My guests, husband, and myself cannot stop raving about how amazing the Newport Vineyards team is! Lily was the venue coordinator and is amazing at what she does to ensure everything leading up to and happening on the big day was smooth and communicated. The food and drink have been complimented as the best wedding food that was filling and flavorful. The venue itself is stunning and spacious with great photo opportunities, highly recommend having you wedding here or any other event!

Our experience with Newport Vineyards was absolutely exceptional, and I cannot recommend this venue highly enough. From our very first visit, the staff demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Chef Andy was extraordinary during our tasting—graciously accommodating all of our requests and even offering to prepare a family recipe if we wished. The meal he crafted for our wedding was nothing short of outstanding. We received countless compliments from our guests, many of whom said it was among the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and several remarked on the impressive size and quality of the steak entrée.

Lily was equally wonderful to work with. She was responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating—even going above and beyond to adjust when I mistakenly scheduled our detail meeting on the wrong day. Her poise and flexibility made the entire planning process effortless and enjoyable.

The venue itself is breathtaking. The vineyard provided a stunning and romantic setting for our rustic bohemian September wedding, and every corner offered a perfect backdrop for photos. It was truly a dream come true, and I only wish we could go back and experience the day all over again.

We had our wedding at Newport Vineyards, and it was truly the most magical experience from start to finish. From the moment we first toured the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for us — stunning grounds, beautiful spaces, and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Newport Vineyards were absolutely incredible, especially our event coordinator Lily. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day, and they were always so helpful and responsive during the planning process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel completely at ease, which meant we could just relax and enjoy every moment.

Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how well everything flowed. The food, the service, and the attention to detail were all exceptional. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding — it exceeded every expectation and helped create memories we’ll cherish forever.

Lily, Jenna, and the entire Newport Vineyards team were outstanding to work with to plan and execute our wedding day. Professional, communicative, flexible, visionaries, friendly, transparent, and passionate are a few of the many words that come to mind when we think about describing the team. Many guests at our wedding and the months following have told us how our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended, which can be attributed to the work of the vineyard.

After getting engaged in Newport, we stopped at the vineyard (as we have done many times before) for lunch on the way home. After discussing how we would like to get married in the Newport-area we thought maybe the vineyard could be on our wedding venue prospect list. We promptly booked a tour with Jenna, who honestly set the bar extremely high for our other venue tours. We just kept comparing everything to the vineyard and nothing measured up. Jenna was as hands on with the process as we wanted her to be, without pressuring us like we experienced at other venue tours, and patiently walked us through the reservation process once we landed on a date we wanted to book. She even served as our point of contact until our coordinator was assigned, where she was very responsive to any questions we had about the process or what to expect.

After booking, Lily was designated as our coordinator for our specific wedding date. Lily is so detail-oriented and helped us think through decisions before the thought even crossed our minds. She was prompt and responsive in her communications while also extremely patient with our numerous emails filling her in on details we decided on and asking, what had to have been, hundreds of oddly specific questions. Lily even helped communicate directly with vendors we hired when they had logistical questions for the vineyard. Our wedding planning process and day of logistics would not have gone as smoothly as they had without Lily. Her timeline had us operating like clockwork and it had to have been the most well operated wedding we have ever experienced. Importantly, she was an advocate for us as a couple and really listened to our needs to make our vision come to reality. We really empowered her to help pull the set up and decor concepts we had together which she executed above and beyond our expectations! Everyone told us that our wedding just felt like us, which really is an attribute to how much Lily listened to what we were hoping for not only in the decor but in the experiences for everyone as a whole. We are so grateful and the words written in this more than well-deserved review are probably not expressive enough of how thrilled we are with our experience. By the end of our wedding, Lily and Jenna seemed far from strangers, making the vineyard feel like home for us, and I would not hesitate to say hi to them the next time we are there or if we run into them in the Newport-area.

Notably, we really appreciated how much the vineyard does in-house. It was almost like a one-stop shop, which made the planning process feel effortless. From the coordinating, food, etc. everything we raised felt like it was met with a “do not worry, we got this.”

We chose the option to have both our ceremony and reception at the vineyard. If you have not been there, it is gorgeous and I suggest finding time for a visit! We were lucky enough that we were able to have our June 2025 wedding ceremony outside in the meadow in front of the breathtaking landscape and green vines. At the same time, we loved knowing that the vineyard not only had a back up plan, but back up plans for their back up plans for the ceremony if weather became an issue. If it does rain, rest assured that the back up options are just as beautiful. Let’s be realistic, the spring in New England can be a toss up sometimes and we even had a scare of possible rain. Nevertheless, the team made sure to let us know they had us covered regardless.

Our reception was inside and we essentially had the whole place to ourselves. The public still had access to limited parts during operating hours, but the set up and flow of pedestrian traffic limited interactions so much that we really did not notice other people were there, and that included being on-site early for first look pictures. For our decor, our vision was to really lean into the natural beauty of the space and enhance it as much as possible. Classic New England wedding with some elevated rustic touches seemed to be our theme and it worked really well in our opinion. The space is so unique that you will want to showcase it as much as possible which our guests definitely agreed with.

In the months leading up to our wedding, we were invited to a tasting at the vineyard to sample some of the selections offered in preparation for choosing our reception menu. The vineyard really made you feel like a VIP at the tasting and all the little touches were really noticed by us. Chef Andy’s focus on farm-to-table is clearly showcased in his menu. This is something that really stood out to us when choosing the vineyard and the quality was unmatched. Everyone is still talking about the food, it is kind of unbelievable. While we opt-ed not to have a cake, we did have a desserts display which Lily helped us navigate how many selections for our guest count. The variety we had was great and people actually probably ate more sweets than they expected because they were so good and because of all of the options. We also loved that we could pick our selection of wines, everything just felt so personally curated to us and not cookie cutter. Great dinner, dessert, wine, and beer, what more could we have really asked for!

For vendors, they have a suggestions list and they work with a local company for any additional rentals you would like to use for your wedding day, although not required. We did end up adding on a few upgraded rentals and the vineyard made this process so easy. We just picked out what we wanted, the vendor let the vineyard know, and then the vineyard communicated from there on final guest count, logistics, etc. even making sure we were not securing more than what we really needed. We, personally, always love to keep things local if we can so having a foundation to build our planning off of what the vineyard was already providing was very helpful. We did end up selecting a photographer, florist, DJ, and rehearsal dinner venue all from RI and South coast MA. As a side note, us, many of those in our wedding party, and some of our guest stayed at the East Island Reserve Hotel next door. How could it get any better than to get ready at the hotel, walk right next door for the wedding, and walk right back over at night. Plus, it was still kind of the off season so the whole place felt like it was all our family and friends. Many of them, and some of the groomsmen even had a pool party the hours leading up to the ceremony, but we digress. Such a great pairing being right next door to each other!

All in all, the staff at the vineyard makes you feel like you are the only wedding they are planning and are the most important people with how much attention they give you. But trust me, they book up and rightfully so for the service they deliver! We have been recommending the vineyard to anyone that we know. If we ever need to hold another event, the vineyard will be at the top of our list. We only hope that anyone who is getting married can have such a seamless, joyous filled experience that we had, all thanks to the team at Newport Vineyards.

We cannot recommend Newport Vineyards enough to couples looking for the perfect wedding venue! The venue is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the staff and wedding planning team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Lily and her team made the planning process and day-of execution of our big day absolutely seamless we couldn’t imagine pulling off a wedding without her!

Newport Vineyards was an unbelievable venue for our December 2024 wedding. They made everything so easy and the night was absolutely perfect! While this place is stunning in the summer when you can use the outdoor space - it’s equally stunning and cozy for a winter wedding! We had a beautiful ceremony in the tank room and our reception in the meadow room - the addition of fairy lights on the ceiling and some candles created the perfect cozy winter setting! Lily and Jenna are both so professional, organized, and easy to work with. Not a single thing went wrong on our day and throughout the entire planning process they were on top of every little detail. They both have an incredible eye for how to set things up and make them look great! More important to us when selecting a venue was the food and drinks - it was the reason we chose Newport Vineyards. The guest will not stop raving about the FOOD! We did stations for dinner which was so much fun and gave our guests the opportunity to try a little bit of everything. The fried chicken & cheddar grits, braised short rib with mashed potatoes, mushroom risotto, and mini lobster rolls were all delicious! My one regret of the day is that I was so busy being the bride I didn’t get to eat enough of the delicious food. We can’t imagine a better venue!

Newport Vineyards is hands down the most amazing place to get married. If you don’t want to read my entire review, here’s a quick synopsis: this venue has it all—breathtaking spaces, incredible farm-to-table food, a top-notch staff, and the perfect vibes for any celebration. From start to finish, they made our wedding unforgettable, and we wouldn’t have changed a thing (except wishing the night could last forever!).

We dreamed of a cozy Christmas-winter vibe for our wedding, and Newport Vineyards brought it to life in the most magical way. Our ceremony was held in the stunning wine barrel room, which was intimate, warm, and beautifully set for the occasion. The ambiance alone was worth every penny, but the food and drinks were what truly blew everyone away.

Our guests are still raving about the food! The bacon-wrapped scallops were heavenly, the handmade pasta stations were a huge hit, and the late-night crab rangoons were the perfect touch to keep the energy going. One guest even said, "Impeccable espresso martinis and Pinot Noir"—and we couldn’t agree more. The vineyard’s wine selection, paired with perfectly crafted cocktails, kept our guests smiling all night.

The staff at Newport Vineyards truly made the experience unforgettable. Jenna, our coordinator, was a dream to work with. She made all the planning decisions feel easy and stress-free, and her attention to detail ensured everything was exactly how we envisioned it. Nick, our catering manager, orchestrated the evening seamlessly, and we never had to worry about a thing. The bartenders were not only talented but also so much fun, adding to the festive atmosphere.

A special shoutout goes to Jeannene, our VIP server, who went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the night. From making sure we always had a drink in hand to ensuring we had time to eat and enjoy ourselves, she was simply amazing.

Our only complaint? The night ended too early! We didn’t want the party to stop because everything was so perfect. Newport Vineyards was the perfect venue for our wedding. The vines were full in early September for lovely ceremony pictures. The outdoor cocktail patio was beautiful for candid photos. And the reception room was elegant with the twinkle lights and dark wood. Jenna was upfront and professional about every detail and her execution on the big day was exceptional. The food was outstanding and so convenient since it was all made in house. The Newport Vineyard team was outstanding and this venue made our day so special.

I could not recommend Newport Vineyards MORE! From the beginning stages of planning Jenna and Lily made my family and I feel like home. Following our tour, I walked out feeling like we met "the one" in our venue. In the months leading up the day, my husband and my families were blown away by the professionalism and preparation, including our time at the grand tasting, where the head chef, who was recently James Beard nominated, even came around to each of our tables and guided us on appropriate meal choice for the time of year - and following that event, I was so excited to share with guests that they could expect an incredible meal. I'm still truly astounded they could mimic the cook on the filet and scallops - which are so difficult to mass produce! - for all of our guests the night of the wedding. Our vendors were equally psyched and impressed. Lily, our wedding coordinator, is truly a class act. I'm someone who agonizes over details, but didn't even feel like I needed to give her any - it's like she read my mind and executed it perfectly. The chalk board add-on to direct tables was a perfect touch, and I was blown away at the chalk dahlias on the board - unique and really took the pressure off table directions for me. Darcy, our VIP server, went ABOVE AND BEYOND, even sewed up my bustle after running through the vineyards for drone shots (no regrets!) The staff here made me feel so comfortable and confident on a day that can sometimes feel high pressure, and flawlessly executed everything. I'm thrilled to be able to return to our venue upon anniversaries and special occasions.

Newport Vineyards is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Five stars is not nearly enough for what we experienced this past weekend at my son's wedding reception. JENNA and her amazing team did an outstanding job providing exceptional personalized service with an incredible attention to every last detail. Thank you JENNA!!! The venue layout was picture perfect with a nice flow from the open foyer to the spacious bar and out to the stunning patio overlooking the vineyard vines. It was absolutely beautiful! The dining room was simply elegant and spacious enough for our 130 guests, live band and a large dance floor. Everything served was hot and simply delicious!!! NEWPORT VINEYARDS is a perfect wedding venue for sure!!!

Their wedding was both beautiful & intimate, filled with so much love and laughter, from all those present helping to create magical moments at a stunning venue, Newport Vineyards. Lily as their coordinator was so amazing truly, she listened and customized their wedding, personalizing at every bend, most would agree, that she is an extremely talented & experienced coordinator who left no stone unturned and created their vision into something magical for them to treasure forever and always together along with plenty of memories. I would highly recommend this venue, especially Lily for your celebrations, or any occasion.

We could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Newport Vineyards! The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful (including the rain backup plan, which we needed), we received tons of compliments from our guests on the food, and working with Lily & Jenna was absolutely wonderful. They completely eliminated the need for a planner or day-of coordinator, as they handled everything from vendor coordination to additional rentals and helping us decide on decor for the space. The planning process was seamless and day of we were fully able to enjoy our day without worrying about any of the logistics. The entire staff was fantastic, making sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hand and had plenty to eat (and even sent us home with a bag full of desserts and late night food). I cannot recommend Newport Vineyards and working with Lily & Jenna enough - they are the best!

This venue is absolutely incredible! We recently got married here and everything about the day was perfect ! The staff is amazing and professional. We held our wedding rehearsal dinner at Newport Vineyards in April. We worked directly with Jenna for a year leading up to the dinner. She was responsive, professional, and punctual, making the planning a breeze.

Our rehearsal dinner was the first time the majority of our guests had visited Newport Vineyards, and needless to say, they left impressed. Our event was held in the overlook; our favorite part of the entire venue.

Our guests were blown away at the quantity and quality of the food, beer, and of course, the wine. We had a spread of flatbreads as an appetizer followed by a delicious buffet featuring lemon herb chicken and vineyard beef tips. Our families loved the atmosphere and left full and happy. Newport Vineyards was the perfect start to our wedding weekend.

Highly recommend booking with Newport Vineyards! Every single aspect from the beginning of the process to after our wedding ended was managed so beautifully and really put us at ease. The staff was exemplary, including our VIP server on the day of and our wedding coordinator, Lily! The food was amazing (the chef even created a custom dish option for us that was not on the menu), the venue itself is beautiful, and our guests are still talking about the wedding weeks later! I had under 90 days to plan and execute the most amazing NYE wedding and as luck would have it, Newport Vineyards became available to us. Jenna and Lily were angels and took all the stress out of our hands, creating the most stress-free, light and easy day we could imagine. They were quick to respond, open to our big ideas, and brought their own expertise to the table to create a vision bigger than we could have imagined on our own. We've heard nothing but rave reviews about the atmosphere, food (especially), and fun!

People would constantly say how crazy I was for putting together a large wedding so quickly, how stressed I 'must be' and I'd simply reply "Nope, I have amazing girls at the venue who take care of everything" each time. They truly made things seamless, feel light, and ultimately presented such a beautiful atmosphere for our night.

We got married at Newport Vineyards this past winter and we are so thankful we chose this venue. Jenna the coordinator was amazing start to finish. We had a smooth planning process and we had an absolute blast at our wedding. Food was great, service was great and our wedding night was stress free. They knew what we needed before we did! Newport Vineyards was a no brainer when it came to our wedding venue. This was the first & only venue that we toured, and we are so happy with our decision to book! The event staff has their process down like no other, which takes so much pressure off of the bride and groom. And though they have clearly hosted countless weddings, we felt like their top priority throughout the entire process. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved having pre-made packages to choose from, taking a lot of the guesswork out of our menu options. Having catering available through the venue made this part of planning so much easier.

From the very beginning, Jenna was so friendly and inviting, she was always willing to answer any questions we had, no matter how repetitive. Our day of coordinator, Lily, was also so great to work with, both during the rehearsal and day of. She kept our entire wedding party and family members informed throughout the day, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be and on time. We had a couple unique decor requests, and Jenna, Lily & the rest of the team were very open to trying something new and seriously delivered. Our VIP attendant was top notch and was a key reason why we felt like guests at our own wedding. She was the perfect level of attentive - keeping us fed and with full drinks - while still allowing us to enjoy our night. To top it off, she packed a to-go bag for us, complete with apps, late night snacks and the desserts we missed out on.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We got married in mid-October, so the vines were full and made the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. It did rain on our wedding day, and the backup rain plan is to host the ceremony on the patio and honestly, I couldn't imagine a better backup. Last year they installed a retractable roof on the patio, which meant that we (and our guests) could still enjoy the open-air ceremony with the vines in the background. Thank you so much to the team, you made our wedding day unforgettable. We can't wait to come back for a visit.

Newport vineyards was amazing from start to finish. This was the very first venue my husband and I toured, and as a place we have visited many times, we knew we wanted to book our wedding here. Jenna was our initial sales coordinator who answered all of our questions and was extremely kind and gracious. Lily was the day of coordinator and assisted us in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. Overall, they were amazing to work with. They answered emails, clarified any questions and helped us make decisions where appropriate. They were both kind, knowledgable, compassionate, and friendly throughout the whole process. We received feedback from our outside vendors that Newport Vineyards was great to work with from a vendor standpoint as well. The grounds/location: The location of NV was perfect for both our local and non local guests. We utilized a transportation company and had guests stay in downtown Newport so out of town guests could stay over. It was a quick and convenient ride. The grounds of NV are stunning. We got married in November, so the wedding was inside in the wine barrel room in the back. The backdrop of the barrels was stunning in photos. If you are getting married in the summer the outdoor grounds are beautiful as well. The food/drinks: the food was INCREDIBLE. Often times wedding food is average at best, but not at Newport Vineyards. Everything from the appetizers, to the passed apps, to the meals were great. We received feedback from our guests and vendors for how amazing the food was. The drinks were great as well. We did the open bar package for the full duration of the event. They were able to set up a champagne display for our guests to grab a glass to enjoy during the ceremony which they loved. The wines are amazing as always. Overall, I would 100% recommend Newport Vineyards for your wedding. The total experience was wonderful and we loved working with them. My husband and I feel fortunate to live within an hour so we can continue to visit often

My husband and I were married on 9/30/2023 and although it was a rainy day, it was so beautiful. The team changed the ceremony location from the meadow to the rain plan under their covered patio. The patio still provided amazing (almost better) views of the vines. From the moment you and your future spouse arrive, the staff will make sure you are enjoying every moment of your wedding. Our venue coordinator, Lily, worked with our vendors and DOCs to ensure everything went smoothly. Our VIP servers made sure we always had a drink in our hand and even made us a little platter of some of the cocktail food we missed during the cocktail hour. All of our guests raved about the food, drinks, and how the timeline of everything went so smoothly and I would say that was from the help of the amazing staff. Whether it is a drizzly rainy day like ours or a warm sunny day, you cannot go wrong with Newport Vineyards.

Our Rehearsal dinner and welcome reception was wonderful. Jenna was fantastic to work with! The day of bartenders waitstaff and our room steward were all so pleasant accommodating and helpful. Not to mention the food and drinks were out of this world delicious!

My husband and I got married here in May 2023. It was the dreamiest day of my life! When I say dream, I really mean it! I’ve been coming here for years even before I met my husband and always thought to myself how amazing would be to get married here one day…a few years later that dream came true. It had to be here! I’m so glad that we got to work with Jenna! She’s amazing, organized, super professional and caring! She made this planning process stress free, and exciting for us! The food was spectacular. It was an honor and pleasure to be able to provide this farm to table experience for our guests and hear raving reviews from them afterwards. The staff, the food, the wine, and the beautiful grounds made our day magical. I’m so immensely grateful that we got to celebrate our love here in front of our closest friends and family, and the good news is that we can always go back and reminisce on that amazing day!

On August 4th, 2023 my wife and I were married on the beautiful meadows of Newport Vineyards. A day that we will both remember for the rest of our lives was all made possible due to a team that will obsess over your happiness and satisfaction the whole way through. It all started with Jenna and Lily who made the planning process stress-free, seamless, and most importantly -- fun! Their organization and communication were world-class. They truly made us feel like family with how invested they were in ensuring every detail was exactly what we envisioned.

Then came the day-of execution -- one of the biggest days that anyone will have in their lifetime. This is when we met, Darcy. We kid you not, Darcy never let us be without a drink or food or attended to throughout the entire wedding event, but she did so with the utmost finesse. Jenna and Lily came to play as well and never let anything go astray. Everything stayed on time and their positive attitudes shined bright in the evening hours. These 3 ladies are rockstars and masters at what they do. There is no one better!

What about the food and drink you ask? Chef is UNDEFEATED with his creations and attention to your wants and needs. The number of comments we got on the food from our guests was off the charts. From, "This is the best food that I've ever had at a wedding" to, "That was one of the best meals we've ever had anywhere" -- guests were floored at every course. Even those late-night chicken fingers and hot weiners raised the stakes!

Drink-wise, don't hesitate to get the full bar package. In our opinion, the price is extremely fair and what you get exceeds what you pay for. The wine at Newport Vineyards is what is known by many. Then you mix in Taproot Brewing beers and you're reaching all new levels. Signature cocktail option? Absolutely. The peach margarita was refreshing and you could tell that the farm-to-table ingredient philosophy that is behind the food menu is also in-play with their beverage ingredients.

The grounds at Newport Vineyards give you so many wonderful backdrops for photos. The meadows, the pond, the vineyards, the terrace, the functional room, the bar, the tank room, and more! Your photographers will be in heaven with all the options they have to make you look amazing on your big day. We got our sneak peek and they came out incredible! Guests had a blast on the dance floor and those who weren't big dancers enjoyed sitting by a fire and catching up with family and friends.

This venue has EVERYTHING you could ever want and we would highly recommend scheduling a visit with the team to book your big day. While there are many highlights above, we will always come back to the people being the magic that puts Newport Vineyards over the top. This location is amazing for your wedding but the staff will make your wedding day the perfect day! The team constantly went above and beyond when working with us leading up to the wedding day! We lost our DJ three days before our wedding!!! Jenna and Lily jumped into action and had FIVE DJs to choose from within two hours!!!! Chef makes the most amazing food that comes out hot and on time and to perfect cook! Lily and Jenna made the night move smoothly and without any hiccups, and if there were any they made sure to fix it without having to hear about it. Then Darcy, oh Darcy was the star of our wedding day! She listened, and she made our wedding night perfect! She made sure we ate, we stayed hydrated, and made sure we enjoyed every moment of the night! We could not imagine a more perfect wedding!!! Newport Vineyards is gorgeous, and the picture you take there will be amazing, but what will make the perfect wedding is the staff at Newport Vineyards who will make your day everything you want!!!

We love local venues that really focus on food & beverage. When we went to visit Newport Vineyards, we knew it was the right venue for us. We loved the space, food, wine & beer. Our coordinator Jenna Barrette was so clear and detail orientented. We knew we were in good hands with her and the staff. Jenna was always in communication with us, if we had a question she was very quick to respond. Her and the staff at Newport Vineyards really went above and beyond. My wedding guests even commented how amazing the staff was. The weather wasnt in our favor but Jenna made reccomendations and it was truly a beautiful ceremony & reception. The food & drink were delicious. I cannot reccomend this place enough for any event. 5 star experience all around.

Choosing to have our wedding at Newport Vineyards was the best decision we made in our planning process. Everyone in their staff is kind, down to earth, and helpful. We worked with Jenna and Lily who were incredibly responsive, organized, communicative and professional - we trusted them completely with all of our plans and details. Further, their calm and upbeat attitudes made us feel so prepared and excited for the big day, knowing we were in good hands!
We had our ceremony on the open-air terrace which was intimate and beautiful, overlooking the vines. Knowing there were options for any kind of weather took a lot of stress off the planning! The food at NV is fresh and absolutely delicious - they have a huge range of options and our guests were really pleased. Of course, also delicious wine (and beer and other cocktails)! The staff transformed the reception space exactly as we'd envisioned (but better) and the service the entire night was so attentive and thorough.
NV also provided us with so many suggested vendors, which was incredibly helpful, and really worked with us to create the special day we had in mind.

From our very first tour to the end of our wedding, Newport Vineyards was amazing. Our coordinator Jenna made our experience absolutely amazing. The food and drinks were perfect. Everything went incredibly smooth. 1000 percent would recommend!

We had our December wedding at Newport Vineyards, and it was the best experience we could have hoped for. Our ceremony was in the tank room and our reception in the dining space. Alicia was our coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a few hiccups with vendors, and she was right by my side to keep me calm, reassure me, and come up with creative ways to work around any obstacles. Rather than telling me the services that NPV's offered, instead, she asked about my vision and we discussed ways to make everything come to life. She is so knowledgeable and helpful, I don't know what I would have done without her! In addition, the ceremony space was absolutely gorgeous. It fit the vibe we were looking for - elegant but rustic, natural, and beautiful. It was the perfect venue to create a feeling of intimacy between ourselves and the guests. The space really allowed us to personalize every detail, so it didn't have that ballroom "build-a-wedding" feel. The food was also excellent, I still have guests complimenting how delicious the hors d'oeuvres were and how the filet was cooked perfectly. We also had a few vegan guests at the wedding, and the chef went out of his way to make not only vegan entree options, but a stunning vegan cheese board so that everyone could be included in the full experience of cocktail hour. 11/10 recommend, we couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else!

Got married at Newport Vineyards on 11/12/22 and everything was perfect. Jenna made the planning process very easy leading up to the event and the service day of was outstanding. For those of you who have been to Newport Vineyards you know the food and drinks are top notch but it was even better during the wedding not sure how that is possible. Splurge for the outdoor area and don’t worry if the weather looks like it might be bad. We were potentially going to be getting married in the middle of a tropical storm rolling through, the venue was keeping an eye on the weather, and would have refunded the outdoor cost if it was raining or overly windy.

When my husband and I first got engaged we immediately knew we wanted to get married at Newport Vineyards. It was and still is our favorite place to go for lunch, dinner, a cooking class, or bring friends to for a wine/beer tasting. We have so many memories at Newport Vineyards so it was a no brainer to get married at this special place. Fast forward to wedding planning and getting Alicia as our coordinator. She went above and beyond for us and made wedding planning easier and less stressful. She was always prompt on responding to emails/answering questions and set up the space for our wedding day beautifully. We truly don’t know what we would have done without her, especially the days leading up to the wedding. With her on your team you don’t need a day of coordinator because she handles everything perfectly!

The food, not surprisingly, was out of this world amazing. Many of my guests came up to me and said it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we couldn’t even call it wedding food because it was that good! Not only was the food amazing, but Chef Andy and his team used a family recipe of mine to create a personal appetizer instead of one of their standard choices.

Everyone was extremely impressed by the service they received by the bartenders as well as the wait staff and anyone else working the event. Kaylee was our VIP server, and she was simply wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, checked in frequently, and truly a wonderful addition to the night!

Overall, booking Newport Vineyards was the best choice we could have made for our wedding and if we had to do things all over again, we would hands down book with them again. We can’t thank everyone there enough!

We loved Newport Vineyards (and so did all of our guests)! We did not use a wedding planner, and that was really only possible because of the incredible work of Jenna and her team. She asked us all the important questions during our detailing meetings leading up to the event, bringing up things that hadn't even remotely crossed my mind, she realized my vision immediately as we skipped the florist for our reception decorations with her team setting up instead, they were all so organized I truly didn't feel stressed at all knowing I was in such good hands. Day of, this all continued with her directing me & guests as needed, the team was so nice to save hors d'oeuvres for us since we were taking photos during cocktail hour, etc. Jenna even figured out my super complicated 5 point under-bustle that was an extreme struggle. The venue was stunning, we had so many comments from guests on how much they loved it, and everyone absolutely loved the food, people still keep talking about the honey butter served with the bread. Last, for Newport area, it really is incredible the value, you won't find anything remotely in the same price range at anywhere near the same caliber elsewhere in Newport-area.

We used Newport Vineyards for our rehearsal dinner in August 2022 and loved our experience. We worked with Jenna for our booking and the entire planning process and she was the best! She was very organized and communicative and helped us choose the best options to make our night a success. We held our event in the Barrel Room and had a private portion of the outdoor patio as well. Guests loved taking pictures with the barrels and in the vines and the sunset was incredible. We chose to have a beer/wine consumption bar and everyone loved the selection of Taproot Beers and Newport Vineyards Wines that were offered. For food, I highly recommend the make your own taco station which was a major hit. Overall I am so glad we chose Newport Vineyards for our event and I cannot wait to go back for a glass of wine on the patio year after year and remember our perfect night.

We had the pleasure of working with Newport Vineyards as the Floral Designers for a wedding there this weekend. We were pleasantly surprised at the calm, friendly, and professional vibe of the staff there! Everyone was very organized, and they were flexible in working with us as we needed to make some last-minute changes due to an impending storm, and they allowed us to move a seating chart for a slightly better visual appeal (in my opinion, lol). They were organized, prepared, and informative both in their pre-wedding vendor email as well as on-site the day of. And when my assistant picked up the items we told them we'd return to pick up, they had all been collected and set aside in an easily-accessible place for a quick pickup. They set a great example for venues!

Before I even got engaged, I knew I wanted to have my reception at Newport Vineyards. Fast forward to touring and meeting with the coordinator Maris, I was sold! Maris was an absolute pleasure to work with. She handled everything with ease especially during times of uncertainty. She always kept in touch with us and answered any questions or concerns we had. Maris was even great with our parents, who had their concerns as well due to COVID. As our big day approached, we had a lot of changes due to guests unable to attend but she was on top of it and reassured me there was nothing to worry about. On our big day, she paid attention to every detail to make sure it was everything we wanted! Maris made sure my husband and I had drinks in our hands and food on our table at all times which was great because as the bride and groom you definitely forget to eat! Maris was more than we could have asked for to coordinate our big day!

The food was in a class of its own. The majority of our guest are picky Italians but Chef Andy and his crew was up for the challenge. We are still having guests call us and rave about how amazing the food was! Not only was the food amazing, but the way each course was presented just made you not want to eat it! We also added a pasta course because you can’t have an Italian wedding without pasta (lol) and wow! I ended up asking for another bowl because it was so good! We also had the pastry chef make our wedding cake and it was everything I had envisioned!

Maris, Chef Andy, and staff, we cannot thank you guys enough for making our day so perfect! We wish we could do it all again with you guys!!

Jenna and her team at Newport Vineyards were phenomenal! We hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party here (Brix and then transitioned to the Tank Room) and we were truly blown away by the attentiveness, organization, professionalism, and flexibility of Jenna and all her event staff. Newport Vineyards and our coordinator, Jenna, were absolutely amazing every step of the way. Jenna was quick to answer any question we had, extremely helpful helping us through the COVID uncertainties, and was an absolute rockstar the day of our wedding. She checked in frequently, made sure we ate (and weren't interrupted while eating!) and helped everything run smoothly. Chef Andy's food was AMAZING and many of our guests are still talking about how incredible the food was, even weeks later. Newport Vineyards was everything we could have hoped for and more!

We loved everything about this venue! Originally we picked it for the AMAZING food, but as we moved through the planning process, it became clear Maris, the chef, and the rest of the staff, were a huge part of making our day so special. They are extremely professional, accommodating, and caring . Everything went off without a hitch on the day of and everything came out exactly as I dreamed it would. She was in frequent contact with Jon and I about the ever-changing wedding guidelines. With the new guidelines in place Maris and Chef Andy worked with us to create the perfect tasting menu. Our guests are still raving about how phenomenal the food was! Collen, the pastry chef did an amazing job creating the most delicious carrot cake for dessert. Maris and her staff were attentive throughout the whole evening. Maris and Newport Vineyards really went above and beyond to make our special day so perfect, it was more than we could have ever imagined!

Planning a 2020 wedding was not easy, but Newport Vineyards made us feel supported and as comfortable as possible. Our wedding was incredibly beautiful and intimate. The food was extraordinary, and all staff were attentive and helpful throughout the process. Our wedding manager, Maris, paid close attention to details and the nuances that made our evening incredibly special. We loved our experience.

Zack and I could not have chosen a more perfect and professional venue to work with! We were unsure whether we were going to be able to have our 2020 wedding, but Newport Vineyards made it all possible! Our wedding coordinator Maris was constantly monitoring the guidelines and restrictions that were put in place by the RI governor. When the global pandemic hit, Maris was in constant communication with Zack and I, it was very reassuring when there were a lot of unknowns in the world. Thanks to Maris and Newport Vineyards we were able to have a small intimate dinner reception with immediate family in their wine barrel room and everyone felt so safe. Maris worked with us to create a special menu and the food was so delicious! Maris and Newport Vineyards really went above and beyond to make our special day so perfect, it was more than we could have ever imagined. We cannot recommend Newport Vineyards enough!

My family has been going to Newport Vineyards during our Rhode Island vacations since I was a kid, so when my husband and I got engaged in March of 2018, there was no doubt in our mind as to where we wanted to get married. Since we are from New Jersey, we were a little nervous at first about planning a wedding from a distance, but Maris absolutely put our minds at ease and helped keep the whole process as stress free as possible. Maris was so amazing and helpful with our plethora of questions along the way, as well as managing a few last minute changes just days before our wedding. We are incredibly grateful to Maris and entire team at Newport Vineyards for working so hard to make our special day come together. Everything was absolutely beautiful, and our guests from all over the country still cannot stop raving about the venue overall, the delicious wine, and the amazing food. Best wedding ever!

We could not have been happier with Newport Vineyards as our wedding venue – they provided us with the perfect location for a perfect day! Maris, their event coordinator, made planning and logistics so much more streamlined and far less stressful – she is absolutely amazing at what she does!! She had so many great suggestions along the way, and she kept everyone on schedule for the day of and made sure everything went off without a hitch. In addition to Maris, the rest of the venue staff were absolutely fabulous – we even had wedding guests commenting to us about how great the service was. We were also very impressed with the food – guests were raving about the passed bites, and we heard that all of our meal options were delicious! The wine was excellent (as we expected!) and the beer was very tasty as well – and the bar service was run very efficiently, with quick moving lines and friendly service. If you look at any pictures from the venue, they really speak for themselves. Our pictures both outside and inside are absolutely breathtaking, and the vines provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. Every time we look back on our special day we will be reminded of the romantic setting, exceptional staff, and the warmth, love and endless fun we had from beginning to end- this venue is THE venue in Rhode Island.

My wife and I went to a lot of places, but the vineyard was so clearly the right location from the beginning. Newport Vineyards and their staff blew us away at every turn, and we could not have been more thrilled with how everything turned out.

We just had our wedding at Newport Vineyard this past September and are so happy we chose them for our venue. Maris was our event coordinator through the whole process and we are so thankful for her! Let me start off by saying that we couldn't imagine having celebrated our wedding anywhere else but Newport Vineyards. In early October 2019, we had a ceremony at a local church followed by a dinner reception at the vineyards. Originally, we were going to have our dinner in the Porch room but due to unusually cold weather, we decided to move it into a larger space right behind it. I was a little worried that the larger room was going to feel too big for our small group but we were pleasantly surprised with how everything came together! The planners at the vineyards were very accommodating to our needs along the way and made the room look absolutely perfect and cozy. Their decorative touches were beautiful. It also goes without saying that our guests devoured all the food and drinks that were offered, and the vineyards were very conscious about some food allergies that our guests had. Our servers that night were also extremely friendly and attentive. Oh, and our photos that were taken outside at the vineyards were stunning with the sunset in the background! We are so grateful for Newport Vineyards and for helping us create an unforgettable experience.

Not only was Newport Vineyards a beautiful site, the food was absolutely amazing. 5 stars for the chef. He understood what we wanted and went above and beyond. The service was top notch. My wedding coordinator Jenna was the best! She guided me through everything I need to get done and worked with my vendors to make sure everything was perfect. She checked up on my constantly and helped me through even family issues and concerns. The day of my wedding I felt so relaxed knowing that she had everything under control. We were able to actually enjoy our guest and the food! I was sad when my wedding ended. All my guest complimented how beautiful our wedding was. It was exactly what we wanted.

We fell in love with Newport Vineyards the first day we visited the property as a potential wedding site. Jenna's friendly professionalism and passion for her trade were evident from the first Hello. After securing our date, her organization and thoroughness made each step along the way smooth and painless. On our wedding day, with the intent of having an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful vineyard setting, the weather decided to not cooperate the hour before our planned start time. Words cannot explain the 'all hands on deck' effort the entire staff put forth to move the ceremony into the Barrel Room - golf carts were zooming from the field to the building to retrieve our arbor, floral arrangements and other decor. The inside ceremony option was one of the many reasons why we chose this venue and we couldn't have been happier. As the skies cleared, we all enjoyed an outdoor cocktail hour complete with fire pits and lawn games. The night continued seamlessly and all on scheduled with Jenna at the helm. The guests raved about Chef Andy and his teams meals. They were as delicious as our wine pairing tasting 6 months before. Lastly, choosing to have brunch with our guests the following morning could not have worked out better. Again, the food was delicious and gave us the chance to say goodbye to any family and friends we missed while on the dance floor the night before. The culmination of the perfect weekend was having the ability for our guests and us to stay next door at East Island Reserve. The two properties are perfect together. We highly recommend booking your wedding with Jenna and the Newport Vineyard team!

The entire experience with this venue was amazing. Jenna made you feel instantly comfortable to work with. She made planning the wedding feel so seamless throughout. Very attentive, responsive and detail oriented. The food is made in house and they have tons of options to satisfy any flavor pallet you are looking for. In our case we had bbq! Everything is locally grown and made in house and in season of your event, oh, and is absolutely delicious! The staff at Newport Vineyards really pays attention to all of the details that matter to you and some that you didn't think would matter to you. When it comes time for the big day, they cater to your needs throughout the night. Not only was my experience flawless but my guests had no issues at all. We had some dietary restrictions for some of my guests and they made sure that everyone was taken care of. I can't thank the team at Newport Vineyards enough for hosting our wedding. They really made the experience stress free!

My wife and I got married in April at Newport Vineyards. From the first day we walked in to tour the site (which was the same day we booked it) until walking out the door at the end of our wedding, the entire process was wonderful. Jenna and her team were amazing. She was always available, prompt, and happy to answer questions. She was understanding of our needs and our day turned out more perfect than we could have imagined.

We were the first lesbian wedding at Newport Vineyards, and never once were we made to feel different or that our day wouldn’t be perfect. Everyone talks about how planning a wedding is hard, stressful, and challenging – planning a wedding knowing that Jenna and her team were by our side was downright fun. Our tasting meeting was one of the best meals we have ever had. We ate incredible food made by Chef Andy and tasted wine for hours while finalizing our menu. When we wanted to do things a little differently, we were met with, “Of course, we can make that happen!”

Planning a wedding with an outdoor ceremony space can be stressful, but knowing that there was a gorgeous indoor space if the weather didn’t cooperate allowed us to not stress the week leading up to the wedding. We knew that the team would make either site perfect. They coordinated everything with our vendors, so there was very little we needed to do once vendors were selected. We were able to enjoy the day getting ready, not wondering if the cake or flowers showed up on time.

The staff made our night down right magical. Everything we hoped for went off without a hitch (or if there was a hitch, we didn’t know about it)! We had such an incredible evening surrounded by family and friends, enjoying incredible food, wines, craft beer, and signature cocktails crafted by Brenna. The event staff were wonderful, attentive and ensured that every guest was taken care of. Darcy was our right-hand woman at the wedding and made sure we ate, drank, and felt special the whole night. It was perfection. We would 100% recommend Newport Vineyards! Our only regret is that we can’t get married every weekend.

I recently had my wedding here and it was so perfect! Maris was so nice, helpful and easy to work with. She made sure everything was perfect and I felt so comfortable with her that she would make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. We had our wedding at Newport Vineyards this September and cannot say thank you enough to Maris and her team! We could not have dreamed of a more perfect night and credit to Maris for making that happen! When we initially looked at venues, we did not want a typical function hall and immediately knew that Newport Vineyards was the perfect place for us! Maris met with us numerous times throughout the planning process and always was responsive to any questions / requests we had (also they always have wine while you are there planning!). I will say that our favorite portion of the planning was definitely the food tasting – Chef Andy’s passion for his cooking is evident in everything he makes – he was also very accommodating to make some tweaks to the menu to fit our needs! On our wedding night, the venue looked absolutely perfect. I think it’s fair to say that we were blown away – it was honestly better than we could have ever imagined! (they also are great for rehearsal dinners – we had ours there and the porch is great for a smaller, more intimate dinner!)

We also wanted to mention the food because we can’t say enough positive things about Chef Andy! This was not wedding food, it was great restaurant quality food! Since our wedding, we’ve had a number of our friends / family come up to tell us how great all the food was that night! All the appetizers, and the entrees (steak and chicken) were cooked to perfection and served hot to everyone! When we were talking to our guests, I didn’t see a plate with any food left on it! Even our other vendors said it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding! We also had a late night station that was a huge hit for our guests.

We are so thankful to the Newport Vineyards team for making our wedding night the best night of our lives!

We had our rehearsal dinner and welcome reception at Newport Vineyards in April 2018. Since Newport was a destination for our friends and family, we wanted to have a reception the night before our wedding so everyone could meet, mingle, have some drinks, appetizers, and dessert - and we struggled with finding a venue that could accommodate 150 guests without feeling cramped or being exorbitantly expensive. From the moment we set foot in Newport Vineyards, we knew we had found the perfect location - made even better by the professionalism and detail oriented event manager we had in Maris (and so creative! we dropped off boxes of decorations the morning of our event with no instruction and she managed to make everything look incredible!!).

The venue was beautiful, and the rolling bars, tables, and wine barrels allowed the team to convert the space from dinner to casual cocktail in less than 15 minutes. We had space to set up a henna artist and open floorspace for two Bollywood dances as part of our Sangeet. The food was phenomenal (we got so many compliments!) and the wine and beer was perfect. Brenna and her team did an excellent job with the service all night long - no one ever felt rushed but the night moved along on schedule due to their gentle herding. The venue was able to meet everyone's dietary restrictions - including several guests who were vegetarian, gluten free, or who had allergies. Our guests are still raving about the venue, service and food - and several have talked about making the trip up to Newport in the summer just to spend time at the Vineyards in peak season!

We couldn't be happier to have Newport Vineyards as our rehearsal dinner / welcome reception venue and can't recommend the venue and the team enough!

We had our wedding at Newport Vineyards in May 2018. When we first looked at Newport Vineyards as a venue we were impressed with how beautiful the vineyard was but equally as impressed with the professionalism of Maris. From the moment we signed our initial contract, Maris made things so easy for us. She's extremely detail oriented which is exactly what you want in an Event Manager! Everything from the tasting to the detail meeting and all correspondences in between went so smoothly thanks to Maris.

The venue itself is stunning and offered a beautiful background for both our first look and ceremony. The cocktail hour area was spacious and bartenders were very attentive. As an added bonus, guests were playing lawn games and taking pictures out near the vines.
Brenna and her team did an excellent job with the service all night long. Empty drinks and appetizer plates weren't left on tables for longer than 30 seconds the entire cocktail hour.

The plated meals came out quickly and were able to meet everyone's dietary restrictions including several guests with food allergies. As far as the food goes, you can't get any better than here - wedding or otherwise! Chef really impressed us at our tasting with a variety of appetizers and entrees with locally sourced ingredients. You can tell his passion for the food with every bite!

The intern Kelsey did a fantastic job of making sure we were on time and at the right spots when needed. Darcy was our VIP server for the night and we can't say enough good things about her! She made sure from the moment we said "I Do" that we had a drink in our hands and food in our stomachs. Our guests are still raving about the venue, service and food to this day!!

Our wedding was on April 21st 2018 and it was truly perfect!! The venue is amazing, the staff is amazing, the food was absolutely delicious and our guests are still raving about it! Maris was beyond amazing!! She made every step of the process easy, especially planning from out of state. We could not have done it without her!! I think she even managed to get us the BEST weather in the month of April ;) We had the most amazing wedding and could not have imagined it any more perfect! They truly brought our vision to life. We had stations set up for dinner which our guests loved!! Chef’s food was beyond amazing!!! The natural beauty and ambiance of the venue was perfect, and it did not feel like your typical wedding venue which is exactly what we wanted. Again, I cannot rave enough about how truly perfect our wedding day was and how beyond amazing Maris and the entire staff were to work with. I shed so many happy tears that night because every expectation we had was blown away!! We could not Thank them enough for all that they did to make our day so perfect. We plan to make many trips back to the Vineyard to visit, it holds a special place in our hearts :)

Our experience at Newport Vineyards was everything we could have asked for and more. Our wedding coordinator Maris was absolutely wonderful and excellent at her job. She really took in our vision and what we wanted for our special day, and made it a reality. Working with her was such a great experience.

The venue looked absolutely beautiful and breathtaking the day of our wedding. The way they set up our decor, our donut table, and the small details was everything we could have asked for and more. The staff from the waiters to the bartenders were amazing to work with and did a great job. The food was absolutely delicious. The chef had our entire wedding raving about their meals and still to this day. Some said it was the best wedding food they had ever had!

The entire process at Newport Vineyards from start to finish was seamless and perfect. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! They are top notch.

The Venue: It was unreal. The food was outstanding, the decor and setup was absolutely perfect. Not that you can control the weather, but the sunset during the ceremony with all the green vines out was absolutely stunning. The whole setup was so tasteful and well executed - it just made for such a beautiful evening. Can not recommend this place enough for a September wedding - it was just spectacular.

Maris and the Staff: We don't know for sure, but we are pretty confident Maris is a wedding planning guardian angel sent from a distant land specifically to help us flawlessly plan and execute the most beautiful wedding we could have hoped for. From Day 1 we knew everything was going to be done exactly to plan thanks to Maris's meticulous organization, friendly and accommodating demeanor and flexibility with some last minute changes. We honestly could not have done it without her and she will forever be a legend in our home for all that she did for us during the wedding planning process. We will forever be grateful to the entire Newport Vineyards staff for all of their help throughout the whole process. It was a truly special evening, and Newport Vineyards was front and center as to why. Well, after the bride, of course.

Our wedding was this past weekend at Newport Vineyards. It was amazing in every way! The vineyard was just lovely for the ceremony and the Meadow room couldn't have been prettier for our reception. Everyone we worked with was so helpful & professional. Chef Andy's food was amazing - all of our guests were raving about it! Special thank yous to Danielle our server for the day and especially to Maris who is an awesome event coordinator! We purchased NV wines for our favors and they helped us out by bottling up jelly beans for our underage guests. We are thrilled that we held our wedding here!

I think we got more compliments on the venue that my husband or I got on our wedding or our outfits! But seriously, everything Newport Vineyards did was perfect. We did a cocktail hour in the tank room, followed by dinner and dancing in the meadow room. The event coordinator, Maris, helped by offering suggestions of placements of certain tables and things, which was a huge help to design the space so that the wedding was enjoyed by everyone! While the upstairs restaurant was open, we never noticed other patrons in the venue and felt very private. We also loved that wine was included in the venue rental fee, as well as chairs and tables (we didn't use the latter) and a few other little perks and items.

First and foremost, the venue alone is beautiful. The outdoor and indoor spaces are jaw-dropping-- a perfect mix of rustic, industrial, and elegant. We always say how relaxed and happy we are when we visit Newport Vineyards and were SO excited to share that sentiment with all of our wedding guests. From the initial emails, many questions, planning details, and day-of execution, Newport Vineyards was fantastic. Maris is a true professional, and will keep your day running on time and smoothly. Our day could not have gone more perfectly, and we are so grateful for the hidden gem that is Newport Vineyards!!! Highly recommend!

When I first visited this Venue is was under construction, and I knew even in the mist of bare wood and nails this was it.
I spoke to Maris (who is the BEST), and got the date set and put our deposit down.
We visited several more times to try wines and also just to enjoy the vineyard. The rehearsal and the reception went seamlessly thanks to Maris. She is on top of everything and got the grooms men and bridesmaids in line to figure out ll the walking in and the set up for the ceremony, that was on site as well.
Seriously this is the most beautiful place a wedding can take place. I am still in awe of how gorgeous our day was, and the compliments from everyone regarding how amazing the wedding was. From the indoor/outdoor feel, the very cool patio, to the industrial feel near the steel wine barrels.
All I can say is AMAZING- #1 in England and thank you for making our wedding the most beautiful day ever!

Newport Vineyards was a lovely spot for our rehearsal dinner. It was so beautiful, and the food so good, that we would have loved it as our wedding venue as well! We had about 50 guests join us for our rehearsal dinner, starting with a cocktail hour on the back porch overlooking the vines, followed by a dinner inside.

Maris from Newport Vineyards was professional and responsive to our inquiries leading up to the rehearsal dinner. She made it easy for us to select our menus and other details. Our guests had a great time and had nothing but praise for the evening. Highly recommended for your rehearsal dinner (or any other event!).

We got married at Newport Vineyards this past October. I was looking for a non traditional wedding location that was both rustic and unique-which Newport Vineyards certainly was! When you drive up to this place it is off a busier road and it does not seem like it would be a great place for an event. However, with that being said once you are there you do not even notice the road at all and it really is so gorgeous and secluded feeling. The reception space in the Meadow room is also gorgeous-from the chandeliers to the large barn doors! Any decorations go with the room and you really do not need much to make it look beautiful because it already is on its own. We worked with Cassandra and Maris who were great!! They were both very laid back and accommodating. I think when you are planning a wedding it can get very overwhelming and stressful so it was nice to work with people who were very calm and help put you at ease. The weather for our wedding ended up being horrible! It rained like crazy the entire week of our wedding including that day and was freezing. I was really bummed because we were excited to use the outdoor vineyard area during our ceremony and the porch/patio area for our cocktail hour. However, Maris came through with an awesome indoor alternative which ended up being perfect! And it did stop raining later in the night and we were able to still open the garage glass door from the ceremony space onto the patio and people were able to go in and out. Our pictures also came out great even with the rainy weather! We really had the best time and everyone loved the venue! Overall, we had a great wedding at Newport Vineyards. We will be coming back for soon for sure to sit out and drink some delicious wine!

Five stars isn't a high enough rating for Newport Vineyards! We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at the Vineyards in the brand new Meadow Room - it was PERFECT. I cannot say enough good things about the Vineyard and the people who work there. I worked with Cassandra and Maris to plan our day and they were beyond accommodating from start to finish. They are quick to answer phone calls and emails, and they worked with me to make sure every little detail of my wedding day was covered. We took a little bit of a leap of faith when we reserved the room since it wasn't finished yet, and it truly paid off. While looking for a wedding venue, we wanted a place that was romantic and simple (no hotel ballrooms), but would still be special and fancy enough for a wedding (i.e. indoor bathrooms and comfort for our guests, not in a tent). The Vineyard really is the best of both worlds - there is so much outdoor space and the reception/cocktail hour were located steps from the grape vines. We were able to keep the huge doors open overlooking the vineyard for the entire reception. Our guests loved that they were able to hang out inside and dance, or step outside on the porch for a drink or a cigar throughout the night. I got SO many compliments from our guests on the venue location. The Vineyard worked with all of our vendors to make sure that they were comfortable with the new room and to make sure our night went seamlessly. Maris and Cassandra worked with my contact at Blackstone Catering (Shannon - also amazing!) to make sure everything happened the way it needed to. It took the stress out of my day knowing that they were in contact with each of my vendors on the day of, including the florist (Carlones Florist), the dj (B-Sharp entertainment), and the table/dance floor rentals (Newport Rentals). A HUGE thank you to Newport Vineyards for making my wedding day perfect - everything about the venue and the employees working there was flawless!

We gave our guests bottles of wine as favors. Absolutely fabulous wine!

We had our wedding here 11.22.24! We couldn’t have asked for anything more or less! It was perfect. Better than we both imagined. The venue is beautiful, Lily the wedding manager, coordinator is so sweet and the best to work with. As bride and groom you receive VIP service the whole night. We didn’t have to put anything up or take anything away in terms of decor. We had such a beautiful experience!!! The food is unlike what we’ve had before. The drinks! Everything is amazing. We kept receiving compliments from our guests as well. Rehearsal dinner was also there at the restaurant, the service exceeds expectations as well! Totally worth it. Especially a wedding, one time thing. It is something we never truly will forget. We don’t regret one thing! It is exactly what we wanted.

We recently got married at Newport Vineyards and it was literally the best experience. Lily was our event coordinator and answered probably at least 2 emails a week with a million questions during the lead up with patience and kindness. She was truly such a pleasure to work with leading up to and through our wedding night. NV was so organized and made wedding planning as easy as it could be. They took my vision and executed perfectly. The wedding itself was gorgeous, seamless, perfection. We had a VIP server, Jeannie, who got us drinks and apps during cocktail hour and made sure to send us home with apps and desserts we didn’t have a chance to eat throughout the night. Everyone was so kind and attentive and we felt so special. The guests raved about the reception hall, the grounds, cocktail hour on the terrace, and the food! You never hear about good food at weddings and this was a big part of our decision. I could not be happier with our night and cannot say enough good things about our experience. Can’t wait to come back every summer and anniversary!

My Fiance and I worked with Maris who was great! She was professional, friendly, and made it very clear that she would do whatever she could to make our wedding perfect. Our wedding is in about a year but we already know it is gonna be great because of her and her team!

Newport Vineyards did our personalized wine bottles for our wedding. The labels came out so beautifully and of course the wine was fantastic. They were great to work with. Very flexible and helpful.

We had our rehearsal dinner as well as welcome reception at the Vineyards. During the planning phase as well as the day of, the staff was very professional. I had a positive experience interacting with the event coordinator, Jenna, from the beginning to end; so I give high marks on the staff's responsiveness, professionalism and flexibility. My criticism would be that the value and cost of service does not meet my expectation. We had a small wedding party (14 people). Given our size, I expected that it would not take long to serve each of our three courses; this did not happen. It took a while for us to get each of the courses. In our final contract, it was indicated that we would have a burlap table runner on the rehearsal dinner table; this was not provided. When it came to the welcome reception, my criticism is that the venue did not provide enough chairs (and should consider investing in high chairs for the hightop tables they had) for our guests. There were only about 6-8 low chairs set-up outside near the fire pit (none inside); and we had about 25+ guests at the welcome reception.
