From the consultation to the execution, everything was flawless. I was treated like a VIP at every turn. Carlos and his design team are unbelievably talented, extremely patient, and trustworthy. Great price, amazing design. Tens across the board. Seriously, you will not find a Flower Shop like La Maison des Fleurs anywhere in the southern United States like this florist.

Obsessed with my Flowers!
We are SO HAPPY to work with Kathy and Northside Florist! She came highly recommended by my wedding coordinator and we are glad we hired her as our florist for our wedding day! Kathy did a fantastic job with our wedding florals! I provided Kathy with a few inspo pictures and she delivered with the most beautiful arrangements! She was able to create gorgeous wedding arch accents, aisle accents, reception florals, and wedding party florals to name a few. And for my bridal bouquet … I was OBSESSED!!! Kathy was so kind, professional, and also flexible when we wanted to add additional florals and remove others. It was such a pleasure to work with Kathy and Northside Florist and I cannot thank you enough for making my wedding so beautiful!

Beautiful flowers and kind, responsive staff! A total win.
We were referred to Northside Florist by multiple individuals, who noted their quality and reasonable pricing. We used Northside for bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages and each arrangement was so beautiful. I sent an inspiration photo from Pinterest, and didn’t meet with them in person to confirm what the final result would look like before the wedding day (talk about a leap of faith!). What we got was even more perfect than the Pinterest photo! I got so many compliments on my flowers. Kathy and her staff were so flexible with last minute requests for extra boutonnières, etc., and promptly delivered everything as promised on the day of. The flowers exceeded my expectations and really made our day so much more beautiful. Thank you so much, Northside! We will see you again. :)

Northside Florists have been a part of my family’s weddings for YEARS. I am so happy with their services. I was able to meet with the florists to give them my ideas and hear their suggestions. I chose to just you real flowers for bouquets, corsages and boutonnières. They were all so beautiful and looked fresh. They even delivered to my venue to make the day less stressful. I could not have been happier to have Northside Florist a part of my vendor team.

Incredible. I had an outdoor wedding on a ranch and I explained to Kathy the colors and idea I was looking for and she created stunning arrangements and she was consciences of our budget. I only needed to meet with Kathy once and sent her a few photo ideas and she did exactly what I was looking for. I was very pleased. Northside Florist has been creating floral arrangements for almost 60 YEARS! Very lovely business. I will continue to recommend Kathy and her floral shop for years to come.

We live in Iowa and got married on Sunset Beach in Florida. I did everything by email and phone with Northside Florist. Their customer service is outstanding. Wow, what can I say about Kathy and Northside Florists!! We were truly blown away at how gorgeous our flower arrangements turned out—they were above and beyond my wildest dreams or expectations!!! They brought our entire wedding décor together and were so beautiful. Kathy and her team spent so much time making sure everything looked perfect, one of my planners mentioned that she spent an hour fixing every single petal on our cake so that it looked amazing! She took the vision I briefly laid out for her and made it come to life all while having the biggest smile on her face and the sweetest disposition. I highly recommend Northside they are phenomenal!

Northside Florist was the preferred vendor for our venue, but we still did a lot of research and met with other florists as well. Once we had our first meeting with Kathy we knew they were it!! Kathy was so knowledge, had great ideas and was very mindful of our budget! We also used their centerpieces and vases. There was a lot to select from which was great! Both Kathy and Brenda were also quick to respond and even though we made some changes about 3/4 weeks before the wedding, they were so understanding and it all turned out perfect!! The flowers were gorgeous and smelled and looked amazing!! I would recommend them again and again!! Thank you for making my wedding beautiful!

Kathy and her team were AMAZING to work with. They listened to everything we wanted, and our florals were absolutely stunning. They took a pinterest picture that I loved, and turned it into everything I imagined and more. They had the best prices, and the best staff too! Kathy and Northside florist did the flowers for our wedding and they were so beautiful! When we met I took pictures from Pinterest of arrangements that I liked and she out together exactly what I wanted and they were more amazing than I could've imagined! She even brought all of the candlesticks and votives so I didn't need to worry about it! I couldn't use real candles at my venue so she made sure to bring the LED candles for everything. Her prices are very reasonable and the product is great. Kathy is also so nice and wonderful to work with!

I loved everything!!
Words can’t express how blessed I was to have Kathy as my florist for my wedding. She did an outstanding job on my centerpieces and shotgun shell boutonnières, and the flowers the grandparents and parents wore. She did everything I asked for. She didn’t try to push me to something I didn’t want. I gave her a swatch of the color I wanted for some of the flowers and she nailed it! She was very respectful, she listened, and you can tell she took her time and the price was affordable for what I wanted, the other place I checked would of costed me $1800 and Kathy only charged $993! I would recommend her to everyone ! I was very pleased!!

Breathtaking florals, amazing team
When I set out to find a florist, I was looking to keep my budget to a minimum as there were other things I wanted to splurge on. I am so happy I decided to work with Kathy at Northside Florist. She took care of everything, and recommended floral arrangements that would compliment the high ceilings of our venue. We ended up with breathtaking florals that so far exceeded my expectations. Our bouquets were absolutely stunning, and the centerpieces were so perfect for our venue. Kathy absolutely captured my vision with only a few photos that I provided, and they were so flexible with the time that I needed my bouquets and that I was able to get into the reception space. The times were about 5 hours apart, and my bouquets were delivered on time and the reception was set up beautifully. I can't thank this team enough for the absolutely stunning florals we received for our wedding day.

After meeting with other florists who tried to push their own vision and set "limited orders" i felt discouraged. I happened to drive by this location and decided to try one more place. Defiantly the best was saved for last. Kathy and the staff at Northside Florist have been amazing to work with! She took my vision for my bouquet and brought it to life. They carefully listened and made it fit my overall wedding theme. Kathy is such a pleasure to work with! The shop is immaculate, with its own wedding section and my mom and I immediately felt comfortable when we sat down to talk to her for my consultation. Organization and communication are a big thing for me and Kathy was on top of everything! I received a detailed proposal after our meeting with her and any time a payment was made she updated that proposal to show payment. Organized is really an understatement! Every time I reached out to her, she usually responded the same day, and she was very receptive to any changes I needed made before the wedding. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and WOW is all I have to say. I walked into the venue and could not believe how gorgeous all the flowers were! She nailed exactly what I wanted without my really knowing I wanted it. She is extremely talented. My bouquet was also amazing! I asked for a Gerbera Daisy bouquet, which is not 'normal', and Kathy put together the most beautiful bouquet for me. We had a slight hiccup after the wedding, as her crew did not tell us they picked up their tall arrangement containers, so we thought they were taken or lost. Other than that though, I cannot thank Northside enough for the beautiful work. Highly highly recommend!

My wedding was on Nov. 25th and I worked with Me. Kathy. She was the best. She made sure I had the flowers I really desired for my special day even when I thought I wasn't going to be able to get them due to the season but she made it happen. Kathy is the best. She matched what we wanted perfectly. She worked with all of our requests, budget, and changes with ease. When we walked into the reception we were completely blown away. I did not miss the fact that my venue didn't allow me to have fake candles with her soft lit LED votives. Our guests were wowed and her floral arrangements were really beautiful.

Kathy made this whole process super easy for me! I only ordered bouquets for myself and bridesmaids, as well as corsages for the moms as I did not have a big budget for flowers. They were beautiful!!!! I wasn't overly particular with her about what I wanted, just sent one or 2 photos of things I liked and told her the colors I was looking for. I was already super happy with the price I got for the order, but when I saw them, I could not have been happier. They were delivered right on time and looked better than I could have hoped!And stayed gorgeous for almost 2 weeks after!

If you're looking for a professional, talented florist that pays so much attention to detail you have found the florist for you. The arrangements and decor for my "elegant shabby chic barn wedding" were AMAZING. When it was my turn to enter the barn arm and arm with my dad my breath was taken away on how stunning and perfect my venue was. I have never seen flowers in the shades they were able to customize for my colors. The way to sum this florist up is nothing short of AMAZING! So as soon as I got engaged, my mother and I promptly decided we were going to do the wedding flowers ourselves. We had seen so many stories online of other brides who had pulled this off and convinced ourselves we could do it. (And sure, we COULD have. But I am SO glad we found Northside Florist instead!) As the wedding drew nearer, I became increasingly nervous about our week-before timeline and where all this DIY flower work was going to fit. We contacted Kathy at Northside and within one conversation felt the relief of being in excellent hands, not having to worry about this in the precious few days before our wedding, and also not completely breaking the bank/budget since we were offered such fair and reasonable rates! The most important thing to note about this vendor for future brides is that Kathy can adapt her work and talent to ANY style/vision. I had a unique look in mind, somewhat non-traditional, and she executed it beautifully. I had not seen many examples on her website of what I had in mind, but she assured me she could create anything, and she was 100% correct. Don't doubt her. Trust her! She was so warm and genuine, and was very prompt at responding to me, taking her time to address all of my questions, and she clearly spent time actually looking at my pinterest board, understanding my style, and thinking about the finished look. Beware, once you are looking back on your big day, it will be clear that some vendors DON'T DO THIS. Kathy does. She invests the time and attention to her brides' ideas. Her prices cannot be beat, at least from what we saw in the Tampa area. When she came into my bridal suite on our wedding day to deliver my bouquet, I started crying at the sight of it. She created exactly what I imagined! She has a humble operation with kind-hearted people yet delivers pinterest-worthy luxury for her clients! This was one of the best decisions we made in all of wedding planning! Thank you, Kathy, from the bottom of our hearts :)

I can not begin to thank Kathy and Northside Florist enough for their work for our wedding. Kathy was easy to work with, responded to every detail I asked and more. The floral arrangements she provided for our wedding ceremony were impeccable and my mom was thrilled to see them as they were more gorgeous than what we had thought. Kathy @ Northside Florist made my dream come true with the wedding bouquet I had asked for and even added dried lavender to my bridesmaids bouquets (upon my last minute request) which were then used as centerpieces and looked beautiful on the reception tables. The orchids she placed inside cylinders submerged in water were stunning as well! I highly recommend this florist for their attention to detail, quality of service, value, and staff!

Considering we were married the day before Valentine's Day, they are saints. (Sorry again, Kathy!!) They scheduled times for me to drop off the (many) vases I acquired for the wedding, and transported them to the venue flawlessly. They set aside extra dried flowers for us to use as confetti. After our first meeting I felt that Kathy and I really clicked about what I envisioned and she was very helpful in giving ideas to add to it and make even better! She is very sweet and easy to work with. Although I only got one other quote, I had a number in my mind and the quote I received from Kathy was in my budget and I felt was very reasonable. Kathy also worked with me a little to make things a little less cost-wise so I felt that she really looked out for your best interests rather than her own, or try to get you to spend more than what you wanted to. All of my bouquets were gorgeous and I absolutely LOVED my centerpieces. It was exactly what I wanted and we got so many compliments on our arrangements! I wish I could give Kathy and Northside Florist straight TEN'S for what they produced at our wedding. From the first meeting I had with Kathy, I was in love with her work and convinced that my vision was going to be executed and then some- and that was exactly what happened. From the breathtaking arch that we got married under and then used as the backdrop to our sweetheart table, along with the three different variations of stunning centerpieces displayed all around the ballroom, Kathy and Northside Florist literally leave me speechless. Their work is untouchable; I just got our pictures back, and I look at the flowers and all of the millions of details they worked all around, and I can't believe it is my wedding. I was on a very very limited budget and decided to only do bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and a pomander for our flower girl. Kathy was able to adjust her design to fit my budget and was able to deliver for an extremely reasonable charge. Two of my favorite moments of our wedding was walking down the aisle and into our reception room. I was blown away with how beautiful everything looked. It looked straight out of a magazine. We choose roses and hydrangeas in ivory and blush colors. Kathy also went above and beyond to help me the day of our wedding. She stayed until after the ceremony was over and moved all our ceremony flowers into our reception room. She decorated the stage that our table was on. It was absolutely beautiful! We thought that finding a florist was going to be the death of us. Overpriced quotes, poor communication or no response at all when asking for quotes, etc. left us feeling like we'd have to DIY which is the last thing we wanted to do. Two weeks before the wedding and we were stressing! Enter Kathy from Northside Florist. I met with her and told her exactly what we wanted and the budget that we needed. Within 2 days, we had a quote and it didn't make us pass out! She made a mock-up of an idea we had for a centerpiece and it was just lovely! She offered us the option of renting their vases, but we wanted guests to take them home, so we purchased some from the Dollar Tree and dropped them off. The flowers were gorgeous on our wedding day!! The only small issue was that my bouquet was not scaled down as I'd asked. It was gorgeous, but being small in stature, I felt it overpowered me a little. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any bride who wants great communication and customer service along with beautiful arrangements!

She knew exactly what to do to make the room look romantic and stunning without overdoing it.
She was also extremely helpful and very considerate about creating the look we wanted while keeping us within our budget. I can’t say enough about her, her staff and the quality of the flowers and service provided. She’s AMAZING!!!

This was by far the best vendor decision we made. I was so impressed with them. Kathy and her team are just the best. We have been to several weddings were they have been in charge of flowers and one is just more beautiful than the next. Kathy is a pleasure to work with. She is so sweet and professional. The centerpieces, bouquets and overall decorations at my wedding were STUNNING. All my guests raved about them. I had several people tell me that my that wedding looked like a Pinterest board. It was that pretty! I'm very picky and they exceeded all my expectations. Great value. Easy to work with. Reliable. I would highly recommend them.

Kathy at Northside Florist is truly amazing! She was hands down my best vendor, and I had several great vendors. She went above and beyond for my wedding. I am a very particular person and she took all of the ideas in my head and made them a reality.. but she made them look even better than I imagined. My centerpieces and bouquets were absolutely breathtaking. She also decorated my candy buffet room and made it look stunning. Kathy is incredibly talented!
I did my homework and met with several florists in Tampa. Kathy was so easy to work with, she is incredibly talented, and her prices are very, very reasonable. I strongly encourage every bride to meet with Kathy.

The flowers were incredible! I came in with several disjointed ideas, and the shop worked with my wedding planner's vision to ultimately create the PERFECT florals within our budget. They were friendly, helpful and absolutely delivered with a fresh, beautiful product.

The flowers for my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception were perfect-exactly what we had visualized. Kathy did an amazing job of listening to my daughter's vision and bringing those ideas to fruition to create an incredibly beautiful event. Kathy has such a calm demeanor and she was able to provide ideas while keeping in mind the budget we were working with. My daughter's bouquet was stunning. I could not be more grateful for all of the hard work the team did to make our wedding day so special. From the weather to the flowers; it was truly perfect and the best day of my life. The flowers were amazing!!! It helped to create the ambiance of the entire day. The flowers were fun, bright, and cheerful which went perfect with the garden type venue. I got my Hawaiian theme while incorporating my favorite color red. In addition, it was such a joy working with Kathy; she is such sweet person and is excellent at what she does. She is the best!! She is so sweet and welcoming, and perfectly captured the look we wanted for our wedding. We LOVE her. Our centerpieces were perfect, and the bridal bouquet was stunning - each exactly as we had discussed and planned. She is also very accommodating and flexible. We had to tweak and rearrange our floral designs to fit spaces and budgets, and Kathy reworked things with us every step of the way, and responded to our questions and concerns quickly. She was truly one of our favorite vendors, and we will be recommending her to everyone we know.

Let me tell you how wonderful Kathy was...My story: I made a custom order online through some fancy florist in Miami, I spoke with a floral designer several times and then when my flowers arrived they looked like I ordered them from the dollar store! I was so upset! My mom suggested we go to Northside, she went to school with the owner. We walked in the day before my wedding, explained what happened and voila, the next day I had a beautiful orchid bouquet to walk down the isle with. ♥

Definitly book Kathy for your wedding! She did such an amazing job on our wedding flowers, that they looked even better than I could have imagined! She was so easy to work with, I never once was worried about anything.
There was a specific flower (anemone) that I wanted to use for my bouquet and the groom's boutonnière, which according to my research was available the month of my wedding. A couple other florists told me they could not get that flower for me, but could "recreate it" using something else and paint. Kathy never had a problem getting me this flower, and it looked perfect for my black and white wedding. I did meet with a couple other florists, and felt like I was being over charged for really "basic" flowers, or that they were trying to change my vision. Just when I started to feel like I would never find a florist that I liked, I met with Kathy. She seemed to know exactly the look I was going for and was able to help me perfect my vision, instead of changing it.
All my flowers were spectacular, I am so happy we went with Nortside Florist!

Working with Kathy at Northside Florist was an incredible experience! From the get go she helped me to find exactly what I wanted for my wedding flowers and she even had me view a sample piece a few months before I had to head back to Hawaii. She was very responsive to every email and question I had. Considering my husband was deployed she allowed me to use a very reasonable payment schedule to pay for her services. The day of my wedding the flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the center pieces were even better than I had imagined. I would recommend Northside Florist to anyone that is looking for beautiful, affordable florist services.

I emailed her pictures and ideas of what I wanted for our Fall/Autumn themed wedding and Kathy brought our vision to life in an even MORE beautiful way than I could have anticipated. The room looked like a dream with all of the floral centerpieces! The ceremony space was beyond warm, romantic & lovely with flower petals in place of an aisle runner, floral altar arrangements, pew/chair markers, candle vases with flowers to light the aisle ... Northside Florist did beautiful work at our wedding at both the church and the reception. They did an amazing job at my sister's wedding about 10 years ago and that is why we chose to use them for ours. We also order flowers for other special occasions, parties and showers from Northside and we are pleased each and every time.
