The team there at North Hill did a fantastic job. We changed our requirements numerous times leading up to the wedding and they were patient, helpful and responsive. When they brought the chairs and tables one of the tables had a wobble. They immediately went and got a replacement table and gave us a free upgrade to a larger size. Fast, friendly and a pleasure to work with. -

Mariah at North Hill was incredible to work with! As a wedding planner, who works withs tons of different vendors, I can honestly say that North Hill will make sure your vision is met in the most professional manner possible--at very affordable prices. On top of going above and beyond with the linens and chairs we ordered, she was timely, efficient and made working a wedding on the Pensacola navy base a breeze. We truly can't thank you enough! -

This company was great! We had an Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and they came a little early, which was great. they got everything set up and even put on the table cloths and made sure everything was perfect before they left! I will definitely be using this company for any future event I have which is about 2 a year. Excellent!! Very pleased!

Used North Hill for my wedding, the linens were very pretty and they even have other things to rent like chalkboards. I didn't worry about a thing on my wedding day. I'm very glad I went with this company. -

We rented chairs and an arbor and torches. The sashes on the chairs were beautiful compared to others we saw on the beach at other weddings. They were very great to work with! We changed our time of the ceremony by a half hour with no problem. The chairs were set up in plenty of time for the guests and taken down as requested. -

Bonnie at North Hills was great to work with as I was planning my wedding long distance from pensacola. She was very flexible when I was changing things last minute and was always prompt with responses to email! The linens were beautiful and there were at the facility in a very timely manner so that the flowers and center pieces did not have to wait for them! No wrinkles on the linens and they were beautiful! I was very please with their service and would definitely book them again if I needed linens for an event! -

I comparison shopped prices before selecting North Hill. Bonnie was very quick to provide a quote which was several hundred less than their competitors. After signing the contract I changed the delivery time and then the pick up time. Both changes were happily handled by Bonnie and her crew. On the day of the wedding, the crew was there early and ready to go. They were very easy to work with and they set every thing up as directed. They were on time to break down as well. Their timeliness and attention to detail helped to reduce the stress of the wedding day. I was very happy with their services. -

My wedding was a destination beach wedding and therefore, I needed color samples for the various items I wanted to rent. I spoke with my contact and within 2 days I had fabric and color samples in my mailbox. The set up for my event was seamless and everything looked beautiful!!!! -

The representatives at North Hill were very professional in the entire planning process. They sent pictures to make sure the colors were correct for the wedding. On the day of the event, the gentlemen delivering the chairs and linens were extremely helpful and offered to set everything up had we needed the help. I got way more then I paid for! -

Even on short notice, we were given a very reasonable price for chair covers and decorations, simple process, and military-like execution. They were highly recommended by an event planner and they did not disappoint in the slightest! This wedding was for my boss and it had to be perfect! Communication was easy by phone and email - Timely! (beat us to the event site for set up the day of the wedding and were set up/taken down quickly) - Fabrics for multiple chair styles were easily accomodated (immaculate fabrics and decoration) - Not a single issue, completely worry free! I was very impressed! -

Both Bonnie & Paul were very responsive & professional with providing linens/sashes for our recent fundraiser. At the last moment, we needed some additional linens/sashes, whch they very quickly were able to provide & have ready for pick-up in time for the event. We have had an excellent working relationship with North Hill Chair Covers & Linens and would recommend to others. -

My husband and I used this company for our wedding on Pensacola Beach for chair covers and sashes. They were prompt, courteous, and the covers and sashes were perfect! They were also priced far more reasonably than any other place we contacted for the same services. I highly recommend this company! -

We are a non-profit, private school and Bonnie was very accommodating to us. We rent chairs for our graduation, which is fairly small, so we are not a huge profit for her, but she still worked with us. We will definitely use her business for all future events. -

Ms. Hawthorne was great to work with. As an out of state bride, I was a little worried about finding the right look for the wedding, but she sent me linen samples in the mail, and I was easily able to communicate with her through email. Ms Bonnie and Terri are very nice people to work with. Very accommodating and professional. I ordered pink Linen tablecloths for round/rectangle tables and a white Tutu skirt (round) for the cake/candy table, for my daughter's baby shower. The quality and color was exactly what I wanted. Good quality, bright colors, clean, perfect dimension and the Tutu was gorgeous! I am very particular and pay attention to details and I have to say they exceeded my expectation. -

The building/front door accessibility was not very convenient--rear (non-paved) parking lot and no walkway to front of building. Outside front door bell to wait for personnel to come to door. However, personnel was very friendly, helpful, and willing to work with my schedule for pick-up and drop-off. I only rented 2 chair covers, but wasn't made to feel that rental order was too small. I was treated with respect as if I had a big order. -

I read great things about North Hill Chair Covers and Linens, so I was excited to book with them! I met and had a lovely consultation with Bonnie in March, and we settled on a variety of simple white linens after looking at some fancier pieces.
Everything was 5 stars up until ten days before my event, when Bonnie sold the company (and I wish her the best of luck in her new ventures!) The new manager was cordial and professional, and seemed to have my order under control, but when we went to pick up the order the day before the wedding, the address we were given was incorrect. We drove to a few different places and tried calling numbers we were given, but had trouble getting a hold of anyone. While we eventually found the new address, there was no sign or any indication that it was North Hill Linens, which was frustrating; when we went through the order, we found that two of the linens were dirty (we ordered extra, as you always should, but it was still a bummer.) We had scheduled the order to be picked up at 3:00 PM after the event was over - we packed the linens into bags ourselves and were outside, ready and waiting - but it took almost an hour for someone to come and get them, which was a big let-down.
It's been a while since the company has transitioned, now, so I would still reach out to North Hill if they're in your area. We were a bit disappointed, but also one of their first events after the company turned over to the new owner, so there were bound to be a few kinks - it's unfortunate that they happened, and we don't want to gloss over those problems, but I also don't want to bash the company, either. It wasn't a stellar experience, but perhaps things have changed! -
