If you are looking for an officiant to give you a ceremony to remember, for a love story that tells your guests all about your relationship from the very beginning including all your favorite memories, then you MUST book with NY Officiants!!!!!
Our consultation was great and super easy to book! Chris was very flexible with our time frame given my fiancé working nights and myself working early mornings. We even had a hiccup where we wound up not being available last minute given an emergency and he accommodated us no problem! When speaking with Chris over the phone he walked us through all the steps of the ceremony and made it feel so simple! This helped with our stress and anxiety, and his explanation really helped! He walked us through his website over the phone and explained everything they offered and how they work. We were able to read reviews right from their website (just like how I’m writing now) and man did it really draw me in to see all the positivity from past weddings and very recent weddings as well!
We were unable to have Chris be our officiant as he had a prior obligation, but he assured us that after he read our love story form he will pair us up with whom he thought would do our story justice… and boy did he hit the nail on the head! We got paired with Mark and he was amazing!!! We had the opportunity to video chat or set up a phone call with Mark prior, but I had so much faith that I didn’t feel like it was necessary. (Plus things were so stressful in other areas which needed my full attention). Chris and Mark at the NY Officiants knew what they were doing and their confidence gave me all the confidence in the world and outright trust and faith in them. I never needed to reach out to Chris either, he always contacted me when there was an update for something! He basically held our hands through the entire process!!
I cannot express how magical our ceremony was. My fiancé and I were crying at some parts, laughing at others, and just felt outright love during the rest. We chose the love story option with Chris during our consultation. He personally writes all of the love stories with the form you supply… and oh my gosh was it perfect!!! They way he told our story was as if he was there witnessing it himself. Our friends and families were in awe and found out new details about our relationship (even those who thought they already knew everything). There were parts in the story that I forgot I had mentioned and when I heard it I was stupidly shocked and thought “oh my gosh how did he know that” and then remembered… “oh wait I told him”. Chris had written it so well and Mark spoke it so well at the ceremony that it felt like I was being told my story through there eyes. The amount of family and friends brought to tears was shocking! Especially certain people I would never have thought would have cried did!
During the receiving line and reception everyone was complimenting our officiant and telling us how amazing the ceremony was. How it was romantic, but also funny at times and even some somber moments. My fiancés aunt and cousin were still talking about the ceremony the next day! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience… it truly was the ceremony of our dreams!!

Chris M was spectacular!
My husband and I loved having Chris as our officiant. He has a great reputation and I found him through a friend who got married. He was punctual, able to explain what to do to land the best photos, and my guests said they loved how he conducted the ceremony. He added in some humor to make the ceremony light hearted. My mom commented he was super nice to her. I highly recommend Chris as your officiant. A few days before the wedding, he also answered a phone call to clarify all the details. NY Officiants was absolutely incredible from start to finish! From our very first call, Christopher made everything feel easy and stress-free, and we instantly felt confident we were in great hands. He was professional, organized, and so reassuring throughout the entire process.
On the day of our wedding, he took extra time beforehand to walk us through everything, which really helped calm our nerves. During the ceremony, he guided us so smoothly and made the whole experience feel natural and special. He has the perfect balance of being warm, funny, and genuine, which made our ceremony even more meaningful.

Money well spent!!
My wedding was put together last minute I think maybe everything was thrown together in a month and I was so nervous about finding an officiant, but Chris was so responsive from the minute I reached out! super helpful and explained the entire process to us. We had a wonderful experience with NY Officiants! Officiant Christopher performed our ceremony, and he was fantastic! He took the time to go over the little details that we wouldn't have thought of (how to get the best photos, how to hold hands/the rings, which direction to pass my bouquet in, etc). We got a lot of compliments from the guests that not only was the ceremony beautiful, it was also engaging and funny at the appropriate times. We really loved having Chris as our officiant. From the very beginning, he was extremly responsive and flexible which I appreciated given our short timegrame to plan our elopement. In fact, even though we had several other options and he already had a couple events the same day, we adjusted our schedule a bit to make sure that he was our guy. His words were perfect along with his New York energy. I even got alot of comments after about how awesome the guy is. Thank you for making our day extra special.

Meant To Be!
What an amazing/unforgettable moment! Chris not only made our dream happen in very such notice, but he added a sense of comfort and genuine connection; that I couldn’t have imagined, would’ve been possible; from our brief interaction. You would have thought we knew him for years. From the prompt arrival(with pretty much no advance notice)to the pleasant engagement, to the personable ceremony, all the way to our several final goodbyes(10 to be exact)it was an unforgettable, spectacular, spontaneous experience. Even the guests were comfortable, and enjoyed every minute. Not once did Chris rush our special day, and despite me crying the entire time, he continued with professionalism, honesty, and love from the heart. Officiant Christopher far exceeded any expectations we had for a ceremony. He’s incredibly organized, responsive creative and easy to connect with. So many of our friends and family asked if we were related or personal friends with him. That was the level of care and detail. Christopher was referred to us by Billy at the Refuge in Melville, NY. I can't say enough nice things about Christopher's professionalism and dedication to our event. Days after our wedding, people are still reaching out to us about how great the ceremony was and more specifically how great Christopher was. Everyone asked if he was a close friend of ours, meanwhile aside from a thorough phone conference, our wedding day was the first time we had met him. He was extremely well spoken, and the speech was heartfelt with an appropriate sprinkle of humor. We cannot thank him enough for his kind words! We were a bit nervous, as we've never done this before, but Christopher walked us through every step of the ceremony and put our minds at ease. He made the most important moment of our life smooth and easy, and made sure to keep our guests engaged. Christopher went above and beyond any expectations we could have ever had. People laughed, they cried, then came up to us asking how long we’ve known him (we met officially once before).
I could not recommend anyone more than Christopher for anyone looking for an officiant that will capture your entire audience but also keep all of the attention on the bride and groom.

We are planning our wedding in Florida for April. We wanted to officially get married in NY and with all of our other plans realized we needed to do this soon. So I reached out to my friend Christopher who is an officiant and he was able to marry us a week later on the day we asked for! He was so accommodating. He wrote up a great ceremony just for us. My husband and I just got married this past Friday, December 13th, 2024 and Christopher was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. From the first phone call he made to us to get to know each other better and walking us through the process of the legality of it all, he was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. On our actual wedding day, I was falling behind by writing my vows into the physically books I got for us and he reassured me there’s nothing to stress about and it’s all about us and I got this. Once we started the actual ceremony, he made so many little comments and jokes that made us laugh and our guests. Which we love, because we aren’t the most serious people ourselves. He knew all of the shots for the photographer and videographer and reminded us how to hold our hands right so they could get great picture and video. We're so glad that we had Christopher officiate our wedding on November 15th. We debated going with a Spanish-speaking officiant but as soon as we spoke with him we knew he would be the perfect fit for the type of ceremony that we wanted. He really takes the time to break everything down step by step so that you can really visualize how your ceremony will go. He was so flexible and accommodating, even when I had last minute changes/addition to add to our ceremony and he gets back to you so quickly! I don't think I ever waited more than 5-10 minutes for a response. He goes into such detailed instructions (with visual aids too!) down to how to hold our hands so we would get all the great angles of exchanging our rings. Our ceremony was so lighthearted that you can see my Husband and I laughing and smiling the whole way through which is just what we wanted. Christopher was an absolute professional who did an incredible job! Before the ceremony, a light drizzle started, and he thoughtfully offered to shorten the proceedings if needed to keep us dry. That gesture reassured us that he was there to make our day perfect. Chris did such an amazing job! He was so knowledgeable and took charge with the wedding party and other vendors explaining what to expect at the ceremony. I was under a lot of stress, and was dealing with overwhelming anxiety shortly before the ceremony. Chris put me at ease, and walked me through everything. The humor he incorporated helped lessen my anxiety significantly. He has a great personality and really captivated all the guests. The personalized love story and all the personal touches he added to the ceremony elevated it so much. A large chunk of my guests came up to myself or my family to tell me that it was by far the best and most beautiful wedding ceremony they have attended, and several asked for his information. A must have team for your special day
I want to start off by saying that I am so thankful to have found NY Officiants. From day one, it made the planning of my special day so much smoother and my husband and I were guided through everything every step of the way. I planned a small wedding of 30 guest in less than two months. Officiant Christopher was very attentive and willing to help answering every question and doubt at all times of the day. With the full scale ceremony we chose, we were not only able to have an amazing officiant that day, but an unforgettable experience. Through NY Officiants I was able to also meet and work with their extended team, the photographer and videographer who did an Amazing job from beginning of the ceremony to end of the reception. As a Christian and my husband being brought up with three different religions, we opted to have a religious and unplugged ceremony. We included “The love story” and “The candle ceremony”. This was a combination that our families enjoyed, laughed, cried with and said that made the ceremony truly magical and unforgettable. Everyone including my husband and I were very impressed with the amazing services, the professionalism, punctuality and personalization to our special day. Truly one of a kind. We had the absolute pleasure of having Christopher officiate our wedding over the weekend at the Allegria hotel in Long Beach and we could not have chosen anyone more perfect! From the very beginning he greeted us so warmly and informed us with great detail everything we needed to do to get married legally! That was so much help. What a great officiant! Chris is truly amazing at what he does. I am so glad we found him and he was available to officiate our wedding ceremony on 9.30.2023! We only had less than a month to arrange an intimate ceremony of 16 guests. We called him on a holiday, Labor Day,
and Chris answered his cell phone from his JetSki. He really takes his profession very seriously. We are so blessed because Chris was already booked for our date, but was able to still accommodate us. He drove from the East end of the island after finishing up at another wedding, to the North shore, to officiate our ceremony. Never did we have to worry about anything, we knew we were in good hands. All his reviews are so true, he is reliable, professional, friendly, and really down to earth. Working with Chris was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Chris was truly a professional. He had everyone laughing, moved out of the way for our first kiss, and even had tissues ready for my husband as I walked up the aisle! Christopher with NYOfficiants had me, my husband, and ALL of my guests laughing, crying, smiling, and clapping throughout the ENTIRE ceremony. Christopher is extremely well spoken, and crafted a love story about my husband and I SO well that every one of our friends and family members thought we knew him our whole life. Christopher knew how special my aunt, an angel in heaven was to me and how much it hurt that she wasn’t going to be at our wedding, and honored her PERFECTLY. We did a butterfly release to honor her memory and Christopher used that moment to talk about the strong meaning behind our relationship. There was not ONE DRY EYE in the audience. Chris was exceptionally amazing. My husband and I were planning our vow renewal from overseas and Chris was extremely patient and understanding of our situation and the time difference. He kept communication open and he responded rapidly, whether it was by text, email or a phone call.
We had a full scale ceremony with the Love Story and highlight reel added. The love story was wayyyy better than we ever imagined. He included every little detail that meant a lot to my husband and myself. The love story not only WOWed the crowed, by my husband and myself were pretty impressed. The highlight reel allows us to relive this very important day over and over and over again.
