Perfect classic wedding venue

Northville Hills was an INCREDIBLE wedding venue. From start to finish, Lilly was so attentive to our needs and helped us truly create our dream wedding. They even allowed us to do a gorgeous greenery ceiling installment. The prices were so reasonable and the service was exceptional. You won't regret booking your wedding at Northville Hills!

Northville Hills made everything super easy. Almost everything was included in the package (chairs, tables, linens, food, drink) and it made planning extremely easy. Lilly was amazing and communication was great. On the day of, the staff was extremely responsive and did an excellent job.

Perfect wedding venue!

Northville Hills did an INCREDIBLE job for our September wedding. Lilly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure everything was perfect for us. The entire staff was just lovely. Lilly met with us multiple times to plan and was extremely accommodating in terms of decorations and food, etc. She even decorated the family-recipe-cake that my brother made! Northville Hills certainly made our special day all the more perfect. We couldn't be more grateful and would recommend them to anyone for weddings, showers, work events, they'll help with everything!

Absolutely recommend!

Our wedding was at Northville Hills golf club in October. Everything about this venue is perfect. The staff is great, the building and grounds are gorgeous and the food was wonderful. Lily is phenomenal, she made our experience truly stress free. She's very detail oriented, she responded to all of my questions quickly, was very accommodating to all of our requests and she kept everything running smoothly the day of. I cannot thank her enough. A perfect experience!

Very Pleased with Northville Hills!

Lexi at the Northville Hills Golf Club was just wonderful through the whole process of planning our wedding reception! She was organized and helped with all the decisions which have to be made to plan the event. The venue was clean and beautifully appointed. We chose a buffet dinner and our guests raved about how delicious the food was. Lexi and the staff at Northville Hills were very professional and we were absolutely pleased with how responsive they were to our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Northville Hills for your big event!

Great wedding day experience!

Northville Hills did a fantastic job with our wedding reception! The service we received from them was excellent, both in the planning phase and on the day of the wedding. At the time of our wedding, the banquet manager was Jessica Conlin. She was great to work with, although she no longer works at Northville Hills now. However, her replacement was there on the night of the wedding observing and helping out. Hopefully the new banquet manager will be just as good and have a similar system for planning and executing wedding events. We were provided with a very thorough planning form and all details of the reception were carefully discussed in three planning meetings (food tasting a few months before the wedding, one-month meeting, and 7-day meeting).

Northville Hills is a slightly smaller venue, with a maximum capacity of 200 people. We had about 185 guests so our wedding filled the room to capacity. The room layout allowed our guests to have a good view of the first dance, cake cutting, speeches, etc. Northville Hills also has a nice patio and lawn behind the banquet room, where guests can go during cocktail hour and dancing if they want. Our wedding day was very hot and humid, but many guests still enjoyed being outside. We had several young children at our wedding (my husband’s nieces and nephews) and they liked having the open space to run around a little. The food was also excellent and we received many compliments on how delicious the dinner was. Overall, we give Northville Hills a very high recommendation based on a great wedding day experience, personalized service, and several amenities at an affordable price.

We had our reception at Northville Hill Golf Club and we we're very impressed. The dining room was so beautiful, the food was fantastic(a lot of our guests were talking about it the next day), the staff members were very helpful and organized. Diane and Jessica definitely knew what they were doing and helped us along the way to plan the perfect evening. I was living in Colorado at the time, and they were very accommodating and made time to visit with me whenever I was back in Michigan for a weekend. When our wedding party arrived at the reception before our entrance, Diane and Jessica we're right there, getting our drink orders and letting us know the plan for our entrance. The night ran so smoothly and I credit a lot of that to them. We we're very happy with our decision. To use Northville Hills Golf Club and I would highly recommend it to anyone else planning their wedding!

Diane and her staff were fantastic! Our wedding could not have been more beautiful! The food was fabulous, the venue looked AMAZING and Diane is the BEST event planner you could ever ask for!

I had my wedding shower here and was very happy with the service. I was looking for a rustic theme so the wood beams worked out perfect! We had the guys in the bridal party go golfing and show up towards the end which worked out well. We also wanted to have a pie table and they were very understanding and allowed us to bring our own desert. Staff was professional and attentive.

Diane and her team were absolutely amazing in helping us celebrate our wedding day. From the food to taking individual care with our vendors, the entire process was seamless and done with such professionalism. I would highly recommend Northville Hills to anyone looking for a spectacular venue with exceptional food, service, and care.

We honestly cannot believe how absolutely perfect our wedding reception was at Northville Hills. It was everything we thought it would be and more. Diane was so helpful, patient and willing to do just about anything we needed to make the day go smoothly. We have gotten so many compliments about how beautiful our venue was and how awesome the food was! Thanks again to the staff of Northville Hills for making our special day so amazing!

Exceeded my expectations! Mandy was a joy to deal with. She made sure we considered everything in the planning. Once the day arrived all we had to do was have a great time! The venue was absolutely gorgeous. The wait staff was friendly, professional and happy to help in any way. The food was hot and served on time. The beer and wine were top notch, not some cheap version. We couldn't be happier with the service and quality we received!

This venue is amazing. It fit our 122 guests perfectly. The food was amazing, everything was exactly how we had imagined. Mandy was an amazing planner to work with, and Diane helped make sure everything was perfect. I would recommend this venue for weddings, as well as baby showers which I have previously done and will do in the future! The whole staff was phenomenal and helped make our special day perfect!

Northville Hills Golf Club was the perfect place to have our wedding. My husband and I looked at 15 other venues, and after our meeting with them, we both walked out knowing that this was the place we wanted to have our wedding. It was the perfect size for us (we had 140 guests), and it offered a quaint and intimate setting. We also had our wedding ceremony outside of the venue and it was just beautiful! We cannot give enough thanks to Emily Anderson and the Northville Hills Golf Club staff for helping in making our special day exactly what we had hoped it would be and more!

Northville Hills was a amazing venue for our wedding. The grounds are beautiful and the staff could not have been more professional. The bar staff was speedy and the food was very good. Would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great experience with having our wedding at Northville Hills. Mandy was fantastic to work with in helping us with all the details for the day and coordinating all our vendors to get set up. We didn't have to worry about a thing as she made sure everything including the decorations were set up exactly the way we wanted them to! During the reception the staff was fantastic and we received a lot of compliments as to how great they were as well as how great the food was. The staff was very attentive and really looked to be enjoying themselves!

My reception was absolutely beautiful. I can not express how many compliments I have received. The food was awesome, the Bar was awesome!! The whole venue was terrific. Everyone was so easy to work with and the location was perfect. I highly recommend Northville Hills Golf Club!!

The place is beautiful and provided an indoor back up plan for our ceremony when it rained. The staff was so helpful and on top of everything! The food was fabulous and they allowed me to switch items from the regular menu to our wedding menu.

I was very pleased with Northville Hills. I had my reception here and they took care of everything. They set it all up and I had so many compliments on the room, the service, the bar, the food...everything! They won me over when I first met with them and knew that it would be a part of my wedding day. They were very helpful as far as ideas, suggestions, and recommendations for other vendors. My only complaint was that there was a change of owner/staff while I was planning and some drama on whether or not they would be renovating beforehand...I had a few issues getting hold of someone during that time, but they more than made up for it and made sure I didn't worry for long!

I'll start by saying that everything worked out well. It worked out well despite the fact that if you want to speak to the general manager, who is your wedding coordinator and paid 20% or so of the venue price, you actually have to drive to the venue because she will not return your phone calls.
However, during the event, Diane was on point! The food was served hot, delicious, and in an orderly fashion and the bride and groom were taken care of a very well. While we had our reservations regarding the venue, everything went extraordinary well.

One must realize that they cater to the golfing clientele and not necessarily to the wedding or event side of things as, for instance, the bride is sequestered in the bathroom where guests are coming in Freely and flushing toilets while pictures are being taken and you sign your marriage license in the Pro Shop on the counter. Not my idea of a good time.
The venue would do well with a separate room specifically for the bride and for the signing of the marriage license to keep romance alive if nothing else or even to put a folding curtain to separate the small locker room area from the actual toilet .
The only additional complaint that we heard from the guests was that it was too hot - this hampered couples for dancing more than one song at a time before having to leave the floor to cool off.

they take forever to respond to emails and phonecalls are always out of the office. also I did not appreciate them booking a shower one and a half hours before my wedding. they pulled it off but did forget about a few of minor details i had asked for. I was most upset the day of my wedding when they served my mother mushrooms (she is highly allergic) and then scraped them off and served her the food again.. MY sister marched back into kitchen and explained to them directly what the word allergy means.

I had my wedding at Northville Hills this summer. It truly is a beautiful location, the room looks fabulous and the outside area has the beautiful fountain. The staff was very attentive and even set a few of each appetizer on our table in front of the groom and me. That being said, it's a beautiful location but with terrible management. I started my process with Mandy, but once she left I was solely working with the general manager of the entire club. I would have to call/email multiple times to ever hear back from her. However, her hand was always out when it came to payments. We were supposed to have a call a week prior to the event and I waited for her to email me to set it up, but never did. Then, the Friday night a week before the wedding, emailed me with 10 questions and an invoice for my final bill. It was completely overwhelming. The last straw was when I was standing, waiting with my wedding party to be introduced as Mr. and Mrs. She approached me, again in front of my wedding party, telling me about a minor vendor mistake I made. It was not only embarrassing, but something the bride shouldn't have even had to know about until after. I was shocked at her audacity and my whole wedding party couldn't believe that happened. Overall, I would not recommend this venue unless you don't care about not getting responses and having to wait 15-20 minutes each time you have a meeting. This venue was unprofessional, rude and stressful. Unless they hire a new person who specifically handles events again, take your money somewhere else!

I would not have had my ceremony and reception anywhere else. It was a beautiful facility!! Thankfully I was very organized bride because the coordinate was not helpful what so ever. If it was not for her assisant the day of the wedding, who was extremely helpful, I would have been very dissappointed with my overall experience.
