The planning experience was so great with this company. The staff was very responsive and attentive to every detail. They stayed within my budget. My brothers wedding was so beautiful and I am glad that I chose this company to provide beautiful decor! I look forward to working with them again! -
User6965285 Sent on 05/30/2015I used this vendor for my wedding reception as well as for some house decor for a separate event prior to the wedding. Their work is absolutely beautiful, and I got so many compliments on the decor for both events. We also ordered my bouquet, the men's boutonnieres, and an Indian garland for the groom through this company and they were all high quality and affordable. There were a few details and changes that we made after our initial visit that got forgotten on the actual day of the events. Nothing major, but if you make any changes after your initial meeting be sure to follow up many times to make sure the changes do not get forgotten. I gave them a high rating despite these minor issues because the work that they did was excellent. Overall, I would recommend them. -

***DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!*** When we first booked with Ammar, he knew the venue and he had established a contract with all our details, and the price was confirmed and we paid half of the price on the spot, way months before the event date . A month before the event date, we had a meeting with him and we had to make some changes, that he increased the price and we paid him the remaining balance as well as the increased amount hoping he would do the best and we trusted his polished words.
What happened: STAGE-Votive candle walls, chandeliers in front of candle walls, fresh greenery intertwined in candle wall, hanging wisteria with LED candles
Includes: Uplighting, stage covering (not entire stage),
seating, candle skirting
Colors: white and blush. Dance floor with monogram. Aisle Decor.
Huge difference when he put up things! The monogram looked very horrible. After talking to him, he told us that the work is not yet completed and they will do the remaining work the next day morning of the event date.
No additions were added to the next day. All center pieces looked dull and rusted without any fresh greenery intertwined.
Instead of LED Lights , he used votive candles for the candle wall on the stage. Before the function had started, the candles started to burn the fresh greenery intertwined. Just because of some of our guests' timely involvement, a big accident was avoided. The whole stage would have caught fire and it would have been a big tragedy. Our guests who tried to put out the fire were badly injured and burnt themselves in saving the lives of other people. They underwent treatment and could not go for work for weeks.
TABLE CENTERPIECES-Not exactly how we wanted it. PERSONAL DECORATIONS had to be added at the entrance of the hall as well as gift table inside, even though( Sign in table 1- $0.00 $0.00, Cake Table 1 $0.00 $0.00, Gift table and gift box 1 $0.00 $0.00, Easel 1 $0.00 $0.00 ) were all there in the contract.
After the wedding day, we called to ask for some sort of compensation, and still haven´t heard anything back from him.
He didn´t even acknowledge that maybe he had made some mistakes. For him, he did everything perfect.....???? We wouldn´t be surprised if he would answer this review saying that he put all the effort and did EXACTLY what we asked for.
Personally, not worth it at all. The impression we got is that it was all about the money and not about how to truly make it right on the day of or how to compensate if there are mistakes. Very frustrating considering how expensive it is for what you might get. We would strongly recommend you to keep looking for another decorator! -

User6965279 Sent on 05/16/2016I gave them 1 star only because I couldn't give any less than that. The customer service is extremely unprofessional. The lady kept pushing for the complete payment. I was organizing my brother's wedding, I told them exactly what I wanted on the day of the wedding. The lady decided to do whatever she liked. It was like they put together what ever trash was left in the back of their storage. Broken center pieces, overlays not as promised. Stage was the highlight of their incompetency. they put up 2 cheap bulbs and positioned them upwards and called it "up lights." The stage was so dull that I had to run around and get lights from around anywhere i could find and put them on the stage to brighten it up a little. The columns on the stage were suppose to have self lit lights from inside, they didn't. I rearranged around the ballroom. It was HORRIBLE! Only go with nutrend, If you want to ruin your wedding/event. Now I'm only hoping the photographer will do his magic with the pictures.
