We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! We had Marcel and he was AMAZING! From the ceremony to the last song of the night, everything was perfect. He was professional, organized, and really listened to what we wanted. The music kept the dance floor full all night, and the transitions were smooth and well-timed. We love Nightshift Sounds! Wonderful service, so attentive to detail, and we felt taken care of throughout the whole process. I was amazed at how responsive Marcel was, and I was impressed that he called the day before the wedding to go over the details I had sent. That really gave me peace of mind. He was communicative throughout the whole process leading up to the wedding, and throughout the reception. We had a BLAST and he kept us and our guests dancing! 10/10 recommend!

The best day ever
Music was super important to me and my husband, as we wanted everyone to have fun. I had all my guest tell us that the DJ killed it all night! Music was a 10/10 from us. We wished we could have been on the dance floor longer. Besides music, he was so good at the schedule, super accommodating and everything just went so perfect and smoothly. Marcel was absolutely incredible! We could not be happier with the results. At our first meeting, it was clear that he "got" us and really listened to our requests. We left that initial meeting knowing that we were in good hands with Marcel and immediately felt that peace of mind we so needed. Marcel is the best! The music was on point and kept people dancing throughout the entire reception! I don't think I sat down once because I was having so much fun. Marcel also generated two dance mixes for me. He made a fun mash-up of songs for my stepfather and I to dance to in addition to merging a voicemail from my father into one of his favorite songs which means the world to me. DJ Marcel kept our wedding guests entertained from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with the song choices and how he kept the guests engaged all night long .He even helped with the father daughter dance. We danced the night away!!

Finding the perfect DJ for your wedding can be difficult. You want everything to go perfectly for the big day. Several people suggested I look into Nightshift Sounds and contact Marcel. They said he has years of experience and makes it so easy. I AM SO HAPPY I LISTENED TO THEM! He was amazing. He kept the crowd’s attention and kept the dance floor packed. He’s a great crowd reader and played music accordingly. He’s got a great crew and I would suggest this company a million times over!

DJ that knows how to get the crowd going!
I mainly communicated with Marcel throughout the process and he was great and very easy to work with. Gaetano was our DJ and he did an awesome job! Everyone was complementing the music and still is. I am so happy I went with Nightshift Sounds! They did not disappoint.

Fantastic DJ experience!
Nightshift Sounds truly made our wedding reception fantastic. Family and friends have commented several times that this was the best DJ they've experienced at a wedding. The music flowed together well and kept the energy high throughout the night. Marcel interacted with our guests, kept everything on schedule, and talked to my husband and I before we made our exit to make sure we were happy with how everything went. The online planning tool is so easy to use, and Marcel called us before the big day to go over our music choices, dances, etc. which was so professional and put our minds at ease. I honestly have zero complaints, and I HIGHLY recommend Nightshift Sounds.

Simply put, Marcel is a top of the line, grade A DJ. There service was the life of the party. We can't thank Marcel enough for the effort he put in to make sure our ceremony and our reception was organized and most importantly stress free. Perfect timing, Everybody Danced
Marcel made sure we were all comfortable and taken care of for our wedding day. He called to confirm our selection, okay'd requested songs, and made recommendations two weeks before the big day. He cut down the mother/son and father/daughter songs to like two choruses and a verse so the guests didn't lose interest, and then got the party started with songs from every decade so every demographic at the party could enjoy and dance. He was an excellent MC and I would recommend him to anybody.

Amazing experience
Marcel is the best!! My husband was so set on having a band at our wedding, but for several reasons we decided on a DJ. At first he was hesitant, but after meeting with Marcel, he was sold! We are both pretty picky with our music taste, and Marcel was able to please not only us, but our 350 guests as well. We love to dance, and we were able to just that! Marcel is great at reading the crowd and making sure everyone is involved and having a good time. He is very professional and also just a super nice guy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Marcel, for making our wedding so special!

Best DJ Ever!
Nightshift Studios made our reception so much fun! DJ Marcel is interactive without being too much, he can really read the crowd and plan accordingly. We played some games with him and used one of his GOBOs so our name was lit up on the wall. He has an online planning website which is a huge plus when you are so busy and can make decisions around your schedule! There is also an online link to send your guests so they can request music, I LOVED having that instead of having to print something for them to fill it out and get it back to me. His planning site makes the whole thing so much easier!!!! He played the music for my wedding ceremony, and he was so fantastic with blending the music at the right moment. The reception was a blast. He kept me on the dance floor all night, you will not regret using Nightshift Studios, DJ Marcel was my best vendor to work with!

I was nervous about having a DJ instead of band, because we’ve all been to “that” wedding and felt bad for the bride and groom because their DJ was terrible. But friends, that is not the case with Marcel! He was unbelievably attentive to our crowd and played the best mix of songs we could have ever hoped for! We had so many compliments afterwards about how wonderful he was and how much fun everyone had. If you’re in the market for a DJ, I highly recommend Marcel and Nightshift Sounds!!

A 25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration reception to remember!
Marcel was exceptional! His attention to detail was nothing but perfect! His execution of the vision for our 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration reception was phenomenal and very well done. The recommendation to add a go-bo light commemorating our anniversary was awesome! The light displays, timing and cuing of music was on point! Marcel knew exactly what songs to play to keep our guests on the dance floor! His expertise and years in the music business were on display when he recommended songs for all of our special dances! Marcel and Nightshift Sounds rocked our wedding reception! They were really helpful helping us plan out our reception and what times different dances and moments would occur. They also worked with us to build out a playlist based on our crowd of very mixed ages that would still have everyone on the floor. We received so many compliments in the weeks after our wedding about how much fun our reception was. We cannot thank Marcel and Nightshift enough, great work!

This company blew our wedding out of the water. This team from beginning to end was very supportive and always there for us. Not only were we able to select a lot of our songs, they confirmed how we wanted to run the event, and kept us in line throughout. They also have a great user based site to choose songs, pay, etc. Very user friendly.
Joe was our DJ and couldn't have asked for anyone better. Joe was the most professional since day 1 and respected everything my wife and I wanted. He would throw ideas out there, and adjust to how we wanted the event to run. He was able to customize the playlist to make everything flow which was great. He kept us in line and was keeping us updated throughout the wedding. If we wanted to adjust something, he would do it. We were extremely happy the company set us up with Joe, and all the family was also very happy to have him as our DJ.

Nightshift Sounds literally saved my wedding. We booked a DJ 10 months prior to our wedding. He took our deposit and never contacted us, or responded to us again. The week before our wedding, our photographer recommended us to Nightshift Sounds. Nightshift immediately contacted us and was incredible throughout the whole frantic process, and profusely apologized on behalf of the whole DJ community for our crappy DJ who fell off the face of the Earth (don’t go to Azalea City DJs). Nightshift has an amazing helpful website that allows us to choose songs for each part of the reception (dances, cake-cutting etc.) and they even added all the requests guests had sent in on the RSVP cards also. They have a TON of music to pick from—from all genres. We even got to have the Harry Potter theme play for our cake-cutting! Our DJ, Gaetano, I cannot recommend highly enough. He was utterly FANTASTIC. He caught us right before we walked in and several times he came up to me to make sure he was doing everything I wanted. Gaetano read the crowd and always knew EXACTLY what to play to get the crowd dancing. He was a PERFECT emcee, and he is seriously the best DJ I have ever encountered. Nightshift Sounds, and Gaetano, saved my wedding reception from being a silent disaster. If you do not at least contact these guys to DJ your events, you are really missing out.

Marcel was absolutely fantastic. He made the night an absolute blast. My only complaint is that the night ended way too soon. No one paid much mind to the monsoon happening outside because the music was so fun inside! I've already received so many compliments regarding his DJ-ing and I would certainly recommend him for anyone needing a DJ in the Gulf Coast area. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Nightshift Sounds (Marcel) for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day. Marcel was incredibly easy to work with and was beyond patient with the last minute changes and requests I made. Marcel uses a wonderful online planning tool that allows you to plan the music for your big day from the comfort of your home and at your own pace. He was incredibly helpful in selecting music for the different parts of our big day and was able to find every song we requested. My husband even had Marcel create a remix for his mother/son dance - it was perfect! Marcel's timing during the cermeony was impeccable and his music selections and suggestions for the coctail hour and reception were perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ experience at the wedding. Marcel is incredibly talented and professional, as is the rest of the team at Nightshift Sounds. Would highly reccomend for any event!

Marcel with Nightshift Sounds Entertainment did an incredible job! Leading up to the wedding he would suggest to us great songs to get everyone on the dance floor and if i ever had a question he would respond via email right away! The night of the reception he kept the dance floor packed the entire night! Wish we could relive the night again!

All I can sayis Thank God for them being there. The lights and music were better than I have ever seen and on top of that their experience helped us with the flow of the whole event. They coordinated with the officient and venue to pull off a fun and elegant event. I would do it again on a heart beat.

We interviewed several DJ's before deciding to hire Marcel, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From our first meeting, he was so professional and helpful. He really listened to us and tried to understand the vision we had for our wedding. He was always willing to help anytime we asked.
Our wedding reception was phenomenal! The dance floor was full the entire night! Marcel timed and executed everything to perfection, even though we made a few last minute changes. Our guests are still talking about how much fun the reception was and how awesome our dj was. Gaetano was our dj and he is awesome!! He is so sweet and fun. He kept the party going all evening. They exceeded my expectations! Gaetano was my DJ for my ceremony and reception. He was so professional and got the guests dancing and singing. I was also very impressed by the way he kept finding me to tell me what we were doing next so I knew what was going on in all the craziness. Night Shift also has an online set up that makes it so easy to choose your songs and to search for top songs for weddings. I highly recommend!!

Gaetano was an amazing DJ! One of my hopes was to see my husband (who doesn't really dance) enjoying himself on the dance floor at our wedding. It was a dream come true! Gaetano kept the crowd dancing from beginning to end, his song choices were great, and he gave us a wonderful, memorable reception. I highly recommend Nightshift Sounds for your wedding! We loved Marcel!!!! We had heard so many good things about him from friends and he definitely lived up to the hype. Marcel is so easy to work with and such an awesome person. We felt so comfortable having him perform as dj on our day. He also attached a mic to my groom so everyone could hear the ceremony. He played so much great music during our reception and was also kind enough to play lots of requests from our friends. We would definitely recommend Marcel and Nightshift Sounds to anyone looking for a ceremony dj!!

There are not enough positive words in the world to describe Marcel with NightShift Sounds Entertainment! Every guest, from 5 to 95, was RAVING about how much fun they had and how AWESOME the man on the mic was! The sweet moments were captured perfectly, the crowd danced ALL night (literally, we tore the dance floor apart...oops....) and Marcel was super funny and friendly! If I could do our wedding night over a thousand times, I would pick Marcel EVERY SINGLE TIME. You will NOT be disappointed. Cheers!
