    Great Job!

    Serenity was extremely easy to work with and very reasonably priced! We changed our date a few times due to COVID and Serenity was very flexible with the changes. Getting in contact with them was never an issue. The day of our driver was extremely professional and polite! I would absolutely recommend!

    We booked Serenity Limousine for our wedding (4/27/18). They did an amazing job. They were extremely accommodating in terms of pricing options and worked with us to make our itinerary as efficient as possible. We actually had to change our itinerary a couple of times and they were always very flexible. The drivers were on time, patient and kind. The limo and getaway car were clean and had plenty of room for our wedding party.

    We would definitely recommend using them for your wedding transportation!

    The day of the drivers were super nice, on time and professional. We didn't have a far way to go. I got all the pictures I wanted with the Rolls Royce. They had a SUV pick us up at the end of the night and take us to our hotel that was complementary. We had the choice of that or transportation to the airport. Good pricing and good service.

    Top Notch! James and his staff always makes sure we are happy. We used them for our wedding and our airport transportation and I couldn't be any happier with them!

    We were fortunate in having Serenity Limousine as our transportation for our wedding on September 24th. Glenn was reliable, professional and congenial toward not only my husband and me, but to our entire bridal party as he drove us to our ceremony site and to our reception. Serenity Limousine was friendly and accommodating. At the last minute, we were able to upgrade to a Mercedes party bus to fit our party. Thank you to Glenn and Serenity Limousine!

    We booked North Country Limo for transportation for our wedding day. They were so incredibly flexible. We booked a party bus to pick up the groomsmen in the morning and bring them to our venue. After that the bus went to the hotel to bring hotel guests to the venue. They brought the hotel guests back after the wedding and then returned to the venue to bring back the entire bridal party. They were very courteous. The bus was beautiful. They responded quickly when communicating via email. We had a 32 person party bus booked for 9 hours for $1250. It was definitely worth it! :)

    We went on a wine tour with 8 People. Our limo driver was promt, pleasant and professional! The 3 P's I guess! :) This is the second time that I have used the company for a all day wine tour. They helped us book tastings with the wineries and was exceptionally helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the wineries and northfork with makes for a better trip! The limo was also clean and full of anything that we needed. We were able to hook up our Ipod and play our music * that's always a plus. Great time had by all.

    North Country Limo helped to make our special day everything we wanted and more. They were professional, courteous, and reliable. Ashley reviewed all of our options and pricing and made our booking hassle free. Our driver was on time and flexible when we had a few time changes throughout the day. With everything going on it was nice to have a worry free method of transportation. I would highly recommend North Country Limo.

    We were happy with our Limo driver, Sam!!!! He was the best and had patience and was very sweet and professional. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He made sure we had the music on and that we were warm. Thanks Serenity Limos for sending us Sam!!! Excellent driver!!!

    I called Serenity Limousines for a quote and talked to Eddie. He was such a nice guy that that was the reason I booked the Limo with them. He gave me a very good price to take me to the Watermill the day of my wedding. He arrived on time and was such a huge help getting all our stuff in the car. He was very professional and just couldn't do enough for all of us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and hope to use them for the next occasion. Donna in the office who handles the paperwork, also a sweetheart and she was extremely efficient. Everything just went perfect! Thanks Eddie!!! Renee and Kenny

    We used Serenity Limos for my daughters wedding and we were very happy with them. Their prices were fare and the cars are beautiful. We also got the party limo bus because our bridal party was so big. We thought we would need to get the bus to pick up the guys and then another vehicle to pick up the girls before the ceremony. But the lady at serenity (i forget her name) told us that it wasn't necessary to get two vehicles since the ceremony location was so close to the brides pick up location. She just had the bus pick the guys up at the hotel and drop them off at the ceremony site (they have to be there earlier than the girls) and then send the bus to come and pick up the girls from the brides house. She saved us a lot of money and we really appreciated it. She could have said nothing and we would have booked an additional vehicle. We are greatful when we see honest business practices these days. They even gave the bride and groom a free limo after the reception to their wedding night location. Great company and they did a great job. The wedding was five days after super storm Sandy when all of Long Island was having a difficult time getting gas. We were happy to see that the limo company did whatever they had to do to have the necessary gas for our party. I highly recommend Serenity Limo.

    Brian and his staff were very easy to work with and gave us a great price for the 20 passenger escalade & hummer limos. Serenity was very accommodating to my last minute pick up changes since my bridal party had to be picked up from multiple locations. The drivers were fantastic and the vehicles were amazing!! We were very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Serenity Limousines!!!

    Very happy with my choice here to pick Serenity. We knew someone in the company and was hoping he would be our driver, but some family issue came up and we ended up with someone else. I was very happy with who we were set with. He was on time, the limo was clean, and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable.

    receptionist was wonderful to speak with through out the changes and planning , the 20 passanger hummer was beautiful , we evengot a ride to the airport for our honeymoon the following day and the car they sent was so clean .

    Serenity is a very professional from the get go. They made us feel comfortable from when we walked in the door and they were so professional when they showed up to pick us up. I was so happy to see them show up at our house early! We have heard some horror stories from other limo companies not showing on time, but we had no problem.

    We picked 3 cars and each one was beautiful and clean and the drivers were extremely friendly and professional. Our Specialty Car, a '56 Cadillac, was absolutely everything we wanted. The drivers were very attentive to all our needs.

    They made us feel like we have been friends instead of driver/ customers...

    If you are looking for a great limo company for an affordable price please check them out!!! Their new place in Selden is a great place to do one stop wedding shopping! They have Tommy Tunes DJ, ADA Photography and Serenity Limos all in one building!

    The owner was unbelievable! he gave me a price that was half of the rest of the estimates i got for a suv limo! it came an hour early and was wonderful! i loved there service and have recommended them to everyone!

    After searching for and contacting nearly fifteen limo companies in Suffolk and Nassau county, I found Serenity Limousine. I have worked with many limo comapnies in the past and was very impressed with the professional quality of Serenity. I had the stretch escalade and the rolls royce. The drivers were very friendly, responsive and prompt. The service at the office is excellent. There were no hidden fees and everything was very straightforward. A great value and a great company! I will surely be using them again! Highly recommend.

    Everything was perfect to a T! the drivers were great and they even called us a few days before the wedding and upgraded one of our limos for free because another customer had cancelled. Not only was their service great but their price was amazing!

    I am unsure why there are no other reviews on here for Serenity, but we were very pleased with our experience. Limos arrived a few mins early to both houses. Trips were smooth and both drivers were awesome! My driver even stayed at Smithtown Landing to see the other bride because he was so excited for me after hearing all about us at the house and during the ride. I remember him coming in and telling me " Wait till you see her" He was really into the whole experience, he was more like family than a hired driver. We also had cars take us to and from JFK for our honeymoon. Again both cars arrived on time, early actually. The only reason I did not give them a 5 out of 5 was the fact that the black cars we got were a Maxima and some sort of Ford, not the black cars I am used to. I guess now a days as long as the car is black, it fits the bill.

    Although I had a bit of trouble with the office returning my phone calls, their day of service was great! They arrived on time, and both drivers were overly accommodating and kind! If you do have your heart set on a Rolls Royce, you may want to make that very clear, since they have to rent one from another company, and it was in the shop on my wedding day. They had called a few days prior asking me to switch to a 1940's Caddy. Honestly, the two cars seemed no different to me, and the Caddy was roomier.

    They seemed to be the cheapest of all the limo's we looked at. They were punctual and professional. The music did not work in the limo, but other than that, they were perfect.

    Our limo drivers was awesome!! Super courteous and friendly! Our limos were spotless, and affordable! We had to make a few changes along the way in which the office girls handled without a hitch..I only have one complaint....We added car service to the contract to take us the airport for our honeymoon, and no one showed up! Luckily someone was on call to answer the phone at 530am to help...We walked on eggshells for 45 minutes awaiting the resolve...When a driver showed up he was mad! Not at us, but it was awkward to say the least....I would still call them for a limo because of all of the positives! We got to our honeymoon and had a wonderful stress free flight!

    This was the one thing I wasn't happy with on our wedding day - but I really don't care anymore! Limo picked us up at hotel and brought us to the church on time and in one piece. Can't complain about that. It was a bumpy ride and the driver didn't help me with my dress or communicate much to us and wasn't too happy my ceremony was an hour but... as I said, I arrived in one piece. Choose your priorities and you get what you pay for.

    They were great to work with, but when it came to the wedding they were late pickign me up, but due to traffic making me walk down the aisle 20 minutes later than I should have... I didn't mind because I understood but then they charged us an extra 100$ which I thought was crazy! then they offered a complimentary limo back from the venue to the hotel and after we had made sure it was complimentary the driver still insisted on 50$

    BE CAREFUL when dealing with this company! They are very misleading. I called to get a quote. They gave me a price plus gratuity plus a complimentary car for either the end of the night or an airport run. When I received the contract it had the gratuity added in. I called and spoke with Eddie and we went over it all again and confirmed the total (at bottom of contract). We chose to have the "complimentary" car after the wedding. Eddie was our driver and I tipped him. On the day of everything went great - I came back and saw a $50 charge on my credit card. I called and spoke with Donna - who was very rude. Apparently there is a "service fee" for the car or "gratuity". She yelled at me and hung up on me. She did say that my $50 would be refunded before she hung up. Eddie called me right back and explained to me that I misunderstood the contract. ???? We had gone over it when I signed and then again right before the wedding and this fee was never mentioned. Eddie was also the driver that night whom I tipped! I emailed them a week later when I did not see the credit on my card. I still have not received the refund and no more contact has been made to fix the situation.

    THEY ABANDONED MY GRANDMOTHER. I will start by saying we booked 2 limos- one for myself which was on time, clean and with a courteous driver. We then booked a second limo for the elderly folks in my family- my 83 year old house-bound grandmother and her siblings. As far as I know her limo ride to my wedding was uneventful, with the exception that the driver went to the East Wind Inn rather than the Cottage as we requested (he drove to the cottage after calling my mother for clarification). The ride home, on the other hand, was a different story. The driver dropped my grandmother and her brother and his wife off at a house down the block rather than at her own home. As it was after midnight and dark out, my relatives did not realize until they were out of the limo and on the sidewalk. By that time the driver had taken off!! My grandmother has difficulty walking and needs assistance/uses a walker. She had to walk the length of at least 15 houses not to mention cross a street after midnight in the dark with uneven sidewalks. The fact that a limo driver would leave without ensuring his passengers entered their home safely is appalling to me. When my mother (who booked the limo) called to complain, they were flippant in their attitude and did absolutely nothing to compensate for their mistake. As she pointed out, what was a joyous day could have easily turned into a tragedy had my grandmother fallen or been struck by a car. I am absolutely horrified by their actions as well as the way they handled things after the fact and will never recommend their company, much less use their services again.

    They were great when we booked over the phone very helpful! But our limo driver the day of the wedding was a horror. He was late picking me up so by the time we got there guests were arriving and saw me before the wedding. When he picked us up he gets in the car and says how do I get there (meanwhile he was literally JUST THERE dropping off the groom and groomsmen) my bridesmaid said don't you have GPS? And he said yea but I don't feel like turning it on..so we had to use our own GPS and tell him how to get there..driving to the venue he cut someone off and was speeding and then entered through the exit of the venue which left my door on the opposite side so I would have had to walk around the limo to get inside the venue (as I said earlier we were late and all my guests were coming in at the same time) we asked him to turn the car around so I wouldn't have to walk around the limo because I didn't want anyone seeing me which he seemed annoyed about but he backed up with the trunk of the limo open knocked over cones in the parking lot he was a complete mess! I think the company itself is probably really great but our particular limo driver was absolutely horrible and it was very very unfortunate.

    I never write vendor reviews, but in the case I feel strongly compelled to warn people to never do business with this limo company. Find someone else at all costs. We hired Serenity for my daughter's wedding in October 2017 and here's what they didn't tell us when we hired them:
    1) They would outsource our business to a third-party company that operates the vehicles, so we had no idea if the other company is reputable (they weren't).
    2) They did not send the limo we selected and paid for from their fleet. They sent one that was "similar" but not the one we contracted for. They don't tell you that in advance, so you're stuck no matter what on the day of your event. It's not like you can send it back.
    3) They could not provide the name of the drivers nor their contact information (we rented a limo for the wedding party and bus for our guests) until 2 hours before the event started, indicating they were scrambling to find drivers right up the last minute.
    4) Despite our efforts to pay a deposit in advance, we were told to "just pay the drivers in cash" the day of the event, which should have been an immediate red flag that made us dump them for a more legitimate limo company, but I didn't think anything would be wrong doing it that way.
    5) The bus driver was totally incompetent of handling a 55-passenger bus. Multiple guests of ours complained that he did not know the area, required their help with directions, appeared to not know how to operate the bus and even had trouble figuring out how to open the bus door. It was like he was driving it for the first time in his life. On top of that, I had to go looking for him at the end of the night and wake him up for the late ride home.
    6) And, finally Serenity has the audacity to contact us 6 weeks after the event and claim we never paid the drivers that night, as if their drivers were just going to give everyone free rides that night. These people are unscrupulous.

    I used serenity limos for my wedding on 10/14/2017. It was a package through our venue. We paid an extra 750.00 to upgrade to the Escalade. I confirmed the reservation 2 times. The afternoon oil n of my wedding my wedding party and I were at a hotel waiting to be picked up, when i got the phone call i they were there I was do excited to see the limo. When I question where it was the driver said it front, it was not what I paid for, they sent me a white van with PVC piping in the back!! He was also wearing Jean's, work boots an a flannel shirt!!! I was so upset and embarrassed. When I question what happened, the driver rudely said I had to call the company, when asked for me info, he started yelling at me as well. Then he told one of my bridesmaids they sent my car to the vineyards. ( also, there were 4 or 5 serenity limos picking up other brides for their wedding)I was in tears and mortified ( if they sent limos I could of gotten over it but a van), especially when I got to the venue. As family and friends along with the photographer taking pictures of us coming out of what i would call a dirty work van and becoming more upset when people questioned what happened and then talked about it even more. 2 weeks after the wedding I was advised that the Cadillac had broke down and I should of gotten something comparable. I guess an Escalade limo is equal to a van that plumbers use. The man I spoke to said he understood an d offered me a trip to the airport or a city run. REALLY!!! After all the money I gave you and the embarrassment on my wedding day (that I waited for for 24 years!!) He said he would call me back but after a month went by I figured he wouldn't. When I call the company back, they said they just purchased the company and knew nothing of it and tried to rectify the situation and sent me a car for a few hours. Serenity did not sell there company, they are full of crap and I DON'T RECOMMEND them to anyone! I give them no stars, I was forced to to submit my pos

    My husband and I booked Serenity Limos for our wedding on 9/10/11. After discussing the pricing and transportation needs, we placed a deposit with a credit card. A contract was e-mailed to us, which we in turn signed and returned via e-mail with-in one hour of receiving it (we also received confirmation that the contract was received by Serenity).

    We thought, for the price we were quoted *and* contracted at, we were getting a great deal by booking the '56 Caddy Fleetwood for my father and I to arrive in, and a limo for the bridal party and my husband to arrive in. That was, until the limos did not show up on time....or *AT ALL*.

    Now, my husband and I are VERY calm, logical people. We completly understand that, yes, mistakes happen. However, as a paying customer (and someone who has over a decade in Customer Service Management), my expectation is that as a service provider it is not only your responsibility to correct the mistake, but also your DESIRE to correct the mistake.

    One of our groomsmen took control of the situation and told Serenity that no matter what, they needed to get the '56 Caddy to the reception site so that my husband and I may take pictures with it. Serenity did indeed get the car to the reception site....on a flat bed truck.... the vehicle, which we had placed a deposit on and signed on a contract for, was not even in working condition. That asside, the car was no where near the "mint condition" that my husband was told it was in; the window tinting was pealing off, the driver's side window did not open, and there was small spots of rust on the body.

    Because of the transportation not showing up, we had unecessary stress on our wedding day (which is the least of the issues), our ceremony was delayed by 30 minutes, we missed our cocktail hour and were not able to take all of the pictures that we wanted to...such as my dad helping me out of the limo on his only child's wedding day.

    I'm sure you're wondering what Serenity did to "correct" this mistake. Well, we DID receive a phone call at 7:00pm the Monday after our wedding. As we were married on Saturday, I'm convinced that the phone call was placed at this time, in hopes that we were already on our honeymoon. I can understand being nervous about having to make that phone call. However, it needed to be made. We were not on our honeymoon when Serenity made the single attempt to contact us. We have not returned the call - as I do believe the responsibility lies upon Serentify to rectify this situation. They made *one* attempt to contact my husband and myself, and have not taken *any* steps further to rectify their mistake.

    Again, mistakes happen....that's just the way things are. But what truly matters is not whether or not a mistake happens, it's what you do to rectify the mistake. I purposely WAITED A MONTH TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, as to give Serenity a fair chance at contacting us again, either telephonically OR via e-mail (which they had no problem using to e-mail us the contract), or via writing.

    So, would I recommed Serenity limos? Not even to my worst enemy.
