  Amazing Cellist

  I hired Nick to play cello for my wedding ceremony, and he went above and beyond in every way. Professional, punctual, communicative, and so friendly. He's incredibly talented and made my ceremony perfect. Highly recommended!!

  Wonderful Musician and a Joy to Work With

  While I have not yet had the opportunity of hearing him perform for a wedding, I feel confident in my ability to recommend Nicholas Melonas. I have known Nick for multiple years, and I have had the privilege of being one of his cello students as well as listening to and playing with him in a church worship setting. Since studying cello at the collegiate level and working with many fine musicians, I can safely say that Nick’s tone, technical ability, and musicianship are very high quality. I have heard Nick perform pieces of many different genres, including classical, contemporary, and improvisational. In response to these vastly differing works, Nick’s stylistic approach has always been very conscientious and musical. Nick is a pleasure to work with and approaches cello playing like he does everything else, with an infectious, joyful energy. I look forward to working with and hearing Nick whenever I get the chance and, therefore, cannot recommend him enough!

  Corporate Event

  Nicholas was PERFECT for our event! He adjusted to our taste and even took the time to learn new songs. I highly recommend.

  Solo cellist

  Nicholas was fantastic! He performed the cello solo, and absolutely crushed it. We threw in songs that weren’t traditional cello songs, but he had no problem executing.

  Nick is a highly skilled cellist and so knowledgeable! His experience is evident and his willingness to help refine the exact style or expectations was phenomenal. He is exceptionally professional and one of the friendliest people we have met! Cannot recommend him enough!
