Thank you Ana for a unforgettable weekend

We are so grateful to have had Ana as our wedding coordinator. Planning a wedding between a church in Marblehead and a reception at a private home overlooking the water came with its challenges but she made it all feel seamless. From the very beginning, she brought clarity and calm to the process, creating a comprehensive wedding document that kept us (and our vendors) organized and on the same page.

She coordinated with all of our vendors beautifully, met with us multiple times throughout the planning process, and was truly a steady, joyful presence on the wedding day itself. Her positive attitude, deep experience, and strong connections in the industry made a huge difference. We knew we were in excellent hands. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy our day without stress. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Ana is the BEST!

Ana is the BEST! My wedding was a week ago and it was simply magical. My husband and I agreed it was so special because of Ana. From day one, she has been helpful passing along recommendations for all wedding things. She has contacts with all of the best vendors, which made it so much easier for us. Our wedding ceremony was at a different location than our reception, often this made things a little more complicated. Ana helped take any stress away with that part of the planning. She had recommendations for things we never would have thought of, her experience is so valuable when putting together such a big event! When decision fatigue kicked in, she was there to help me with her advice and expertise. She was always so pleasant and she made me calm in stressful situations. I trusted her implicitly on our wedding day. She handled the different locations, she worked with vendors to make sure our vision was carried out, she made sure everything and everyone was where they needed to be. I consider Ana like family now and would highly recommend her for any wedding/event!

Best decision!!

Hiring Ana as our wedding planner was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding! She was able to execute our dream wedding at my husband’s family’s property- that was in no way set up for a 200 person wedding! We had to bring in every element for the event, it was a blank slate. Not to mention during summer 2021 when Covid was still a large factor. There were many times throughout the year leading up to our wedding where I thought how the heck are we going to execute this wedding on this property!! But Ana handled this all with grace, kindness, understanding, and the utmost competency. The vendors she recommended were exceptional, as well. Almost a year later and my husband and I still get compliments regarding how beautiful and FUN our wedding was. I could ramble on for awhile talking about how much we appreciated having Ana on our side but long story short- If you’re thinking about working with Ana, do it!!! You won’t regret it. And after the wedding I missed talking to her, she’s a great person.

Simply the Best!!!

Working with Ana was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding process. At first we only intended to hire a month of coordinator, but planning a wedding across the country during COVID necessitated having someone "on the ground" from day one. Through the months of uncertainty and changing regulations, Ana kept us calm, organized and well-informed. Always kind, positive and direct, Ana guided us through the process like the seasoned pro that she is, recommending exceptional vendors and often saving us money thanks to relationships she has cultivated over her many years in the industry. The event itself went off flawlessly, in large part thanks to Ana and her team. If you can afford to hire her, your wedding will be in the best possible hands. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal Wedding Planner

Ana was truly a pleasure to work with, and was a huge reason why we so thoroughly enjoyed our big day. Her experience, organization and adaptiveness despite the inevitable challenges presented by each wedding enabled us to be fully present on our wedding day and not think twice about the details.

We opted to go with Ana’s full service wedding coordination. She was with us from the first step to help us select vendors, which we found to be a daunting process on our own. Ana’s experience and familiarity with the vendor community greatly simplified the process for us, and put our minds at ease.

Next, she helped us plan all aspects of the wedding ceremony and reception. She made sure that all of the details (some of which we wouldn’t have even thought of on our own!) were ironed out well ahead of time. Importantly, she was always receptive to our vision for the day vs imposing her own, and ultimately made that vision a reality.

The day before and the day of our wedding was when Ana and her team sprung fully into action. They worked closely with our vendors to make all the puzzle pieces fit together seamlessly. We didn’t have to think twice about any of the logistics. It was such a treat to just be able to enjoy the day, and the time with our friends and family.

It is also worth noting that, in addition to her professional aptitude, Ana is a lovely person in general and always brought positive energy to our interactions. We cannot recommend Ana highly enough!

June 2021 wedding with Ana

Working with Ana was a dream. Our wedding was originally scheduled for June 2020, then like many couples we postponed to September 2020, and finally to spring 2021. It was a wild ride, but Ana was with us every step of the way. I can’t imagine going through planning - and replanning - without her. All the vendors, contracts, payments, and check lists - she led us though it all (three times!). Even when we faced questions that no one knew the answers to, not even the CDC, I was lucky enough to have Ana help me find a way through.

In the end, I felt like royalty. I felt like I was at the most amazing party, celebrating a fantastic moment that was a long time coming. I could barely believe it. It all came together like she said it would, and I cannot thank her enough.

A wedding planner filled with warmth, creativity, and joy

It was a true joy to go through the wedding planning process with Ana by our side. Ana made not only the finished product of our wedding, but just as importantly the whole experience of planning it the best we could have ever imagined. From the moment we met Ana, my mom and I were drawn in by her warmth, creative ideas, and attention to detail. We had met with many wedding planners, and we immediately knew that she stood out from the rest. From that day forward, my husband, mom, and I looked forward to every meeting we had with Ana not only for her ideas, but also due to the enthusiasm and support with which she guided us. Her vast experience and long-standing relationships with vendors made hundreds of wedding decisions that would have otherwise been complicated very easy.

On our wedding day, everything was perfectly planned. I will never forget her calm, comforting, and supportive presence throughout the day, including the encouragement she gave me immediately before I walked down the aisle. Our wedding reception decorations were beautiful influenced by her creative touch. As our wedding reception went on, she even offered to drive to CVS to get me another false eyelash since my previous one had fallen off! Our wedding was the wedding of our dreams, and Ana was a huge reason why our dreams came true. Most of all, her kindness and caring spirit forever touched me, and I am so grateful that will always be a part of my wedding memories.

Ana made our wedding dreams come true!

Hiring Ana was hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Without her, I’m not sure things would have been so perfect. As a non-local bride (living in NYC, getting married in North Shore Boston), having Ana on the ground was instrumental in making our wedding day as magical as it was. We knew exactly where and when we wanted to get married, a late summer wedding in Andover, MA, but all we had was the land. That’s when we hired Ana. She was with us throughout our ~20-month engagement. Ana is warm, reassuring, calm, a great listener, and will get it done for you. She knows all the local vendors and has amazing connections all over the North Shore. She will understand your vision, she will answer all of your questions (no matter how small), and she will be there for you until the very end. She planned the perfect wedding, not missing a single detail. We truly cannot speak more highly of Ana. She helped execute the wedding of our dreams! We had many guests say that it was the best wedding they had been to and it is safe to say we feel the same way, we owe it all to Ana! We will miss working with her!

Money well spent!

As the wedding planning began, I thought I could do it all on my own. After meeting with Ana, I realized I needed someone with experience who could help be my mentor throughout the entire process. Ana was that and so much more. She recommended incredible vendors, ensured all my t's were crossed and i's were dotted, laughed with me, cried with me and became my trusted adviser through it all. She saw my vision and helped me execute it, with an enormous smile on her face and always, always, looking at everything with the glass half full. I am so thankful for her and cannot recommend her enough to future brides!

Ana gave us the wedding of our dreams!

Ana is simply the best. From our first meeting to getting my husband and I into our limo at the end of the wedding, she personally cared for us. We felt so comfortable working with her. Ana made our dream wedding a reality

My husband, family, and I cannot say more wonderful things about Ana. She was not only our wedding planner, but became our marriage therapist (dealing calmly with our family drama), our friend. Ana took our vision and was able to turn it into reality - she has the best connections to the best vendors on the north shore, and has the highest reputation (whenever we mentioned we were working with Ana, each vendor said they were so thrilled to work with her again ). She has a great imagination and knows how to really put on an amazing party. The only regret is that we wish we had another wedding to plan so we could work with her again.

I simply cannot say enough about working with Ana. It was not our intention to hire a wedding planner, but we were referred to Ana by the GM/Chef of our wedding venue. It was immediately obvious what the value of having a partner like Ana would be. She has great vision, great energy, and great experience. She has an amazing way of solving problems, staying calm, being super responsive, and making your special day her top priority. I really felt like it was as important to her that our day was magical as it was to us.

We hired Ana for the "month of", "week of", and "day of" support. I can honestly say that our wedding not only went off without a hitch, it was just flawless. Every little detail was in hand. No detail overlooked. Every vendor was held accountable, communicated with, and organized. It was clear that Ana was in charge, operating on our behalf to make our wedding day so incredibly special.

I will truly miss working closely with Ana. She's become a delightful new friend, and I'm pleased to have gotten to know her over the last several months. I highly recommend her, and will someday use her services again when our kids tie the knot.

Ana is an excellent coordinator and an absolute joy to work with! Our wedding could NOT have happened without her.

My (now) husband and I live in NY, but we found a beautiful rustic venue in MA. As we soon discovered, we'd gotten in way over our heads. We booked our caterer and photographer, but then realized we had no clue how to pick everything else. Our venue (a working farm) was extremely DIY, so we had to figure out all the services needed to pull off a 90-person wedding (while dealing with stressful full-time jobs as well).

Finally, 6 months from the wedding, after interviewing several planners, we struck gold with Ana. From our very first conversation, Ana was a ray of sunshine: warm, reassuring, calm, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. She wasted no time helping us find the remaining vendors, like our DJ, stationer, photobooth service, and tent rental company (all wonderful). She also worked seamlessly with the vendors we'd already hired. We did a walkthrough with her on the farm, where she told us her vision for the event and went through our timeline for the next few months. (After this meeting, we started sleeping better.) Ana took care of the questions we had, thought of other potential issues we hadn't even considered, and then solved them.

The day of the wedding, Ana was an all-star. We cannot emphasize enough how GREAT of a coordinator she is. Our venue was very "spread out," with many logistical issues, and though it was Ana's first wedding there, she made sure it was all set up beautifully and that everyone moved from the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing in an organic, on-time manner. All of our family, friends, and vendors loved interacting with her--our caterer asked my husband, "Where did you find Ana? I haven't worked with her before but I'd love to work with her again!" She is cheerful, hardworking, and just lovely to be around. Picking Ana was one of the best decisions we made--thank you for making our day perfect!

Ana is such a talented event coordinator and incredibly sweet person. Our guests kept complimenting us on how how the wedding seemed so well planned and thoughtfully carried out! We really appreciate everything she did for us throughout the whole planning process, but especially on the day of the wedding itself. Ana was essential in my wedding process. We hired her for the "day of" wedding planner, but she did so much more. She checked in with me throughout the year of planning and had more than 3 meetings together. Ana was there with us the entire month leading up to the wedding as well. There were so many things that I wouldn't have thought of and things that I wouldn't have done, had they not been suggested or had I not been reminded of by her. I truly could not have pulled off such an amazing day without her. She is the most kind and calming person to talk to. Even on the rehearsal day, when I started to really feel some stress, she knew exactly what to do to calm my nerves, and my husband's! We could not be more grateful to her.

In the beginning of planning, we were not sure we needed a wedding planner. Thank heavens we met Ana and changed our minds! She was wonderful and worth every penny. Ana is gentle and kind, listens and captures what you want and makes it come true. Ana is so organized and has the best vendors lined up which actually saves you time and very expensive mistakes.
Her advice was so valuable as we faced each decision. On the days leading up to the wedding, Ana solved so many problems as we prepared for 164 guests to arrive. I think I would have lost my composure without her. Instead, I was able to actually have fun with the other people involved getting all of the details pulled together. On the day of the wedding, Ana takes over and allows you to be a guest at the most wonderful party you will ever throw or attend. I trusted her completely.
While wedding planning can be stressful at times, we will miss seeing and working with Ana so much. She began as wedding planner and became friend. I would recommend her without any hesitation. I have great respect for her and assure you that you will be in great hands and be so thankful she is with you for the planning process.

Hiring Ana was the single best decision I made for my wedding (besides maybe my husband!) and I cannot speak highly enough of her. When we decided to get married on my husband's family farm in Essex, I knew we would need a planner to help - not only because we are based four hours away in New York City, but because we would have to bring in everything - from tent to bathrooms - to pull it off. From our first phone interview with Ana, she exceeded all of our expectations. She was clearly a pro who knew how to plan for every detail, but, more important than that, she was incredibly warm and reassuring throughout the process and especially on our wedding day. Ana has great relationships with many vendors in the area and she was able to recommend a number of wonderful choices for every decision we had to make.

We had lots of challenges to work through, from a best man in the military (who had to give his speech via Skype) to dicey weather that threatened our tent the day before the wedding. Ana had them all covered, often resolving issues before we even knew about them. She was consistently responsive to both us and our vendors and helped us to pull off the stunning wedding of our dreams with no stress. I am sad that, with the wedding over, I won't have Ana's sunshine in my life quite as much but could not be more grateful for her kindness and hard work in creating the most memorable weekend of our lives. Hiring North Shore Weddings by Ana to take care of all of our "day of" wedding coordinating was one of the best decisions that we made! We had decided to have our wedding at my parents' home so the last thing I wanted was my mother and father taking care of the vendors and details on our wedding day. It was very important to us that my parents trusted the "day of" coordinator" to take over so that they could sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment of the day. Ana and her team made that possible!

Prior to our wedding day, Ana was super helpful with suggestions for our big day, and kept us on track to finalize contracts, details, etc. She was always accessible and prompt in getting back to us to answer questions or address concerns. Through our interaction with Ana it was very clear that she was a professional and had years of experience in the wedding planning business, especially on the North Shore. She brought up a lot of great points that a first time bride and groom weren't necessarily thinking of when planning a wedding.

During the week of our wedding and through the rehearsal, Ana made sure we were in great shape for our wedding day and that all the details had been discussed. Heading into our big day I knew we were in great hands. However, as great as Ana was leading up to the event, I can't say enough about her and her assistant on our actual wedding day! They both never stopped working! Everything ran sooooo smoothly that I wasn't concerned even for a moment. Ana helped keep a great party going, checked in with us throughout the night and was always right there if we had a question. She was on top of EVERYTHING from start to finish!

Based on our overall experience, we would highly recommend North Shore Weddings by Ana without any hesitation. They were incredible and the best money spent on our wedding day. Ana and her team made sure our wedding was completely stress free and a night to remember!

My fiance and I decided to enlist Ana for day-of coordination at the recommendation of our venue, as it was a unique space with which she is familiar. From my first meeting with Ana, she brought a sense of positivity and calm to the entire process, and although she was not formally assisting with planning, she was a wonderful resource and provided many vendor referrals and creative ideas that we would not have thought of ourselves. Ana provided a detailed timeline for the day well in advance, attended the final walk-thru and meeting with the venue, and communicated the timeline to our vendors. As we approached the wedding day, Ana and I were in close touch and I was confident that she knew and would execute my vision for the day -- having this trust allowed me to relax and thoroughly enjoy each moment and not worry about how things were going in the background. We had a few last minute additions to our rental order, and although it was several weeks after the event, Ana followed up with us and the vendor to clarify the invoice. I am so happy that we decided to work with Ana, and I know that the day would not have gone as smoothly or been as stress-free for myself and my mother without her there!

Ana is incredible! Her vast network of recommended vendors, her extensive knowledge of the area, and her incredible attention to detail made what would have been an overwhelming planning process easier every step of the way. On the day of, my now-husband, family and I were able to relax and focus on each other and the reason for the day because we knew she had all the details well in hand. Of course the day went off without a hitch. Ana is worth her weight in gold, I could not recommend her more highly.

I truly can not say enough positive things about Ana. She is a true professional, and she made our wedding a dream come true.
She helped us find vendors, review contracts, follow up with vendors, and ensure everything went perfectly on the day of.

We would not have been able to have this wedding without her. Our wedding was in the backyard of my aunt's house, and we had to bring in everything (tent, bathrooms, etc.) Ana handled everything beautifully.

She is truly the best, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Hiring Ana was the best decision I made when planning my wedding! When I hired Ana I already had most of my vendors (or so I thought) and she immediately jumped in and corresponded with them to start organizing the big day. Ana suggested small details that I would have never thought of and helped us add many elegant touches to our décor. When we lost our caterer only a few weeks before our wedding, Ana took charge and managed to keep me calm while she put in a lot of work to research caterers that were still available for our date. We had a backyard wedding so we had many extra vendors that needed to be organized for the wedding and Ana handled them with ease. We had talked about having a fire pit and a s’mores station after a certain point at the wedding but I did not prepare it the day before because we were expecting it to rain on the day of the wedding. We ended up with blue sky and sun on the day of the wedding, and Ana found the fire pit and set up the s’mores station with very little prior preparation! Ana orchestrated my wedding day with ease and grace. On the day of the wedding my family could relax, I could relax, and thanks to Ana the day was absolutely seamless. Thanks to Ana, I had the perfect wedding day!!!!

To say that the prospect of planning a wedding was an overwhelming thought is an understatement. However, Ana was great throughout. At the onset, she was able to provide us with potential locations and was unfazed by thinking up atypical ways of making our dream wedding a possibility. During the planning, Ana would check in and give us great notice in what needed to be planned when. All the vendors she provided us were absolutely outstanding! The work and attention to detail in the planning resulted in an stunning and memorable wedding for all. The actual wedding day went without a hitch. Ana’s flawless planning both before and during made it a day that we all could enjoy without a worry. Her professionalism, organization, caring demeanor, and true love of her work is apparent at every turn. Her personalized care made us feel like we were her only client. The best decision I've ever made was saying "I do" to my husband. The second best decision I've ever made was hiring Ana as our wedding planner. I was TERRIFIED and overwhelmed by the thought of having a big wedding. My parents really wanted one (150ppl) so I took the plunge. I dreaded the thought of the planning... the linens, the flowers, etc etc. Ana made it so easy AND to my shock.... enjoyable!! She truly listens to what your "vision" is but she also gets to know you and almost literally reads your mind. One anecdote: Ana knew I was obsessed with our dogs and without me saying anything she put us in touch with a cake vendor who specialized in cake toppers.... our dogs were the bride and groom on the cake and it was so, so perfect and "us". She is classy, sweet, elegant and fun... but she is also a mama bear and will stop at nothing to protect her bride and make sure the brides day is perfect. Ana is a professional. She knows the business. She knows the vendors. She knows where to go, who to use, and what to say. She is also a total blast to work with. And, again, this is coming from a person who didn't want to do the "bride thing". Ana was gentle yet forceful and truly only cares that she creates a day where the bride and family will feel loved and so happy. She accomplished this more than I could have ever imagined. Our wedding was breathtakingly beautiful and the best part was it was without stress (for us) and seamless. It truly was perfect... thanks to Ana. You MUST hire her. She is a pro and a joy to work with.

From the first day I met with Ana, I loved her. She went above and beyond her wedding planning services for both my husband and I. I had only a few months in which to pull off my outdoor, seaside wedding and Ana was such a calming force. I met with her several times and was in constant contact with Ana especially toward the end . She was always very responsive and always managed to make me feel confident that everything would be just as I dreamed it would be and she was right. I would highly recommend Ana without hesitation. You won't be sorry and I could never thank her enough for everything she did for us to make all my wedding dreams come true!

We would have never thought to hire a wedding planner for our recent wedding, but after struggling to get started by ourselves, we hired Ana and quickly found that it made all the difference in the world.

With Ana, the overall cost of the wedding was lower than if we had planned it ourselves. She was able to negotiate deals that we would have been unaware of, and she was able to recommend the best vendors without us having to interview and select them by trial and error.

She lowered the stress level from the beginning to the end. She recommended the venue, which turned out to be the best venue we could have ever found. She helped choose the vendors, including caterer, make-up artist, hair stylist, linens, florist, DJ, lighting, church, and more, and worked with us on every major decision. Every vendor was as warm, helpful, and excellent as she is and they all worked as a team to make our wedding a huge success.

Her experience and organizational skills made the entire process a pleasure from the start. She reminded us of upcoming deadlines and reviewed our choices every step of the way. Her recommendations were consistently on the mark. Her happy smile and reassuring voice was always welcome and just what we needed.

On top of all of this, Ana is a wonderful person. She is both professional and personable, efficient and organized. She truly cared that our wedding be the most memorable moment of our lives. And now, she is a true friend.

It was a pleasure to work with Ana. As a bride who lost her mother before her wedding, I wanted someone to help with all the details I would have done with my mom. Ana was amazing and made going through the process without my mom less painless. She was there every single step of the way. I already selected a wedding venue but needed help transforming it into a beautiful wedding setting. Ana did a wonderful job in helping with this transformation. She had awesome suggestions and great relationships with vendors that allowed my day to be just as amazing as I pictured it. Ana is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet, thoughtful, patient, and organized. She was such a treat to work with. We got Ana's "month-of" package but she was there to help me every step of the way when I had questions. She created an incredibly helpful timeline to make the day go smoothly. I hired North Shore Weddings by Ana for their 'Day of the Wedding' service, which actually covers much more than just the wedding day. I had already done a lot of the planning and found most of the vendors (e.g. reception venue, caterer, photographer, florist, etc.), but I wanted to be able to enjoy my daughter's wedding and not be dealing with last minute questions and logistics. Ana was absolutely invaluable and I have to say that due to her, I enjoyed every minute of the ceremony and reception. She met with me about four weeks before the wedding to review all my vendors, plans, and the timeline for the day. This seemingly simple exercise (along with a comprehensive questionnaire that she asked my daughter and me to complete) helped us uncover all sorts of little details that we hadn't thought of. She had great ideas for décor, made recommendations for vendor services that I hadn't thought of, but needed (e.g. wedding cake bakery and hairdresser), and helped put together a very detailed timeline that became my go-to guide for the day. I even handed it out to everyone in the wedding party on Friday, so they would know exactly where they needed to be when and what they needed to do. We all laughed about it, but the timeline was invaluable. Ana came to the rehearsal on Friday night, so that if anyone forgot what came next on Saturday, she could quietly remind them. Ana's style is competent, but very gentle -- a wonderful demeanor that puts everyone at ease. Ana and her associates stayed in the background during the both the wedding and the reception, but Ana was right there whenever I needed her. She kept everything on track, answered questions, made helpful suggestions, and just made it all work beautifully. We had an absolutely wonderful event and I would highly recommend her services, whether for full wedding planning or a more limited 'day-of-the-wedding' service.

Ana was amazing! She took all the stress off of my mother and myself so that we could enjoy the day. She was very thorough in following up with all our vendors so we didn't have to. I called a few different places looking for a wedding planner and was deterred by most due to their laundry list of associated fees and clauses as well as snobby attitudes. I attended a wedding a couple of years ago which was designed by Ana. It was the most beautiful, elegant, perfect wedding I have ever attended. It was a destination beach wedding which was small, yet formal. From the ceremony on the beach, to the elegant decor, to the fine cuisine and outdoor dance floor facing the ocean, this wedding goes up there as my absolute most favorite. It was truly the most fun, unique, and most romantic wedding. I wish I could have had her plan my wedding!

Ana was absolutely indispensable during my wedding in October and throughout the whole planning process. She was so independent, calm, and positive at all times. Always available to help with ideas, collect quotes from multiple vendors, and her organizational skills on the run up to the day and on the day were a god send. I would recommend her to anyone! Ana was able to assist us in a very flexible, expedient, cost effective manner making everything come together without any glitches while allowing us to customize our wedding and make changes until the last minute. Attention was paid to all details especially to the important aspects such as the officiating individual, music, capturing the event on film and subsequent reception leading the event to be a spiritual, aesthetic and very enjoyable experience for us and our guests.
