Great rentals!

Niche did a great job renting our bamboo folding chairs for our ceremony. They set them up perfectly straight and were on time and packed up the chairs in a timely manner after our ceremony. Communicating with them during the planning process was a breeze and they were always quick to answer my never ending questions and were flexible when our plans changed due to the hurricane. Would highly recommend!

Great service and rentals!

Great Experience with Niche

I rented chairs from Niche for my December 2018 wedding and they were great! They were easy to work with, had fair pricing, and delivered quality products. Great Experience!

Niche Event Rentals provided gold chiavari chairs for my wedding and they were beautiful! The chairs were delivered and set up on time, and then promptly picked up that night after the reception was over. Great experience!

Creative and elegant!

Mitch was a burst of fresh air with fantastic ideas and unique ways to fulfill our daughter’s dream wedding! Everything was beautiful and dreamy! The guests were all able to enjoy themselves on the dance floor and on the totally cool white benches surrounding the dance floor and lit up by white cubes! The lighting and draping and twinkle lights on ficus trees all made the room appear as if in an elegant garden resort! It was fantastic!

Niche provided the exact tables, chairs and decorations we wanted for our daughters wedding. We had a style we wanted and he was able to translate our vision into reality. We could not have been happier. Excellent communication and the highest level of professionism.

I worked primarily with Mimi from Niche and she was great! I rented mahogany chiavari chairs and gold chargers from Niche for my wedding. Prior to my wedding, however, I changed the color of the chairs I wanted and the number I needed probably a dozen times. The staff at Niche responded to my calls/emails promptly and would quickly send me my updated invoices! The day of, everything arrived on time and was picked up late-night after the reception without any hiccups. Niche has a great variety of pieces to rent and are professional and prompt! Would recommend for all your party rental needs!

We went with Niche rentals for our wedding on the recommendation of the coordinator at our venue. This was SUCH a great recommendation! We rented chivari chairs for our wedding. The wedding was in Ft Myers but I was planning in from Los Angeles, and the people at Niche were very easy to work with. They responded quickly to phone messages and emails. They were also really understanding when I needed to change the number of chairs that we ordered and when I had a unique arrangement of chairs at each table (number of guests at each table ranged from 15 at the head table to 7-10 at the guest tables). We ordered silver chairs with white cushions and they were in pristine condition! The people showed up to deliver them on time and set them up in a timely manner without any issues. They even left a couple of extra chairs (which was good because we had a couple of non-RSVPers who showed up) and chairs for the DJ and his assistant (which I hadn't thought of ordering). They also delivered, set-up, and picked up the chairs the next day. Because I was able to wait until the next day for them to pick up the chairs, I was given a cheaper delivery cost. They do have late night pick-up options at a small charge for those whose venue doesn't allow for decorations to be there over night.

Wedding 5/21/16-We rented chiavari chairs and ivory cushions for our wedding at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. They were very professional and easy to work with. We planned from Pittsburgh and Niche made it very easy for payment arrangements and questions. We were very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Niche for chair rentals.

I love working with Niche! Along with my planner, we attended an open house and was given a tour of the rental items we chose for the wedding. I was able to sit and feel how my guests' experience would be and was able to make better decisions on rentals that way. The entire process of renting from Niche was simple and smooth. I didn't see a single staff member that day during set up or tear down, but there it all was - perfectly placed without having to be moved. I am so happy with everything Niche has done for us, the rentals were clean and not broken. I am really happy with them and their selection of items to rent and I highly recommend them!

Great product, great communication, flawless! Esther was so wonderful to work with! She was constantly able to adjust my numbers for chairs as our guest list changed & had no problem adding on additional tables as well. The chairs and tables were delivered on time to our venue & arranged just as we had requested.

Wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend to any friend!

Donna and Esther are very experienced and assisted me with turning my vision into reality!! After renting 2 different chair styles and white furniture, my wedding reception would not have been complete without them. The ladies are extremely professional and their delivery and execution is flawless. Can't wait to use them again for my next event!

Niche is just amazing! They have so many great and beautiful/modern furniture pieces to choose from! We rented 3 high light up tables for our cocktail hour, silver chivari chairs for our reception, 4 curved white couches and put 2 light up square tables in between and a stunning dark grey high chair for me and my husband to sit at! Everyone loves the couches around the dance floor, it was so great that when you got tired you could just sit and watch others dance. Everything was in amazing condition without a mark on it. I would highly recommend Niche if you are looking to make you wedding more modern and classy! They are wonderful!

LOVED this rental company!! They were the easiest vendor to deal with. Everything was so SMOOTH! By far best prices (some companies get you in the set up/break down/delivery fees, but Niche is up front/included in the price)!!

I cannot say enough good things about Donna and Niche Event Rentals. Donna was so flexible and accommodating, she even altered her existing benches to add backs on them for my elderly father and grandmother. I had changes up until the day before and was so accommodating both in making changes and not charging me for last minute changes. I wish all rental vendors were as helpful as Donna.

Donna and her team provided the tables, chairs, heat lamps and linens for our wedding and I have no complaints. They were on time. Everything looked perfect. It was great! But, there are two things that really stood out with my experience with Donna...

1. The Mahogany Tables were AMAZING!! No question, they were what MADE our reception! Sooooo beautiful!
2. I had a last minute (as in, I called her three days before Christmas/a week before the wedding!) crisis with lighting. We HAD been all squared away with our condo's vendor to have twinkly lights installed on our patio as our lighting. Well, they fell through, and with very little notice because they said our patio didn't have enough electrical. One call to Donna and she sprang into action. She called somebody she knew who she felt could handle our tricky situation (because she knew there would be challenges with electrical, she wanted to be sure it was handled, even if it wasn't by her) and came by TWICE to do walk throughs so we could come to a solution! In the end we found a solution with the vendor she introduced us to, and even though Niche didn't handle that, we would NOT have been able to do it without them! We would have been eating dinner in the dark on boring normal tables...they really came through!

Niche Event Rentals has the best quality of rentals in the area! I rented Gold Chiavari Chairs with Ivory Seat Cushions for my 12-29-12 Wedding and I couldn't be happier with the product (the chairs were in absolutely perfect condition); timeliness and helpfulness of staff. I won't rent from anyone else in town after working with Niche! Thank you so much Donna!!

I worked with Donna from Niche Rentals on the lead up to my wedding. Not being from USA and trying to arrange the wedding from the UK was not an easy task and I cannot express my thanks enough to Donna for all her help and advice. She is one of the most helpful, friendly, professional vendors I had the pleasure of working with. She was reliable and flexible when the Florida weather did not play along. We had a wonderful experience with Donna at Niche rentals! The chairs that she delivered were in pristine condition, and she spent a lot of time at the Marriott to ensure that the chairs were set up properly. Donna also put a drapery on the chicki hut for the ceremony and did a beautiful job! Her professionalism and enthusiasm made her a pleasure to work with!!

Donna with Niche Rentals was absolutely amazing to work with for my destination wedding on 8th Avenue South in Naples, FL. We used her beautiful white wedding chairs and the bamboo arch covered with white sheer material for our beach ceremony. Donna was willing to speak with us at convenient times that worked with our schedules and was prompt with answering emails. The ordering process was easy and everything was set up and taken down on time, exactly as expected. Her products were beautiful and they added such special touch to our ceremony and gave exactly the look I wanted. You can tell Donna really cares about her customers and stands by the products she provides. Her personal involvement in every part of the process adds so much value. I would definitely recommend Niche Rentals for beautiful rentals for any events especially weddings!

Donna was the first person that I met with regarding our wedding. When I met her we had no idea who to choose for anything and had not even confirmed our venue. My husband was at work, my family were in London (where I am from) and Donna took me under her wing and spent time with me recommending all of my vendors. This was not her job and she didn't have to do this it really was so kind of her to do, and from this moment I knew no matter what i wanted Donna to be a part of our day. She was so accommodating and lovely not to mention professional and was also right about all of her recommendations. My sister did the design of our ballroom as she is an interior designer from Colourtime Ltd. It was so soooooooo beautiful and she did such a great job. We went for a romantic candle lit dinner and had these gorgeous crystal candelabras which we bought and are now available to rent. We got everything else from Donna at Niche events whom we rented our aisle runner and all our chairs (including ceremony and reception) from and she was not only the best price, she was an absolute pleasure to work with, and her product were the best. She really looks after her stuff, it is clean and in perfect condition when it arrives and has some great choices. My sister and I were like kids in a candy store as we saw all her stuff and wanted EVERYTHING. Donna is also very honest and won't try to over sell you on stuff that you don't need (yes other vendors do this ALL the time) she will simply give you what you want and accommodate you in any way she can. If she doesn't have it she will usually try and get it for you. Thank you so much Donna for being such an angel and I would encourage any future bride and grooms to get straight to the best.... Donna, she is simply lovely, accommodating and fantastic!!

Donna with Event Rentals was amazing!!! This is the one vendor that I felt like we got WAY MORE than we paid for. We live in MN but had our wedding in FL... so we weren’t familiar with the area or the local vendors. Donna hooked us up with all the right people. Everyone she referred us to was great! There is no way we could have done it with out Donna's help.

Niche Events is the way to go for great wedding / party rentals. Niche rentals are kept in tip top shape and Donna is meticulous on keeping them that way. Donna worked with us every step of the way and made it easy for me and my wife, It was great to know that we did not have to worry about anything. If your looking to rent furniture ask them to see it, walk in the back and take a good look around then go check out Niche and you will notice the difference as soon as you walk in. When you have a party or a wedding you deserve the very best and that's why we picked Niche for our wedding needs.

Donna at Niche Event Rentals was amazing to work with for our wedding at LaPlaya in Naples. We used her beautiful silver chiavari chairs and silver charger plates. The ordering process was easy and everything was delivered on time, exactly as expected. Her rentals added such special touches to our reception and gave exactly the look I wanted. Her personal involvement in every part of the process adds so much value. I would definitely recommend Niche for hassle-free, beautiful rentals for any event!

We needed extra white lawn chairs at our venue. They had chairs that matched exactly only theirs were actually in better shape than the few our venue had. We only used Niche's chairs and not our venues because they were so clean and well kept. They were delivered and cleaned up on time and we never even saw the crew doing the work. Absolutely no complaints!

Donna at Niche provided the chair rentals and decor for my wedding last weekend in Marco Island, Florida. As i live in NYC, we corresponded mostly by email and she was very responsive. I provided pictures and ideas and she made my vision come true and all within budget! She collaborated with the hotel AV team and Focus Floral to turn a corporate-feeling reception room into a romantic and dreamy ballroom. Best of all, Donna was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Niche Events!

Very expensive, but nice stuff. They did a great job accommodating my requests for chairs and an arch for my destination wedding. Not always quickly responding, and I had to check in a few times- but overall- they did a great job when the wedding day came around!

I rented chairs from Niche Rental. The chairs were in great condition and the white cushions were clean and also in great condition. I would recommend Niche over other rental companies.

The furniture is nice, but the owner, Donna, is the WORST. I can't think of a more unprofessional experience I've had with a business -- let alone the owner -- in my life. I rented furniture for my wedding eight months in advance. I asked specifically via email whether tables would be included with the set of chairs/sofas I ordered, and received an email back saying that, yes, they were included. Donna mentioned she did not have the tables to match the set yet, but she would make or buy some in advance of my wedding.

Fast forward to one month before my wedding, and she has ignored ALL of my phone calls and emails, as well as those from my wedding planner. Finally she responds telling me she will make some. Two days before the wedding they still are not complete.

The DAY before my wedding she sends me a photo of a shoddily made table with nothing but a piece of plywood for the top and an invoice charging me $75 extra for them. I responded to let her know that I would not be paying extra for something she told me would be included, which led her to call my wedding planner in complete hysteria, screaming at her and telling her that she was "going to walk away" from the whole wedding. I also got a completely unprofessional email from her, stating that she "never told me that" and "tables are NEVER included" and I "should have told her before she rushed around making them." (How about she not wait until two days before an event to do something she promised months ago?)

Luckily, I still had the email from her stating the tables would be included, which I forwarded her. Her response? None. No apology. No acknowledgement. Just an invoice stating "Payment is due now."

I will NEVER recommend this woman to anyone. Not only is she unprofessional, she's completely classless and rude. Anyone who overreacts that much to a paying client and then cannot even muster an apology for an error that was clearly theirs IN WRITING has no business running a business.
