I truly cannot say enough about our experience working with Nicole for our wedding!! From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and just incredibly talented. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera which was one of our main concerns, and this really showed in the photos.
Nicole made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She really helped us with planning out our timeline and making sure we had time to actually enjoy our day, not just pose for photos. Her attention to detail and calming presence made everything run so smoothly. She blended in seamlessly to the day, but was also there to direct and assert herself when we needed her to without even having to ask. We had multiple family members and friends compliment how well she directed the day and how she made everyone feel so comfortable!
Getting our photos back was so exciting and seeing how they came out made us feel so overjoyed and just allowed us to relive all the feelings of that day over and over again.
We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to capture our wedding day. She’s amazing, and we’ll cherish these photos forever!!

Nicole was hands down awesome. I was initially drawn to her photographs because of the lighting and unique style she had. When I spoke to her on the phone, it only reaffirmed my decision; she was so easy-going and relatable. Everything was so incredibly easy during our engagement shoot; she gave us recommendations for where to go, and once we got there, she directed us on how to pose and where to go, etc. it took almost no effort on our part, lol. At the same time, she did take into account our ideas for both the engagement shoot and wedding photos.
The day of the wedding, Nicole made everything so easy. At times it almost felt like she brought everyone together during the photo shoots. Even my father-in-law made a comment about how good she was! Of course, I was so impressed with all the photos she took. I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to do our wedding photography. She made things fun and lighthearted while creating beautiful photographs that will last a lifetime. -

The celebration of our wedding was Photographed by Nicole Marcelle Photography. Nicole has a knack for making people comfortable and creating just the right setting for her photos. She has a format that allows couples to think through the photography plan for the day of the wedding while providing sufficient time for wonderful photos in the midst of a very busy day. We were able to capture all the moments we had hoped for without sacrificing mingling with guests and having genuine fun. Nicole is not your average photographer. She is an artist. The quality of our photographs was beyond expectations. We can’t think of anything that was missed in the 700+ photographs that Nicole took on our wedding day. Amazing Experience!
We are so fortunate to have worked with Nicole for our July 2023 wedding! Her work speaks for itself, of course - we were immediately drawn to her eye for perspective, the natural look she achieves, and her elegant but unpretentious style - but what we didn’t expect was how clutch she’d be as a partner and a presence on a crazy, overwhelming day. We did both an engagement photo shoot and wedding photography with Nicole. From the very beginning, she made sure to learn about us and our preferences, and when the big days came, she was prepared, fun, flexible, and supportive. She always had a plan - but she could turn on a dime if we wanted something else (or if an unexpected opportunity for a great shot appeared, which is how we ended up with an awesome save the date photo on a lifeguard stand at sunset).
On our wedding day, we worked with both Nicole and Amanda, and their A+ communication skills and endless patience put us at ease when it felt like we were juggling a million things. They managed to be everywhere and nowhere all at once. What I mean is, we have so many amazing photos from so many perspectives and so many different special moments, but not once did we feel like we were being stage managed or intruded on during a private moment. When we got our full album back, we were blown away by how many favorites we had, and how many moments we could relive. Thank you for being you throughout our special day Nicole!

Nicole is absolutely phenomenal. She is kind, funny, professional, smart, and supportive throughout the entire wedding process. She made my husband and I feel comfortable, constantly checked in with our needs, and is incredibly talented. An Experience to Experience
I am truly unsure words can describe my experience with Nicole. We clicked immediately at the engagement shoot session. Her demeanor made my now husband and I at complete ease with being photographed. Not only were we comfortable, but we also had fun! In the months leading up to the wedding Nicole was an excellent support. She periodically checked in on the process and even attended our final walkthrough prior to the wedding. My fondness for Nicole, not only as a photographer, but also as a human, was solidified on the wedding day in May. She curated a timeline that prevented any chaos on the big day. I am convinced she has a sixth sense because every time she saw my anxieties rising, she eased them. All of my wedding party was shocked by her professionalism, skill and kindness. After the day of the wedding, we received a sneak peek promptly, and all of the final photos very quick compared to many other people I know. The photos left everyone speechless and will allow my husband and I to relive our special day for the rest of our lives. I cannot thank and recommend Nicole enough for making our wedding day so special. I can say with certainty that the day would not have been what it was without her efforts. -

Could not be more phenomenal!
Nicole was absolutely incredible from start to finish- she immediately made us feel comfortable from the first time we spoke, and throughout the whole wedding day she was so helpful and easy going. We had some unexpected last minute changes, and she was so amazing at accommodating the craziness. Our photos are unbelievable- she somehow captured the exact feelings of the day in every photo, and we can't stop looking at them! 10000/10, would recommend her to anyone and everyone getting married! -

Where do I begin?
I can't say enough good things about Nicole. She made us comfortable from the very beginning when we met her for our engagement photos. My husband and I don't feel comfortable in front of the camera and we didn't know what to expect. Nicole made sure we didn't overthink anything and we spent most of our session laughing. From that moment on, she became our confidant and guide as we navigated the wedding planning process. She was so quick to answer questions or provide advice, whether it be want an email, test, or phone call. She was never too busy for us (even though we knew the opposite was true). When the big day came, she was the calm but strong presence we needed to enjoy our day but keep to the schedule. Her humor and confidence made the process easy. And the photos!! We got our sneak peek within 48 hours and our photos within a month. They were incredible. She captured the essence of the venue and of the evening, as well as the happiness of the people that day. Not to mention the fact that when my train broke on the dance floor she was there in seconds pinning it up. Nicole went above and beyond. We can't recommend her enough! -

Nicole is exceptional! Her photos are absolutely beautiful. She was so helpful on our wedding day. She did a great job with the pictures, helped with my dress; it was a bad weather day, but Nicole was energetic and did not let the weather interfere with our pictures. She trudged through the snow to get the most perfect shots. I was so impressed with her enthusiasm, passion and energy, creativity. I would highly recommend Nicole for your wedding! She was instrumental in making our wedding the perfect day. -

I honestly don't know where to start because working with Nicole was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end, and then some! Nicole isn't just a photographer. She truly is an artist. Her photos are absolutely stunning. She captures everything in the most intimate, honest way. She truly has a gift for capturing the essence of a person and the moment, which makes the photos timeless. You will feel all the warm and fuzzies when going through your photos every time you look at them. We are not the only ones that feel this way either. We could not say enough about how glad we are that Nicole was our wedding photographer. She is an absolute pro. We felt so at ease and natural with her during our wedding. She's got a great sense of humor and a keen eye for composition. Nicole was also super attentive to personal details on what photos would mean a lot to us. Nicole also had a great eye to suggest what spots would highlight us, our family, and our venue best given weather and an unexpected large event next door to our venue that meant there were way more cars around than we expected! She went above and beyond in understanding our changing needs around our pandemic family travel circumstances. Also, within Nicole is prompt in her communication and quick to provide sound expert advice in planning our day. She even has several blog posts prepared with FAQs to help us anticipate any concerns we may have. Her terms are transparent and she offers online info forms, payment platforms, and galleries that really helped us feel organized. We give an absolutely hearty recommendation to hiring Nicole as your wedding photographer! -

She has the confidence to direct you in poses and makes it such a smooth and fun experience! Also, her pricing is extremely fair and for what you get, it's a steal! Nicole photographed my cousin's wedding and did such an amazing job that I asked her to photograph mine as well. She is so easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable. The pictures came out AMAZING!! And she even gave us hard copies, a personalized wooden box, and a flash drive. Since then, my best friend and another cousin have both had her photograph their weddings as well. CANNOT RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY ENOUGH! -

We are so fortunate to have found Nicole to capture our wedding. We originally hired a photographer and had to fire him (found out post engagement photos he was horrible). 2 months out from the wedding we were scrambling to find someone. Luckily my friend Casey booked Nicole for her wedding in June and she happen to have our wedding date available in September. Nicole is super friendly, responsive, professional, trustworthy I could go on and on. Book her now before she is booked by someone else! She is flexible, very fairly priced and goes the extra mile. We love her and know you will too!

Molly Sent on 08/10/2018Nicole was hands down the best decision we made about our August 2018 wedding (other than marrying each other, of course!) We couldn’t have been happier with her services and we think future New England brides and grooms would be crazy not to use her!
Nicole replied promptly to our initial email and was more flexible than any other photographer we spoke to in terms of willingness to customize a package. In addition to the wedding, she agreed to source a second photographer for our ceremony, to photograph our welcome cookout on my family’s farm, and to take a large family photo.
A few months prior to the wedding, we had a fun meeting in a local coffee shop. Nicole was relaxed and friendly and we liked her immediately. But we really realized that we had struck gold with Nicole when our wedding neared. Nicole independently drove to both my family’s farm and our venue to scope out good photography shots. She showed up at our actual wedding rehearsal (something we did not pay her to do!). She worked tirelessly at our two events. Somehow she remembered all of my uncles names for the family photo? On the wedding day, she was on her feet for over 12 hours, taking photos on a dizzying carousel, in the rain, and for hours in the middle of a crowded dance floor. And she was extremely prompt with the results, sharing a sneak peek just 2 days after the wedding!
If you are looking for an incredibly talented and sweet person who blends right in with your family, and who has great prices to boot, Nicole Marcelle is your woman. We’re thrilled we found her. -
