Amazing! Hire them!
Joe and Kiara were truly wonderful! Not only are they great photographers but they are both extremely kind. They have a calm yet confident energy about them which is exactly what you want on your wedding day when everything is moving a thousand miles per hour around you. They were extremely accommodating and flexible with our plan for the day. The guys and girls got ready in 2 locations for the ceremony and Joe spent the morning with the guys and Kiara with the girls. They made everyone feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. During the obligatory traditional family photos, they were efficient and thorough. They were also discrete in capturing candid moments throughout the night. I had various members of my wedding party tell me how much they loved the two of them. I can’t recommend them enough!
Update: I just received my wedding highlight video and am absolutely BLOWN away. It is apparent they spent so much time and effort in the editing to ensure they captured the essence of the day perfectly. I did not even notice them while they took the videos on the day of so I am in awe of the beautiful footage they captured. They are truly amazing! -

I had a very specific vision for my wedding photos, and wasn't loving any of the photographers I had been recommended in the Albany area. When I stumbled across Nicolette Media's page on Wedding Wire, they only had 3 reviews but I loved their vibe. I am SO happy I booked them, because my husband and I could not be more happy with not only how the photos turned out, but with how sweet Joe and Kiara were.
Joe and Kiara are an incredible husband and wife duo that brought a lighthearted and fun vibe to our wedding day. They made us feel super comfortable the entire day, and the photos are better than we ever could have imagined. We wanted a lot of candid, non-forced photos, and they gave us just that! From the venue photos to wedding party photos, they captured our day so organically and beautifully.
Cannot recommend them enough! -

I still look at our wedding photos everyday!
Joe & Kiara were such an amazing couple to work with! We used them for our engagement photos, wedding day photos and hybrid/video trailer. All of our family, friends, and loved ones had nothing but incredible things to say about our photos! It was so great to have both of them there, shooting both together and separately. My husband and I cannot recommend them enough for your special day! The quality of the photos, how personable both Joe and Kiara were during the entire day and the days leading up to it. Hire them!!! You won't regret it. -

So amazing!
Joe and Kiara were absolutely amazing and everyone in and at the wedding raved about how great they were. They work together so incredibly and through that are able to capture a lot of candid moments. They immediately made us so comfortable at our engagement shoot and we were so pleased with those pictures. Our wedding was no different. They were so accommodating with so many last minute changes due to covid and still were able to capture every amazing moment from the day. They were fun and able to go with the flow. They made sure to get all of the group shots we wanted and more and were able to provide us with so many memories from our day. The number of photos is more than we could have ever expected and the quality is even greater. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional photographer. -

Ahhmazing!
Joe & Kiara were SO easy to work with and their work is STUNNING. They used all natural lighting which was really nice not to have the added reflectors and a ton of equipment to lug around. They're an extremely efficient duo, as they shoot video simultaneously and are able to make the switch seamlessly. I received many compliments from our guests and wedding party how sweet they were, and just how great it was for how quickly they were able to move through the shots. They truly know how to capture the essence of your wedding day and the vibe you're looking for. We will hire them for any and all future photoshoots! -

My fiancé and I booked them for our upcoming wedding next year. We completed in our engagement shoot in St. Augustine. Kiara was very nice, and we left the shoot feeling confident. However, the photos we received back were very poor quality and not comparable at all to the portfolio they advertised. The composition of many of the photos were strange and unflattering. There was a large black pipe in several of our "good" photos that she should have noticed or could have easily photoshopped out. Many of the photos showed us with our mouths open. Kiara put us in several poses that turned out looking very awkward and unflattering for both of us. Several photos honestly looked like they were taken on an iPhone. They looked like they were trying to be "editorial", but the execution was just not there. You could barely tell we were in the most historic and most beautiful city in Florida. The few decent photos we received were greatly overshadowed by the bad ones.
We reached out to 3 different professional photographers to see if our concerns were valid. I did not want to come off as a "bridezilla". They all stated that we very well should be upset at the quality we received. We paid a very hefty deposit (well over $1,000). We voiced our concerns and Kiara agreed to do a re-shoot. However, her communication about this was very poor. A few business days went by & we still had not heard about a reshoot date. We wanted to take care of this right away as we were growing more unconfident with her abilities by the day. We were very prompt with our communication. She also did not seem to take any accountability for the issues we voiced. She more so told us that me and my fiancé would do better next time which did not sit well with me. My fiancé and I are not pro models and nor should we be. She only answered back when we followed up wanting to part ways.
We inquired about receiving part of our deposit back because the amount we paid was VERY high & the quality of images we received were not at all comparable to the portfolio photos. We were denied any type of refund which was very hurtful as she has close to 5 months to fill our date. We never once asked for a full refund. We simply just were not confident or comfortable at this point due to how it was all handled. We did not feel like a priority.
We sought legal counsel about this matter. Our lawyer also agreed that the contract we signed was very poorly written. Overall, Kiara seemed very nice. We were very excited to have her photograph our wedding since she was recommended to us by another professional photographer, and we liked her portfolio. However, I would not recommend due to our experience.
