Our experience with Noel was truly beautifully fulfilling. They were flexible and willing, they hiked with us to our jungle destination. They put in the time and effort to make us feel comfortable, Noel matched our vibes and gave us and unforgettable ceremony. They had very touching, spiritual and heartwarming vows prepared for us to repeat back. The whole ceremony felt magical, he was so in the moment.

It was also possible to choose the language in which the ceremony would be held. Everything took place in a very friendly and calm atmosphere, full of mutual respect and appropriate seriousness. When deciding to come to the beautiful country of Costa Rica to get married we had no idea where to begin to find someone to officiate. We feel so fortunate to have found Noel! He is also able to assist with photographers and location which was of great assistance. Intim wedding at Playa Conchal, Tamarindo
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Noel.
The communication and frequent contact during the contract and enquiry phase, even across the globe, were perfect.
In the days leading up to the wedding, he called us twice to check that everything was OK with our trip and to see if he could help us in any way in Costa Rica and with the wedding.
On the wedding day, he conducted a very beautiful and intimate ceremony, and we couldn't have imagined anything more wonderful than being married by him.
The communication and professionalism were perfect in every way.
The ceremony was very beautiful, professional and utterly enchanting.

Noel and his team went above and beyond. (Including Luis our photographer)
We are a Canadian couple and we exchanged our vows on New Years Eve of 2025 in Costa Rica at our rented villa.
Noel’s communication was outstanding as we planned for our destination wedding. Noel also supplied photography and videography services and took care of the timing & arrangements which made our wedding planning virtually stress free.
Our wedding took place on a holiday. Noel agreed to help us regardless of the timing. He travelled with his family to our isolated destination and his sacrifices didn’t go unnoticed.
As a bride I was so thankful to have extra hands to help me get ready, it’s always nice to have a women’s touch.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect. From the hike to the Nauyaca waterfall, to the beautiful ceremony performed by Noel, it was the perfect day. Noel, our officiant, was wonderful. From explaining the logistics of a Costa Rica Civil Elopement, to bringing excitement and joy to the ceremony of our wedding. Noel was there every step of the way. Being from the United States we were nervous about all of the ins and outs of elopement, but once we got to know Noel, all of our worries went away. La perfecta ceremonia que queríamos!
Recomiendo 100% a Noel y a su equipo! Nosotros somos de Argentina y Chile, y queríamos hacer todo el proceso legal con la documentación acá, lo que podía ser bastante complejo, pero Noel se encargó absolutamente de todo de forma fácil, rápida y muy profesional.
Desde el primer contacto tuvo una excelente coordinación y comunicación, siempre claro, ordenado y disponible para resolver cualquier duda. Gracias a su gestión, todo el trámite fue simple y sin estrés.
Además, la ceremonia fue perfecta: nos casamos en el Parque Nacional Marino Ballena y fue exactamente como lo soñábamos, e incluso mejor. Cada detalle estuvo cuidado y el momento fue realmente especial.

Noel was amazing. Having a destination wedding in another country can be anxiety provoking. Noel made everything extremely easy and smooth. Communication was simple thru email and he always responded promptly. He provided a list of documents needed and submitted everything to the appropriate authorities both prior to and after the wedding. He worked very well with the wedding planner at Hotel Amor Arenal. The day of the wedding could not have gone better. He was punctual and performed a beautiful ceremony. We had a wonderful day and would not change a thing. I can't say enough nice things about Noel. When I first emailed him he was very responsive and professional. At the same time he is very kind and friendly. He has been a wedding officiant for many years and it really shows. His service is wonderful and special. The wording is so special and he does it with such warmness that you feel you have known him forever. He puts you at ease and it relaxes you on your wedding day so that you enjoy your wedding. Noel was an absolute gem as our wedding officiant! From the moment we texted him, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail shone through. He took the time to craft a ceremony that was uniquely tailored to us (asked if we wanted a religious or non religious ceremony) and his eloquent words left my husband and I (and our family on zoom) feeling deeply moved. His calming presence on the big day ensured we could fully enjoy the moment. We ran a little late because of San Jose traffic and when we explained, Noel was patient and told us not to rush so we weren't stressed.

Von Anfang an war Noel sehr professionell und dennoch warmherzig. Er hat uns bei jedem Schritt unseres Hochzeitsvorbereitungsprozesses unterstützt. Von den rechtlichen Formalitäten bis hin zur Organisation des Fotografen.
Die Zeremonie selbst war einfach perfekt. Noel gestaltete sie mit so viel Feingefühl und Rücksicht auf unsere Wünsche, dass wir uns sofort wohl und verbunden fühlten. Seine Worte waren herzerwärmend und wirkten so persönlich, als ob er uns schon seit Jahren kennen würde. Seine ruhige und beruhigende Präsenz half uns, uns zu entspannen und den Moment in vollen Zügen zu genießen.

Noel Ibo Campos was very attentive, personal, cheerful, prompt and paid great attention to detail. He laid everything out so we knew what to expect which was super helpful. We eloped in Costa Rica and found Noel online after some research. His reviews looked good and our emails & WhatsApp conversations helped answer any questions we had. His fee was reasonable for all his services (better than what we were finding online with companies we didn't need all the services they offered), Noel also secured us a photographer, Luis, who was also equally amazing. We are a multi-national couple. Noel prepared all documents and had them translated and certified by an apostille. He then expedited their delivery to us.
Noel provided us with vows for our ceremony that were lovely.
He communicated immediately with us at all times. He was flexible about time and place. (We performed our ceremony in Tamarindo). Getting married abroad could be an uncertain affair.
