It’s been 1 month since I married my best friend! Everything was perfect & the celebration all started with Melissa! Melissa was absolutely incredible! She listened & gave us exactly what we requested during our ceremony. Melissa took the time to get to know us. She incorporated those personal touches in our ceremony which made our Union more special! Melissa was prompt and always available! She exceeded our expectations! There is no other to officiate your ceremony!!! We cannot say thank you enough!!! -

Making Your Special Day Speacial
I cannot recommend Notarizing Tampa enough! Melissa is such a sweet person. She not only officiated us, but spent the time to take a few pictures and videos for us. My husband and I are not the best with words so we asked for her help and she tailored such a special vow for us. Melissa is very responsive, flexible and recommended us such a beautiful spot. She made the whole process so easy and was very clear about the details. If you are looking for a person personable with the experience and whom you can trust in the the Tampa Bay Area. The Best wedding
Melissa was amazing!!! She married us 10/12/2024 two days after Milton devastated Florida. Regardless of flooding down trees, no power she showed up with a smile on her face and performed the most beautiful ceremony we could ask for!!! if you’re looking for a notary, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. She is simply the best. We love you!! -

Highly recommend for any type of wedding/ceremony
Melissa with Notarizing Tampa is the perfect officiant for your wedding!! She has great communication skills, always responsive, and professional. She officiated a beautiful ceremony for my husband and I and made it personal to us. She has become part of our lives and has been with us throughout our wedding journey. Melissa with Notarizing Tampa provides quality service. She is very responsive, professional and congenial. She has a great voice for the ceremony (she can be heard with or without a microphone), she stays in touch and is very friendly and responsive. She listens to what you want and helps to make your ceremony style what you want it to be. She is always punctual and knows her business well. -

Absolutely amazing
Melissa was our Officiant for my husband &I’s Wedding in February. She was the absolute best and sweetest person. From planning the wedding she was always in contact with us and definitely let us know that she was there to help us in anyway she could. Wedding day she was there for us and reassured everything was going to be perfect.&& she gave hubby & I cute marriage bracelets😊💜I absolutely 100% recommend her she is the best. -

Spook-tacular!
My husband and I got married with little notice on Halloween of 2022. Melissa was willing to officiate the wedding on short notice and on a holiday, thank heavens. Not only was she punctual, she was also incredibly professional and personable. She made us feel comfortable and prepared, checked in on us the day before to help with any big-day jitters, and even wrote our vows for us (she threw in a couple Halloween references during the ceremony, we loved it!). After the fact, she filed all the paperwork and met up with us to give us our wedding license and personalized certificate. I highly recommend having Melissa officiate your wedding! -
