Nikki was the photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding day. She was the perfect photographer for both occasions. Nikki has great communication and is extremely organized and efficient. She is a natural behind the camera and captured phenomenal pictures that we cherish. My husband and I do not enjoy getting a bunch of photos taken, but Nikki made it easy and enjoyable. During both sessions, Nikki provided us with a great variety of shots and posing ideas. She was able to command a group in order to get a desired shot, however, she was also unobtrusive at the same time. Nikki provided us with our engagement and wedding photos in a timely manner. We have received many compliments on how amazing our photos are. We are so glad we chose Nikki Funk Photography!

Amazing Service
Nikki was fabulous to work with. She was open for suggestions of different photos/poses, but she already had them lined up. I love that she had photographed at the venue we used prior so she had knowledge of good spots. Not only was she detail oriented, but was great with getting the "big" picture as well. She and her assistant were communicating the entire time to get pictures from different angles. Nikki was very professional and sweet throughout the process. Her pictures were amazing and exactly what we wanted. The style, color, lighting, etc. She was prompt, always answered questions in a timely manner, and would even call to chat if something came up. We were very comfortable working with her! Everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend hiring her for her photography services!

If you are searching for a photographer, look no further - Nikki is the best! I have been in awe of Nikki’s skills since a friend’s wedding in 2020. I was already contacting her to book her for my wedding before we even had our venue picked out! She has an eye for capturing the perfect photo. She’s so easy to get along with, gets everyone hyped while maintaining a smooth timeline. My husband and I are OBSESSED with our photos to say the least. The Perfect Down-to-Earth Photographer You're Looking For!!
When my husband and I first got engaged, it had only been a few days and we realized our need to get engagement pictures done ASAP since where we had always wanted to get pictures done might not be accessible for much longer. In a rush I found Nikki via google search for photographers near me! She had wonderful reviews and her website showcased her beautiful pictures too. I messaged her immediately and had a response back within the hour! She was able to offer us availability for pictures within a few days (even being around Christmas). We loved our engagement pictures so naturally we wanted to book her for our wedding too (which we did!). Nikki also offered us a discounted wedding package since this would be our second booking with her AND it was also discounted even more so because we only requested her for our ceremony and an hour worth of "just us" photos afterward. I'll also add in that she drove completely out of her way in order to be able to be there to photograph our wedding when she could have simply turned us away. She is incredibly accommodating, reasonably priced and will go above and beyond to make. it. work. BOOK HER!

Nikki was the absolutely best from our engagement pictures to the wedding day. She found a way to capture every important moment on camera for us to cherish forever. She delivered our pictures back to us in such a timely manner. Nikki helped capture moments we will forever be able to hold onto. Prior to our wedding, we'd never met Nikki. I was not sure what to expect. However, when we did finally meet the morning of our wedding I felt like I'd known her for years; she was pleasant, not overbearing with demands for any certain pictures, and felt like one of my friends - which made the experience that much better. She went with OUR flow and our speed.
I've attended other weddings where the photographers were pushing their way through the guests and being the center of attention - Nikki was a quiet presence that got the job done and did not interrupt my guests' experience.
When it came time for photos of just my husband and I she made it feel easy and routine for US even though we'd never done that before. She did not waste our time and got the job done. We only hired her for 6 hours and spent about $1300-1600. She was the best deal for the quality and technique I was looking for.
The best part was that she sent out pictures here and there as she was working on them. It was like having little pleasant surprises here and there until we could get everything back.
Her overall timing for product return was great; she took about 4 weeks. I know some businesses that only take about 2-3 days; however, getting all of our photos back about a month later allowed us to relive our wedding day all over again after everything had returned to normal. Personally, I think it was a great "happy 1st month of marriage" gift, and allowed us to enjoy the wedding bliss all over again.
Overall, Nikki was great and she would be welcome back into our family events anytime.

Nikki did my best friend's wedding, and I was getting married a month later. I was a little apprehensive about the photographer we had already booked, and when I saw the sneak-peek photos from my best friend's wedding, I knew I wanted Nikki to do our wedding too!
She was incredibly helpful, flexible, friendly, willing to go with whatever ideas we came up with, and we loved all the ideas she had! She was so much fun to have around the day of and is sure to make you laugh. Nikki was our photographer for our wedding. She was prompt and very flexible on our wedding day. She showed up to take pictures earlier than planned. Nikki went around the property to figure out where to take the best pictures. She was even able to pull us to get beautiful sunset photos on our wedding day. Nikki made sure to get pictures from each important part of them wedding and them some! She is an amazing photographer and so wonderful with children. She has done our engagement, wedding and family photos! We love her work and look forward to getting out pictures taken with her. Nikki was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Right away when I started talking to her it felt like she was an old friend that I’ve known for years! So nice and easy to work with. Getting married in 2020 made me change my venue three times and every time I would give her an update she’d just say “can’t wait!”. I can’t recommend her enough. She takes phenomenal photos and is so much fun to work with. The day after our wedding my husband (who hates pictures) raved about how much fun he had getting his pictures taken with Nikki. Nikki is fantastic. No other words to describe her. The “illness” made planning a wedding in 2020 a positive nightmare, but Nikki was so flexible and helpful with all the plan changes. She was wonderful and made us feel absolutely ‘at home’ with her photo-taking at our ‘at home’ wedding. Her pictures are gorgeous. An Absolutely Wonderful Experience
Working with Nikki has been an amazing experience. We met her for the first time at our engagement photo session. She made us feel extremely comfortable and even traveled to our requested location. The photos she took were beautiful and with the natural touch we were looking for. We had to book her for our wedding! She spent the entire day with us and never missed a beat. She caught all of the natural and special moments of the day and had great suggestions. She was extremely prompt, flexible, professional, dedicated and kind. She went out of her way several times to fulfill requests for certain pictures. She has continued to quickly respond to any questions we have. We will reach out to her for any other special occasions in the future. We would recommend her to anyone!

Utmost Professionalism
Nikki Funk and her excellent team fulfilled the promise of ensuring that our wedding day was captured as beautifully as possible. As stressful as that day was and how worried we were that things weren't going to be absolutely perfect, once we saw the previews and final copies of the photographs we were floored with how everything came together.
This was entirely due to the knowledge and expertise that Nikki and team brought to the table. Everything from the timing, locations, and positions of every photograph was orchestrated to ensure that we would be pleased with the final output.
I cannot recommend Nikki Funk Photography enough, as I know that if you use their services you will be as happy as we are with the outcome.

Gorgeous wedding pictures
Nikki and her husband were on time, patient and so very kind. My husband and I received so many gorgeous photos we couldn’t ever pick our favorite. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great photographer who travels and doesn’t over charge. Everyone who saw our pictures went on and on about how perfect they were!

Nikki was very talented, calm, professional and fun! She was so helpful throughout the process by offering support, advice and guidance. Amazing and Super Fun
We loved working with Nikki! All the photos were gorgeous and captured our personalities and everything we loved about our wedding day. We ran into a couple snags on the wedding day and and she was more than accommodating and even stayed a little later to make sure we had photos of everyone. We loved our pictures so much we had her do a second, casual session for just us and our pooch!

Absolutely amazing! Can't go wrong hiring Nikki!
Nikki (and her husband) were great to work with. They photographed my wedding, and Nikki also did our engagement pictures. The pictures turned out great, absolutely beautiful. I don't know how I'm going to choose which ones to get large prints of for display because there are too many that I love. They were so professional without being stiff. I can't recommend them enough.

Wonderful!
Nikki was phenomenal to work with. Despite it raining all day for our wedding, she made us comfortable and is even doing a second shoot for us outdoors. Nikki did a fantastic job on our wedding day. She is very professional yet down to earth, she felt like apart of the wedding party. Nikki took away all the stress of the bride and groom and worrying about things to do. We had a blast with her and loved her so much we told her she could use our farm anytime for pictures for any future events. I’ve already recommended her to several upcoming wedding couples! Nikki was simply amazing. She had a list of ideas for photographs, was always available By email or text, and it was a pleasure to have her with me on my wedding day. She was never intrusive, and I didn’t even notice her taking photos of the ceremony (though the ones she took are beautiful). If you are looking for a photographer who not only takes amazing photographs but is also reasonably priced, Nikki is the right choice!

Nikki was amazing! She made us all feel so comfortable and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She caught special moments throughout the entire day that we would have missed otherwise. Words cannot describe how amazing Nikki and her husband, Harlen, are. I just got my wedding pictures back (in a very timely fashion) and swooned all over again!
The quality of her photos are Bridal Magazine worthy, absolutely gorgeous, and she will do anything the couple has in mind! Harlen (sorry Nikki) shot my all time favorite picture of the day! My husband also said that they had a blast with him getting ready!
She is also so fast at responding (I even interrupted her vacation.. oops.. but she still responded!)

Nikki is by far the best price out there with the best quality. Her price was half of what my friends spent on their weddings.. and you OWN your photos so that you don't have to bother ordering through her!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nikki! She just photographed our wedding this past Saturday and on Sunday we had previews! From what we have seen so far, we are thoroughly impressed and love all of them! She was quick to respond any time I contacted her prior to the wedding. While she was with us, she was professional, but at the same time, it felt like we were with a friend. Very personable and everyone felt completely comfortable around her and her assistant. We will definitely hire again when a photographer is needed and will, without a doubt, pass her name along to anyone looking!

I can’t even put into words the amount of magic Nikki works behind the camera. It’s a cliche saying but your wedding day goes by so quickly and there are things you don’t even think to get pictures of. NIKKI HAS YOUR BACK. Once we received our wedding photos and looked through all of the wonderful moments she captured that I didn’t even think to capture, I was amazed. By far, the best photographer I could’ve even dreamed to have. I’m so glad I chose her and can relive my wedding day through the wonderful moments she captured for us that day!

We haven't even seen all of our wedding pictures yet but from the handful we saw, we know we couldn't have picked a better photographer! Nikki was amazing from the time we first contacted her all the way through the wedding. She's so accommodating and truly the best person to work with! She monitored the weather the week of the wedding and rushed to order a gorgeous umbrella just in case (which I didn't even think of!). Nikki's poses were adorable and made sure we got any shots she knew we may have wanted. None of our previous pictures even compare to Nikki's! She's one of the best!

Plain and simple Nikki is phenomenal! She went out of her way to make a connection with my husband and I from our first meeting and built a relationship with us to understand who we are as a couple. When it came to the wedding day she made everyone feel so welcome, comfortable and fit right in with our entire wedding party. I can't believe I'm the first to write a review for Nikki. First -- she is an amazing artist. I don't know how she did it, but I looked fantastic in her pictures. I am NOT photogenic and even considered not having wedding pictures taken. I am so happy I listened to my hubby and got Nikki! She and her assistant braved the 10 degree snowy January weather with my hubby, me and 14 unruly wedding party members to capture beautiful outdoor pics. She knows exactly how to use natural light so that everyone looked their best. Her suggestions for poses were organic and fun. She is definitely worth every penny and then some.
