  I had my first fitting with Nora this past weekend as she was recommended by the shop I purchased my dress. Nora is the best! She and her associate Julie were such a delight to work with. So professional, gave their honest opinion, and were so nice and great to work with. I told Nora I was considering cutting my train off altogether because I think bustles can look weird, but she showed me how I could keep the train and bustle it completely underneath so that it looks like it is just a skirt.   I had my first fitting with Nora this past weekend as she was recommended by the shop I purchased my dress. Nora is the best! She and her associate Julie were such a delight to work with. I told Nora I was considering cutting my train off altogether because I think bustles can look weird, but she showed me how I could keep the train and bustle it completely underneath so that it looks like it is just a skirt. I was amazed and cannot wait to go back for my 2nd and final fittings. The cost was a little higher than I was anticipating but you can put whatever you are comfortable with down at first and then pay the balance as you go. The flexibility with that was really great. Even though it was a bit higher than I had thought it would be, I know it will come out flawless!

  Nora is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely personable and wants to make sure YOU are happy. She did the alterations for my wedding dress. I wanted to make my neckline sweetheart, I had a sash/ribbon removed, I had a hem, and I had a bustle added. She is extremely flexible to make sure that the dress is ready for your big day! I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Nora for ANY type of alteration needed, she is absolutely worth the drive if you don't live close. She treats her clients like family :)

  Nora is an expert! I went to her with my wedding dress, very nervous about how it could possibly be fitted without being ruined...she did a flawless job and my dress was absolutely perfect in every way! Nora was very patient where I was so nervous at first...she definitely knew best, I put my trust in her and she took care of everything. Her pricing is very good, very fair...she is very detail oriented and a perfectionist which I was thrilled about. Her focus is on the quality of her work, rather than making a sale. Her work speaks for itself! I actually ended up getting my jewelry from her as well, which I absolutely loved because it went so perfectly with my dress. She was lovely to work with, a really sweet person!

  Nora's is not only a seamstress but she does full service men's formal wear. My husband and I got her name from another vendor we used. We loved Nora. She takes great pride in her business and her prices are comparable or better than the chain stores. My husband and his groomsmen looked great.
