First of all, my husband and I both dislike cake. But we LOVE Nothing Bundt Cakes. I repeat, LOVE. We ordered multiple 2-tiered cakes in different flavors, and it didn’t break our bank. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with this bakery trying to plan our day. They were extremely helpful and fun! The best part was the bridal box of bundtinis! We got to try all the flavors at home (in our jammies with a few drinks...) and do the rest over the phone. We sent our bridal party to pick the cakes up on our wedding day.. They were not only delicious, but totally gorgeous! We’re still enjoying the leftovers. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!! We ordered 30 dozen buntinis for our wedding and we still have people asking where we got them from. They went above and beyond to make ordering a smooth and positive process for us, and they looked beautiful and tasted AMAZING! My husband and I had Nothing Bundt Cakes make our wedding cake (an 8" bundt) and a whole lot of buntinis for guests, which are their versions of cupcakes but so much better because the cake-to-frosting ratio is actually reasonable. Everyone absolutely loved them! I decided to go with bundt cakes because it was unusual, and our wedding was unusual (rustic, romantic, and geeky) so a fancy cake didn't really fit. Plus these cakes are amazing! We did a sample day with our families beforehand; we bought a small cake of each flavor to take home and pick out which ones we liked. We ended up going with 4 flavors in the buntinis (but you could do all of them if you wanted to) and the pumpkin spice for our cake. Since the pumpkin spice is seasonal, we had to wait until shortly before the wedding to try it. Luckily my sister had a birthday the month before. It worked out because we hadn't realized that the larger cakes come with shrink wrap on top, which messes up the frosting a when you take it off. It wasn't a big deal for a birthday cake, but we made sure to request no shrink wrap for our wedding, just the cake in a box. We both remembered getting bundlets at NBC before, and decided to price out what it would cost for our wedding reception. Surprisingly for something so delicious, it was really affordable, and we decided to just go for it. Our guests STILL talk about our wedding cake. We got a tiered bundt cake for us to do the cake cutting ceremony, and then we ordered several dozen bundtinis for our guests. We chose to use Nothing Bundt Cakes as our dessert option at our wedding. I've always loved the Bundtinis and when we tried them for a taste test, we knew this was the way to go!
We originally tested the four most popular flavors at a family dinner (what a fun way to decide on flavors!) and ended up ordering the chocolate chocolate chip and the white chocolate raspberry flavors for our guests.
The local store in Mission, KS was able to make suggestions on number of bundtinis based on our guest list and they delivered to our venue the day of, which was VERY helpful!
Several of our guests commented on how happy they were when the Nothing Bundt Cakes came out to be put on display. These are always a favorite and people were able to have a great dessert and we were able to stick to our overall wedding budget.

There are mostly good things to say about this as our wedding cake vendor. I'll start with the bad things (not really bad - just COULD be bad depending on what you need)
1) being a chain, they aren't really needing the business, so you don't really get undivided attention. Not that you need it, since they make cake all day everyday so they don't need to be extra careful like most cake makers that may make a few cakes a month
2) the chain closes when a regular business closes so its hard to nail down communication timeframes OR delivery times that are much later than close of business. This could've been bad, but we worked it out.
The good things:
1) THE BEST CAKE YOU WILL TASTE IN KANSAS CITY. I literally had people stealing our cakes and taking them home from the wedding.
2) the problem with pro makers is that you pay so much money for some design that you don't really know will look like until the day of. With nothing bundt cakes, you will know exactly what you will be getting because you can go in any day and try the cakes.
3) you can order like 12 flavors and have them all on your wedding day whereas pro cake makers will pretty much be 1 2 or 3 flavors and thats it.
