My husband and I have always joked that “when you know, you know”. We say that because we dated for two weeks, got engaged and were married three months later. That was over 20 years ago. When we started looking for my eternity ring for our anniversary on February 7th I had that same feeling when I saw this ring. It wasn’t the standard looking eternity ring; it was just a little different with the angles of the four different shapes of stones. We knew that was the ring we’d been looking for.
I’d recommend Noémie Jewelry to anyone thinking about making a diamond ring purchase. I also have their halo necklace and get compliments on it every time I wear it. Like I said, when you know, you know.

Open band ring
When choosing a wedding set, consider how they stack and line up. Having a ring sliding side to side is annoying! I was so pleased to find an open band ring for making a treasured heirloom work with my other rings. Noémie is very responsive with communication, and seems perfectly able to customize and ensure your purchase is how you want it. They kept me apprised of the transaction and shipping and delivered on time. I didn’t have to return anything, but I always check reviews before purchasing online, and they seem so responsive that I can’t imagine there would be any issue. I found the pricing for what I bought to be very good, and the stones are so bright and sparkly. This company really has their act together. In all, a very professional company wanting to please customers with great products. In the photo you see my beloved late mother-in-law’s multi-stone wedding ring sitting nicely with my other ring. The Noémie ring is the middle band, but I can switch it around to make other ring combos work better as well. -

A perfect fit
I had stumbled upon Noemie before I was engaged. When it came time to buy a wedding band, I knew the 1 ct eternity band was a front-runner for me. After trying on similar styles from other retailers, I decided to pull the trigger.
The ring arrived quickly, but when it did, I realized 1) it was slightly too big, and 2) I didn’t really like the look of the gap between the band and my low-set oval engagement ring. I personally don’t care for chevron bands and was at a loss for what other alternatives I had when I found Noemie’s open band. At that point, I was at a loss- should I get only the open band? Would I be able to stack it with the 1 ct band? Would stacking the bands affect my sizing for either ring? Both rings? I live in NYC but didn’t have time to go to the showroom, so I ended up just ordering both rings in 2 sizes, knowing I would be returning at least 2, possibly 3 or all 4 of the rings, which made me very nervous. Customer service was extremely helpful and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. I ended up with the smaller size of both the 1 ct band and the open band. The open band fits PERFECTLY with my engagement ring and sits flush with both my engagement ring and the eternity band, eliminating the annoying gap. Both bands are fantastic quality- I look forward to wearing them every day for years to come and eventually passing them down. -

Finally Found the Perfect Wedding Band!
I spent a year looking for the perfect ring. We went to different jewelry stores, I searched online, but I couldn’t find anything to match my heirloom solitaire. Then we found Noemie - not only was the ring gorgeous, it matched the width and height of my solitaire exactly. It looks custom made. I’m so in love! -

Amazing diamonds, excellent craftsmanship.
I purchased my wedding band from Noemie and it is perfect! If you want something custom be prepared to wait a month or two, but it’s worth the wait! I have the eternity band ring in platinum and it’s gorgeous. It sparkles like none other and the quality and customer service are unmatched. -

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company
I loved the idea of using Noemie’s custom design option and they designed me a beautiful ring. I’m generally overly cautious with jewelry, to the point of not wearing jewelry as much as I should to get the true value of it. I only wore the ring out a total of 20 times and only for a few hours each time. I even removed the ring when washing my hands! And it literally just snapped into two pieces one today when I was putting it on. I think their design must have been flawed, because it snapped at a point where two diamonds came together. When I sent it back to them, I was expecting a conversation about how they could redesign it so it wouldn’t break again since it seems like it’s a problem that would recur. Jewelry is meant to be worn. But instead, they claimed I had somehow caused the problem and tried to charge me even more money to “repair” it. This was very offensive to me, because I know for a fact I didn’t damage it in any way. I was saddened by this experience and will hesitate before splurging on myself again, because it feels too risky when this is the way companies cheat their customers these days.
Update: After they randomly accused me via email, without proof, of somehow causing this to happen and told me I needed to pay even more money for a faulty ring (with no plan to address the design flaws that caused it to snap in half), I haven’t even been able to reach any of their staff on the phone or get a call back despite multiple requests.Noémie's reply:

We’re very sorry that your ring broke. We know how personal a custom piece is, and we understand how upsetting it must have been to see it damaged.
As a small business that designs and crafts every piece in-house, we take our workmanship and customer experience extremely seriously. When a piece comes back to us with damage, we conduct a detailed inspection because our reputation is built on the quality and integrity of what we create.
Your custom ring was reviewed under magnification by both our jewelers and our quality-control team. Their findings showed a tear pattern in the metal consistent with an external pull or impact on the setting—not a structural or manufacturing defect. For that reason, the damage did not fall under our warranty, which covers workmanship issues but not accidental impact or snag-related breakage.
That said, we never want a customer to feel unsupported. Even though the damage was outside warranty coverage, we offered a significantly discounted repair and are still happy to restore the piece.
We truly appreciate that you trusted us with a custom design and are sorry this experience left you disappointed.
