We were so fortunate to have our wedding at this exceptional venue last weekend. Compared to other venues, Northampton Country Club has a beautiful reception hall with an even more beautiful view. When planning for a wedding within our budget, this was an obvious choice and great value. Pricing is flexible as you then hire your own vendors with exception of the bar, though the onsite bar prices are very reasonable. We hired Seth Mias catering, TC’s Disc Jockey, and Donna McGill for day of coordinating as our additional vendors. They are all experienced with each other and with this venue, so everything went SO well. I recommend each of them if you want your own wedding dream team. Everyone always says “expect things to go wrong on your wedding day” but that was really not our experience. Though the venue does not provide onsite coordinating, Chrissy the club manager is still a very valuable resource. She was very responsive to my (many) questions and accommodating to our various requests. The bar staff are also exceptional and make great drinks. We were able to have a couple signature drinks served. A couple pointers. Make sure your DJ has wireless sound equipment if you want the outdoor ceremony. I also recommend getting ready elsewhere, though you can use their getting ready space as a staging area. There are no windows for natural lighting and the attached bathroom is public. Do be advised this is a semi private venue; there are golfers out and about on the course. If you want more privacy you can opt to have your ceremony indoors, but it was not at all disruptive or a problem for us having our ceremony outside. It was all perfect and a memory we get to cherish forever. -

2023 July wedding!
The Northampton country club was the perfect location for our wedding. From the very beginning, Chrissy was friendly and easy to work with. Whenever I had a question, she was quick to respond and helped in anyway she could! Our bar tenders were very nice and fast as we had an open bar! The venue is beautiful in itself so we decided for very minimal decor. It paired so well with the space. We had the ceremony on the 7th tee, with the rustic benches for an extra fee. Worth it! We used The Whatley Inn for food and we can’t recommend them enough! Everyone raved about how delicious their food was. They went above and beyond their duties to make our day special! A couple things to keep in mind, it is an active course during your event but the golfers were very respectful and gave us space for our ceremony. Same for rehearsal- if you plan to have one on the course you have to work around the golfers. We worked with Honey hair and makeup and those girls are incredible at what they do. They were outgoing, funny and also made everyone look and feel so special and beautiful! Can’t recommend them enough. Brides, they have a getting ready room on the first floor. If you have a summer wedding it is very hot, there is not much ventilation down there. Ours was in July so keep that in mind!! Bring a fan or two and some extension cords. If you choose to use the room on site to get ready in, golfers are going to also use the bathroom attached. We weren’t very happy with that as they were coming and going throughout the day even while I put my wedding dress on! Yikes! Overall, we had the best wedding weekend thanks for the Northampton Country Club. (Most) of our guests had never been to the venue and absolutely loved it! The terrace wraps around the hall which we loved as we had a Photo Booth on it and hung out on our cool summer night. We used Ma Central Production for our DJ and he was easily able to set up in and on the course. He was the best and kept he party going!! -

Perfectly executed wedding at Northampton Country Club
Perfect venue for our wedding! Chrissy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Timely responses, professional and accommodating to our requests. She even recommended the DJ and he was a hit!
We were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside at the gazebo. Our reception was inside the club and the decor is sophisticated and beautiful. We really liked the natural light that came in through all the windows. Our photographer shot some amazing pics of our day at the wonderful Northampton County Club! Highly recommend this venue and team for a beautiful atmosphere that is also affordable. -

We recently had our December wedding here and it was everything we imagined. This place is beautiful and you don’t need much to make it that much more stunning. Chrissy was awesome to work with. We chose Hamel’s Creative Catering to cater our event and they knocked it out of the park! I highly recommend this vendor combination. It was a little more effort to get the caterer and venue separate but it was totally worth it. Having the bridal suite definitely came in handy. Just overall a perfect day! -

The Northampton country club was booked for our wedding venue but due to covid we had to change the date multiple times. My husband and I ended up getting married in our backyard and we used the venue for our baby shower instead. Chrissy was very understanding and accommodating, she was very easy to work with. The Northampton country club is a beautiful venue, and the price is very affordable. We had a large coed baby shower. The bartenders were great. Everyone had a good time. We used the Whately Inn as a caterer, everyone loved the food. I would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding or baby shower. -

We chose the Northampton Country Club as our venue for our wedding on October 6th, 2019 and we could not have asked for a better location! Chrissy (the venues event manager) was wonderful to work with and was always available to answer any questions that we had along the way. The hall where we had our reception overlooks the entire golf course and was recently refurbished and looks stunning. We had our ceremony outdoors on the tee for the 7th hole, which also overlooks the course, and was equally as beautiful, especially during the fall. For the overall experience and cost, we would recommend this venue to anyone looking. -

An Amazing Day We'll Never Forget!
From start to finish my wife and I could not have asked for a better experience planning and hosting our wedding at Northampton Country Club. The wide open hall with gorgeous fireplace and high vaulted ceilings, paired with the huge windows leading to views of the golf course gave us a beautiful backdrop for our special day. Christine went above and beyond helping us out, whether it be caterer selection, venue setup, etc... The servers and bartenders were upbeat, lively and a pleasure to have on hand! We're truly grateful that we got to celebrate the greatest day of our lives in such a wonderful place surrounded by even more wonderful people!

Beautiful venue with an unbeatable price.
We had such a great experience with Northampton Country Club as our venue. We had an indoor wedding in early November, and the space was perfect for both our ceremony and reception. The room is gorgeous and big-- the chandeliers and huge windows and fireplace all made it so we didn't have to spend a lot of money on decorations. They have beautiful chairs and perfectly sized tables as well, so we didn't need to worry about renting anything like that. They don't have a speaker in house, so that is one minor thing to be aware of, but we ended up renting one and that worked perfectly. The price for the rental was absolutely unbeatable and Chrissy (our contact person for the venue) was so flexible with us and was so willing to work with us to make our day what we wanted it to be. She was so responsive during the entire planning process. We are so happy we decided to go with this venue. It was perfect for our small-ish wedding and was so nice to have somewhere where there could be dancing in one room, and a quiet space to chat in the next room over. The bridal suite as well was such a nice bonus, and was a great little place to get ready and escape to for some quiet moments. The bar was perfect for us as well-- they had great choices and reasonable options for open and consumption bars. The bartender was amazing too! She even fixed my train right before I was preparing to walk down the aisle. (Our final $ spent with the vendor includes both the room rental and our final bar tab with an open consumption bar). -

To say that our experience was amazing would be an understatement. The owners and the staff were beyond helpful and professional. This venue may be one of the best kept secrets in our area. The. gorgeous view from the deck,, the modern renovated banquet facility and the bar reception area, were a perfect fit. We can’t thank you enough!! -

This is by far the cheapest venue in the area and honestly just as beautiful as some much more expensive options. The space was perfect for up to 150 people, and was completely redone inside complete with chandeliers, a fireplace, and chiavari chairs! Totally stunning. -

We booked this venue for our small (90 people) wedding for late September. It was perfect! The room has basically wall to wall windows on 2 sides, a gorgeous fire place, and a balcony. They say it can fit up to 150 people, but we were pretty cramped with 90 and a dance floor. Chrissy was super nice and responded to all of our questions. The prices were fair and affordable. They worked with us to pick a Bar plan that worked with our budgets and needs. I would definitely recommend! -

Well lets start with the venue itself, clean, bright, warm. Beautiful view of the fairway. Even with the rain is was a beautiful day. The staff, stellar! Chrissy Casagrade is professional, and just an absolute sweetheart. Chrissy was very informative and communication with her was easy and timely ( very appreciated when last minute worries pop up). From the groundskeeper to our bartender, they made our day seamless and wonderful!! Thank you all so very much xoxo -

Our Journey with the Northampton Country club started with our wedding planner Mary Ann Dennis , who recommend the venue . My husband and I at the time lost our venue due to unfortunate financial circumstances! When we saw pictures of the venue we thought it was so beautiful and it was exactly what we were looking for ! We went to the venue their reopening night to check out everything and it was perfect ! Not only was the price so budget friendly, but the owners were so welcoming and down to earth ! We decided to move forward and booked our wedding for October 5th, 2018. I mostly worked with Chrissy the owner and she always answered every question I had in a reasonable time , and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! Not that the venue needed much decor , we wanted to personalize it to us and Chrissy even let us come the day before to decorate! Their customer service is top notch and we can’t thank them enough ! I would recommend this venue to absolutely anyone ! -

Diana Sent on 11/09/2017This was the perfect place for my bridal shower! Everything about it was beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. The venue was elegant with great views of the golf course. We took gorgeous pictures outside with family and friends. The food was delicious and well prepared and the service was exceptional! All of my guests enjoyed themselves and couldn’t stop talking about what a great venue this was. It was a day to remember and I highly recommend the Northampton country club as my top choice for venues in this area! Whatever the occasion they do a fabulous job!

My Wedding reception at the Northampton Country Club was a few weeks ago and I am so pleased we made the decision to have it there. It’s not a huge venue where you can have 200 guests but it was perfect and a great value for the size of wedding we had. I love the huge windows looking over the lush green golf course, it was very pretty. There was also a deck/patio area outside in which you guest can go out on and enjoy some fresh air. The inside of the room very pretty but no to ornate where you couldn’t create the atmosphere that you want with your decorations.
Chrissy who is in charge and rents out the Hall is very kind and helpful and good at responding. She is very easy to work with. Her bar staff was great, they made good drinks and were very personable.
There is a list of preferred caterers that you need to use. The list is full of people who are very well known and good caterers in the area. There is also a bridal suit in the building in which you can use to get ready.
I would definitely recommend the Northampton Country Club. -
