Niki and her team at NJ Event Collective are a bride and groom's DREAM! I am a bit of a control freak and am obsessed with attention to detail, so I was very picky when it came to hiring a wedding coordinator. From the first time I communicated with Niki, I knew she was the right person to help plan our wedding. She is so friendly, calm, professional and funny!
Our priority as a couple was to enjoy our day and not be stressed. We knew we could trust Niki and team to manage every aspect of the event and they did so flawlessly! She developed detailed timelines from set up to tear down, managed all of our vendors, and knew where every item needed to be placed for the event.
Everything turned our perfect and the NJ team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and fun day. They even entertained our flower girls during the reception!
We are so grateful for Niki and her team. We love them dearly and highly recommend NJ Event Collective to all brides and grooms! -

Amazing team!!
The NJEC team was AMAZING in working with us to bring our dream wedding to life! My partner and I had a ton of specific ideas and hopes for our special day, and our planner, Jaime, was just as excited to make them happen. It was a blast just to talk and brainstorm with her, and make a working game plan for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
Jaime was patient with us as our minds and circumstances changed throughout the process, and was ready for anything and everything — including last minute floor plan and venue rearrangements due to the crazy monsoon of late September 2025. It was effortless to work with this team, and we really felt that they were so dedicated to seeing our vision come to life. They had our backs and executed flawlessly and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you guys so much! -

I cannot recommend Niki and her team highly enough. While I hired her for "day-of" coordination, she did so much more than that. From the moment we started working together, Niki provided invaluable advice and truly invested herself in making our day perfect.
We developed a genuine friendship, and I always felt like she cared about my wedding as much as I did. She is real, honest, and brings a sense of humor that made the entire process so much more comfortable. When I had those typical "bride panic" moments, Niki was there with immediate solutions and a calming energy that put me right back at ease. She and her team are worth every single penny; our wedding wouldn't have been the same without them! Do not skip out on hiring this vendor, no matter what your venue includes! -

Niki, Jaime, and the whole team at NJ Event Collective made our special day such a wonderful and worry free time for us! In just over 8 months, they helped me and my wife plan a truly spectacular wedding at the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix - We chose the partial planning package and it was worth every penny! Niki and her team handled so much coordination with the Museum and our vendors, and they made the day of the event stress free. I cannot recommend NJ Event Collective highly enough! They will give you peace of mind, expertise, and the confidence to plan every moment of your wedding or special event. -

My husband and I had just three months to plan our wedding. Two weeks before the big day, we realized we needed a licensed day-of coordinator. NJ Events came to the rescue! Hiring this team was some of the best money we spent on our wedding! Niki, Jaime, and the whole NJEC crew honored my vision and executed my wedding day exactly as I had been dreaming, organizing, and planning for over a year. We recently got married at the Desert Botanical Gardens, and the amount of street cred that follows Niki's name is amazing. All my other vendors knew her and loved working with her which made the process that much easier.
Both in the planning process (I went with their "month-of" services) and the execution process, NJEC went above and beyond so we were able to enjoy and experience our wedding day and be totally present in each moment. They did everything in their power to make us both feel prioritized, pampered, and shielded from any chaos or challenges. If you want a team that will put you first, advocate for you when vendors are being tricky, think of every little detail that you never would've considered, AND make your wedding day run smoothly, then I highly recommend NJEC.

We recently partnered with NJ event collective for a couples event at desert botanical garden we were catering. Jamie from their team worked closely with us to ensure a flawless execution and amazing wedding for Chris & Mariel! From the tasting process through the day of we felt her constant support and attentiveness. With a busy event season underway and being a busy catering company and knowing the challenges this time of year always brings with so many clients to attend to, I never felt like our team or our mutual couple wasn't a top priority. We look forward to working with NJ, Jamie and her NJEC team again soon!

Niki and NJ event collective was incredible! I was initially skeptical of having a coordinator to assist in coordinating our wedding, but in hindsight it was an absolute must to ensure our day ran smoothly and keep us stress free as the bride and groom. Niki was able to coordinate directly with our vendors and gave us numerous ideas and tips on decor and flow of ceremony and the day in general. She was very organized and had the perfect amount of help in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Niki also was instrumental in making our DIY decor look flawless! She also validated the typical overwhelming feelings before a wedding and it was clear she is in the right business. She made our day feel extremely important to her and she was just a true joy to work with. I can’t say enough good things!! -

Microwedding
Nikki helped us put together the most beautiful Covid micro wedding in our backyard for close family. Her attention to details, vendor connections, and day of execution was amazing :) -
