Perfect gift for my husband

I loved my experience with Nuovo. I had my makeup done with one of their stylist. I was amazed on the way my makeup turned out. The photographer was so talented. I was so nervous but she helped guide me and they results were amazing.

Surprise Photoshoot for Fiance

I had an unforgettable experience at Nuovo. I made the most beautiful album for my finance right before our wedding and he was absolutely in love. They made me feel so safe, comfortable and confident. I love the personalized VIP treatment I received from the makeup artist to the photographer and the hostess. Thank you Nuovo for making my vision come true for such a special moment in my life. I will be forever treasure this opportunity.

Transformative experience!

My experience with Nuovo exceeded my expectations. I booked my shoot around my bday, and I went in expecting to get a few photos for my husband as part of his wedding gift. The girls at the studio not only got THE photos, they renewed my self confidence and transformed how I see myself. I was able to enter into my new life era as a totally new woman!! The photos are amazing, I look so naturally beautiful, I couldn’t believe it. My husband LOVED the photos, I ended up getting an album made for him. We both will cherish these for the rest of our lives!

Amazing experience!!

What a wonderful experience I had in studio! From the second I walked in everyone made me feel so comfortable. I bought an album as a wedding present for my husband and he absolutely loved it! Thank you to the whole team for the beautiful memories I will forever cherish.

unique wedding photos 💕

I saw their add on Instagram and messaged them received a call within a day, and everything from the phone call was amazingly nice. my husband and I love our Nuovo pictures!!!

They were very excellent very respectful, very helpful and their communication skills are very wonderful. They walk me through everything that I were receiving the cost, including and also the hospitality is very excellent as well. Thank you so much for your help in making me and my husband so happy.

I couldn't believe how much I loved my photos!

This was my first time doing a photoshoot like this, and the Nuovo girls made me feel so comfortable. I felt bloated and pale the day of my photoshoot, so I couldn't BELIEVE how much I loved my pictures...I honestly had a difficult time narrowing them down! An album or piece of wall art would be an unforgettable wedding day gift...I'll come back when I'm getting married or having a baby!

Absolutely Freeing!

The experience from top to bottom was freeing. They make you feel comfortable to be yourself and give you the guidance and reassurance if you need a little help. As long as they are behind the camera I will pose for the photo!

It would be great for a Wedding

I didnt do this for a wedding. I did it for me. It was an amazing experience and seeing the pictures after a long while was just priceless. It is a point in my life where I say I am beautiful.

Queen for a day

Don’t use this company

Definitely would NOT recommend, the “free” birthday picture is a total scam and they will charge you for the picture. This is my first time being scammed by a company and I would tell anyone I can, NOT to do business here. Yes the facility and ads may appear nice, however this company will scam you out of the free photo in the promo at a cost of $200. In response to my communication of the issue of being overcharged, the company promised editing of two photos I didn’t receive instead of doing the correct thing and refunding me. This left me stuff with a total of nearly $1000 for 10 pictures and a negative experience I still think about today, hence my review. The customer service was “fake” and very slow along with a horrible company policy . Please don’t let this company scam you as they did me, I would definitely advise finding a cheaper and more ethical option!!!!! PLEASE DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE!!

Pretty photos, but free Shoot is a Scam

I spun a wheel and won a photoshoot credit, explicitly advertised to include hair, makeup, & photos, after paying deposit. I then read on the back of the card that it was one free digital photo.
During the spin the wheel prize it was NEVER expressed it was only for one free photo & that if you only wanted the one free photo, it would be given to you in the formal of a low quality digital photo. Booking happened entirely over email plus text as they initially had trouble calling me, but I was able to make and receive calls just fine. The emails/texts only pertained to address, location, time/date, and what to do & expect pre shoot.

Right before the shoot I was informed that packages for the photos could be done in interest free payments over 12 months, as it could be a couple thousands. I just listened & never agree to purchase anything outside of my one free digital photos.

After the shoot, I was taken to a computer to review all photos but before that I was then presented with a paper stating prices. One digital photo cost 200$ and combo packages went up into the thousand (7k being top tier).

I expressed that I only wanted the free photo and was met which an extreme change in demeanour from the photographer, who pressured me immensely to at least purchase one digital photo for 200$ (aside from my one free photo) and stated if I left with the one free digital photo, it would be low quality.

In conclusion, they offered to give me my choice of 2 free digital photos in colour & black and white instead of a refund to which I agreed.

I want to state that I did NOT appreciate the initial attitude & extreme push sales tactics.Yes prices are transparent online for anyone to look up, but when you are under the impression of having won something for free, why would I look up additional costs? Please do better to explain additional expected costs aside from the free digital photos when offering an all paid exclusive service if you want more than ONE free photo, thanks

No answer about photos

The experience was amazing but I have not received anything yet information about the pictures taken , nobody answers the phone call or email , I took the pictures a month in advance and I’m still for an answer .. is extremely expensive so I would have expected to be an amazing service but I have no news .. at this point I’m very disappointed and still waiting from an answer. I hope I didn’t get scammed

Pressured into buying

Relentless Pressure to buy during “free” shoot. Photos & experience were awful. Poor communication before shoot, overbooked, photos came out terrible, and their solution to my complaint was to screenshot my invoice, offer to fix to my specifications but not actually fix anything. I’d never go back or send anyone there. There “helpful” payment plan added $1006.00 to the total bill. I’m paying almost
$3k for digitals only that I can’t use.
