Last minute we decided to hire a photographer for our city hall wedding it was an overall great experience, shes easy to talk too. She made us feel special. My husband couldnt stop talking about how great she is at what she does. He hates taking pic because hes kinda awkward at it but she made him look so handsome in every shot. Thank u so much. -

Couldn't have asked for better!
My wife and I arranged our September 2019 Central Park wedding at very short notice and thankfully NYC City Hall Wedding Photography were able to help. Our photographer, Shevel, was charming, friendly and professional and we are very grateful for her contribution to what was a perfect day. We were given our pictures on a memory card on the day but have since received our fully edited pictures and we are delighted with them. We would highly recommend using their services if planning a New York wedding. -

Great Photos of a Great Day
We highly recommend Alton and NYC City Hall Wedding photography. Alton is simply a lovely person to have as part of such an important day. Our photos are wonderful and capture unique features of our personalities and those of our wedding party. NYC City Hall Wedding Photography was within our budget, which was not huge, yet the experience with them and quality of our photos exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful and glad that Alton was our wedding photographer. -

Our photographer Shevel was very pleasant and smiling. She knew exactly where and how to take a picture of us during the ceremony. Thanks to this, we have wonderful memories of our wedding. We were offered to take the photos on the SD card immediately after shooting or wait for their processing. We decided to wait for the edited photos, which we received in a download link after about a month. They're perfect. Thank you. -

We eloped to New York in July. We thought we had everything in line, but forgot the need for a witness 😅 we sill hadn’t booked a photographer so began to look for one two days before we planned to go back to the city clerk. We quickly got a response from and they knew exactly the questions to ask. We arranged to meet day of and right away in the morning, our photographer was there waiting. He was patient and made sure to get some great pictures of us as we waited. -

They are very affordable and now that they did my wedding for cheap I can honestly say that they have underpriced their work. The quality I got for $200 could have easily been $1000 if I had gone to the other photographer that I contacted first and I'm not even sure I would've gotten the good quality that I got from these guys.
If you are reading this, just save yourself some money and the headache of shopping around because your best option is right here. -

This team was great, they worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We are not the fancy type who wanted all the poses that they wanted to put us in. I told Alton I'm not going to pose, He should just take the pictures and we will be happy just to have our day recorded. I could see it on his face that he was a little frustrated because he wanted to show off his skills in our pictures. LOL !!!
He eventually gave in to our nonsense after seeing that we seriously not in to poses, we are happy with the result and its more than we ever wanted. We are a mixed group of Chinese and Spanish, Alton and his wife were comfortable with our group and they blended in perfectly.
I will recommend this highly professional team of photographer for your wedding.

It is very rare these days to have your expectations exceeded but that is exactly what happen with Alton & Shevel Photography. I could never have imagined how important the photographs could be but when you see how beauty they are, and it is your friends and family in them, it makes me cry every time I look at them. Don't risk your photography to anyone else but Alton & Shevel. I have had several friends get married over the last couple of years and none of them had the kind of experience that I did with our photographer. They all think I just got lucky, but I say it was because I was smart enough to hire Alton & Shevel. They are a husband and wife team who seams in love because they were always hugging ever chance, they get at times I was wondering if they are the ones getting married LOL. They treated our day with the love and emotion they were showing each other. My family said good things about them and my family can be snobbish at times LOL.

I used these guys to capture my wedding and they were fun and loving. firstly I must tell you they are a husband and wife team of photographers. we used then to capture our 10 hours wedding day. they gave us the use of the photo-booth as a wedding gift, our guest were glued to that thing. the young people especially like the fact that they could send the pics directly to there Instagram page. the wedding was a couple of months ago but I wanted to get the Pictures before I made the review then I totally forgot but I am doing it and I am happy that I found them. I recommend them. not telling you to go killing there prices but they are flexible and easy to work with. tell them Wyomi sent you and you need my price LOL. -
Sharlene Sent on 10/11/2018I met Shevel when i was getting my marriage licence and she showed me her portfolio and it sparked my interest , my fiance and i did a little more research then we decided to hire her. it was the best decision we have made this year. we can never be more happy with the way she work with my rather troublesome group. she seam to have wedding dress fetish and i love that because i invested a lot in my wedding attire, i am extremely happy with the edited pictures and the album that she delivered. i am so happy to recommend her to everyone who needs a competent female photographer.
