After a TON of research I made an inquiry to Northampton Valley Country Club and was so impressed by the ballrooms, the food selections, the variety, and the best part is that there's so much you mark off your list when working with NVCC! Ceremony space, reception venue, cake, floral centerpieces, food, open bar, etc.. - but best of all - if you get lucky enough to work with Kate! She is the banquet manager and I was so grateful to get to work with her over the past year - it was like getting to work with a friend who cared about bringing the dream of your big day come true! Since she is the banquet manager she knew the food intimately and what would work with our preferences - and to tell you the amount of times I have heard about how good the food was - from the passed appetizers to the dinner - ALL of it! And don't be fooled - just because there is A LOT of food for your guests (between cocktail hour and dinner) the quality does not diminish. The only thing I wish is I would have eaten more of it! (so much going on :D).

Masquerade Wedding!
To start with our coordinator (Dolly), she was awesome...very attentive, and very responsive to all inquires! The venue itself is beautiful, the Food was Excellent. The Servers, the bartenders...everything and everyone we came in contact with were Wonderful and very accommodating! The Perfect choice and value!! Would highly recommend.

An absolutely perfect wedding day at Northampton Valley Country Club – with endless thanks to Kate Carlin!
We had the most incredible wedding at Northampton Valley Country Club on May 25, 2025, with our ceremony beginning at 3:30 PM and a first look at 1 PM. Our celebration was held in the Northampton Ballroom, which was elegant, spacious, and the perfect setting for our dream day. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was working with Kate Carlin, our on-site coordinator.
Kate was there for us from the very beginning and remained a constant support throughout the entire planning process. She was always incredibly quick to respond to our many emails and phone calls—no question was ever too small, and she always made us feel like a priority. We were able to drop off two large bins of personal décor, and Kate and her amazing team graciously took care of setting everything up exactly how we envisioned it. The attention to detail was flawless, and walking into our ceremony and reception spaces felt like stepping into a dream.
A few months before our wedding, my husband was diagnosed with celiac disease—after we had already selected all our menu items. We were concerned at first, but when we reached out to Kate, she immediately worked with the chef to ensure that he had gluten-free options for both cocktail hour and dinner. Their flexibility, kindness, and proactive approach gave us so much peace of mind.
After the ceremony, our bridal suite was stocked with an amazing spread of food and our signature drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch and allowed us a moment to ourselves to relax and enjoy before rejoining our guests. Throughout the reception, the staff continued to check on us, making sure we had everything we needed and plenty to eat. At the end of the night, all of the décor that the team had set up was carefully packed back into our bins, making cleanup and transport a breeze.
The grounds were absolutely beautiful (we loved having a golf cart for private use throughout the day!), and the entire team at Northampton Valley Country Club made us feel taken care of from start to finish. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kate and the venue. If you’re looking for a beautiful space, a seamless experience, and a coordinator who truly cares, Kate and Northampton are everything you could hope for and more.

Fabulous Wedding Venue!
My husband and I had our wedding at NVCC on 4/25/25. Everything about the day was perfect. Dolly is a fabulous event sales rep/coordinator. She was always available to me when I had questions and responded very quickly. The staff on the night of our wedding were more than accommodating, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. From the time we booked our wedding with NVCC, to the wedding night, everyone was so helpful and flexible. I would recommend anyone to have their wedding at NVCC. The food was delicious, and the wedding package includes items such as the wedding cake and centerpieces, as well as 11 hors d’oeuvres and many more during your cocktail hour. We can not say enough positive things about NVCC, and all of our guests are still talking about how wonderful our wedding was!

The NVCC Team is unmatched!
Dolly and the NVCC team were so responsive to questions and were very timely in communicating with us. Our guests are still raving about the delicious meals and cocktail hour offerings. We loved having a winter wedding with a beautifully decorated tree as a part of the reception space. The wedding packages include so much and made our planning process very smooth!

Excellent venue
We had a beautiful wedding day for our daughter and her husband.
We were so pleased with the food, the bar service and the courtesy of the staff. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was perfect. The Event Sales Associate, Danielle was professional and had a warm demeanor which was much appreciated. She made the planning easier and enjoyable. She is certainly an asset to Northampton. Excellent venue!

Can we do it again?
I wish we could go back and redo the whole wedding. This place is absolutely gorgeous, the grounds are well kept and so beautiful. The food was delicious, the staff was incredible. We had NO complaints from any guests. And the bartender we had was amazing, he could make some drinks!!! Danielle went above and beyond and she was always there to answer all my questions and over the span of 3 years planning, I had a lot! I really hope someone I know gets married here, I want to go back!

A hidden gem!
Northampton Valley Country Club went above and beyond what we could have even asked for. The venue was incredible and the food was outstanding. Our guests loved the atmosphere and the staff was so attentive that our guests were raving about it a week after the wedding. Danielle and the team were so friendly and worked tirelessly to make a our special day truly special. The grounds were so beautiful for a wedding as they keep them in pristine condition and we were able to about the property freely without any interference from the staff. The cocktail hours had plenty of staff to help and the add-ons were worth every penny. For the price the venue's value is well and above what you pay for it and the reasonableness in the cost allows you to be flexible in other areas that make your wedding really special.
I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect wedding in Bucks county, PA.

Amazing! You won’t regret it!
NVHCC
The short version:
This place was amazing. Easy to work with. The food was amazing. The facility was well maintained. The staff were amazingly friendly. They set everything up how we asked. They were VERY affordable. Also, they vendors that they partner with made everything so easy and those vendors were amazing (clearly the partners were chosen for quality). Our day was perfect. Highly recommend.
The long version:
I really didn’t want a wedding at a typical venue. I always thought they were overpriced and the food is horrible. However we got there and fell in love with the venue and the price!
The food was ridiculously amazing. To be honest when I went to the tasting I was not really impressed. However day of it was not just good, the food was amazing. The appetizers were ridiculously good (especially the dumplings and whatever the shredded beef on toast was). For the meal selection we went with the teriyaki salmon and the herb fillet. It was amazing. the dessert my mom won’t stop talking about is the chocolate mousse! The desserts weren’t cheap tasting or looking (you know when you’re somewhere and the dessert looks like a frozen variety pack from Costco? This was not that at all!).
The price- I spent far less than I thought I would have. And certainly less than my guests think that did!
The staff- made me feel like a king. We didn’t get a chance to eat our meals when they were served so the staff took back our plates and brought us fresh ones, we didn’t even ask them to. They just did it. Clearly they have refined their service. Also, they kept asking us if we needed a drink which was really nice because it was hard to get away from people to get one. There were some changes in staffing from when we booked to day off but it wasn’t a big deal. Also, I have to give a shout-out to Kevin. Kevin was amazing. So was the planner and the day of coordinator.
Other things- I was worried about parking because I wasn’t sure how the lot would fit our wedding and the one next door. It was not an issue. I actually forgot there was a wedding next door! Never saw them until the end of the night when we were leaving.
Also, in case this helps you and your situation: We are a same-sex couple and not once did they make me feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. They treated us and all of our guests with respect. Even in the pro-shop I never felt judged or like it bothered anyone. To my straight counterparts this might sound stupid, but the gays will understand. Just know they treat you and your guests respectfully.

Northampton Wedding
The entire staff at Northampton was amazing, they made us feel so special throughout the entire experience. Kevin and Danielle went above and beyond to make sure all our request were met and they completely exceeded our expectations. The venue is absolutely beautiful, we took all our pictures there (which was a bonus)! Everything from the first meeting to the last dance was perfect. We can’t recommend Northampton and their team enough!

Perfect Wedding Venue
We loved working with NVCC for our wedding. The staff was amazing the day of and leading up to it. They answered any questions we had quickly and made us feel very comfortable about all our plans leading up to the day. Awesome venture
I am so glad that my son and daughter in law pick this venue, and can't go wrong with the beautiful grounds for pictures, awesome food, professional services. Meghan was the best from the 1st phone call until the end of the Wedding. She really helps can the day perfect. All of our guests had a wonderful time. Best day ever!
My husband and I got married here recently. This was the best day ever and NHVCC made our wedding super easy and amazing! Meghan O’Malley was the kindest and most relaxed person to work with while we were navigating all the wedding details and she is just so nice. This venue is great because they have connections to venders so it made our job easy when figuring out who our photographers, dj and bakery will be. There’s also great areas for photos and ceremony space if you choose to do that here ! Also, the food was nothing short of incredible. Cocktail hour was great and they even made us a tray to go into the bridal suite right after the ceremony. Some of the guests thought cocktail hour was a buffet dinner, so that might give some image of how much food there was. Also if you’re having trouble picking entrees you must do the herb infused beef was perfection and our guest LOVED it! Really, if we were to do our wedding over, I’d pick NHVCC!

A magical night
We had our wedding at NVCC this past weekend, and it was absolutely amazing. Our wedding coordinators Denise and Kate were super responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. On the night, the ballroom and cocktail room were beautifully decorated, and our custom decorations were perfectly setup as well. We had custom items for both our sweetheart table and memory table, that were laid out exactly as we had envisioned them. Once we got to the reception, there was nothing for us to do except enjoy the party.
The food was amazing, in both quality and quantity. There wasn’t anything we tried that night that didn’t taste incredible. We elected to have a bacon bar, and it was the most talked about thing at the wedding. We chose this based on our experience years ago at a different venue, and NVCC’s version was even better. Everyone we spoke to enjoyed their entrees, with one of our guests telling us that our vegetarian option was the best vegetarian entrée they’ve ever had at a wedding.
Even with the food being as amazing as it was, the highlight of the night was the level of service and attention we received from our wedding coordinator Kate, our banquet manager Lee, our head server Mary Pat, and the entire staff. It was nothing short of outstanding. We had trays of the passed hors d'oeuvres brought to the bridal sweet for the wedding party, and our head server brought us samples of each item in the pasta and bacon bars. We got to try every food item, which were all delicious. Mary Pat made sure that neither me nor the bride was ever wanting for a fresh drink. And, at the end of the night, they boxed up several donuts from our donut wall for me and the bride to take with us, two each of our favorites.
NVCC’s staff made the evening run so smoothly and enjoyably for both us and our guests. We were getting compliments all night long from our guests about every aspect of the venue, but especially the food and service. On a personal note, my father-in-law became severely ill shortly before our original wedding date, and would ultimately spend almost two full months in the hospital. We had to make the decision to postpone at the last possible second, weeks before our wedding. Our coordinator Kate was incredibly understanding and supportive in helping us move our date, during what was a very terrifying time for us and our family. Fortunately, my father-in-law recovered and was able to walk my wife down the aisle, and we are forever grateful to NVCC for minimizing the stress we had about having to postpone.
We could not be more satisfied with our choice of venue, and could not recommend them more strongly.

Everything we wanted
We reached out to this venue via WW and got an immediate response. We met with Danielle who helped us schedule our big day, organized all of our details, and kept in touch with us throughout the entire planning process. Guests have raved about the food and atmosphere that NVCC created for our big day.

The best wedding venue in Bucks
We got married here in July 2021 and it was the best decision! Everything was perfect from the decor to the food and they were constantly in contact with me, answering all of my questions. We had to reschedule 2x due to covid but the team at NVCC were so pleasant and understanding. Kate was our point of contact for over a year during the planning process and she was fantastic every step of the way. The food is great, people still complement us almost 2 months later. I can't say enough good things about this place, worth a tour at the very least.

Amazing wedding
We had our wedding here on June 2021, it was amazing, the place is so beautiful and the food so great! Every guest was so happy with the service and loved every single detail. Amazing, book them!
Wow! 3 days post wedding and we are still having guests tell us how amazing our venue was and asking us how we found such a place. My husband and I live 2 hours from them but knew right away it would be worth the trip! We started planning our wedding 3 years ago. Pushed it back 1 year because my sister was deployed and then another year because of the pandemic. NVCC was so accommodating throughout the entire process. Kate stayed in touch with us every step of the way and they allowed us to change our wedding date from May 2020 to August 2020 and when things weren't quite as safe as we wanted they allowed us to move it again to May 2021. NVCC went above and beyond by renting a tent to go out on their patio and allowing tables to be put in their cocktail room if we wanted in order to get our guest count where it needed to be. The tent was beautiful and even had twinkle lights strung throughout it which I was not expecting. The food was phenomenal and not your typical "wedding food". Our guests couldn't believe how many passed h'orderves were available and went nuts over our ice luge.
When looking for a venue, we had a few specifics in mind but were also trying to stick to a budget. NVCC has SO much to offer and many options are included in their price. Sometimes included items end up being cheap or not as good and I can tell you it was ALL top notch. Even the bar tenders and servers were being complimented by our guests all night about how friendly and personable they were.
Their grounds are gorgeous and we're looking forward to seeing how amazing our photos turn out. We used their crystal ballroom and everything in there is just so clean and detailed and beautiful. They even just recently made some updates to it. I could probably go on forever about how amazing this venue is. Just book it! You will not be disappointed. Kate and all of the staff will forever hold such a big part of our hearts. After 3 years and a pandemic it really felt like they became family to us. They made us feel so important from day 1 and when everything felt like it was falling apart (not once but twice) they kept us calm and made sure our pandemic wedding didn't feel like a pandemic wedding. We love NVCC and we know you will too!

Beautiful Venue!
Planning a wedding during a pandemic is not easy but NVCC made sure our wedding was a special day. I can't speak highly enough of their flexibility when it came to postponing, back up plans if we had to postpone a second time, and using their resources to find us a tent just 8 days before the wedding when we had to move our indoor wedding to outdoors due to new restrictions. We worked with Kate and she always made sure to answer our questions. NVCC was very accommodating when it came to the menu because we had guests with gluten-free, dairy-free, and peanut allergies and even went the extra step to have signs at each station stating what was in it and which allergies couldn't eat it. We really appreciated that extra step! Leigh was our Maitre'D and she was wonderful! She was always there when I needed something and I felt comfortable asking her for something. The staff was great at cleanup, making sure to pack up all our stuff so it was one less thing we had to do at the end of the night. It was such a beautiful wedding despite all the circumstances that worked against us and I highly recommend them!

Brigid Gave us the Perfect Day!
I couldn't have more nice things to say about our experience at Northampton but SPECIFICALLY our detail coordinator, Brigid Eisele. Brigid was there from the very start of my husband and my choosing Northampton all the way through to the big day. She was EXTREMELY quick to respond with the million questions that I asked her throughout my year and a half engagement and never left me hanging or any question unanswered. Not only this, but she did so with the most professional yet caring customer service I have ever experienced. I was so lucky not to have had to hire a wedding coordinator because Brigid made it all so easy! Our wedding was very large (250 people) with many upgrades and details. Everything ran super smooth under Dominique (my Maitre'de) and Brigid's care. Additionally, Brigid was on top of contacting me to provide an even better experience for our ceremony in the venue's other ballroom since there was not another wedding the night of ours. The venue could have easily switched the room around during cocktail hour, but Brigid made it possible for us to have the ultimate experience and use the entire facility. The food was absolutely incredible but the service was just outstanding. Our bridal server, Kevin, waited on us hand and foot. But, all in all, Brigid "takes the cake" in being the most absolutely dedicated director with which I've had the pleasure to work.

NVCC Northampton Room
My husband and I had our reception at NVCC on December 7, 2019. We worked with Bridget and she was great always accomodating to our vision. We were in the Northampton room which is the smaller room of the two and I was so impressed with the space the minute I saw it during our tour, I loved the huge windows in the room. The venue offers so much in their package which makes it a really good value. In the package they include your wedding cake and flower centerpieces. Food is amazing! The staff the day of the wedding was so nice and and helpful. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone!

Perfect Day!!
My husband and I had our wedding reception at Northampton on June 21, 2019. Our day was beyond perfect and everything ran extremely smooth thanks to Brigid, the director of catering and her team. Our Maitre D’, Lee and her assistants Kevin and Julz were amazing! I was feeling stressed throughout the morning/afternoon but as soon as we arrived at Northampton, Kevin and Julz were instantly serving us drinks and appetizers. They truly treated us like royalty and it put us both at ease for the rest of the day/night. Brigid was so accommodating and patient throughout the whole planning process from start to finish. We truly appreciate the whole teams help with coordinating and planning our special day. The Northampton team did everything possible to make our wedding stress free. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, team, and of course weather! ☀️

Had a little bit of a rocky start after our wedding coordinator had left but Brigid, the catering director, stepped up and helped make our planning process simple and our wedding day amazing! Absolutely perfect. Perfect execution, food was incredible and everyone got large portions, and the staff was amazing. My dad called them “ninja staff” because everything got done without you even noticing them clearing plates and running around. It was just so well orchestrated. I literally cannot say anything negative. We did go through a couple of different point people in the beginning due to some turnover, but they handled it amazingly well and everyone was on the same page.

We had an amazing experience at the Northampton Valley Country Club. If you want a beautiful wedding with minimum stress, book with NVCC! The service was exceptional, the food was delicious (guests are still raving about the food), the property was beautiful, and everything was reasonably priced. Before we booked, NVCC checked all our boxes: outdoor ceremony space, indoor reception, dance floor, space for private conversation, and beautiful scenery for photos. To top it off, beautiful centerpieces and cake were included; they were amazing too!
Seriously, I never had anyone attend to me so much. During photos on the course, I lost a locket with my dad’s picture. One of the staff searched through the grass and found it for me! The staff made sure my husband and I were well fed and had fresh drinks.
My father-in-law had a fantastic experience as well. He had ordered coffee near the end of the night but was pulled onto the dance floor for a song before he could drink it. When he returned to his seat, the server noticed and brought him a fresh cup of hot coffee.
Leading up to our wedding, the wedding coordinator and catering staff were accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. They coordinated seamlessly with our DJ and photographer as well.
It was a perfect day. I can’t thank NVCC enough.

Amazing experience with Kacey and NVCC
We are so pleased with the reception that Northampton gave us!! Everything was better than expected, and our event manager Kacey was so helpful every step of the way. We had such a fun time planning the reception, and I always felt that the venue was super flexible with us. We wanted to have just beer, wine, and soda, no liquor, so they gave us a credit to use towards other enhancements. We wanted to have a morning wedding with an afternoon reception, so they gave us a 2pm start time, which no other venue was willing to do because most places try to just cram as many events into a day as possible. Kacey also thought to have our cocktail hour outside on the patio, which was awesome because it was a gorgeous day. All of the staff treated us so kindly and generously. I really can't say enough great things. Our guests have not stopped raving about how amazing everything was!! 15/10 would definitely recommend to anyone!! If you are looking for a venue with a beautiful landscape, great natural lighting in the ballroom, awesome staff, and prices that are the best in the area (we looked around a ton, and NVCC is by far the best value...), you should definitely book here!!

From our first meeting with NVCC we knew this is where we wanted to get married. The service, attention to detail, food, and overall atmosphere were outstanding! We have had so many compliments on our wedding and it hasn’t even been a full 24 hours after. Our server Kevin and our Maitre d Dominique were absolutely fantastic and knew what we needed without us even asking. Brigid was amazing and took care of us from first meeting to our big night. You truly will not have a better experience anywhere else. I highly recommend NVCC and am so grateful for how wonderful they made our wedding.

An amazing place to celebrate your wedding
Five stars are not enough to rate this amazing venue!!! Thank you for making December 8th a day my daughter and son-in-law will never forget. From the first meeting through the endo of the wedding reception we had nothing but an amazing experience. We worked with Bridget for the planning and she is amazing. Bridget attentively listened to all our thoughts and made some suggestions which enhanced the wedding reception,. The rooms were decorated for Christmas which added to the winter white wedding theme the newlyweds had planned. Our dinners were cooked to perfection by Jerry the head chef at NVCC. The grounds are perfect, even in the winter, for beautiful wedding pictures.
If you want stress free wedding planning, one stop shopping, at very affordable rates, then look at NVCC before you sign on the line anywhere else.

We had our ceremony and reception at NVCC 11/16/18, and it could not have turned out better! We worked with Alexis during the planning process and she was extremely helpful. We were unsure of exactly what we wanted, and she made it very easy to make decisions and figure everything out. We ended up changing our ceremony from outside to inside just a few hours beforehand, and they were extremely accommodating and had everything set up inside by the time we arrived. The food was incredible, and the bartenders were amazing. The price was so great since everything is included. The servers were so attentive, and they gave us a special tray of appetizers in the bridal suite as well as saved us pasta from the pasta bar so that we would not miss out on anything!

This Venue was great!!
I got married here and it was such a good value! The food was great and the bar staff was accommodating. Every thing was setup in a lovely manner. A last second decision was made on the outdoor/indoor seating. They had a person dedicated to making sure that me and my wife ate food. They saved us stuff from the pasta bar, got us our meal when we sat, and had my requested and not requested (but needed) beverages at every turn. Immediately after the ceremony, they hit me with some great appetizers in a more private setting!

Wonderful venue
I worked closely with Brigid throughout our planning process. She helped make decisions when I was unsure on what to do and made the small details matter. Lee and Nicole were there on our wedding day and they were so attentive to our guests and some dietary restrictions and to my husband and I. They always got us our beverages, served us our meal when we were ready to eat and made our day so easy! The grounds are gorgeous, more then enough spots for photos without the public being in any. A dream come true!
The absolute PERFECT wedding venue.
My husband and I just got married at NVCC a few weeks ago. From the very beginning of the planning, the staff at Northampton were all so sweet and accommodating. Our budget was pretty low, but they worked with us so we could get the fairytale wedding without the fairytale bill! I'm certain that our wedding looked far more expensive than it was. I recommend getting married on a Sunday, or even a Friday!
Kacey was so great to work with. She was always so happy and excited to speak with us! Not a single question or suggestion went unacknowledged; We complicated the menu with a shellfish-allergy, gluten-sensitivity, and vegetatians amongst our guests, but the catering crew took it all in stride, and never made us felt bad for asking for adjustments.
Beyond the people, the venue itself is lovely too. The grounds made for some fantastic scenery, and the ballrooms are both so classy without needing any decorations. I did almost nothing to decorate the reception, and it was still beautiful. We also had our ceremony on the grounds, in the gazebo right outside the reception room. It was so convenient being able to walk right in and start cocktail hour right after the ceremony!
They do allow more than more wedding at once, which night seem like a negative, however, the two rooms are completely separated. They don't even share an entrance! We had no issues running into the other wedding when we were there. We wouldn't have even seen them if we didn't walk past the windows when we were out getting pictures!
Truly, I have only good things to say about NVCC. The venue was lovely, the food was great (even my VERY picky extended family gave rave reviews afterwards!), and everyone I spoke to was so sweet. We couldn't have chosen a better place to get married 😊

We knew we had something special when first walking into Northampton Valley Country Club. We only viewed one other venue before ultimately booking this wedding venue of our dreams! The entire process of decorating the Crystal Ballroom, selecting our food entrees, and running through the time frame of reception events was made easy with Alexis (our wedding coordinator) and her expertise. The day of, Lee (our maitre d) and Jamie (our personal server) were extremely accommodating with making sure both me, my husband, and my entire bridal party were well taken care of. The guests could not stop commenting on how wonderful their entrees tasted, how nice the staff was, and how beautiful the wedding venue looked. Looking back a week later, we truly were blessed with how everything turned out! Thank you NVCC for giving us the wedding we had always hoped for!

We searched a lot of venues before choosing Northampton and I am thrilled we did!!!! At first we went with Northampton because we were surprised by the price and what was included with the cocktail hour, bar, dinner on top of they included the center pieces and the cake, compared to other more expensive venues we had looked at. While planning the wedding, Northampton could not have been more helpful. They were very flexible and accommodating to meet our specific wants and needs. My husband and I got married at St. Bede’s church and the reception was at Northampton Valley Country Club. The day was absolutely perfect, and my husband and I give a lot of that credit to Northampton. All of our guest raved about how beautiful the grounds were, how great the food was, and how gracious the staff/bartenders were. The bride and groom get their own personal server and until the day of I didn’t really know what that entailed but she was amazing. During the beginning of cocktail hour we were taking pictures on the grounds, she brought us our signature drinks and carried them for us while we walked around. She greeted us with our own tray with all of our appetizers on them that stayed in our bridal suite, which was nice because as the bride it was hard to mingle with all the guests let alone make an effort to stop the server to try the appetizers. She got us both a plate from the mashed potatoe bar and left it on our sweetheart table, which I had completely forgot about. At the end of the night we had a cheese steak station and she fixed us four cheese steaks and put them in to go boxes, because I obviously didn’t get a chance to do that for myself. She was amazing!!! Also two of my cousins have special needs (Down syndrome and autism) and both my aunts gushed over how sweet the server was to both of them( which unfortunately is not always the type of service my cousins receive). As the bride, I can not imagine having a better wedding anywhere else! NVCC was AMAZING!!!!!!!

I am in awe of how great everyone was at NVCC!! Everything was great from start to end. We worked with Alexis and she was there for everything that we needed; even accommodating the weirdest of dietary restrictions!! She really made the planning process so easy and stress free!! The day of, she was there, making sure everything was set up beautifully; and then her staff made sure we had everything that we needed the entire night!! The food was unbelievable and even 3 months later people are still talking about it. And honestly, the price was perfect for everything that was included. Words cannot express how fabulous our experience was with Brigid and her team at Northampton Valley Country Club. From the moment my future husband and I met with Brigid, we felt completely at ease! As soon as we said "yes" to our venue, she was on top of EVERYTHING. From big ideas to tiny details, she was there to help and support us however she could. Her follow-up was impeccable, regardless of the day or time that we reached out to her. I appreciated her honesty when I asked for her opinion and could not be more thrilled with how our wedding day turned out. We were married on December 9th, 2017, which also happened to be the first snow of the season. After our church ceremony, the weather prevented us from traveling to our photo location, so we went directly to Northampton instead. With a giant bridal party showing up cold, hungry, and 2 hours early, Brigid and her team were quick to accommodate us! We had planned on ordering some food to be delivered, but delivery was going to take far too long because of the snow. INSTEAD, Brigid took our McDonalds order, drove there, and picked it up herself!!!!!! It was so fun and funny to be eating Big Macs in the bridal suite in between pictures. Brigid is literally an angel . Our Maitre d' and the staff ensured that we were taken care of throughout the nights. They made sure my husband and I were never without a drink or any food that we wanted. The decorating turned out better than I ever imaged and I am still getting compliments on how beautiful it was. Great food, amazing service, the BEST NIGHT!

We loved our wedding at NVCC and found planning it there to be really easy. We worked with Alexis. From our first meeting with her, the planning was so simple. She gave us a folder that came with the menus, upgrade options, pricing, and the schedule for meetings and payments. The schedule helped to plan out our budget and when we had to make final decisions about meals, extras, and little details. Another thing that helped was that the catering, centerpieces, cake, and bar were all included in the price. Alexis worked with us to include everything we wanted in the day and to make a detailed timeline. We were able to take this timeline and give it to the DJ. This made everything go smoothly since the DJ was making the announcements while the staff was working behind the scenes. For any questions and thoughts that we had, Alexis was easily accessible and responsive via both email and phone. About 6 months before the wedding, we had a food tasting. We chose the filet mignon and it was the best I've ever had. My guests talked about the food for weeks after the wedding. The day of was perfect. The staff went above and beyond for us. Ceremony and cocktail hour went great. My husband and I had a personal server who made sure we had a drink in our hand at all times and food to keep us going. Once the reception started, I didn't see Alexis again and the maitre d', Lee, took over on the floor to make sure everything was running smoothly. Some of our favorites from the day were the upgrades we opted for- uplighting, the ice luge with martini bar, a donut station, and end of the night Philly station. These were huge hits that my guests are still talking about! Another was how the staff decorated with our decor. The staff put everything I asked for in its place and found where to put the rest. We didn't actually need a ton of our own decor because the venue had a lot of its own decorations. Even better- everything was packed up and ready to go at the end of the night.

On October 28,2017 we had the best time of our life at Northampton Valley Country Club. Alexis was so attentive, organized and professional. Weddings can be so stressful and overwhelming but Alexis knows all about it and has all the answers and ideas! I highly recommend anyone getting married in the future and reading this to at least take a look and see what they have to offer! I promise you will not be disappointed!!! They have something for everyone. The food is SO GOOD. People are STILL talking about it. Northampton is the place you need to make your wedding day/night complete. Absolutely perfect. Northampton Valley Country Club made our wedding day as perfect as it could have been! Could not have asked for a better experience. Alexis was amazing in getting everything prepared and ready to go. Dom was an amazing Maitre'd who was at our sides whenever need be! Marie was so lovely and sweet getting our ceremony off without a hitch! The service was superb! To the point where my now husband wants that treatment at home!! LOL They met everyone's dietary restrictions and requests! The food was incredible! The northampton room was the perfect place for our reception and would do it again in a heart beat! This crew was phenomenal in helping from start to finish! So many of my guests were impressed with this venue! TOP OF THE LINE! Thanks Northampton Valley Country Club!

If I could give 20 stars, I would. I can not say enough about NVCC. First, the planning process- was a breeze! They made sure everything was taken care of, and if we needed to ser up another meeting to discuss certain things, they were on top of it. Next, the drop off/decorating, I have OCD and I had ideas and decorations that I wanted to be placed in EXACT spots in our venue. ( We were in the Crystal Ballroom). Alexis was so flexible to work with, she allowed us to come in the day before (because they had no other events until pur wedding) and decorate some things I was a little picky on. The rest of the decorations, were done PERFECTLY by the staff. Next, the food- this was a HUGE thing to consider when picking our venue- we NEEDED amazing food. We chose the herb infused filet, chicken tuscany and the salmon. OMG- people were coming up to us raving about the food, even my husband's tough italian critics!! The service throughout the night was great, the bartenders kept their promise by having NO LINE ALL NIGHT. We had 3 bartenders (1 stayed with the ice luge) for 170 people. All I can say about NVCC is AMAZING!!

My husband and I got married here 8/12/17, and if we could give Northampton Valley more than 5 stars, we would. Alexis and her team were amazing from start to finish. She responded to every e-mail, helped us come up with personal touches to make the day even more special, and even worked with us up to minutes before the ceremony when it looked like a storm was coming in and we still wanted to go for the outdoor ceremony. She was incredible to work with, and I don't think there is anyone more suited for this job than her.
The venue is gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the entire staff made sure we were taken care of. They also have great relationships with other vendors, which made the planning process even easier. We can't thank everyone at Northampton Valley for making our day even better than we ever imagined.

My husband and I were beyond happy with Northampton Valley Country Club. Bridget and Leigh were so attentive and made the day so easy. The food was delicious- people are still raving about it. A gorgeous room, excellent food, ambiance, and a price that is incredibly reasonable. I felt like a movie star, and I want to relive the day again.

The planning process with NVCC was so perfectly seamless and the day-of experience was everything and more than I could have imagined. Alexis, I swear she is like David Tutera meets Dr. Phil. A wedding guru when it comes to operational details, a creative eye for personalization and style, and a genuine spirit for calming any crisis even when she doesn't have to, Alexis went above and beyond to make my day the best day ever. Alexis and her team were amazing! I could not have been any happier with everything. Alexis was a pleasure to work with from day 1. She was extremely helpful with all questions, quick in responding to emails or phone calls, and offered advice whenever I asked! She was thorough throughout the entire planning process and I felt extremely confident in her. Friends and family warned me that things always go wrong and not to sweat the small stuff during the wedding, but thanks to Alexis and her entire team, there was no need to! Everything was 100% and exceeded my expectations! Everyone RAVED about the food for weeks! Being in that industry, I truly understand what great service is, and I'm so happy that I picked Northampton Valley Country Club and will recommend them to anyone looking for a venue!

I just got married last week at the Northampton valley country club. It was amazing everyone at my wedding said it was the best wedding they ever been too. The food is absolutely delishes and they are so helpful and understanding. They go above and beyond to make sure your special day is perfect. I highly recommend this venue for the price its a huge steal for all it has to offer.

Great food and great service! All of our guests raved about the food and the bar. The property is so pretty we were able to do pictures right there and actually made it to the cocktail hour! The only thing I would be wary about it the number of people, they told us they could hold 250, but it was a little tight with about 230 and a band.

Sue and I got married there on April 14th 2017 and I just cannot express how grateful I am for such a marvelous place. We had our reception in the big room and they allowed us to bring in an abundance of decorations to fit our needs. We had an amazing experience and had a great day to take pics on the grounds and to have the ceremony outside. Needless to say the food was above and beyond what I expected and people still give us a thumbs up on the food options we had. Also, the team there works very hard for you and will literally do anything for you to have a fantastic time.

I can't express enough how much I love this venue! My husband and I only visited 2 venues when planning our big day, and choosing NVCC was our easiest decision by far. This was THE perfect setting for our Christmas wedding on 12/23/16. The staff is amazing -- Matt was our coordinator and he always made me feel at ease during the entire planning process (coming from a bride, that speaks volumes!). I knew from day 1 that the reception would be a hit. Food is exceptional (prime rib is very popular!); there's plenty of space (Crystal Ballroom fit 250 of our family and friends); and the interior decor style is classic-chic and served as the perfect blank canvas for all of the wedding decorations I incorporated. All in all, my husband and I, along with our families, could not have been happier with our NVCC experience. I have already started begging my friends to have their future receptions at NVCC, and I look forward to coming back as a wedding guest! :)

WOW! Where do we start. We just got married last night and from the very beginning, Northampton was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Both my husband and I were planning our wedding from Houston,Texas and Matt was extremely helpful even though we were so far away with making sure everything was perfect and organized. We were able to have skype meetings and exchange emails (always receiving a fast/detailed response) to make sure everything was going to be perfect. The night of the wedding was INCREDIBLE and absolutely seamless. We were blown away at how perfect everything went and how professional the staff were. The food was also fantastic and our guests raved about the quality. Dominique was our maître d' and she did a fanstastic job with making sure we had everything we needed and were guided throughout the night (such as cutting the cake- which we had no idea how to do lol). Thank you to everyone at Northampton for making our night so special and fun, we appreciated everyones hard work, especially since we were so far away. :)

Let's just Brigid is phenomenal! She is very professional, sweet, and always there to answer questions. We were so fortunate to have Brigid as our coordinator at NHVCC. Brigid went above and beyond to make sure our day perfect and always answered our questions in a clear & concise manner. If Brigid was out of the office, I love that her emails would respond back as to when to expect a response and if it was urgent you could always get a hold of the other coordinators that were so sweet.
Our wedding day was May 21, 2016! Our wedding was forecasted rain & although the ceremony was planned to be outside, they set the indoor ceremony space up more beautiful then I could have imagined. The food was the best we've ever had at a venue & our family still raves about the food & drinks. Brigid made sure that our wedding day was not shy of perfect. The employees and our Maitre d, Lee were also phenomenal & catered to us by making sure we always had what we needed. Due to us dancing the night away, we did not get to eat our slice of cake & they had it packed & ready to go for us after the reception. NHVCC grounds & venues were picturesque. You will regret not having your wedding here. Brigid and NHVCC treated us like family and gave us no worries on the day of our wedding. We can not thank Brigid & NHVCC enough!

If you are still looking for a venue and wondering if NHVCC is the right one for your amazing day, look no further. From the moment my husband and I saw NHVCC we knew it was the one for us. From the prices, to the amazing property and people, this is no doubt one of the best in the area. From the very beginning, Matt made sure he met all of needs. He answered all emails promptly.
On the day of our wedding, I was beyond happy at all the set up. They matched my vision perfect for a rustic fall wedding. Our guests kept raving about the food, how friendly the staff were and the overall atmosphere.

Our wedding at the Northampton Valley Country Club couldn't have been more PERFECT!! We were so impressed with how professional everyone was. The staff made sure everyone had what they needed and if they didn't they would get it for them right away. The food was amazing. The room and tables looked so nice. It definitely was my fairy tail, princess wedding. They all made it so special. Through the whole process I dealt with Alexis Sklar, she was my go to. She helped me every step of the way. She always got back to me right away and guided me through everything. There was never a moment I was confused or didn't know what was going on. She is awesome and so good at her job. I cannot say enough amazing things about NVCC!! My husband Joe and I just got married there 2 weeks ago and I am still in awe of how amazing and absolute perfect everything was for our wedding day. This was the first place we went to see and just from how gorgeous the entire country club is, to how friendly and wonderful their staff are just won us over immediately. After going to look at other venues we were still in love with NVCC. We worked with Brigid the entire step of the way and she made every wish come true for us. She was always there whenever we needed her and always able to provide advice or options to help with anything we needed. Once wedding day came they went above and beyond to make sure everything happened perfectly. We always had someone there to help me and my husband with any drink, food, or questions we had. Every single one of our guests said how much fun they had at our wedding, how perfect everything went, how amazingly delicious our food was, and how happy they were to be able to spend that perfect day with us. If we could do it all over again we would not change a thing!!! I am going to try and convince all of my future friends getting married to go to NVCC because we want to go back!! Having our wedding at NVCC was one of the best choices we made. Matt and his team made the entire planning process enjoyable. Whenever we had a question or concern, Matt always responded promptly. The Northampton Room is beautiful and being able to have our ceremony outside on the patio was definitely an added bonus. Matt was very flexible with some dietary restrictions we had and even let us customize menu items right down to the type of cheese in our salad course. Guests have said the food was incredible by regular standards, not just "wedding food" standards. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. Friends and family are still calling and texting weeks later to let us know what an amazing night our celebration was! Thank you Matt and everyone at NVCC!

My husband and I were married August 6, 2016 at Northampton and all the 5-star reviews are all true! We can't stop talking about what a dream our wedding day was, and there is not a single thing we would change. The grounds are gorgeous, and both ballrooms are stunning and completely unique from one another. They have some wonderful vendor contacts, and having the cake and flowers included were great perks (delicious cake & we went with the hydrangea floral upgrade and were very pleased with that!) The staff and service, however, are what truly set Northampton apart from the dozens of potential wedding venue choices in Philadelphia and its suburbs.
Alexis Sklar was an absolute pleasure to work with during all the stages of planning. She is a professional who is down-to-earth, responsive, informative, and patient--without making you feel pressured. She was positive and pleasant always, and made us feel confident that our wedding reception was in excellent hands.
Our reception was in the Crystal Ballroom, and Alexis made sure that all elements were perfect. Every single staff member was a total pleasure to be around from the moment we arrived. Our maître ‘d Lee and bridal server Laura Lee made us feel so special and cared for. As we took pictures on the grounds, they brought trays of cocktail hour food and our signature drinks out to us on the hot August day so that our bridal party didn't miss a thing! They also put aside extra drinks and treats for us, like the cheesesteaks from our cheesesteak station, so that we had the opportunity to try everything. We forgot to try dessert, so it was neatly packed up to bring home :)
So many people talk about how the wedding day flies by and you end up missing so much as a bride and groom, but Northampton's staff allowed us to be totally present and to take in every detail of it. We will treasure the perfect memories they helped us create for the rest of our lives! Thank you NVCC!

Where do I begin? I already wrote an essay to my awesome wedding coordinator, Matt K. at Northampton Valley Country Club. I am here to hopefully help influence the next lucky princess in making the best decision of their lives. I understand this is a wedding forum, but I must add that this venue is not only perfect for weddings, but is also suitable for any type of celebration or gathering. In short, DO IT. You won't regret hosting your event at NVCC. They are extraordinary!
1) Communication: Effective and smooth from initial inquiry through to the big day and even beyond. I knew I wanted to work with NVCC from the minute I spoke with Matt and opened his email. Well organized and everything I needed was in that email. I love having adequate information instead of asking a plethora of questions...of course I still asked many questions and Matt responded promptly to each of them.
2) Flexibility and availability: I missed my initial meeting with Matt due to some mix-up on my calendar with another venue. Matt quickly rescheduled us and within days we had our walk of the property and details explained to us. For the follow-up appointments etc., we had no trouble and we're thankful as my husband lived in Levittown and I in Philadelphia (C.C.). He works full-time and I am in school full-time so having evening availability was crucial for us. Matt was always there and responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns.
3) Grounds: Very beautiful! Lush green landscape with lots of trees on the property. They are not obtrusive or anything...simply picturesque and perfect for pictures or viewing. Loved the property layout and design with its antique/contemporary architectural mix...elegant!
5) The staff: Top notch. These are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I simply loved them, each and everyone. They went above and beyond and were the best part of this. Most personable, yet professional people you'll meet. Awesome food, clean place, friendly people. Love!

We are so pleased with our reception it was amazing from start to finish, so professional , the food was outstanding , this should be your first pick for your wedding. There are not enough words to say how wonderful of an experience it was having our March 2016 wedding at Northampton. Matt was exceptional, honest, professional and hard working during the day of the wedding and all of the meetings beforehand. Northampton's price is hard to beat with all that is included in the package, and there is so much they offer. The food is absolutely amazing from the mashed potato bar to the hors d'oeuvres and wonderful delicious dinner. The staff is phenomenal and should be so proud of the work they do as they are all wonderful and so helpful. The lighting on the corners of the room made the whole place look its best and the flower centerpieces with tea light candles really made our day so special. Again, I cannot thank Matt Kelbaugh enough and his team are the best in Bucks County hands down.

When searching for a venue, my husband and I were on a budget. Northampton Valley Country Club provided outstanding service and food for a very reasonable cost. And the food! Everyone raved about their steak dinners and claimed that they had never had such a well cooked steak. When reading through the reviews myself, I was surprised by how many people had commented on the food, but now I completely understand! Brigid and Matt were amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process and they made me feel like I had nothing to worry about on the wedding day. Matt was on standby the entire night and made sure that the ceremony went as smoothly as possible. Thank you, Northampton for such a wonderful wedding experience!

Her easygoing personality, kind demeanor and professionalism made it so easy to work with her. She provided personalized attention, responded efficiently to emails/phone calls, gave suggestions, and worked with our budget while providing us with money saving tips. NVCC was so accommodating for every detail of our wedding ceremony and reception. The grounds were absolutely perfect for our outdoor ceremony and pictures. The food was outstanding. Northampton Valley Country Club was such a great find for us. Since the moment I reached out to NVCC, Alexis was always by our side. Any time I had a question (which I am the type A person so I had a ton of questions), I always got a response back within a reasonable amount of time. Being a bride you envision what you want to a T. Alexis and her staff made that envision come to light for our wedding, They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We were suppose to have an outdoor wedding on the patio of the Northampton Ballroom but the weather wasn't allowing us to have that. Last minute the weather cleared up and everyone snapped into action to move everything from inside to outside so we were able to have the outdoor wedding we wanted. Any time either myself or the groom wanted anything (down to dipping sauce, drinks, etc), we had someone standing there with what we wanted. They truly made our wedding special. I cannot speak highly enough of NVCC and their staff. Everyone raved (and are still talking) about how delicious the food was! I love hearing everyone say that our wedding ranks up there, some has their number one wedding if not within their top 3. We couldn't have had that without Alexis and her team. I first need to preface this review with the fact that I have been trying to write it for almost a month now. It was not until today when we received the raw footage from our wedding video that I can put down in to words the gratitude I owe to Northampton Valley Country Club. I can only sum up my experience with them and the day itself as perfection. When we first got engaged, we spent weeks looking at reviews and venues online and when Northampton popped up in our search, we knew it was worth taking a look in person. My husband is an avid golfer and his desire to be married on a golf course seemed to fit right in with NVCC. When we went to see the venue for the first time (mind you, dead of winter following an ice storm) we fell in love with the potential we knew it would have come our June wedding. We met Brigid and instantly felt a connection; we knew she was the one to orchestrate our fairytale wedding. From the very first day, Brigid has been nothing short of amazing. She dealt with my Type A personality with ease and comforted every concern I (along with my parents) had. NVCC employees really go above and beyond to make your dreams come true. I like to think of Brigid as my fairy godmother, she took my vision and executed it with perfection. Throughout the process, she was always there emailing me right back and offering suggestions and advice which was very helpful and much appreciated. The recommended vendors she and Northampton suggested were also flawless. When the big day finally came and I arrived with my bridesmaids, Brigid was there with a smile and a bottle of champagne, which definitely helped ease the nerves! We had our wedding reception at Northampton Valley Country Club in late May 2016 and it honestly couldn't have gone any better. We were in between a few places in PA, but the reviews of this place put it over the top and we chose NHVCC. In our first meeting with Brigid Eisele, she made us feel at ease and gave us a real sense of professionalism that would echo throughout our entire planning process. Brigid was SUPER COMMUNICATIVE which was incredible and made our lives really easy. We could have random thoughts/questions and email her and she'd get back to us very quickly with an informative answer. She also gave really good recommendations for other vendors like bands, florists etc. Also, a MAJOR perk is they INCLUDE a Town Crier Bakery Cake which was fantastic. Wedding cakes typically range $1k+, so this was a huge savings. Additionally, NHVCC is a golf course, so I got to play a free round the morning of with my best man.
Brigid was super flexible to ideas and the service was impeccable. There is one waiter for every two tables I believe and there was never an empty glass during the reception. We did a sweetheart table and had our own super friendly attendant (J.J.) who would get our drinks and even got us some ice cream from the sundae bar (which had a long line) before it opened! J.J. also set up apps and drinks in the bridal suite for after our pre-reception photo shoot which was such a relief that we could get all the food from our cocktail hour! Speaking of cocktail hour, the food was soooooo good! We got so many compliments about our cocktail hour with the biggest hit being the mini grilled cheese & tomato soup shooters.
Brigid and her entire staff are super friendly, respectful, and professional. Brigid was very flexible with our timeline and gave some really great pointers on where things should go and explained why. We had an absolutely perfect wedding at NHVCC and couldn't recommend it and Brigid any more!

I cannot say enough about Northampton Valley Country Club. My husband Trey and I worked most closely with Matt but also had the pleasure of working with both Alexis and Brigid, all catering/event team members, leading up to our June tenth wedding. Matt was prompt with responses and quick with suggestions or feedback throughout the whole process- he even checked in the night of the wedding before leaving his office to ensure we were having a great time. When you plan a wedding with Northampton, you feel as though you are truly friends with all of the people, which only continues the night of the wedding. We had personal attendants making sure we ate, drank, and enjoyed all aspects of the wedding (which sadly, it seems as though some do not!). Our bartender, Walt, made our signature drink perfectly and was very friendly and personable with all guests.
We utilized the floral centerpieces through Domenic Graziano (their florist) and our cake from decadent desserts (their bakery) and both were fantastic, so I highly recommend checking out any recommendations on vendors from Northampton for things not included, such as dj, entertainment, etc. We even wound up using Domenic G. for our bridal flowers (at a discount, thanks to Northampton connection) and were very pleased!
Overall, stunning photo ops, amazing food (I still have guests raving to me- we went with Northampton grill buffet option), affordable, and, most importantly to me, a great staff eager to help you with everything. The personal touch this team of servers, bartenders, and catering team puts on your wedding or event will make it a great day- I guarantee it.

A+ job NVCC—all brides and grooms would be silly to pass up on this awesome venue! My husband and I were married here on 4/30/2016, but our planning process started all the way back in June of 2014. From the first email interaction with the wedding staff we were treated with respect, enthusiasm and excitement at the chance of having our wedding there. NVCC was the first venue we looked at and let me say—they set the bar extremely high. We met with Matt who was eager to tell us everything NVCC had to offer and seemed genuinely excited to work with us. He was professional and very much prepared for our meeting. In our meetings leading up to the big day, Matt made sure he knew exactly what we wanted so there were no surprises on the day of the wedding and made us feel comfortable that everything was going to be taken care of. My photographers and videographers videographers had never been to this venue before so Alexis pulled a stealthy ninja move and hoped on a golf cart to come with us without any of us knowing! She helped so much by telling my photographers some nice spots on the grounds to take pictures. They laid out all of the details I wanted perfectly—it was my vision brought to life. The entire staff was friendly and helpful—I need to shout out the bartenders—Walt was hooking me up all night and always asked how the drinks were and if I liked how he made it and Natalie even gave her own personal energy drink to a groomsmen that was a little sleepy and wanted Redbull/vodka! Last but not least JJ was our maître d and she was phenomenal. She made sure everything was running smoothly and got all of our decorations packaged up so we did not have to worry about anything after the reception. Our wedding was perfect and it was largely because of NVCC-- we would not have changed a thing. Guests are still raving about the food and service. Thank you Matt and NVCC for a night we and our guests will never forget.

We just hosted our wedding this past weekend and this is the first review we absolutely had to make! This venue was the perfect choice as they had the best service, food and value! We worked with Brigid who was more than on top of her game, she accommodated every request, responded very quickly and really put our minds at ease that all would be handled...and it was! We used the Northampton Ballroom which was beautiful and the staff did a wonderful job setting up the multitude of decorations we dropped off and really made our vision come to life! Everything was set exactly how we instructed! Shawna was our maitre d who was extremely attentive to all our guests during the reception and JJ really took great care of my husband and I! All of our guests raved about the food; both the main meal as well as the cocktail hour food-potato bar is a MUST!! We have nothing but fantastic things to say about this venue and feel that we could not have made a better choice!!

We had our wedding at the end of April in the Northampton Room. Let me start by saying that NVCC far exceeded our expectations for our wedding! We knew that we wanted a more unique looking venue and loved the vintage vibe of that room with the vaulted ceilings and huge windows. We worked with Brigid from the beginning, and she was a huge part of why we chose to book with NVCC. Brigid is amazing!! She was incredibly attentive and helped us create the wedding of our dreams - no exaggeration. Brigid always answered my emails quickly and even called me the week before the wedding just to check in to see how I was doing! They were so flexible - allowing us to customize our menu and effortlessly accommodating dietary restrictions, including my nut allergy. We also had a couple opportunities to work Matt, and he was great too! The day of our wedding, the staff of NVCC was like a well-oiled machine. Our maitre'd, Lee, was so on top of things! Everything ran so smoothly, we honestly didn't have to worry about one thing the entire event. She and the rest of the Day of staff went above and beyond to create a perfect, flawless day for us. Also, the food was delicious!! Our guests are still raving about the cuisine - especially the filet - and said they haven't ever had such amazing food at a wedding. They provided a private server exclusively for us, which meant we got to taste all of the hors d'oeuvres, as well as our entrees, wedding cake, and make-your-own cheesesteaks - all without any effort from us. All the food just arrived at our sweetheart table, so we actually got to eat at our wedding!! (Trust me, it saves so much time and really makes a difference.) The staff is amazing, the grounds and facilities are gorgeous, and the food is delicious! If we could go back in time, we would book NVCC for our wedding again and again! Thank you to Brigid, Lee, and the rest of the NVCC staff for creating the wedding of our dreams and memories we will treasure for years to come!

We had our wedding on 04/01 in the Crystal Ballroom and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we decided to have our reception at Northampton, Matt guided and helped us every step of the way. He was quick to respond, very attentive to all my questions and needs, and made us feel like we were his number one priority. He made the planning stress free and so much fun. The service the staff provided was beyond our expectations. From Shawna our Maître De, assisting us on the day of, to the wait staff and bartenders, everyone was so professional and friendly. All of our guests commented on the excellent service they received. Last but not least, the food. When we picked Northampton, one of the main reasons was because the food is amazing. They did not disappoint us. From the cocktail hour to the entrees, everything was delicious. Guests told us it was one of the best steaks they have ever had. Everything was done to perfection. We cannot thank Northampton enough for making our wedding, the best day of our lives!

I simply cannot speak highly enough of Matt Kelbaugh and the staff and event services at Northampton Valley Country Club. From the first meeting to explore the country club, Matt was attentive to every question we had, and nothing was too small to fix. The property is gorgeous, and the staff ran our wedding day extremely efficiently (despite our one officiant who rambled a bit too long!). The highest praise I can give NVCC is the food. My husband and I both have celiac disease, and have to eat gluten free. Matt worked with the chef to ensure the ENTIRE cocktail hour and reception was gluten free, and we had absolutely no stress on our wedding day about getting sick. We didn't tell our guests that everything was gluten free - and we still had so many compliments on the quality of the food! The final reason I recommend going with NVCC was that their wedding package covers so much. The florist who works with NVCC, Domenic Graziano, is amazing. The bakery, Town Crier, is amazing. And the centerpieces and wedding cake are included! In my opinion, save your time and effort, and just book with NVCC. They are phenomenal.

Recently booked Northampton Valley Country Club for my August 2016 wedding. Matt has been such a great help in helping me have the best experience at my wedding without breaking the bank. The venue is absolutely beautiful and give the best of both world by providing a beautiful outdoor ceremony space and gorgeous ballroom for the reception. So far I've had a great experience.

I can't say enough about NVCC! From start to finish they were amazing! They took care of everything. Alexis and Matt were so organized which helped my wedding go off without a single issue. Everyone kept telling me I was the most calm bride they have ever seen and that is mostly because Northampton didn't give me a reason to worry or stress about a single thing!! After looking at several venues to hold our wedding ceremony & reception, we knew when we walked into Northampton that we found the perfect place. Brigid worked with us from day 1 on all the details of our wedding and she was very responsive to all of our questions. We were so happy with how everything turned out on our wedding day. We brought lots of decorations to have set up and Brigid knew exactly how we wanted everything to look and ended up being perfectly displayed. Before the ceremony began, Brigid and Lee checked on us in the bridal suite to make sure we were all comfortable. Even after our ceremony, the staff brought drinks and hor d'oeuvres for as long as we were in the bridal suite. We are still getting compliments from our guests on our venue choice and they are still talking about how fabulous the food was and how impeccable the service is.

Frmo the minute we booked with Northampton to after the wedding, Brigid at NVCC has been awesome. The prices are fair and go off what the guest order and not just a flat rate for chicken and beef. If Brigid wasn't working, Matt and ALexis stepped up. They are very flexible. With a 2 year old, that was very helpful for me. Brigid was always availble for an answer and they are all open for you to coming in to check a space out or see if somehting you're thinking about will wokr in a space. They were awesome. The day of was perfect. Everything we asked for (and more) was taken care of. The staff was perfect, very friendly and catered to me and my groom the whole night. Many of my guests said how good the food was and how the service was top notch. It was a perfect night.

Amazing venue! I just had my wedding ceremony and reception on site, and I can't say enough great things about this venue. The service of the staff leading up to the wedding was amazing. Brigid met with us several times over the last two years, and she was there on the wedding day to make sure things ran smoothly. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and there were no problems during the ceremony or reception (at least none that I am aware of!) and the day was perfect! I highly recommend this venue!

We booked Northampton Valley Country Club for our wedding on June 6, 2015. I worked with Bridget, Alexis, and Matt and they were absolutely amazing. I lived about 8 hours away and they were so accommodating to my schedule. I worked with Alexis the most and she always returned my calls/emails whenever I had questions. She made it possible whenever I did come to PA to fit in an appointment for us! On Saturday, I was sitting with my bridal party and was so confused that I wasn’t more stressed out. I didn’t have to be stressed because Matt and Alexis knew every detail about how I wanted my wedding to turn out. It seriously exceeded my expectations and I wouldn’t have changed a thing about it. We had the Northampton room and it was absolutely beautiful! The tables, aisle runner, and candles were the exact way I had wanted them! Our Maitre D’ Melonie, was on point always letting me know the next step of the night, so if I forgot anything I knew she would fill me in! They made my special day one to remember. My guests were raving about how helpful and friendly the staff was! I highly recommend booking Northampton Valley Country Club for your wedding! Mine turned out to be perfect!!

From working with our budget to guiding up through each detail that needed to be completed they were there to help you and make sure that they were doing whatever they could to make your day perfect! We had our daughter's wedding at Northampton Valley Country Club on April 25th and the day could not have been more perfect! From the time we first met Matt he was extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions or emails. When Matt was not available Alexis was and she was also awesome. Everything that day was perfect, and the food was fabulous. The servers and bartenders were all so friendly and attentive to all the guests needs. Look no further than NVCC! I can not say enough great things about this venue and the people who work there. We looked at several different venues, but NVCC was different from the start. Matt Kelbaugh spent so much time with us at the initial appointment to look at the venue, and really made it a personalized experience versus other venues where you felt like a number. Matt was so quick to answer any questions we had throughout the planning process, and really went above and beyond to work with us on choosing options and making our day special. On the day of the wedding, the staff was AMAZING. They were so attentive to my husband and I, as well as our guests. Everything ran smoothly and they made sure of that. Matt even helped me safety pin up my bustle when it broke soon after the reception started! The food was amazing and our guests commented on what a great wedding and how well run everything was. Thank you Matt and NVCC for making our night perfect!

Our recent wedding was perfect at Northampton Valley Country Club! We loved working with Brigid. She was super friendly, accommodating, detail oriented, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. I was curious how each detail/request would come together that day, but everything was executed correctly! The food and drinks were delicious (we received many compliments!), the space was beautiful, and the service was outstanding. We were attended to from the moment we walked in, and I loved that the staff brought drinks and appetizers into the bridal suite. Our maître de (and all of their staff) was extremely attentive, kept everything running smoothly, and made us feel special. We couldn't have asked for anything more! I cannot express how happy I was with everything at NHVCC! Our team was so attentive and made our night absolutely amazing! Alexis, Lee, and JJ were so great making sure we got to have the food from our cocktail hour (we were taking photos during this time) and always making sure we had a drink in our hand! The team executed everything perfectly and I would recommend them to anyone who asks! We had to have a last minute change right before we were about to walk out and Alexis handled it quickly and without any hesitation! My mom also was not feeling well during the night and they packed her food up for her to take home so she could still enjoy it! Also the team cleaned up for us! I came out and everything the decor, cake, favors, were all packed up and ready for us to load into the car! The team at NHVCC is absolutely amazing and makes your wedding day perfect!

From the first time I set foot in Northampton Valley Country Club I knew it was the place I wanted to get married. The grounds are beautiful, the ballrooms are gorgeous, and the staff were the kindest and most eager to please group of people I've ever met. Brigid was my contact from the beginning, and she was always available to answer my questions no matter how silly I thought they were. I never had to worry about anything with my venue, I always knew everything would be taken care of and the day of the wedding was no exception. Our Maitre D Lee made sure everything was set the way I wanted before we arrived and I got to enjoy my wedding day and not worry about any of the details. By the time the ceremony was over there were drinks and hor dourves in the bridal suite, and from that moment on before I could even think of asking for something it appeared. Lee even brought us potatoes from the mashed potato bar while we were taking family portraits because she didn't want us to miss out! Our families were well taken care of as well and we got so many compliments on what an amazing place we chose to get married. At the end of the night everything was boxed up and ready to go home - the staff at NVCC thinks of everything! My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I will be forever thankful to the staff at Northampton Valley Country Club for making that happen.
