Not your average wedding DJ!

Sonja absolutely crushed it as our wedding DJ! From start to finish she was professional, fun, and totally in tune with the vibe we wanted. The dance floor was packed all night, and even people outside the venue were raving about the music. If you want a DJ who brings the best energy, Sonja’s the one!

Noteworthy DJs is prefect- Sonja is awesome!!!

Not worthy. DJs was super easy to work with the owner was very communicative and even called me and explained everything to me. They were patient as I selected which package would work and they were flexible with which package I chose. Sonja was our DJ that we picked and she was amazing. She Played great songs all night and totally understood the vibe of the group 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Casey Vann for DJ

Casey Vann is THE GOAT! A true professional all the way. He was super helpful in the planning process. He helped a couple that was not really sure of the best ways for things to flow, by stating what he thought was best from his experience. He’s got an even keeled manner about him in the planning process that just made it feel like we were in great hands. When it came to being an MC and DJ on the day of he was awesome. He was at the venue early setting up in both the ceremony area and reception area. He was able to answer any questions we had day of. He took control of the room perfectly and helped to moderate speeches and entrances. Lastly, he knows how to get the party going and keep it going. He had a wide range of music to play that kept all parties (grandparents, parents, young kids, 20somethings) rocking and rolling all night. Because of his music selections the dance floor was electric all night long. He played the songs to the perfect length before mixing them out for the next song and they all flowed perfectly.

Dynamic Duo

We had the absolute best time working with Matt! He clearly enjoys his job and did a wonderful job meeting all our needs and expectations on our big day. We kept getting compliments from guests that it was the first ceremony they could actually hear the vows and anyone holding a mic. Plus he played not only our favorite music but anything we let him have creative freedom over music wise was top notch! If you’re looking for a dj who is personable, knows what they are doing, and makes it fun for all…hire Matt! He is your guy and he contributed heavily to us having the best day!

We also loved having Joe on board! He was so patient and kind to all our guests whether they were rowdy, unsure how it all worked, or little ones trying to snag the props. We were unsure how a Photo Booth would do at our wedding but clearly we were wrong because it was an absolute hit. Joe thank you for all your support and hard work. You keept our guests throughly entertained and having a memorable night. Thank you for also being a huge contribution to our big day! We appreciate you and Matt so much ✨🫶🏻🥹

Casey was excellent!

Casey DJ'd our wedding at Mt. Hood Skibowl and was excellent! Prior to our wedding day, Casey went above and beyond to make sure our first dance song was edited to perfection. He also called us on multiple occasions leading up to the wedding to ensure he was creating playlists that exceeded our expectations. On the wedding day, he was friendly and outgoing, making sure to chat with us and make announcements when we were ready for them. Most importantly, Casey kept ALL our guests on the dance floor ALL NIGHT. Our guests had so much fun and partied all night long. The day after our wedding, one of our guests even asked us to send him a playlist of the music Casey played because it was SO GOOD!!! We definitely recommend Casey, especially if you are having a wedding at Mt. Hood Skibowl. The venue has so many logistics for vendors, and we didn't have to worry about any of the logistics because Casey had it covered!

Danced the Night Away!!!

Noteworthy DJs and Joe are amazing. From the first connect call to the wedding day, Joe and his team were fantastic to work with. They brought excellent communication and so much timeline/musical knowledge. Joe was a fantastic MC and he had the dance floor movin' and groovin'. The music and dancing was super important to my husband and I for our big day and Joe knocked it out of the park. If you choose to work with Noteworthy DJs, you will be in great hands.

Also, quick note - the uplighting that Joe brought made SUCH a difference in our indoor Reception space. I highly recommend to brides out there consider using them to enhance the space.

Amazing Experience

We had the pleasure of having Johnny Zee as our DJ and MC at our wedding on September 29th, 2023. We had last minute changes due to rain and Johnny was flexible and made the day run smoothly. He was available via text/all leading up to the big day. Noteworthy offers an online portal where you can upload timeline, playlists, etc. This was very helpful and user-friendly and I even uploaded a few playlists of my own which was a lot of fun!! The energy Johnny brought to our big day was so fun and you could tell that he enjoys working in this industry. Johnny MC’d the full day which helped things flow during ceremony and during reception but he also brought the party on the dance floor!!

Awesome Experience with Justin

My fiancé and I had a destination wedding at Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington state. We live on the east coast, so sourcing vendors was a huge challenge. We spoke with a handful of DJs and came across Noteworthy DJs. Joe Ebner was our initial point of contact. He was personable and great to speak with, and made us feel at ease about booking another vendor across the country. Noteworthy DJ’s online portal and questionnaire were fantastic. I live for spreadsheets, organizations, and questionnaires. Their prompts helped us cross everything off the list - for example, I never would have thought of a ‘do not play’ list until they brought it up! We were assigned Justin Fetsko as our DJ. Justin showed up on-time and did his best in challenging circumstances (literally in the 5 mins before the ceremony began, clouds and wind rolled into our venue and caused severe interference with our mics). We got compliments all night long about our music playlist. There wasn’t a single hitch with speeches or our dances. He helped announce key moments at all the right times and worked with us up to the final hours to make updates to announcements. Plus, he helped get the crowd hyped during a dance-off towards the end! We are so happy, and so grateful he was there with us!

Noteworthy DJs was great to work with. Their website made planning really easy – we could directly connect to our Spotify playlists and choose the design of our photobooth prints. Our DJ Johnny was excellent. He really looked through our playlists and clearly understood the vibe we were going for, and he did a great job keeping the event moving throughout the evening. Our guests loved the photobooth, and our host Janice really helped them have fun with it. We are so glad we booked Noteworthy DJs for our wedding.

I am so glad my husband and I hired Noteworthy DJ's and Photo Booths for our wedding! It was a great experience from start to finish. Joe was very easy to work with, communicative and professional. It was easy for us to add on extras we needed like up lighting, the photo booth or extra time (which you need more of on your wedding day)! Noteworthy paid attention to every detail. I really felt like the experience was customized to fit our wedding and all our needs were met.

You won't be disappointed with Noteworthy DJs!

We used Noteworthy DJ for our wedding in August and we cannot say enough good things about them. Leading up to the wedding there was frequent communication, as well as multiple scheduled phone calls to discuss our vision/needs for our special day. Joe was great and answered all of our questions. We found their online planning tool to be very user friendly and helpful. Our DJ Johnny Zee did a wonderful job not only with music, but with announcements which helped keep the day on schedule. Transitions were seamless and his energy really helped get people on the dance floor!

We also decided to go with a photobooth which was a HUGE hit with our guests. One of our favorite things is looking at the digital copies of all the hilarious photos that we did not get a chance to see during the night. These are super special memories, and our guests were overjoyed to get to take the printouts home with them without having to pay anything extra. Not to mention the fun props!

We would highly recommend Noteworthy DJ for any event. The professionalism, communication, and up-front pricing made this the perfect choice for us and it helped make our wedding even more special.

Awesome DJ and photo booth for our wedding

Sonja, our DJ, was great to work with from start to finish. She took time to get to know us and the vibe we wanted for our ceremony and reception, had playlists to offer as starting points, and collaborated closely with us to make sure our favorite songs made it into the night. She was upbeat and responsive throughout the planning process (loved the group chat), and day of, she was both flexible and direct, which made coordinating things like special dances a breeze. Sonja’s grounded, supportive, and keep-the-party-going energy is exactly what you’ll want from your wedding DJ.

We were really happy with our photo booth setup as well. Camille (our booth operator) did an awesome job encouraging guests to take fun photos, and as a result, our guest book is full of memorable photo strips of friends and family.

Joe is the best!!!

We got married on 5/17/22 and it was an absolute dream! Joe from Noteworthy DJs did such an amazing job from booking to reception. We had such a hard time finding a DJ that we ended up booking with Noteworthy just a few months ahead of our wedding, which was so stressful. As soon as we got Joe on the phone, he was calming, patient, and really listened to what we were looking for in a DJ. The online portal Noteworthy uses for couples to plan their music out is so user friendly and reminds you of so many things you might want to add to your day. Music was such a hard thing to nail down for us, so we left most of our music up to Joe! He did such a great job entertaining our small crowd. Neither of our families are big dancers, but he was able to get most everyone out on the dance floor, it was a blast! He also did a great job with handling things on the fly. He checked in with the groom throughout the day to make sure we were all set on everything, and he checked in on both of us post ceremony before we were announced. We couldn’t have asked for a better, more easy-going DJ to be there on our big day. We would definitely recommend Joe and Noteworthy DJs to any couple planning their wedding, or any special event!

If you're looking for a DJ who communicates and puts his heart into his work...... look no further Joe from Noteworthy DJs is one of the best DJs EVER!!!!! When we went searching for a DJ to help make our dream come true Joe's profile came across and I just knew after talking to him he was the one who would be able to help me make my wedding a success. Most excellent!

First of all, Joe from Noteworthy DJs was amazing! At the beginning of the reception, we were being ushered form one thing to another. My bride and I were starving before we made the grand entrance. Lucky for us, Joe overheard that all we wanted to do was eat something. We still had a laundry list of things to-do, like first dances, cut the cake, and so on. Joe went out of his way to make sure that we had Hors d'oeuvres waiting for us at our seats. Such a small detail made such a huge impact on us on our big day. Thank you, Joe!

My wife and I were on the fence about hiring a DJ for our wedding; thankfully sounder minds prevailed and we contracted with Noteworthy DJs. I don’t think the wedding or the reception would have been as fun and memorable as it was without a DJ/MC. Working with Joe from Noteworthy DJs was a pleasant and effortless experience. He took the time to figure out what our vision for the day was and made sure we had music to make it happen. On the day of the wedding, he was set up and ready to go early on in the day. He was very professional and made sure my bride and myself had a most excellent time.

There are two words of advice I would like to pass along to those who are planning a wedding. First, get a DJ. It will make the difference on your big day. And second, make sure to hire Joe from Noteworthy DJs.

Professional, Friendly, Talented

My husband and I truly loved the entertainment and professional customer service from Rashad- he was great! It was beyond anything we ever expected. Rashad was amazing and his selection of music hit exactly where we wanted it to be. He truly took into consideration all of our requests and needs to make our wedding the best party. There are many things a bride and groom are thinking about and managing and knowing that Rashad had the music covered was such a great sense of relief, he made it so we could enjoy the evening knowing the entertainment would be stellar- and it was. My 73 year old mother was dancing into the night and enjoying herself too and not until the next day when we spoke about it did she understand just how truly gifted and amazing the DJ was because his mixing and fading from song to song made the evening feel like one continuous song to my 73 year old mother and she was VERY impressed by this talent.

Everyone was having fun dancing and didn't want it to end. Joe the owner who did our initial intake phone call making sure we were a good match for what the company could provide- spent a good amount of time answering our questions and making us feel comfortable moving forward with the company. Communication overall was great. The online forms provided and required from the company for us fill out made the process easy as well as we could add details and what music we wanted. We also had a phone call with Rashad a few days prior to iron out the details and this also was very helpful. We would highly recommend Noteworthy DJs to everyone know and use them again in the future for any large parties we have. Got us in last minute!

Rashad was fantastic. We reached out to him last minute, a week before our event and he was able to fit us in and did an amazing job! I can’t recommend them enough. Very professional, fairly priced, and was very communicative leading up to the event and on the event. He worked with us with fading in and out sounds at certain times for all of our dances. Extremely flexible and knowledgeable

Joe is amazing! He’s incredibly sensitive to how important and special this time is and is extremely flexible in his selection of music. We had wildly different genres for different points in the evening and his choices and expertise were perfect for making sure the mood was exactly right for a given moment. He made sure to let us know what guests were thinking and helped us keep an eye on the pulse of the night. The lighting was great as well and we really felt that it filled the room and made our colors stand out. By the end of the night our guests were raving about how incredible everything was and we were absolutely thrilled with how well Joe helped make the evening go. Even more than anyone else, Joe is the one to go to to make sure your music is perfect!

October 2020 Wedding

Because of COVID-19, we struggled to find a DJ for our wedding this past weekend and hired Joe about a month and a half ago. Even though he had very little time to work with, he provided a fantastic experience and kept the few guests we had active and engaged. The website was easy to operate and has an abundance of options to help ensure everything goes as planned. If you're in need of a DJ in the Portland area, or further, I highly recommend their service.

Kelly and Carmen at Noteworthy DJs were so amazing to work with! They cover so much from music, to ceremony sound to photo booth and even vendor coordination which was soooo helpful to ensure all our special moments were captured on film and went off without a hitch. Kelly helped us stay sane and organized and was so incredibly friendly and nice that it motivated us through the chaotic wedding planning process--she's amazing. And Carmen also exuded the same enthusiasm and really got to know our preferences, even playing our favorite islander songs! Absolutely amazing

DJ Nickey was one of the best parts of our wedding. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. At dinner, he personally went to each table to inform they could get up and go get their dinner. When my timeline went a little array, he assured me we could be flexible and that there was plenty of time for everything we wanted to fit in. He followed our timeline and music requests to the T. If someone at the venue wanted to play a song that was not keeping in our 1940s theme, he made sure to double check with me prior to playing it. He was very kind and respectful the entire night! I could not have asked for a better DJ. He was wonderful.

The best DJ for our wedding

DJ Nicky was absolutely amazing. Not only did he do everything I asked for, stuck to the timeline, was flexible when things ran a little late, but he also went to each table personally to inform the guests they were able to get up to get dinner. When my guests requested songs, he made sure to check with me first to make sure it was okay. My timeline got a little screwed up, but made sure to assure me more than once that it would be okay and there was plenty of time! He was also very kind and very helpful. At times he did more than what was required of him! I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Noteworthy DJs is a great choice!

We hired Noteworthy DJs for our wedding and could not have been happier that we did! Everything was great from the moment we spoke with Kelly to get more information to the day of the wedding. Kelly was super helpful in making sure all of our questions were answered, and even went the extra mile to give us a few extra days when we were procrastinating on our song choices.

For the day-of, we had Rashad as our DJ. Since our wedding was at a private residence, Rashad took the time to come out before the wedding to scout out where he could be set up, and gave us recommendations for the flow of the day (which were much appreciated). On the day of the wedding, Rashad showed up on time, kept the day moving, and when it started pouring rain unexpectedly, quickly moved his equipment into the garage, where we were able to seamlessly continue the party. Our guests were all raving about our impromptu garage dance party, and Rashad was a huge part of why our day was still amazing, even with the unexpected downpour.

I would highly recommend Noteworthy DJs, and Rashad specifically, to anyone in the market for a DJ!

Couldn't have asked for more!

We couldn't say enough nice things about our experience with Noteworthy DJs. From the very beginning, it was always easy to get in touch with them and they couldn't be nicer or easier to deal with.

We had DJ Paul Anderson, who was the BEST. He was the perfect MC for the evening, making sure everyone knew where to go and what was happening. The music was awesome - he put on a great set and kept it flowing between songs (no pauses). Super easy-going and nice. He even danced with me when my new husband was nowhere to be found!

We had the dance lighting, which looked terrific. And we had the photo booth. Our photographer kept it open longer for us since it took people a while to use it, and he didn't want us to feel like we were being screwed over.

Everyone had a great time, I can't give enough compliments to this amazing team.

Hire Noteworthy DJ's

Noteworthy DJ's was a great choice for my wedding! Kelly, the event coordinator, was so prompt with her responses and extremely helpful and understanding when I had to change plans just a few weeks before the wedding. Noteworthy DJ's made planning music so easy with their online planning forms and allowed me to even play custom music and playlists. DJ Joe was so friendly and easy to work with when trying to determine types of music and timeline of the day. I was pretty bad with picking music for my wedding so when I spoke with DJ Joe I told him "just play typical wedding music that people will dance to" and he did exactly that! The dance floor was packed all night and even had one of our photographers dancing! I would highly recommend DJ Joe and Noteworthy DJ's.

Paul was on POINT!

An awesome company!

Joe was a joy to work with from the planning stages through the day of our wedding. He was super responsive and so helpful at the wedding! Not only was he integral to our awesome dance party, but also set up and masterminded all of the sound for our ceremony (including live music and singing), speeches, and our first dance (4 instruments and 4 vocalists). DJ PAAAUUULL!! He was great! We sent him a list with several songs of a wide variety types of music. He was able to place our songs strategically throughout the night and fill in the gaps with songs that fit in our style at the perfect times. He got the party started and kept it going throughout the entire night. He even humored us by hosting a little bride/groom trivia session before dinner. He did an amazing job and I'm so glad we chose NoteworthyDJs for our DJ and photobooth. The photobooth was so fun, the props were hilarious, and our guests loved it. Our photobooth operator Kelly and her assistant (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) were so sweet and even contributed photos to our "Veri" album, which they didn't need to do. We hired Noteworthy DJs for our Cannon Beach wedding this September and are very pleased with the result. Thank You! Thank You! Noteworthy DJ! We just got married on 8/18/2018 and hired Noteworthy DJs to do our wedding and they were fantastic! Our DJ was DJ Nicky! DJ Nicky was very accommodating to our weird and fun needs, as our wedding had specific songs to be played at certain times and speeches both planned and impromptu. DJ Nicky was extremely professional in his demeanor, set up, execution and flexibility. We also booked a photo booth with Noteworthy DJs and Sabrina was in charge of that and that to was a Huge hit! Not only was it a fun way to get your guests involved more in the fun, but it allows your guest to have a souvenir photo to take (If you add the prints! Not much extra and totally worth it). Sabrina was also very helpful in the set up and running of the Booth, so we didn't have to worry about anyone understanding how to work it, Sabrina took care of everything!

We were fortunate to have Nicky as our DJ for our wedding. After our ceremony we were going to have a cocktail hour while we had pictures taken. However, the meat that was being cooked ended up being done and served before dinner; which led to our whole timeline of events being completely off. Thankfully, we had Nicky! Nicky has a very calm and kind demeanor about him and was able to quickly rework the timeline without a hitch. He was not only great at helping calm my anxiety with our timeline mix up; my guest loved him as well! We had a lot of kids at our wedding and they loved being able to request songs (which I was fine with). He was also great at reading the crowd, as well as playing music we picked. I was thrilled to have him as our Dj, and would highly recommend Nicky. In regards the company they are great at responding promptly to any questions you have. Great company, great DJ and well worth the money! I was very pleased with them all around!

Joe was the easiest of our vendors to work with. A few phone calls, and an email letting us know what he could do for us
and gave us a price that fit our budget. His song list (extensive) was easy to work with and he never waivered in playing what my daughter and her fiance wanted. From the opening processional, toasts, first dance and all thru the evening.

We used Noteworthy DJs for their DJ and Photo booth services for our wedding and could not be happier! Paul, our DJ, was fantastic! Communicating timelines, music requests, and event details through the client portal was super easy and I was confident going into the big day that everything would be handled. And it was!! Paul was extremely professional, polite, FUN and very flexible throughout the evening. We had to change a couple of things during the reception and Paul was accommodating and totally go with the flow. The best part is that he had people on the dance floor All. Night. Long! He got the party started and he kept the party going, taking requests from our guests and playing all the songs we had previously requested. I would recommend Paul for any event, and would hire him again in an instant.
If you are on the fence about doing a photo booth, I say do it! The props were HILARIOUS and the background made for some pretty spectacular photos. Our guests had so much fun and I cannot wait to see all the pics. Money well spent!

From the first phone call to the final song, working with Joe and Noteworthy DJ’s was a pure pleasure. Planning was simple and fun, help was always available and given in the friendliest of manner and the event (a wedding) went flawlessly. Joe is personable, prepared and very intuitive when it comes to knowing his crowd. I highly recommend him for your music needs no matter what the event. Seriously, best DJ ever!

Joe (from Noteworthy DJs) was awesome! Could not have asked for a better wedding DJ. He immediately got the vibe we were going for and did a great job of reading the room and playing the right mix of songs to keep people on the floor. Joe was also great at making announcements and keeping the night on time. Noteworthy DJ’s online portal is very intuitive and fun! It makes the whole process really easy. Paul DJed our wedding a few weeks ago. He was responsive throughout the whole process - he talked with me on the phone while we were still deciding who our DJ was going to be, he stayed in touch via email throughout the whole process, and he reached out to me via text about a week before the wedding because we were a bit slow entering all of all requests. He was relaxed and professional throughout everything, and on the night of the reception he threw an awesome party. So many of our guests commented to us afterward how much fun they had dancing and how great Paul was - we couldn't agree more.

Hiring Joe for my wedding was the best choice I made! He was professional, fun, and very easy to work with. We got married at a hotel and his uplighting 100% transformed my venue! We have not received all of our photos back yet, but you can see some of the lighting in the picture attached. We had a New Years Eve wedding and Joe did an excellent job keeping everyone in a lively mood until midnight! He transitioned music selection very well to keep both my older guests and younger guests entertained. Everyone was dancing and having a great time. I could not be more happy that I hired Noteworthy DJs!

We hired Joe at Noteworthy DJs for our wedding in August and I can’t say enough good things about him. What an awesome guy!!! When I started the wedding planning process I had no idea just how helpful different vendors can be at making the entire wedding day run smoothly. Joe went above and beyond as our MC, our DJ, and undercover coordinator making sure our ceremony and reception was everything we wanted it to be and then some. He is amazing at communicating via email, answering questions, accommodating requests, and trying to understand the vision you have for your day. And thats the best you can ask for I think. I’m sure he though our dance party was completely out of control and some of our song requests were so ridiculous, but he kept that party ALIVE and rolled with it. And I am forever thankful for that. It was the highlight of our wedding and truly the time of our lives thanks to Joe.

Not enough good words to express how fantastic Joe was at our wedding. He was friendly with guests, prepared, professional, and patient. He made setting up in multiple locations seem like a breeze and welcomed all of our requests and input. We had Paul as our MC/DJ and I though he did a fantastic job. Very easy going, our guests loved the music and I was so happy that people actually danced and had a good time. I was afraid we would end up with a bunch of wallflowers! But the folks loved the older hits and the younger crowd loved the newer hits. It was a great time!

Joe does such a thoughtful, amazing job. They have very reasonable prices and you can add dance lighting packages to fit the budget. First, he took the time to talk to me on the phone and help me get a general idea of how I wanted the wedding to go. The online planning form is so helpful and yields a handy timeline for the day. Also, I could pay online through PayPal, which was super convenient. I expressed concern to him that I didn’t think a lot of people would be dancing (just not that kind of crowd). However, he did a phenomenal job getting people up and moving throughout the night. He is a great DJ and entertainer, I highly recommend.

We are SO happy we had Rian from Noteworthy DJs as our wedding DJ! Rian was very responsive by email and phone in the weeks leading up to the event. At the wedding itself, he was super friendly, easy-going and flexible, yet at the same time very professional--everything ran without a hitch. All of his announcements were on-point (with the perfect amount of humor) and he had the dance floor packed all night. Our guests kept mentioning how much they loved him--it truly felt like we had we had friend DJing our wedding!

Noteworthy DJ's was fantastic from start to finish! We worked with Joe Ebner at the beginning, and DJ Joe Good was our DJ for the wedding. Right from the start, they were immediate to respond and provide details and information. They were accommodating and customized their package to exactly meet our needs. They were available by email and phone to answer questions and go over details/planning. On our wedding day, the ceremony music was perfect! DJ Joe Good was professional, friendly, and followed ours and guest requests. The online planning forms are easy and fun to use, and they take a lot of the guesswork out of planning. The song database is helpful as well and they even suggest most popular songs for each part of the receptions (popular cake cutting songs, popular bouquet toss songs...) We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Noteworthy DJ's to anyone!

Paul at Noteworthy DJs did a good job all around. He met up with me a week before the wedding to go over timeline, announcement preferences, etc. He made sure he had all of the songs I needed for my ceremony downloaded, as we got married up a mountain and would not have reception. When I forgot to fill out information on my song preferences, he followed up – it became obvious that he wanted to make sure he got a good feel of what kind of songs to play to keep our guests dancing into the night. And needless to say, they did. Though we had booked him until 10 p.m., we had previously worked out with him the option to extend if the party was still going. We extended two more hours and his music selection was a big part of that! He paid close attention to what people were dancing to and never allowed a silent moment pass between songs – something I think majorly helped. Our wedding was one of the first among my friends and I’ve heard that we’ve set the bar for a fun party very high!

Joe was a fantastic DJ-- very pleasant to work with, extremely helpful leading up to and during the event, and he kept our dance floor crowded all night. The interface allowing us to input the schedule of our event and pick out songs were liked in advance made us confident our reception would run smoothly and be fun. Joe even made sure he had some special requests (Bollywood dance music) on hand, which really made our reception memorable! Throughout the reception, he consulted us on schedule changes and made sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone had fun on the dance floor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding or special event in Portland!

Joe was an AMAZING DJ! Working with him all the way up through the wedding was great! He fulfilled all our special requests without hesitation! On the day of he made sure to check in with me one last time and then worked perfectly with our coordinator. My husband did not have a chance to meet him ahead of time so Joe went out of his way to find my husband the day of and introduce himself. All evening long he was great at gaging the crowd, transitioning events, and kept things moving along perfectly. Joe was very personable and instantly gained our trust in his abilities to DJ our event!

I can't say more about how FABULOUS Joe was. I was a little worried about picking a DJ (because I've been to so many wedding where the DJ was really bad) but Joe went above and beyond to not only follow our lead but also feel the vibe of the dance floor. We put off meeting up with Joe because we were busy planning and realized about a week before our wedding that we should meet up with him. He was totally flexible, made time for us and all my worries went away after meeting up with him. He answered all of our questions professionally, was confident in his work, but even more importantly he is a super awesome person. It was obvious that Joe has a ton of experience performing especially at weddings. I had several people tell me he was the best DJ they’ve ever experienced, which we totally agree. Also, Joe is in multiple bands (which is just cool). I truly didn’t know how important a experienced/good DJ was until I got married, and with Joe you WILL not be disappointed.

We were so happy to have Joe be our DJ! He was great to work with! Always very responsive and fun. He kept our wedding night moving.

He has a website that can be used to plan out the timeline for your event and put song requests in, even for specific moments (walking down the aisle, father-daughter dance, first dance, etc). I found this very helpful! We put a few of our favorite songs in there to be played throughout the night for dancing.

He was so fun to work with but also so professional, positive and calm throughout the entire day!

Working with Joe and Noteworthy DJ's was a fantastic experience! It was so stress free and wonderful to work with Joe pre wedding. We filled out all of the song choices we wanted, let him know about announcements, etc. During the wedding he fulfilled all of our wishes and so much more!

He got right in there the day of and was coordinating flawlessly with our venue and other vendors. He was such a fun time and worked well with everybody! During the reception he played great music that had everybody dancing and he kept the party going all night!

Joe was AMAZING. We may have been a little unorganized - but Joe helped us figure everything out and kept the wedding running smoothly and on time. He was so kind and understanding when we didn't know when we wanted everything to happen to the minute so he helped us make the timeline AT THE WEDDING!! We were completely unprepared and wouldn't have been able to get through the wedding as perfectly if we didn't have Joe. We had song request forms on the tables and he took them and played most everyone's songs - and kept my request for no country even when country songs were requested.

We had the elegant package which included an add-on - we did uplighting. Time got away from me getting ready for the wedding before everyone came in and I didn't have time to tell him where I wanted them - when I walked into the venue and saw what he had done I was awestruck!

We literally would not have had such a great wedding without Joe. I would recommend Noteworthy DJ's to anyone and everyone.

Joe was fantastic! We had our wedding in Gig Harbor Washington and he had no problem driving over and making sure that we communicated before the wedding. Very professional but also very friendly and just easy going which is exactly what we were looking for. He kept everybody on the schedule but was also easy to just go with the flow so there was no stress. He played all the songs requested but was also great at feeling the crowd and knowing exactly what to play. The party kept going all the way up to the last song. Thank you so much Joe! Everyone told me about how awesome you were and we will definitely be recommending him to everyone. And the shoe game that we played during the night thanks to Joe was really fun!

Joe was such a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive to our needs. He responded super quickly on all email responses and inquiries. He did such a fabulous job on the wedding day. He helped the events move along effortlessly. When the time came to start another event on our timeline he would come up to my husband and I to give us a heads up, that the next event (bouquet toss, cake cutting etc) was scheduled for this time and that we should transition into that event. I found Noteworthy DJs from an app called Thumbtack, where businesses have to bid on jobs posted by the users. I was looking for a DJ and MC for our wedding on July 30th, 2016.

Joe Ebner quoted me a fair price and package that matched what we were looking for. His communication was prompt and thoughtful and I could tell from the start that he would be easy to work with.

His performance at the event was flawless. There's nothing cheesy about this wedding DJ (my biggest fear) and his website was awesome to use for the event. Every song was played at just the right time and my guests walked away saying the music was perfect! Everyone was dancing and having the best time.

One of my favorite moments from Joe was right before he announced us in for dinner and the first dance, he got our guests cheering for us and they continued to cheer through our whole dance routine. It was so encouraging and really made us feel loved.

Highly recommend using anyone from Joe's team for your event. You won't be disappointed!!

Joe with Noteworthy DJ's was as impeccably professional as he was fluid and thoughtful with timing and blending of songs on the dance floor. The setup was completely transparent, he worked seamlessly with other vendors and delivered on every request we made.

What really set him apart, though, was his constant attention to the social and ceremonial environment. It was obvious he was not just there to play music - he was in tune with the flow of the entire event and from eloquent announcements to the smoothest dance floor transitions you've ever heard, his contributions played a monumental role in making this one of the most memorable evenings of our lives.

Noteworthy DJ's are the best. I chose this company after calling several (google search) because they were by far the most professional on the phone and immediately made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing and would follow through. It's a little scary choosing a company "sight unseen", especially when you are responsible for a major company holiday party. We were SO impressed! It was the best party to date! Paul was our DJ and what a resourceful guy and joy to work with. He is fantastic! The uplighting, event coordination, song choices, willingness to work with us, being flexible, working with our staged show, etc.... all went as planned and was perfect. We had our wedding this past weekend and DJ Matt was our DJ. He did an outstanding job. Not only did everything run smoothly, but our reception was one for the record books. The dance floor was never empty, everyone from grandparents to nephews were dancing all night! We also ended the night with a karaoke hour, which was a surprise for my groom. Matt helped me plan this and also helped me keep it a secret- everybody LOVED it! THANK YOU Matt for being flexible and keeping the party going all night!! You were amazing!!

We received multiple complements on both the music selection and how our DJ judged the crowd, and people were dancing up until 11pm (including multiple people who said they hadn't danced in years). Joe also quickly adapted to changing weather the day of, quickly switching from an outdoor setup to connecting indoors for the ceremony. We also think Joe did a great job of keeping things moving according to schedule, and did a great job of MC'ing our perfect day. Only hiccup was we ran into a couple of issues selecting songs we wanted on the website, everything else was perfect.

NoteWorthy DJ's (Joe) were AMAZING!

We chose Joe for our wedding reception! He was so amazing! He had us fill out a worksheet before the wedding that let him know all the music/genres that we wanted at the wedding! He was so accommodating as he took all my emails and calls and always responded promptly!

At the wedding he was great! He got everyone up and dancing and I mean EVERYONE! All the kids (even teenagers) were dancing. Definitely would hire Noteworthy to another event!
