Most amazing day!!
We had the best experience with Kristen from start to finish! From the planning Kristen was so quick to respond to my MANY emails/questions she was so officiant and helpful! To the day of she went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing day! She continually checked on us throughout the morning to see if we needed anything she also had amazing suggestions when I was not sure what to do with some extra decor I had. Everything went so smoothly she was so accommodating throughout the whole day and we truly appreciated her and the wait staff/bartender were also amazing. Everyone was so sweet we got so many compliments from our guests on the food, drinks and staff. We truly appreciated Kristen and the whole staff we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding/day!! Thank you thank you!! -

We had the absolute best experience working with Kristen at the Fallbrook House! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive and helpful — every question I had throughout the planning process was answered quickly and thoughtfully.
Kristen made everything about our wedding day seamless. The rehearsal, setup, day-of coordination, and cleanup all went perfectly thanks to her. I dropped off our decor in bins, and when I walked into the venue, it was set up exactly how I had pictured it in my head, down to the smallest detail. She made us feel so special every step of the way and truly helped take the stress out of wedding planning.
The venue itself is stunning — right on the lake with both beautiful outdoor and indoor spaces. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was, especially the coconut shrimp, oyster bar, and filet.
We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator or a more perfect venue. If you’re considering having your wedding here, you’ll be in the best hands with Kristen and the entire team at Nolans!
We also had our farewell brunch the next day at Nolans. They were very accommodating and the food was amazing. It was the perfect end to a great weekend! -

Dream wedding came true!
Kristen helped our dream wedding come to life with Nolan’s and the Fallbrook House. Their staff made setup and tear down completely stress free and easy for us. They helped everything run seamlessly with zero stress to us or our family members. We dropped off all of our decor the day prior with instructions of how we wanted it and when we arrived Saturday, everything was perfect. All of our guests said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing ambiance and venue! -

I should start by saying that we are Italian and hosting a dinner with cultural features was extremely important to our family and traditions. Nolan’s was up front in saying that while they do not feature authentic Italian food, they can provide us with delicious options. I visited Nolan’s a couple times before the event to do a tasting and was quite pleased. The eggplant parm and baked ziti were great, as well as the grilled veggie medley and Caesar salad. We also enjoyed the flank steak. Instead of rolls, Kristen was able to accommodate us with Italian bread, making it like a home cooked meal at our house. Cannolis, cream puffs and eclairs were a hit. Jake, the bartender was so attentive to our guests. He was so personable and accommodating. Courtnei added her expertise for the details. I wanted the dessert brought out after the meal but her suggestion to display the gorgeous desserts opposite the entrees was the right move! It was absolutely beautiful! I could not have been more pleased. My husband shared that the staff was very cordial and responsive. Our guests commented that the venue was perfect for a rehearsal dinner. It allowed for bonding of the family with the wedding party which was an important aspect of the event. Most importantly, the bride and groom thought it was wonderful, as did the parents of the bride. I highly recommend Nolan’s for your event. It was everything I had imagined it could be! -

Dream Rehearsal Dinner
We could not have imagined a more perfect rehearsal dinner and welcome party. The Fallbrook House at Canandaigua Country Club was a stunning event space. The food from Nolan’s was also everything we had hoped for and more. Our guests were so impressed! We had the oyster bar to start followed by self-serve stations and kept the pizza oven open for our welcome party that followed the dinner. We could not be happier with how it all turned out. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with - we would absolutely recommend this space to anyone thinking about hosting an event. -

There’s nothing quite like this venue across any of the surrounding Finger Lakes. It was perfect for us. The space is beautiful by itself, yet flexible enough to make it your own. Kristen (coordinator) is an absolute workhorse and helped make everything run smoothly from the planning process to the day of execution. I was very thankful for her. Our guests were raving about the food- said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Sunset was 10/10. Overall extremely impressed with the venue and the staff. They really helped make our day perfect. -

Wedding Day Sept 2024
Best day of my life and exactly how I pictured my wedding! The venue itself is gorgeous with indoor and outdoor access which allows guest to casually socialize all night. The space is amazing with door that open up on all sides to let the sun in. Kristen was a direct point of contact since the day I came to look at the venue- answering my (many) emails almost instantly. The food- 11/10 everything was so amazing- special mention for the Lobster Ravioli people are still taking about the amount of lobster in each plate. Overall amazing venue that you can really make your own!!! -

We cannot recommend the Fallbrook House enough! It was the perfect location for our June wedding. Kristen was the most helpful wedding planner and day-of coordinator. We had to use a small tent for the ceremony due to the rain, but it was so intimate. The day became sunny and beautiful later, and it was so picturesque on the water. Kristen made the wedding day stress-free as she was super organized and enthusiastic! This was everything that I could ever have asked for for a wedding day. :)

Gorgeous venue with amazing staff
Our meeting before was so easy. Kristen knows so much about the business; she made suggestions and we used all of them. The day of, she was there the whole time, Assessing situations and making everything perfect. Her whole staff was efficient and hard-working. We had nothing to do but relax with friends and enjoy the day! -

The lake front wedding of your dreams
Kristen and the Nolan’s team is 10/10! From our first visit we had a fantastic experience making our wedding day exactly what we had hoped for! Kristen was always super responsive when I had questions, which I had a lot of, and provided some helpful recommendations for partner vendors along the way. The night went flawlessly, there was never a line at the bar, the food was fantastic and the staff was all friendly and professional. Highly recommend the Canandaigua Country Club for your next special occasion! -

Attention to detail
We picked the perfect venue! Not only was it beautiful but Kristen was an insanely good host. She was very responsive, didn’t miss a detail, was accommodating around everything especially considering we live across the country. I would highly recommend having your special events at The Fallbrook House. -

Excellent our wedding was such a memorable day!
The wedding was beautiful! Kristen is so nice and very understanding when you have a lot of questions. She set everything up just like I had asked - she was accommodating to food changes, and always responded to emails or phone calls which helps when you want a quick answer. We used Hopper Hills florist in Victor and Sweet Solutions in Canandaigua for the cake and desserts and Kristen coordinated great with both vendors to set everything up. We were incredibly lucky with the weather it was a beautiful sunny day and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! -

10/10 would recommend. They executed our dream wedding. Views are stunning, the food was delicious (countless guests told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had - steak was cooked to perfection), and Kristen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s communicative, very knowledgeable, knows tons of others vendors in the area and acted as our wedding expert/day of coordinator. Excuse my language, but she gets shit done and you can count on her to execute. Look no further and book your wedding at Canandaigua Country Club. You will not regret it.
Only downside: noise ordinance at 10 PM, so wedding ends at 10 PM, however, we just had an after party at Murphy’s, which was perfect. -

We were the first wedding in the newly renovated space and although I did feel nervous about everything being ready in time the support and communication we received from Kristen made me feel confident in everything going smoothly... and it did!! The space was absolutely amazing, all of our guests were complimenting the food (for weeks after the wedding!), and you can't beat the view! The best wedding venue!!
Canandaigua Country Club is not only a gorgeous venue, but the food and team are both amazing as well! With Covid interfering with our original plans, Kristen went above and beyond to help and accommodate us for the following year. We finally had our big day on 9/19/21 and it was more than we could have ever wished for. Everything went so perfectly, it was truly the best place to have our wedding! -

My wife and I had our wedding in Geneva, NY and choose Nolan's in nearby Canandaigua for our rehearsal dinner the night before. We were THRILLED with everything about the venue, and Kristen was flawless with the coordination every step of the way! Not only was she lightning quick in responding to any questions/inquiries, but the pricing was very reasonable for the high quality of food and drink provided! Our rehearsal dinner accommodated about 40 people, so we rented out a private room in the back of the restaurant to hold the dinner. We selected an assortment of Italian food and seafood for our dinner meals, all of it delicious, and even requested a private bar set-up in the room which was extra convenient. Everyone raved about the food and ambiance and it was a very memorable evening - Kudos to Kristen and her staff for hosting a wonderful rehearsal dinner in every aspect! -

My husband and I just got married at Nolan's on Canandaigua Lake at the Canandaigua Country Club and had a FLAWLESS experience. Truly, not one thing went wrong. From the start of planning, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and truly a pleasure to work with. We had a group that had varying dietary restrictions and they handled each and every request seriously and without pause. Because of their attention to detail throughout planning, I knew that when it came time for our wedding weekend, everything would be executed perfectly and they definitely delivered. Our wedding weekend was everything we had imagined it to be and more. We felt right at home with Kristen, Nick and their staff. Gracious, prompt, accommodating, fun, experts are just a few words that I would use to describe their team. Truly an amazing experience. Thank you! -

Nolan's at the Canandaigua Country Club was amazing!
Kristen is super easy to work with. I was planning from California, Kristen was super responsive, gave great feedback on menu choices, was flexible with my wine requests, and was sensitive to my guest's food allergies and diet preferences. Not to mention, she pulled out an industrial sized leaf blower to dry off the outdoor space for the ceremony after a storm had hit.
All the guests raved about the food! Specifically the filet mignon and the "after party" wood fire pizza served for late night noshing. All the serving staff were super attentive and friendly. The whole night was magical and we couldn't have asked for a betting wedding and reception site. -

Getting married here honestly could not have been better and the location itself is truly unbeatable. Kristen (the event coordinator) was incredibly helpful and always responded to emails in a quick, courteous and professional manner. This made our lives much easier, especially considering that my (now) wife and I live in Germany and were living there while we were organising the wedding. The food was extraordinary and there were some really cool and unique additions to choose from like firing up the outdoor brick oven pizza station in the evening! I would unquestionably recommend this venue for any future couple looking for an unforgetable place to tie the knot. -

Cannot day enough about our experience with Nolan’s ! Rehearsal Dinner was fabulous, plentiful, excellent and gorgeous setting on the lake. The wedding food was absolutely delicious! Filet mignon cooked to perfection, tender, hot , Chicken French cooked perfectly delicious, and Salmon moist and delicious. We have had so many many compliments on everything. The staff is professional, friendly and go above and beyond in every way! Kristen is amazing to work with, responsive, attentive and helpful on all levels. We wouldn’t have done it any other way. Nolan’s on the Lake is the finest caterer around! -

Kristen and her Team are AMAZING to work with!!!
If you are thinking about having your wedding at the Canandaigua Country Club please know that we are over the moon happy with how everything went. We worked with their coordinator Kristen Harter. Coordinator is really an understatement. She is so easy to work with, kind, quick to respond and on the day of the event is a priceless resource. I didn't have to think about anything. Everything was seamless, so well executed, the food was AMAZING!!! We had the buffet, we had 110 people and everyone go through the line so quickly. We loved the Salmon and the cous cous salad especially. People complimented the beef , and the Brocoli Alfredo. The hand passed crab cakes were so good too. We felt so taken care of, so relaxed, calm and blissful. Kristen and her staff are something you will not find at every venue you consider. I have worked in events and catering and I feel confident writing this review. The tables were clean and in well spaced, the silverware and glasses all were sparkling, the executive chef was out on the buffet line to answer any questions, the chairs looked perfect, and the menu was varied enough for gluten free, vegetarian and dairy free eaters. I also had one guest who was vegan and she was so satisfied with her pasta dish. She said it was one of the best vegan meals she has had at a wedding.
Also, about the whole space, people were so nice, we could spread out and enjoy the chairs by the lake, the tables and the grassy area. The members of the country club were very nice and all of the staff were friendly. The whole venu was clean from the restaurant to the restroom/locker room.
Thank you Kristen for making our wedding so wonderful and relaxed!

The venue I chose had a contract with Nolan’s catering which required me to use their services, and for this I am thankful! Their food is incredible quality for a reasonable price. Kristen was helpful and honest during the planning process and made appropriate recommendations specific to our venue and set-up. We used Nolan’s for dinnerware which was more affordable than contracting another vendor. My guests have since raved about the passed hors d'oeuvres and dinner buffet.

Kristen Harter is outstanding and allowed me to make changes and customize the shower with every wish i asked for. The food was fantastic, also exceeding my expectations. And what can you say about the beautiful venue on Canandaigua Lake......wow, wow, wow. And you know it’s special when all your guests tell how great it was. Thank you Kristen. Thank you Nolan’s.

Nolan's had to come into the picture during a tough situation that was not any fault of their own. They were working with our venue and took over the food. What a great choice to take over because their food and service was AMAZING. We couldn't have asked for a better vendor. They were our best one! They were so kind and knowledgeable and gave us what we really wanted. Our guests still rave about how great the food was!! Please, please, PLEASE choose them. You will NOT regret it! I wish I could find recipes that could match what they do but there's simply no comparison. If you want your food and your service to be the best...Choose them! Thank you Nolan's!!
