    El mejor lugar, servicio excelencia, amabilidad y gran variedad

    Desde el momento que entre fui recibida con una una sonrisa y con amabilidad. Fui brindada un servicio de alta excelencia por Astrid, bueno quedé encantada. Ella estuvo pendiente de las especificaciones que quería del traje. Aunque estaba corta de tiempo para ordenar nunca me apresuro ni me forzó a escoger algo que no quería sino con mucha paciencia me ayudó a medirme varios trajes. Muchísimas gracias Astrid por tu profesionalismo, amabilidad y paciencia. Con mucha felicidad puedo decir que con tu ayuda logré encontrar el traje de mis sueños.

    After going to different places in Puerto Rico for my wedding ,I found the perfect Bride boutique, I can not be more grateful with the wonderful work of Mr. Otilio Santiago ,for his high quality of work, for their team work and The most important thing I found the dress of my dreams.I was speech less when I saw my wedding decoration. my wedding was a dream come true!!!! all my life I will be grateful to this great man.

    If you want your wedding to go fabulously and carried out with perfection, then you have to have Otilio as your wedding coordinator. We had over 150 guests and everyone was extremely happy. It's been weeks since the wedding and that's all my friends, family and co-workers want to continue to talk about. My wedding was a fairytale come true thanks to Otilio.

    So my wedding was around the corner and I coudnt find my dream dress anywhere. I looked all over Miami and nothing. One of my friends told me I know where you will find your dress but is not here I said I'll do whatever it takes to find my dress and that's when she recommended novias otilio Santiago in PUerto Rico. I booked my flight for the weekend and flew in. I went to Novias OTilio Santiago and everything was just spectacular the service, the quality and the people. I asked if I can directly talk to Otilio Santiago and they said absolutely. I started speaking to Mr. Santiago and at the beginning wasn't so iffy that it was the right place but little by little I realized what an amazing man he was and that he was the perfect person to help me out with my dress. Yes am picky I need to know the person see if I like the way they are with me and treat before even looking at there dresses. After trying on a couple of different dresses I fell in love with one, but then the next one I even liked more. I asked for MR. Santiagos opinion on which one was best and he told me just what I wanted to hear which one looked better on me because of my tone of skin, color of hair, eyes and body. So I took the dress. The dress was so beautiful and fit just right. Going out of my way to just get the perfect dress in Puerto Rico was the best choice I made. I would highly recommend going here. The dresses and place are just the best. I give It a 10 out of 10.

    Hola!

    I walked into Novias Otilio Santiago two days before my wedding looking for a replacement for my wedding dress after David's Bridal ruined my original one 48 hours prior to our wedding! They came recommended by our wedding planner Maria Lugo. Our wedding was on January 25th, 2014.

    One of their bridal professionals, Zary, immediately came to my rescue! I told her what my original dress looked like and she brought out the most amazing, beautiful wedding dress ever! I was very similar to my original dress...only better! She understood immediately what I wanted and did not hesitate or give me a hard time about the fact that she only had about 36 hours to get it altered and back to me! The dress was out of this world perfect and she made sure that I was as calm as possible in the situation.

    Their seamstress came in the day before the wedding and was able to do all the complicated alterations in a day (she even went as far as to add a halter top to the dress and change the entire back)! The dress fit really well and the quality of the work was incredible!

    I cannot thank Novias Otilio Santiago, Zary, and their entire team enough! They saved my wedding day!

    Profesionalismo en su maxima expresion

    No recuerdo el nombre de la chica que me atendio, pero excelente. Con una conversacion de minutos capto exactamente lo que buscaba, y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos me trajo el traje de mis sueños. Todos super amables, super respetuosos y muy pendientes a cada detalles. Hicieron el proceso super facil, dando seguimiento a las sillas de entalle.

    After having visited several places of bridal gowns in Puerto Rico, remove Otilio Bride appointment. Absolutely has been in better treatment and care received. Their wedding dresses are beautiful, are well maintained and clean.

    We were very disappointed with Otilio' Services. First of all, when we got the quote it was not detailed. Only a global amount of number coming out of his head. He refused to provide a detailed quote to help us understand what we were paying for. We still decided to go with him due to his reputation. Worst mistake. I will provide a list of details/situations:
    1. He was rude. I understand his job requires him to be firm in order to keep the order. But he was just rude. My family was about to kill him.
    2. He did not delivered all we paid for. For ex, we requested our initials to be displayed on the yard, and he never did that.
    3. Our Wedding Ceremony was outside. He waited until the last minute to cancel the outside ceremony due to bad weather. It only rained for about five minutes. But the day had been windy for a while and he did not cancel. Therefore, there were no time to move all the decorations I paid for and the wedding was delayed
    4. After moving the ceremony to one of the hotel conference rooms, he never called the bride. We waited for over half and hour for the bride and then we found out that he never called her.
    5. One of his duties was to make sure all vendors get paid BEFORE the wedding. A couple of hours before the ceremony, I went down and gave him an envelope with the money for all the due balances. He refuses to take it since he was too busy. Then, during the wedding he interrupted me to ask for the money. Sir, that was your job, I could have done it myself for free.
    6. My nephews were supposed to sing our first dance song. One of them is only 11 years old. Of course we were not expecting perfection, but it was a big deal for him to sing in front of all that people. When they were rehearsing before the reception, he told them that they need to practice more because it sounds bad. Come on. Its a 11 years old kid. The kid felt bad, start crying and refused to sing.
