver. Keep in mind there is a Valley of the Moon Winery and a Valley of the Moon Golf Club, if you want a wedding venue for about 100 people choose the Fairview Valley of the Moon Golf Club! We made the mistake of getting the 2 mixed up, and on the day of our meeting with the wedding coordinator at Valley of the Moon Golf Club, we found out we were at the wrong location, we went to the winery and the Golf Club is approximately 30 more minutes away. Luckily we arrived earlier for what we thought was the correct spot, but actually wasn’t, and ended up being a few minutes late for our meeting at Valley of the Moon Golf Club. Luckily, Cassie, the wedding coordinator, was extremely understanding. Already a great sign to us that we were going in the right direction of choosing our venue, because we have a patient person to work with.
We had the most amazing experience at Fairview Valley of the Moon, thanks to Cassie, our Wedding Coordinator and the package choice we picked. Cassie was very well-experienced in wedding planning, as she was able to help us navigate through the wedding planning process as smoothly as possible. We were able to plan a full wedding with a maximum headcount of 100 people in just 1 1/2 months because of Cassie’s help, and a lot of great family and friends who had a lot of experience also being in weddings in the past. What we loved most about Fairview Valley of the Moon is it’s a one-stop-shop, you don’t have to contact any vendors it’s all coordinated by your wedding coordinator, all you have to do is secure your wedding date, pick your wedding package(these are really flexible btw), sign your contract then choose your food selection, possible drink selection, cake choice, and floral choice. The DJ is also included, and did a great job keeping our guests on the dance floor. Cassie was extremely responsive anytime we had questions, and if she was off her colleague, Jordan, assisted as best as she could to answer any questions we had. All of our guests shared how fantastic a time they had. People enjoyed the intimacy, food and drinks and kindness that was shown by all the staff. Also, I wanted to share our wedding ceremony was originally supposed to outside on the golf course, but due to the rain it was moved to the reception area, and the room was re-formatted to fit the ceremony AND reception. It was still amazing, although not what was originally planned. Our guests still felt as though they were outside because of the wide windows in the reception area, and everyone was able to stay dry and comfy inside. I would recommend Fairview Valley of the Moon to anyone wanting to get married on the practical side, and still wanting a beautiful and memorable wedding. -

The venue was completely renewed when we booked it! Fairview is a one-stop-shop that does it all for you! Victoria & Cassie made wedding planning not just stress free but also fun! The power duo took care of everything so I don't have to coordinate with vendors. They work with local florist & provides the wedding cake service; they provide tables & chairs & linens & center pieces & even table numbers. There is a wonderful selection of booze all night long that our guests have loved. Not to mention the crowd favorite: delicious hors d'oeuvre being passed around at cocktail hour. Finally, a buffet dinner with prime rib / chicken / salmon / veggies to cap the night off. They helped me make my dream come true and I can't say enough nice things about them. I've been raving about this venue to all my friends. The guests took amazing pictures at the venue because the back drop of Santa Rosa mountains are drop dead gorgeous. This is the place that I'll remember for years to come and might have to visit again for reunions / anniversaries haha! It's fair to say that the best choice I made in my wedding planning was to go with Fairview Valley of the Moon. -

Alison from Oakmont is who you want working with you on the day of your wedding and leading up to it. She was accommodating to every request. Prompt and professional. The buffet we had was excellent. The ceremony location is beautiful and picturesque. The reception area had plenty of room, plus the balcony gave guest lots of space to mingle. This venue includes quite a lot in the price. It’s a great value! -

The Oakmont golf course was an amazing wonderful venue that exceeding my wife and I expectations. We had a vision that we wanted for our special day and the scenery combined with outstanding Food and service made our day just that..special and perfect. We had the most magical and dreamy wedding at Oakmont. Michelle Sand and her team really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted on our special day. The day of was very smooth, as the bride I felt completely supported and like all I had to do was follow the plan that had been so carefully arranged ahead of time. It really have me the chance to let go of any worries and enjoy the pure bliss of being surrounded by my friends and family on our wedding day. I cannot thank Michelle enough for all her hard work, after hours responsiveness and endless kindness to us. Without her we really would not have been able to have our dream come true. I had my dream wedding at Oakmont Golf Club. It was absolutely beautiful. Michelle made sure everything was perfect on the big day. While I sipped champagne, she stressed to make sure timing was running smoothly. The setting on the golf course is beautiful, and serene. I was able to surprise my guests by arriving on a horse drawn carriage. Oakmont made the surprise possible and worked with me to plan it. It was everything I could ask for! -

From beginning to end, over a year of planning, Michelle and her staff went above and beyond at helping this mom of three plan our wedding! She quickly responded to every email, even after hours, and always helped me keep my sanity. The flow of the wedding couldn’t have been any more flawless, surpassed my expectations that day! I want to relive that day all over again!
Did I mention the food? Our guests feedback was 90% about how amazing their plates were. I would pay top dollar to have that food again! -

All of the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful! We live out of town, so Michelle was extremely helpful to us. She was responsive throughout the entire planning process, answering all the questions we had, even if we had to ask them twice! The food was delicious! The landscape is gorgeous for the ceremony and pictures! We loved that we were able to use the deck for cocktail hour and for part of the reception as well! Not to mention an extremely helpful wedding coordinator, Heather, who gladly answered any and all questions we had and was extremely accommodating throughout our entire wedding-planning process! Our only regret is not having our wedding day start earlier and end later, because it was the BEST day ever!

The entire process from our initial meeting, through the day of, it does not get any better. We got married a month after all the complete devastation by wildfires, and even during their time of need (many of the staff were impacted and lost homes), Michelle Sand kept me updated and always found ways to calm me throughout the entire process. They plan for the best, but prepared for the worst, and for that, we couldn't be more grateful.
The ceremony site is so pretty, and our guests RAVED about the food, drinks and atmosphere.

From our first meeting we felt like we were in great hands, and we were! Throughout the planning process Heather was incredibly helpful, reassuring, professional and made me feel like I was her only bride. I never felt like I was bothering her with my many questions. The entire staff were helpful and flexible. It is obvious they have a system that works for running weddings. The venue is beautiful both for the wedding and the reception. The ceremony with the pond backdrop (later used for "golden hour" photos) was so pretty. We were worried about the sun, but as guaranteed by Heather, the 4PM timing had most of the area (180 guests) shaded. The view from the reception room was picturesque with views of the mountain range across the valley. All working between vendors and Oakmont seemed to be flawless. The food was amazing!!! Many guests have since told us how good it was. I would highly recommend this location for a wedding. -

From our first meeting they listened to what we wanted and helped us make it happen without breaking the bank. They helped keep our day on track and were so helpful in everything. Besides being easy to work with the venue is gorgeous (the ceremony and reception site). Comprehensive wedding package choices, good food, overall great value for money.
Choosing one of the greatly-priced wedding packages offered by Fairview Weddings at Valley of the Moon certainly took most of the stress out of planning our wedding. We were very pleased with the menu selection and the quality of the food. Dealing with the vendors and the DJ was a breeze too, all with the help of our coordinator, Alex. As a bonus, the venue is located with a gorgeous mountain backdrop that was absolutely beautiful in all the photos. Overall, we were very happy with the decision to go with Valley of the Moon! -
