Oak City was fabulous to work with from start to finish! Dylan was awesome getting things rolling for us and Rod did a fantastic job as our DJ. He was easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed chatting with him as well. He has a lot of experience as a DJ and a musician and he did a great job on our wedding day. We all had a blast and he kept the fun going! We also really liked their online portal which made the planning process super easy and smooth! We would absolutely recommend! -

We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and Dylan was prompt and helpful throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, he had everything set up and the whole thing went perfectly. His booth and uplights (highly recommend) were so professional and fun. It made the venue look great. He was a blast all night and kept our party dancing until last call. -

Dylan was the DJ for our wedding on 11/14/2020. We are so happy that we went with him and Oak City Entertainment! From our initial sit-down onward he was organized, responsive, and made the planning super easy! The on-line planning portal is user friendly and really helps you piece together the ceremony and reception. Due to COVID restrictions we had to make a last-minute change to our location but he was more than accommodating to our needs. Dylan kept the energy high on the dance floor all night and was excellent on the microphone when he needed to be! We really appreciated how he catered to our preferences. If you are looking for an excellent wedding/party DJ then look no further; Oak City Entertainment will not disappoint! -

We could not have been happier with Dylan and Oak City Entertainment. He made the entire process easy and took the stress out of it all. Because of him, we had a huge crowd on our dance floor from the second it opened until the last song. He felt the vibe of the crowd perfectly to keep everyone happy and the dancing going. He was very professional, fun, and a wonderful presence to add to the room. Also, the up lighting he provided, the spotlight monogram and his set up at the event really added to the look of the venue! My husband and I absolutely LOVED working with Oak City Entertainment! The online portal was so easy to use when choosing our song list, and Will was fantastic at our wedding! He did an awesome job introducing the bridal party, dinner, the toasts, and of course playing a great mix of music that had me and my friends dancing. I would choose Oak City Entertainment again and again. It was such a fun experience working with them! -

I got married a little over a month ago, and DJ Will from Oak City Entertainment did an amazingggg job! From our ceremony out in open fields to dinner under a tent and then dancing- Will had us covered with good vibes/tunes the entire time! I had very specific requests and even had TWO surprise dances, and Will worked closely with me so that everything happened the way we wanted :) Highly recommend! Thanks again OCE for working with us on the best day of our lives!!! -

We were immediately sure after our first meeting with Dylan that Oak City Entertainment would be the right choice as a DJ for our big day. He was so easy to work with, and did a great job of explaining all of the packages and options to us. When our wedding week came around, our final planning meeting was stress free. Dylan was very organized and thorough, and we felt like he understood the vibe we were going for during both the ceremony and reception. Overall, working with Dylan was a great experience and we would highly recommend him! -

Dylan was one of the absolute best choices we made regarding our wedding day. The moment we started the dancing at our reception he had everyone on the dance floor and it stayed that way!
He was also very responsive during our planning process and has an online portal that makes planning so organized and easy. We can't say enough good things! -

We worked with Dylan at Oak City Entertainment. He was a very professional and personable guy to speak with. He was very excited to work with us and everyone at our wedding had an amazing time never leaving the dance floor. We gave Dylan a playlist we created hoping he would play most of them. We told him he did not have to stick to the playlist only because we knew we were forgetting some good ones, but he played maybe 5-10 out of the 50 songs that we had on there which was upsetting. Other than that, he was great and we would make sure to be more specific next time! -

Rod was a wonderful addition to our wedding vendor team! He was very easy going and listened to what we wanted. He used the songs we requested for our ceremony and played them at the exact time we wished. He was even willing to play a game with our guests during the reception to add to the entertainment - a game he had never done before, but executed so well! He knew when to start the party music and when to keep it casual easy-listening. Having a COVID wedding was really difficult and added a lot of complexity, but Rod was wonderful and really added to making the day perfect. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Wedding DJ. -
