It was a perfect wedding weekend in Nashville!
We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner at Noelle in August - everything down to the last detail was perfect! Jordan helped design a wonderful cocktail hour followed by a beautiful and delicious dinner in Saidee Gallery! We followed up with an amazing Sunday brunch at Rarebird on the rooftop for all of our guests. Noelle was a great venue; something unique and so special. The entire staff at Noelle was great and our family will have so many wonderful memories!Noelle's reply:

Perfect rehearsal dinner
Everything was perfect at the Noelle for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. The dinner was delicious. The Saidee Gallery was a beautiful setting and the entire team worked so hard to help us create a wonderful evening for our guests. Gorgeous Venue In The Heart Of Downtown
The team at Noelle was a dream to work with, we originally booked the Saidee Gallery at Noelle as our wedding venue in early 2020 (womp womp) and even though we had to move our wedding date few times due to the neverending pandemic we received nothing but understanding, flexibility, support and amazing customer service from Jordan and the team. Jordan in particular was so wonderful helping me out as I planning my wedding from out of state. She was always willing to answer any stupid question I had, large or small, and my wedding coordinator couldn't stop singing her praises either. The venue itself is stunning and was perfect for our minimalist quirky wedding vision, with architecture and decor you really don't need to add anything to. And the ability to use the elegant bar section as a hideaway and recharge area for myself and my introvert friends was an absolute lifesaver. The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, everyone treated me like an absolute queen and made our long awaited wedding day extra special. I would definitely book with Noelle again for events in the future.Noelle's reply:

Taylor, and the people at Noelle made my daughter's wedding so very special. The chef is amazing. The wedding was a small, family wedding. The venue - which could host a large wedding - was converted into one that handled a small wedding perfectly. it was very special. The rooftop has some of the best views in Nashville. -

We were a covid couple and had to cancel our wedding last year. Once our parents got vaccinated we decided that we wanted to go ahead and have a small wedding now with a party later. We are SO HAPPY we chose The Noelle!!! Taylor was so responsive and had all the information we needed through every step of the process. The building is gorgeous and the Saidee Gallery was perfect for us. So beautiful and great lighting for photos. We had minimal decor and the Saidee Gallery still looked amazing. We had a sweet cocktail reception in the Trade Room bar area and everyone was so impressed with the room and the food (get the Shrimp and Grits appetizer - you won’t regret it!).
I booked a room to get ready in and it was gorgeous!
The staff and service were exceptional and our day was perfect. Just how we had imagined.Noelle's reply:

Taylor G (sales and catering manager) is a living-breathing Saint. She executes the dreamiest wedding events and has her team on point. They were able to do a room flip in like 35 minutes (how is that even possible?!) but Taylor has a plan and makes it happen. The food - perfect. The location - perfect. The drinks - perfect. -

This was the wedding venue of my dreams! It was amazingly beautiful and elegant! It turned out more beautiful than I even imagined! The food... I have been told by my guests...was the best wedding food and beverage they had ever had at a wedding! Everyone is still raving about it! We loved it so much! The staff was incredible and have become personal friends! So many options for guests as well.. ballroom, lounge, 3 bars with one on the rooftop! Just about the perfect wedding venue for around a 120 guest count. It’s intimate yet stunning! Wish I could do the entire day again! It was that magical! -

Most Amazing Venue and Team
Our wedding at the Noelle was a dream come true. Jordan and her team were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond so many times to make our vision come to life. The venue is STUNNING so you barely need any decorations – we opted for minimal flowers to enhance the existing beauty of the space. The whole team was amazing with us and our guests and Jordan repeatedly checked in with me and my husband day of to get us anything we needed. They even blocked off part of the rooftop so we could take dreamy skyline pictures! Cannot recommend the Noelle any higher for your wedding.Noelle's reply:

No bridal suite for getting ready, charged us for every tiny thing, no transparency on charges for alcohol and staff until the bill came. Difficult to work with - my vendors were unhappy. The food was meh and my cake topper to freeze arrived to the room destroyed/mashed up in a box - the contract Insists on a day of wedding planner which made everything more chaotic in my opinion. Just not the best day of my life.Noelle's reply:

Everyone here at Noelle is saddened to hear how you feel. On your tour we showcased the Oscar French conference room as well as guest room locations for getting ready with your Mom and ladies, so that you were able to decide which you preferred.
We pride ourselves on transparency here and have our pricing listed on menus during the selection process, as well as broken down in a detailed workbooks from start to finish. The workbooks include all service charge and taxes. These details are approved and signed off on prior to every wedding and event we produce, as you and Miguel may remember doing prior to your big day.
The off-site planning team you chose to work with, one of the best in Nashville, have been to Noelle many times. They ran the day and delivered all items to your room following the reception. My team and I are so sorry that you felt they weren't the best fit for you.
If you need further clarification of the detailed breakdowns, we would be more than happy to review them and better understand where expectations were not met.
