  Highly Recommend

  First, they treat you as if you’re family. They want you to have the best experience and feel your best on your wedding day. They want you to be 100% satisfied. Best part too is they keep your dress until the day you want to pick it up. You knew it was safe and they packaged it up perfect. You won’t have any worries when you get your dress here.

  Simple and easy

  My fiance' rented his wedding suit from the Wedding Suite and he looked incredibly handsome in his suit. He was highly pleased with the service, variety, and selection there. We definitely recommend shopping here for that just right fit and look!

  I had a really great experience at the Nordstrom wedding suite. Dina was my consultant, but I also worked closely with Samantha and some of the other consultants. They all seemed so genuine and nice, which isn't the case at a lot of the salons I visited. Nordstrom carried Rosa Clara which was my number one brand I wanted. I fell in love with a Rosa Clara dress that ended up coming in a mediocre quality at best. I was very disappointed but Nordstrom worked directly with the brand to fix everything. They made my dream dress a reality and were amazing through the entire stressful process! I also felt SO comfortable with the two seamstresses I met. Luiba is extremely talented. I would highly recommend buying a dress here!

  Ladies, do yourself a favor and purchase your wedding gown at Nordstrom in King of Prussia!!! Although they do not have hundreds of gowns to sift through like many bridal shops do, what they have is QUALITY. I was able to attend a trunk show in addition to my appointment so I saw the most stunning gowns directly off the runway. I purchased a Watters gown that I just fell in love with. Michelle was my stylist and she was amazing to work with. She answered every email and phone call I made to her very quickly. She even wrote to Watters to get me a swatch of my gown so I could match the ivory shade to my custom-made veil. Michelle helped me pick out shoes, undergarments and jewelry - even though I didn't purchase all of these items at Nordstrom, she helped me figure out how to accessorize the look. She was not pushy at all, she truly was so helpful in the styling process and FUN! Unfortunately she is not working in the bridal suite anymore but their manager, Sam, is wonderful as are all of the other stylists.
  
  Ala, the seamstress, altered my gown to PERFECTION. It fit like a second skin, which was so important to me. Every step of the way was amazing at Nordstrom! My husband also bought is tux in the men's department and had a similar experience with his stylist JEffrey- Nordies is top notch in service and quality!!

  Lindsey Croce was amazing. I came in with a tiny budget and no clue what I wanted, plus my wedding was in less than 2 months! She came up with great ideas, found me my dream dress and was able to get it to me in time. They worked around my crazy schedule and I felt like a princess whenever I came for fittings and alterations. I have and will continue to recommend the Nordstrom Wedding Suite at King of Prussia to anyone I know looking for a wedding dress!

  I had a wonderful experience choosing my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and having my wedding dress fittings at Nordstrom's Wedding Suite. I love their selection of dresses and that higher-end designers like Reem Acra and Monique Lhuillier have more affordable dresses just for Nordstrom. The fitting rooms and viewing area are spacious and well appointed for you and your entourage and Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful in helping me choose my dress and guiding me through the fittings process. I really cannot say enough about Jacqueline and how incredible she was with every detail! Their seamstress also did a beautiful job altering the dress to fit me just right. There is also peace of mind knowing that you are dealing with an established store like Nordstrom and not a small shop that could close its doors and leave you without your dress before your big day.

  Nordstrom was amazing for buying my wedding dress. Jacquline was an amazing stylist and helped me pick the perfect dress and vail for my special day. She was so patient and kind. She was extremely helpful when picking out my dress. I can't thank her enough. She gave me a beautiful card and lovely box of chocolates the day I picked up my dress. She was amazing and everyone should go to the nordstrom at the king of prussia to find their wedding dress.

  I cannot say enough about Jacqueline at the wedding suite. She is amazing. It was worth making the trip from Florida to PA just to have her help me with my dress. The suite is excellent with assisting with details and made what could be a stressfull experiance amazing. If you are in the market for a wedding dress you must go see her at the wedding suite at nordstroms.

  Jacqueline at the Nordstrom's-Wedding Suite-King of Prussia made my day absolutely perfect! Jacqueline from the start went above my expectations and truly made the experience of dress shopping a memorable one. By choosing the Wedding Suite and Jacqueline as my stylist, I felt like a celebrity! The first dress I tried on was "the one", but Jacqueline was extremely patience and generous with her time in trying on numerous dresses to be sure on the "right one". On the following visit, Jacqueline set up a lunch for my wedding group and set up an amazing styling session to dress me for my engagement party/bachelorette party/bridal shower/honeymoon. The room was glowing with beautiful dresses, shoes, jewelry, and handbags for each occasion! While planning my Caribbean destination wedding, Jacqueline really payed deep attention in finding the right attire for the vibe of the wedding and all the events prior. She also dressed my mother and my grandmother, and I couldn't be more happy with her selections! I really feel like Jacqueline did an exquisite job in helping me with my wedding!   We made a superb choice in choosing the Nordstrom Wedding Suite (King of Prussia, PA) for our wedding of 8/2013 . As a first time bride at age 44 - and an archaeologist - I was anxious about looking my best and most beautiful on the wedding day. Jacqueline Schwartz was our key point person at the Suite - with a few key questions and suggestions, we were able to choose my beautiful dress (a traditional Faviana ivory gown), veil, and lace cover-up swiftly and confidently. All perfect for our church wedding and English themed styling and reception (complete with female guests wearing formal English hats!) Over the next weeks, Jacqueline helped with numerous (4) fittings, provided calm advice, and was both adept and professional in the way that she advised me on wedding dress alterations, care, and transportation to the hotel bridal suite. What a surprise and joy it was to see Jacqueline show up on the day of the wedding at just the right time "just in case" I needed help with the bustle of the dress (I did) - I was really touched at her presence and this is one of my fond memories of the day. I received many compliments on the gorgeous dress on our special day - I am truly indebted to Jacqueline and the Nordstrom Wedding Suite for making me look great on the wedding day and in our wedding photos! Thank you!

  The bridal suite team at Nordstrom made the process easy! They were happy to be there and very willing to help. I would recommend going to look at dresses when they are having a trunk show as the selection is not extensive.

  everyone at nordstrom was so nice and attentive. we had a few miscommunications and the appointments are semi hard to come by. i wanted a hayley paige dress and they had a trunk show and it was great working with them and their alterations team.

  Love My Dress

  I absolutely love my dress. I will recommend some tips though for the first time buying bride. The saleswoman led me very astray costing me a lot of extra money in alterations. I actually found my dress 11 months before my wedding date. i let the saleswoman know that I planned to lose weight prior to the wedding. I asked if we could just put some money down but not order it yet. She said it was fine they always order a size bigger to make sure there was enough fabric to sew it just to your body shape and size. When the dress came in and I went a few months prior to the wedding and 15 pounds smaller the dress was so big! Yes they don't charge you in alterations for the amount of fabric they take in but they do charge you for every spot. I am convinced I would not have had to pay ~50% of the cost of my dress in alterations if they would have listened to me and not ordered such a large size to begin with. The seamstress was amazing to work with though and made it look great for the day of the wedding.

The seamstress was amazing to work with though and made it look great for the day of the wedding.

  Doesn't Offer Everything They Say

  Though on this website and in the selection they offer online, Nordstrom bridal suite says that they offer clothing for "Bride, Bridesmaids, Father of the Bride, Flower Girls, Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, Ring Bearers," when I called asking for an appointment to buy a MOB dress for my mom, they said that they don't do that and referred me to the personal shopper department. That proved to be an unmitigated disaster (though we used the personal shoppers in Cherry Hill, so that doesn't reflect on the King of Prussia location necessarily). I just felt mislead by all the MOB dresses they had on their website and was disappointed that they wouldn't help me.

  I was disappointed in Nordstrom Bridal. The consultant was nice enough, but she made no suggestions at all about what I should try on. However, this might have been because I was looking for something different than the typical bridal gown (I ended up getting a Leanne Marshall dress at Lovely Bride), and they only had mainstream styles. I didn't find anything I really liked.
  
  Also, the back room with the main mirror seemed to serve as some sort of stock or break room for non-bridal Nordstrom employees--so as I showed my mom the dresses random workers were standing and chatting in the same room. It was awkward. I don't exactly need to be fanned with palms while trying on bridal gowns, but is a *tiny* bit of atmosphere too much to ask? I went in thinking that even if they didn't have any dresses I loved, at least at Nordstrom the experience would be special--but it was disappointing on both fronts.
  
  If you like mainstream bridal styles, Nordstrom might be worthwhile for you. If you're looking for something at all different, I wouldn't bother.

We ordered (3) Jenny Yoo bridemaids dresses online and they all came in different shades of "blush." We had to order (8+) dresses to get (3) that matched. Luckily we gave ourselves a lot of extra time but I probably wouldn't use Nordstrom for bridemaids dresses again - stick with a traditional bridal shop.
