The best photographer!
Nicole is the absolute best at what she does!! Our wedding pictures are BEAUTIFUL, we could not be more happy with them. She not only captured our Utah elopement perfectly, but helped the day go so smoothly.
She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they have the best day possible. I had to find a replacement hairstylist on the day of and she personally reached out to numerous great stylists to ensure I had the best options. She’s so personable, fun, and talented. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed! -

When we had to reschedule our 2020 wedding, we had to hustle to find a new photographer for the following year. That’s when I stumbled upon Nicole’s Instagram and decided to shoot my shot. And thank god I did. Nicole is the photographer, cheerleader, friend, angel that every one needs on their wedding day. Not only did she capture our perfect day with photos we will treasure FOREVER - she made us all feel beyond comfortable to be ourselves, making our pictures even better because they’re REAL. Seriously, stop searching because you’re not going to find anyone better. Nicole will forever be a cherished friend - heck she is basically family at this point. 100000/10 recommend. The BEST Photographer!
Nicole was the best addition to our wedding! She is so incredibly talented and creates the most EPIC and BEAUTIFUL shots that are unique, raw, and romantic. We not only feel so lucky to have the incredible photos she has left us with, but we feel so lucky to have had Nicole join us on our big day. She radiates the best energy and makes anyone standing in front of the camera feel like the ultimate Queen/King! Our entire wedding party raved about how awesome Nicole was. She is the most talented photographer and her personality is one that can not be matched! We cannot thank her enough for the images she captured to help us remember our big day. If you want a photographer who will deliver spectacular wedding shots, and have you smiling the entire day, hire Nicole! She is the best! -

Photo queen
We were looking for a photographer that allowed us to be ourselves and Nicole did just that and MUCH more. She not only made everything so easy on us, but eased so much anxiety before and during the wedding itself.
She is truly a master of not only her craft, but understanding people. She brought out the best in everyone during the wedding party/family photo session. She captured wonderful moments during the ceremony. Her ideas for couple photographs were beyond our dreams. And she got some creative shots of the venue and the decorations as well!

We absolutely loved having Nicole and Robyn take our engagements, bridals, and wedding pictures. Our pictures are an absolute dream and we will treasure them forever. We receive compliments on our wedding pictures all the time and I feel so blessed to have found this dream team for our wedding! On top of that, my husband hates having his pictures taken and often feels very uncomfortable, but Nicole made him feel at ease and even enjoy it!?! That's straight magic. -

Bubbly and professional, such a great experience!
Nicole was a ROCKSTAR for our wedding! She was such a pleasure to work with and so helpful along the way. She was very communicative and answered any and all questions that we had about the planning process. Her expertise goes far beyond just taking photos, she is a whiz at scheduling, timelines, and rallying people. Her demeanor helped us feel comfortable and relaxed, and she has a way of making everyone laugh without even trying. It was entirely a wonderful experience and we cannot recommend her enough! -

Where do I even begin? From our first phone call to our last late night toast the night of our wedding, Nicole wasn't just a photographer by the end of our time together, she was like a long-time friend and part of the family. We had talked to a number of photographers in our search for our destination wedding and the moment we talked to Nicole - we just knew. She made us feel comfortable, excited, and beautiful in every interaction whether it be via phone, Instagram, text, etc. Nicole was also the BEST sport and calmest person when first her flight to our wedding was canceled and then next it rained mid-shoot on our wedding day. Her ability to remain cool, calm, collected - and solution-oriented - made it so easy for us to stay calm and actually enjoy the moments of rain in a beautiful city. Not only do we get to take away stunning photos from our wedding day but we get to take away the memories of spending time with Nicole (and her lovely husband!) and actually having a BLAST during our photos. Our first look and session before our ceremony calmed our nerves immensely and helped us get even more excited for what the rest of the day was to bring. There are a lot of vendors out there that you want, Nicole is who you need. -

I'm not one to write reviews, but Nicole was such a fantastic find and I feel I must share my experience with her capturing my husband and I's special day.
Nicole incredibly warm and fun and vibrant, and really takes the time to get to know you. She has such genuine excitement for your day, even though you would that after doing so many of these, it would be less so. She made me feel so comfortable every step of the way, and though I have not received all my photos yet, she provided me with a sneak peak literally the day after and I was beyond impressed. She truly has an eye for how to capture the beauty in each moment and goes out of her way to get that oh so frame worthy shot and then some.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You won't be disappointed! -

You want Nicole to photograph your wedding!
Nicole photographed my wedding three years ago and there isn’t a day I don’t think about doing it all over again just to have her for round 2! She was amazing: so fun and easy to be around and made us feel like a million bucks. She is particularly adept at giving just the right energy to bring people out of their shell: she doesn’t overwhelm, but she is the best hype woman. My dad died just a few weeks after my wedding so our photos are the last I have of him. Nicole took care to send me every photo of him, knowing what it would mean. I can’t think of anyone I would rather have had capture what was truly the most special day. Her work is stunning. We felt like the best versions of ourselves and now those photos get flipped through at least once a week in a massive 80 page album because I couldn’t narrow down my favorites. We love her! -

A dream come true
We hired Nicole originally for our engagement photos. We had a Skype meeting with her beforehand in which she got information from us about what we wanted, helped us choose a location for our photos, and even gave us recommendations on what to wear.
After our engagement session, we knew had to hire her for our wedding. We did another Skype meeting so she could help us pick out the photography package best for us and then another final meeting before the wedding. She sent a booklet of information to help us feel comfortable on our wedding day and consider first look, shots we wanted, etc. It was all extremely helpful.
She is SO personable, excited for you, and has years of expertise to help you get exactly what you want. She is wonderful and talented photographer AND an amazing human being. My bridal party and guests commented several times about how friendly she was, how hard she was working, and how they wanted her information for their future weddings. I cannot stress enough how amazing Nicole's work is, her professionalism, and overall attitude. HIRE HER!

Emma Sent on 06/16/2018Nicole Aston, aka Photography Goddess. Just a warning, this is going to be a gush-fest.
From the beginning, Nicole was such a freaking sweetheart to work with!! We began by emailing back and forth a few times to answer some basic questions, she sent a really lovely pricing guide that also had information about her and her work, and then we had a consultation over Skype to nail down all the details.
The day we met for our bridals at The Great Saltair she was a dream! Helping me get into my dress, pin my veil on, helping carry my massive dress while I climbed down a bunch of rocks barefoot, honestly I was kind of a mess that day but she was on point 100%.
My biggest concerns before were just how the heck am I supposed to be natural and in love and all touchy-feely with someone third-wheeling with a camera shoved in your face. I was also concerned about my husbands level of comfort during the session - being photographed is one of his least favorite things on the planet. Nicole's ability to overcome all of those worries are one of the main reasons I have officially named her "Photography Goddess."
Right from the beginning she told us to be ourselves and basically gave us permission to just make out, grab ass, do whatever we would do if she wasn't there. She was bubbly, laughing, joking around with us, basically just being the best freaking hype man you could want! It is so easy to feel the level of passion and love that she has for her work! With Nicole's help, were able to relax very quickly and it was amazing to just be able to spend a couple hours focusing on each other.
Getting the pictures back literally made my husband and I speechless. They were incredible!! The quality of work that Nicole does is just amazing. Absolutely amazing. They were intimate and as cheesy as it sounds, they really captured the love we have for each other.
I absolutely adore Nicole and I would recommend her to anyone considering her in a heartbeat!!! -

I can't say enough amazing things about Nicole. She was the first vendor we booked for our intimate wedding in Austin Texas. From that first conversation my fiancé and I immediately knew she was the one we wanted to capture such an intimate and special day for us. From her portfolio you can see how authentically she captures people in love and it's truly magic. During our wedding planning Covid-19 forced us to move our wedding date and even shift in our plans to have friends and family present. When we wanted to do a zoom wedding with a few close friends we immediately contacted Nicole to see if she would be willing to come down for such a small wedding, she was so thrilled and supportive for us changing plans even in the midst of when her business and schedule had also been rocked by the pandemic. She is such a genuine, kind, human and cares with her whole heart. It's easy to see how much she loves her job and cares about her clients. We have only seen the sneak peaks and we cried tears of joy seeing them. I can't even wait to see all of the memories and moments she captured. She's a Ninja with the camera too and I was wedding photographer myself for 7 years and I literally never saw her when she was "in the zone". She also had creativity for our backyard (where we held the wedding) that we couldn't have even imagined! She made it looks like a magical forrest. We will forever be so incredibly grateful for Nicole, not just because she is one of the best people we've ever known but also for her immense talents. Thank you for being a shining light for our wedding that wasn't what we initially imagined/planned it would be but then in the end was everything we dreamed it would be. We can't wait to continue to have Anniversary sessions with Nicole for many many many many many years. :) xoxo! -

Nicole is perfect
I can’t say enough good things about Nicole. She makes pictures easy and comfortable and REAL. She is so fun to work with and really wants to be your friend. She is SO TALENTED. I have gotten so many compliments about who she is as a person and how amazing her pictures are. She has done her thing a time or two. She is prepared, committed, and her experience is evident in her work.
Because she’s so amazing, she’s also really busy. Don’t leave communication with her to the last minute because sometimes she can take a while to get back to you. We booked her way far in advance, so we had no issues, but I know she’s got lots on her books. So if you want to use her, get on it now! -
