I ordered 240 personalized wine glasses with gift boxes on January 20thth 2015 for my wedding favours. I ordered extra in case some get broken in transit or if there were some defects. The order would take at least 3 weeks due to the custom printing.
I did not get the shipping confirmation, however the glasses were delivered on Feb 3rd to my uncle's addresd in NY (i live in canada and the shipping across the border was at least $200 extra).
The glasses made it to me on March 4th but after going through the 3 boxes, the gift boxes were missing. I contacted their support team via email and they responded within 3 hours that their warehouse would look into the shipment.
Within 48 hours, they provided a tracking number for the shipment of thethe gift boxesboxes and they are currently in transit. Despite the slight inconvenience (I will have toto drive 3 hours to pick them up this weekend), it was handled promptly and professionally. Of the original shipment, none of the glasses were broken. Of the 240, there were roughly 14 that were slightly below perfect (printed ink was faded or there was a small scratch at the base).
Overall, good experience and I will order again -

I found my unique party favors here for my guests. Everyone just loved it!! It definitely complimented our reception and set-up. -

My wedding Gifts Arrive promptly in time!! They were even more beutifull than in the pictures. I ordered the interlocking heart candles as a wedding favor. The price was good and fit our budget perfectly -

The quality is really good for the price we pay. The favors are cheap and very pretty.
The favors came great but on an order of 100, 1 came broken.

We ordered Place card holders and they gave us a 1 month delay. After a month we emailed them and they wrote back that they will not have the product. They never informed us of this and if we didn't email them who knows. We are now 20 days from travel for our wedding and have to scramble. They also informed us that it would take 2 to 3 days for the credit to process.

Their web site says that they will ship out non-personalized items within 3 business days. After ordering wedding favors for our guests. I received an email from them stating that my order would be mailed out in 6 business days, and included, "Please let us know if this is acceptable."
As our wedding is coming up, I didn't feel that this was something that could wait. And not knowing nor having ordered from newfavors.com, was I sure how reliable they would be. So, I replied to their email by letting them know that it was "not acceptable," and asked them to ship out our order by the 3 business days that they promise on their web site.
The next email that I received was that my order was cancelled. This was all through email, and no discussion about the matter (as their phone number sent me to voicemail the two times I tried to reach them). Very poor customer service.
Then I chose to look up reviews for them, and I came across the BBB:

I laughed after I saw this.
Afterwards, my fiancee and I found something that worked much better for us for less than half the price.
So, all in all, I think that I came out ahead by not buying from newfavors.com. -

If I could give zero stars I would do so. My wedding favors (Murano bottle stoppers) are defective. The glass starfish snaps off of the metal bottle stopper as soon as I touch them. NO human being was available to talk to--only the website. They responded to my email and refused to excuse the restocking fee, nor would they cover my shipping. Their product is defective and they will not stand by it! Never again. I had to dispute this with my credit card company. Appalling and unprofessional behavior from a business. -

This company has fully upset me. I ordered the mason jars and my plan from day one was turning them into candles, having a perfessional candle marker make them. Once they got to my candle maker she immediately let me know this glass was not suitable for candles, the glass was not fire proof. I understood the original return policy that I had 10 days, but I wanted to talk to someone about the issue. There is NO human interaction at new favors. I tried everything, they just kept emailing me telling me too bad. I stated there was no disclaimer in the product detail to inform me about being a hazard using as a candle. All I wanted was a human to speak to. That was impossible. They refused to do anything or give me anyone to speak to. They do not care about their customers safety and customer service is not a top priority for this company. DO NOT purchase anything from them. -

July 20th 2013 Do Not use this company. Antique Skeleton key bottle opener from new favors
My wedding is in september 2013 and I ordered my favors in June 2013 my favors were paid for. First I didnt hear from them until the end of june when I sent an email asking for shipping information for my item. I was then sent an email stating that the item was out of stock until beginning of July and they wantd to know if they should ship. So i responded yes please ship out when they are available since my money was already removed from my account almost a month prior. So then I recieved an email saying that the ship date will be July 16th and recieved July 24th. At the end of every email they say thank you let us know whether to continue. Im not sure why they have to be told 5 times to ship something that was already paid for but I guess thats what they want. So i responded again stating thank you yes please ship out my items on the 16th thank you. So then on the 18th I emailed again and asked for shipping details to be sent to me. I received an email this morning stating that I never responded and that they are now out of stock until the 8th of august and they will be refunding my money in 3-4 weeks. So I resonded by forwarded my sent email that showed proof i continually responded and did after the last one as well. Keep in mind you cannot speak to a represenative if you call the number they want you to either leave a message or email. They are inconsistant and a has horrible customer service. I chose them because of reviews that were good online but from my experience I think the reviews were fake. I tried calling other favor places onine like nicepricefavors etc and they all have the same protocol so I think its the same company with numerous different names, websites and prices with all the same out of stock dates. Unless you want to deal with almost 2 months of emailing back and forth and not get anywhere I would choose a different place. -
