We have been a repeat customer of NYC Photobooth and we have always been very satisfied with their services. Over the years there was only once incident and they were very accomodating to make up for the issue. We are always pleasantly surprised by how much our group enjoys participating in the NYC photobooth experience. There is always a line leading up to the photo booth or camera and happy faces collecting their prints upon completion.

We've used David and his team for a number of corporate events and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service! He was tremendously flexible, often meeting our tight deadlines and 24-hour turnarounds, and became a pro at helping us execute our events. Highly recommend this company for rentals, and will continue to work with him in the future.

Having the photo booth increased the fun factor at our wedding so much! Our guests enjoyed this so much! Our attendant was so wonderful and the guest book that he put together with the resulting photos was so thoughtfully done. Photos were grouped together so well. It was like receiving a storybook of the night! This was so wonderful and I highly recommend using this company!

I was absolutely happy with the service NYC photo booth provided. I booked them last minute and they were great. James ( I think that was his name) was very patient and easy going, and that meant so much because the 13 kids that were at the party were a wild bunch. I felt terrible that I didn't tip him at the end, but I'm contacting them now and will mail him a check.

This was a big hit with my guests! The photo tent went well with the party decor and the added Parisian backdrop worked out excellent with the photos. A definite "must have" at any party! Also, a personal thank you to the gentleman who ran the booth for coming to my aide before the party when I cut my thumb open with a glass centerpiece. He was very helpful and I appreciate that. He was also wonderful with my guests and I received several compliments about him.

Great job, professional and everyone enjoyed.
My critic might be to have more original props for future events, perhaps even a black board people can add messages on, and a an empty frame, works very well.

We loved the service and quality of work.

This was the first photobooth rental at our corporate Christmas party, and will definitely be used again. The attendant was very friendly and professional especially with the young children. My recommendation would be to provide some props for rent/purchase; we purchased a few and they were used by everyone.

Having David and the Photo Booth was one of the BEST decisions I made for my wedding!!!! He was so wonderful to work with prior to the night and during the evening his work was flawless. NYC Photobooth was hired for my daughter's wedding. They were prompt and professional. All we had to do was to provide the props. Our guests enjoyed dressing up for silly photos or just have a regular snaphot of themselves individually or with groups. The technician was available at all times to oversee the proper function of the booth, which ran smoothly all evening. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking to add a fun dimension to their event!

I have been to many weddings and in many photobooths and none compare. You get to chose color or Black and White and they print 6 photos total onb the card. After it prints they cut it in half and the guest get the half with the signature on it (Jane & Joe's wedding 9/17/11) etc... and that is almost like a favor ina way... and the other half goes ina book that they sign for you to keep. The quality is what the big ticket here is... the photo booths themselves are of high quality, the images come out very clear and the staff is very friendly! They give you package options which is nice. I got the one where I got the book and the flasdrive.... great to have been able to put all the images on facebook and tag friends and family in them! that was a big hit and I have yet to see other photobooth companys give out a flash drive with all the images.

NYC photo booth provided the best entertainment for our wedding guests. Most people used the booth, everybody who did raved about it. We received some of our best wedding photos through the photo booth. Memories that will last forever and pictures to prove it. I highly recommend this for any event!

What a great addition to any amazing evening...The Photo Booth was such a nice addition to the festivities and all the guests took part in getting their photos taken..The best part was looking at the album after the wedding and seeing all the pictures and the fun that the guests had taking them! The booth was beautiful, clean and large enough for several people to take fun group pictures. This was a great company to work with. They listened to what we wanted and helped us pick the right package for us. I have recommended this company to several other people and they have all been very pleased as well!!

The photobooths were a great add on to our son and daughter-in-law's wedding reception.. We decided to do it at the last minute and it was very popular at the reception. NYC Photobooth was a hit at my wedding! Everyone loved taking pictures in the photobooth. This is a great company to work with. Leading up to the wedding they answered every question and accommodate all my requests. We included a custom logo that they added to every printed photo strip, giving the guests a personalized favor with every photo they took. You have several options of booth and photo style to choose from. They also provide an attendant who helps make the experience fun and easy. Most importantly, our wedding was in the wake of Hurricane Sandy in NYC. It was touch and go there the whole week but NYC Photobooth pulled through and got us our booth despite a power outage, a gas shortage, and the Sandy driving restrictions! Amazing.

David and the NYC photobooth team are very prompt and always there to help if there are ever issues with the photobooth. We have one of his booths in our restaurant for nearly a year and love knowing that if we need assistance, it's there within the hour. Highly recommended!

The Ronald McDonald House of Manhattan has had the NY Photobooth at their annual Sock Hop for the last nine years. The photo booth has been a highlight of our event. The pictures of the kids and parents have given these families everlasting memories that they will always cherish. I can't thank you enough for your professionalism and always being there for the kids.

The PhotoTENT and the associate were both great- efficient, accomodating and friendly. The webpage with the photo gallery was also awesome. Our staff and kids had a blast and will be able to revisit thier special time with the photo strips. Cant' wait to do it again!

The photo booth at our wedding was fabulous and our guest had the time of their lives. It was such hit people went in numerous times. I would definitely recommend a photo booth for any occasion. The photos were funny and a nice keep sake..Gil was our operator of the booth and he was great. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend him and the services of this company.

This booth was the biggest hit. He provides an antique looking open booth. Several people can take photos together. There are props like boas, hats and glasses to use. He was open the whole reception. The photos have an antique sepia tone. People take home four attached photos and the big surprise was he kept one of each to put in an album for the bride.

The photobooth was some of the best money spent at our wedding. It was loved by all and we have amazing photos to show for it. They even give you a flash drive the night of the wedding with all of the photos taken in the booth. No waiting 6-8 weeks for the professional photographers shots.

The gentleman who comes with the booth to help your guests was excellent - he pulled my groom and I aside to remind us to take a turn in the booth - so glad he did!

Plus - NYC photobooth made ordering, paying, delivery etc. so simple, I didn't need to think about them after I booked. Perfect vendor for a harried bride.

setup was done early and before our event started; attendant was very professional dealing with a range of guests, from small children to older adults. I didn't notice this on your website, but providing "props" for rent would be very helpful. We had to purchase these ourselves and then discard after the event

I have used NYC Photobooth for two events thus far. They are so accommodating! At my last event, I changed my type of photobooth the day of the event and without any issues or penalty fees the team was able to setup and execute a successful event! I rented a NYC Photobooth for my corporate holiday party and it was such a hit with my clients! Everyone loved all of the props that NYC Photobooth provided and the festive photo bacgrounds were gorgeous. I would definitely rent from them again.

NYC Photobooth was great. From what I saw, most photobooth places are pricey, but they gave me a better than advertised rate on the booth when I told them we were working with a tight budget. Most importantly, everyone loved it and I never heard from them or the venue about any problems loading it in or out. Also the printouts and online pics came out great.

Communications with the staff prior to my event were efficient and effective to meet my needs.

We would definitely use you again, although this time we didn't get to actually use the booth. The booth was too big for the elevator that the hotel had so we didn't get to enjoy it at this function. This would have been handled had the venue communicated properly with the vendor. The booth did arrive a bit late, but due to inventory after Hurricane Sandy, they weren't able to provide us a smaller machine for the event. They promptly refunded us with no issue.

David was great to work with. Within two weeks of my wedding date I emailed him with a custom logo I wanted to add on the photos (they specify in their contract the need of at least 3 weeks). He responded quickly, and was very patient when the file was wrong. The custom logo came out perfectly. The photobooth was a huge hit at my wedding, and all ages really got into it. The attendant that worked our wedding was a really nice guy, and it didn't bother me (it normally would) that he was there helping.

NYC Photobooth was a great addition to our party - our guests really enjoyed it. David was helpful in designing the text that was printed on our images and liased with our venue to make sure the booth we wanted could be accommodated due to size. Unfortunately Hurricane Sandy hit right after our party and their business was hit hard. Despite all they had going on, they made our images available to our guests shortly thereafter. I wish we could to more to help them - we'll have to throw more parties!

We've used this vendor before for events. They come on time, very informative on how to work, if you have any issues they walk you through how to solve but someone is available 24/7 by phone. Everyone loved it and most importantly we didn't have any issues or ran out of paper.

Joanne and Howard responded to my request very quickly. Normally this sort of service must be booked a few days/ week in advance but, they were able to accommodate me on one day's notice. Among the information included, I wish the dimensions of the tent would have been advertised a more plainly. I didn't think to ask for this information, but it certainly would have been helpful to know--venue inquired. Dave (the man who managed the photo booth on site) was nice. Some guests thought he was a bouncer others felt he was a bit awkward. I think it would've made our experience that much better if he was a bit more engaging, introduced himself, and asked guests to take a picture. I don't think they readily connected him to the service he was providing. The booth was really easy to use and really fun. I think overall, people were happy with the service.

We booked photobooth for our wedding after my sister and friend used it. The on site attendant was great and was flexible about setting up the booth. My major complaint is that we received our book and it had the wrong date on the first page. I emailed the company three times requesting another cover page and I never received one. As a result, I have not recommended this company for others to use. It should not take so many emails to get the correct cover page.
