We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Nicholas Yee Photography! From our engagement session right through to our wedding day, Nick and his team provided an exceptional service that truly stood out. What impressed us most was not only the stunning quality of the photos but also the incredible comfort and ease Nick and his team brought to the entire process.
Nick was incredibly professional and communicative from our initial consultation to the final delivery. We always felt comfortable approaching him with any questions or ideas. On the wedding day itself, when stress can be high, Nick and his team were a true joy to work with, making us feel completely at ease and allowing us to fully enjoy every moment.
The photos themselves are simply breathtaking. We received a generous amount of gorgeous shots, and even the previews we got while waiting for the full album were fantastic. Our family and friends have all commented on the exceptional quality and beauty of the pictures. We especially loved how Nick and his team have such a great eye for capturing unique shots, and their color grading perfectly enhances the natural colors.
Beyond the photography, we were also very pleased with the videography. Nick and his team did an excellent job of capturing the right soundbites, and we truly appreciate having both a beautifully condensed version of our wedding day video as well as the ability to relive the full day with an hour-long film. The video provided a lasting touch with its good and clean quality, something we will definitely be rewatching for years to come.
The physical wedding album and USB keepsake were also a wonderful, cherished touch, offering a tangible memory of our special day. We wholeheartedly recommend Nicholas Yee Photography for their incredible talent, their accommodating nature, and for being genuinely wonderful people to work with! -

I couldn’t imagine my wedding day with any other photo & video team. They made my day so seamless & stress free. The quality is amazing. The result isn’t the only amazing thing, so was planning. Nicholas Yee and his team were absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, he demonstrated such professionalism - answering all of our emails super quickly, and taking the time to ensure every detail was covered. He worked with us to create a personalized timeline that made our day run SEAMLESSLY. Most of our vendors worked off his timeline. This allowed us to focus on the joy of the moment without worrying about logistics. He’s also just a great person overall - we felt like we were talking to an old friend. :)
What truly sets Nicholas Yee apart is his eye for capturing not only the big, emotional moments but also the quiet, loving exchanges and the spontaneous moments of levity that made our wedding day uniquely ours. We were blown away by the pictures and the moments he captured. We can only really describe the pictures as breathtakingly “cinematic.” 10/10!!!
On top of his artistry, his organizational skills were impeccable. He efficiently coordinated all of the family and wedding party photos with incredible time management, ensuring everything was done quickly and beautifully. He budgeted extra time in the timeline for delays which was most appreciated! This allowed us to maximize time with our guests and enjoy the celebration while still getting every shot we had hoped for—and then some!
Nicholas Yee is professional, organized, funny, and, above all, an artist who can tell the story of your day with authenticity and heart. Thank you for making our wedding memories so perfect, Nick :) -

The BEST Wedding Videography and Photography Team
Nick and his team were truly amazing! They were so responsive and helpful from the beginning. I was originally searching for a videographer for my wedding but when he was available for photography and videography on my wedding date I went ahead and booked him. I am so happy we did as our photos are so stunning and the videos are such great quality. I cant recommend him enough!! -

If we had to describe our experience with Nicholas Yee Photography in one word it would be: HYPE
Our experience with Nick kicked off with an in-person consultation. Right off the bat, our dynamic was very easy going and pleasant. Nick was inviting and enthusiastic about our vision. He is creative and had exciting ideas drafted from just the consultation. Nick’s experience in the wedding industry was very apparent as he provided useful tips and advice for the wedding planning process in general.
He checked-in with us often and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. He even mapped out a timeline for us as a guidance for the day of the wedding so we knew what to expect.
On the day of our wedding, Nick and his team showed up with such great energy. They were all so friendly and efficient in setting up. They even took the time to meet our families and our wedding party.
Fast forward to our portraits --> we cannot even begin to express how beautiful the photos came out. Nick and his team created pure magic. The process was so natural and fun because the team was so goofy and HYPE. This energy is definitely captured in our photos and we absolutely love them.
Post-wedding, we had plenty of friends and relatives share how impressed they were with our photography/videography team because of how genuinely kind and professional they were.
Hands down, this was such a great experience working with Nick because he made it so easy. We would highly recommend booking Nicholas Yee Photography for *BOTH* photography and videography. We’re still in awe of how the photos came out and we are thankful we get to keep these memories documented forever. -

We loved working with Nick and his team on our wedding day! Nick was a very clear communicator during the entire process, and especially the planning sessions. He made us feel comfortable reaching out with questions at any point.
We love his editing style, and we have many unique poses and shots thanks to his eye for detail. On the big day, he and his team made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. They were on top of timelines and ensured we got the specific shots/combos that we had requested. He was both professional and understanding while working with the needs of our family members, which made a stressful day much easier to navigate. We are so thankful to have had Nick there capturing our day, and thrilled with the photos to look back on! -

Best personalized experience
I know this isn't a wedding review but I hired Nick to get photos and drone footage of my proposal. Nick agreed to drive an hour upstate NY and hike almost a mile to this beautiful waterfall. We didn't get the drone footage due to rainy weather. He followed us on our hike just far enough behind us that my wife wouldn't know he was, well following us. He was able to stay incognito and get the absolute best pictures. Highly recommend. He seems to love the unique jobs such as this. Thanks Nick! -

Nick did such an amazing job with our wedding video. We booked him about a year out from our wedding! He was very easy to get in touch with and the meetings were really online & he was great at accommodating our schedule. Nick was very transparent with the turnaround date and delivered on time with great communication. Nick was great the day off and he was very fun and easy to get along with. He made both of us feel very relaxed on a very stressful day. The video was our together wonderfully and we can’t wait to watch it for years to come.

SO glad we picked Nick to capture our big day!
Without gushing too much, I'll just say this- Nick is incredible. His communication and attention to detail were impeccable. He was so kind and attentive, and came out of his way to photograph our mini ceremony months before our actual big day. Honestly, working with him was just all-around a 11/10. He stuck to my shot list (I was extremely Type A and honestly I might have been a bit of a bridezilla- he handled it with grace and patience) and got a bunch of the "little" moments that honestly are the most important moments for me. I feel like we took a tiny bit of a gamble because he wasn't one of the "big names" that venues always promote, but I'm telling you, booking him was 10000% worth it. We've received our sneak peeks from our big day and it just makes me SO much more excited to see everything. Price, communication, grace, kindness, attention to detail... incredible. If you haven't booked Nick yet, what are you even waiting for?? -

Letting us enjoy
I have heard photographers pulling couples away on there wedding day to take perfect shots. Nicholas let us enjoy the day as he took shots of what was happening rather than making shots. Could not have asked for a better way to capture the day and for us to better enjoy our wedding day -
