My husband and I had our wedding reception at NYCC on 4/30/22 and we could not have imagined a better venue for us. When people asked how we decided on the venue, we say that "we first fell in love with Julie Ann, and then we fell in love with the venue." NYCC was the first venue we saw, and from the second we walked in, Julie Ann Catalano was incredibly welcoming, gracious, professional, and beyond helpful. As soon as we left after our first visit to NYCC, my husband and I both looked at each other and said "I think we found our venue!" After visiting a few other venues that were on our list, nothing else compared and we knew NYCC was everything we were looking for. I was worried about all of the stress involved with wedding planning, but I cannot emphasize enough how much Julie Ann did for us. She helped us so much throughout the entire process and provided an abundance of recommendations for vendors. Everything ended up running so smoothly the day of our wedding, thanks to Julie Ann going above and beyond to make sure our vision had come to life. She also made sure we were able to enjoy the food from our cocktail hour and brought us a ton of food and anything we wanted to drink into the bridal suite where my husband and I decided to take some alone time before the reception. Our guests said that the food was incredible, the entire staff was amazing, and the venue was gorgeous (we also got very lucky with the weather and had a great view of the city skyline). I cannot recommend NYCC enough and I hope to attend an event as a guest there sometime in the near future! -

New York Country Club was amazing. My husband and I moved to NC but wanted to get married in NY since we were both from the area. Julie Ann made the whole planning process easy for us. We got married on October 22 and the property was beautiful. The food was incredible as well. Lori was our bridal attendant and she was amazing the whole time. She even took a bunch of behind-the-scenes photos so I could have photos of the day while waiting for the professional shots! I couldn't recommend this venue enough. -

Amazing! Must book venue
Our wedding was at the end of September at NYCC and it was everything we hoped for and more. I would choose NYCC a million times over- this wedding venue is second to none. The combination of everything NYCC offers is undeniably the best- from the NYC skyline views, the beautiful outdoor photo-ops, the outdoor/indoor space that flows seamlessly, the open ballroom with huge dance floor, the amazing food from cocktail hour through dessert, and the entire staff. We had to reschedule our wedding 3 times and Seth made the process so easy on us every single time, we enjoyed working closely with him throughout all of the planning. Julie Ann is 110% the person you want coordinating your wedding day. She understood our vision perfectly and I knew from the first time I met her I could trust her with every little detail (before, during, and after our wedding day). Lori was my bridal attend and she was always at the right place at the right time! As an added bonus she captured the most beautiful behind the scenes pictures throughout the day. Thank you all for the memories and moments we will never forget! -

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! NYCC was the first and only venue we looked at. Everyone at NYCC was a pleasure to work with. Seth, Julie Ann, and our bridal attendant, Lori, were absolutely amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our long awaited day was everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. If you are considering NYCC as your wedding venue, search no further! With NYCC you have delicious food, hospitality, and a gorgeous venue right at your fingertips! I hope to be able to attend another event at New York Country Club someday soon! Thank you NYCC for everything you have done for us! -

Wonderful Venue, Highly Recommend
My husband and I got married at the New York Country Club in July of 2021. We could not have been happier with our venue choice. We were originally supposed to get married July 2020, but due to the pandemic, had to postpone. Seth and Julie Ann were so accommodating, supportive, and helpful through the very sad, and hard process of having to postpone.
When we finally got to celebrate our wedding day, it could not have been better. The venue was set up beautifully, the bridal suite to get ready in was perfect, the food was delicious! We were lucky enough to have a beautiful summer day, with our ceremony under the covered patio, with the waterfall and New York City skyline behind us. The cocktail room is so unique- feels like you're outside, without being outside. The ballroom was beautiful, with neutral colors, high ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. Very large bar in the ballroom- we got a lot of compliments from the guests on the bartenders! The photo-op spots around the venue and on the golf course are so pretty! Julie Ann was very helpful to myself and my husband throughout the night- making sure we ate, put separate food aside from cocktail hour for us, making sure we had drinks, and always asking if there was anything we needed.
We truly could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. We would recommend the New York Country Club to anyone! -

We loved every moment of wedding planning with Julie Ann at NYCC. She was the first coordinator we spoke to and we knew she was fantastic right away. We visited several other venues to be sure, and they just didn’t measure up to NYCC’s hospitality and attention to detail. Julie Ann kept us updated throughout our year and a half engagement, even through many Covid changes. NYCC always reassured us that they would be up to date with safety policies and procedures, and they most certainly were. The wedding day was absolutely spectacular. Julie Ann and my bridal attendant Lori did not let me worry about a single thing. The vendors got all set up and ready to go and I didn’t even realize! I just got to enjoy my day thanks to the ease and efficiency of NYCC. My guests cannot stop telling me how delicious the food was, and how much food there was! We didn’t even include any add-ons to our menu because there is so much food already (although we really toyed with the sushi station and the ice sculpture add ons!) My husband and I enjoyed all of the cocktail hour food intimately in our bridal suite on a beautiful charcuterie tray. How lovely to have a private moment right after the ceremony! We also got to keep our things in the locked bridal suite the night before the wedding, and could have left things until the next morning if we had chosen. It was so great to have that private, safe space, and to be able to give the key code to select members of family and bridal party. I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful Julie Ann was in helping us coordinate the best day of our lives. There isn’t a single thing I would have changed! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! -

New York Country Club was an amazing venue and they gave us the wedding of our dreams! From the moment we stepped into the venue, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. It is beautiful & elegant, yet intimate and warm. We weren’t at the cocktail hour (we didn’t want to do a first look) but our guests raved about the food. The entrees and cake were beyond delicious, too! We got beautiful romantic portraits on the golf course (there’s a dreamy lake/weeping willow/field area!). But I think the best part of NYCC is the service. We met Seth at our initial tour of the venue and he walked us through each part of wedding planning in an organized and calming manner. He provided excellent vendor recommendations and was able to answer all of our questions throughout the process. Julianna, our bridal attendant, made sure we were taken care of throughout the day. They provided light refreshments and water for my bridesmaids and me in the morning (we got ready there - the bridal suite is beautiful!) and she decorated the space in a way that was even more beautiful than I had envisioned! We had to postpone our 2020 wedding during Covid and had heard horror stories from friends who were going through the same thing at other venues. We were so grateful that NYCC was so kind and understanding! Best decision we made for our wedding was to have it here with such a warm, wonderful team! -

GREAT Experience with New York Country Club!
My wife Veena and I hosted a wedding event here and it was a fantastic experience! There are many reasons why: - firstly, the venue is stunning. There is an inside component, a semi outside component we thought that was perfect for serving food, and a fully outside component with a very nice view - secondly, the staff was extremely pleasant! The waiters, waitresses, and bartenders were top notch and made sure that the guests felt comfortable and tended to - lastly, the management team of the New York Country Club was very accommodating to our requests. We hosted an Indian event, and they were willing to work with us and our vendors at all times! We would recommend this venue to ANYONE looking to host a big event. We had a great experience! -

If brides are going to read any reviews, it should be from COVID brides! :) We were expected to get married on October 3, 2020, which unfortunately couldn't happen due to restrictions. Julie Ann was MORE than accommodating when it came time to reschedule our wedding. Julie Ann was quick to call or email me back and she made me feel like I was talking to a friend. We were finally able to get married this past Saturday and I am still getting messages from our guests about how amazing everything was! The food, atmosphere, and service was beyond EXCELLENT. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite, which was perfect. There were 9 girls total and 4 hair and makeup artists. We felt like we had enough room to enjoy the day and the pictures we were able to capture while getting ready were so nice! I wish cocktail hour could have lasted all night, but then dinner arrived, and it was just as delicious. Everything was seamless and Julie Ann and the other attendants were quick to make sure we were happy and cared for! I really couldn't have asked for a better day and that was all thanks to everyone at New York Country Club. I highly recommend this venue to all future brides looking in the area and would get married here again in a heartbeat! -

We held my daughter and son in law’s wedding here. The attention to detail was exceptional and the venue looked amazing. The cocktail hour, meal, and Venetian table were outstanding. Kudos to the Catering Manager, Julie Ann as well as the staff. Rolf, the owner of Gateau Suisse, provided the wedding cake and the groom’s cake, both of which were exceptional and met the couple’s requisite. Everyone went out of their way to make the day a success. If I could give more stars I would! -

You don't have to get married in Manhattan to have the ultimate NY wedding. NYCC had the beautiful views and scenery, the elegant and chic ballroom, the outdoor patio for cocktail hour, and the staff that makes you feel like a royal couple. Seth and Juli Anne were patient, smart, creative, and helped me put on my dream wedding. My guests raved about the cocktail hour and partied the night away. Every detail and decor I came with they took to another level. Not one moment did I feel worry, stress, rushed, or lost. My Husband and I truly enjoyed our magical day and I have to give credit to NYCC - the best decision we made for the wedding. You will know once you walk in that you have to have your wedding there. -

Seth and his team went above and beyond to make our wedding day as special as we dreamed it would be. Seth was super accommodating and made sure every detail of our wedding was carried out without hesitation or flaw. The whole night ran smoothly and we literally had nothing to worry about. Julie Ann was an amazing assistant throughout the whole night. Anything I needed, or even my family needed, she was there! Not to mention, the venue inside and out is absolutely beautiful. We had great weather that day and took some amazing shots out on the green. (We loved be able to drive the golf carts!) Guests were able to see the city skyline at night too! It is a day we will remember forever and we will forever be grateful to NYCC for such an amazing night -

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at New York Country Club on 10/25/19. Julie Ann and Seth were wonderful throughout the entire planning process, and even better on the actual wedding day and night. The venue was gorgeous. We moved our ceremony from outdoors into the enclosure due to cold weather, but the cocktail tables were set up and ready to go before the guests could fill up a plate! We found the venue to be very accommodating and the staff helped calm my nerves by making everything seamless. Julie Ann even took the time to fill up a platter from each serving station
during the amazing cocktail hour and had it waiting for us in the Bridal Suite. Thank you for a beautiful night that we will remember fondly for the rest of our lives! -

We had our wedding at the New York Country Club on October 11, 2019 and it was everything we ever wanted! From start to finish Seth was outstanding. He had helped us with every detail and answered every question promptly. The food tasting before the wedding was so professional (and delicious) and the bakery they set you up with to do your wedding cake (Le Gateau Suisse Ltd) was phenomenal. The owner was so patient and helpful and they did a personalized college and Met’s theme wedding cake for us!
The pictures outside on the golf course were exactly what we wanted, even with a view of the NYC skyline in the distance! The indoor/outdoor cocktail hour space was spacious and beautiful, and the ballroom was exactly what we imagined. We almost filled the entire room up and everyone was comfortable, dance floor was plenty big for our big crowd and 8-person band and everyone had an awesome time! The whole reception went smoothly, Julianne the bridal attendant made sure of that as well! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect & fun wedding, our guests keep telling us how beautiful the day was! Thank you!

NYCC was the first and only venue you visited for our short engagement. From start to finish Seth was warm, welcoming and professional. I was a nervous bride to me and clueless as to where to start when it came to wedding planning. He was able to ease my anxiety and pretty much took care of all the big things us brides to be worry about. Cocktail hour was a hit! Soooo much food, I had a lot of family and friends visiting from Jamaica and Guyana and the country club was able to create a station that represented our cultures. A major plus! The wedding day was smooth thanks to our attendant Julianne. I can’t sing NYCC enough praise. They delivered all that was promised plus! Thank you !! -

Our wedding was in July and it was everything we could have ever imagined it to be. From the first visit to the New York Country Club and our meeting with Eric, we knew the venue was going to be perfect for our special day. Eric was amazing to work with. He has a true passion for what he does and helped us to have the most stress-free year of wedding planning I could have ever imagined. From the beginning to the end, Eric was there exactly where he needed to be. He answered every question I had, most of the time before I even knew I had them! On the day of our wedding, we were expecting a huge storm and Eric was on top of the weather and getting updates every hour. He knew how badly I wanted to have the ceremony outside so he was more prepared than I could ever imagine to make that happen. Luckily, the weather held up and it ended up being a perfect day. I am still receiving compliments to this day on my wedding at NYCC. The grounds and views were beautiful and the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were nothing short of perfect. The food was amazing and our guests are still raving about it all! Eric and the staff were there throughout the whole night every step of the way. Eric was behind the scenes making sure everything was going exactly how it should. He even went out of his way to get a very picky eater something different when she wasn't eating her meal. The day of the wedding we were able to get ready in the beautiful bridal suite and Eric was there all day checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He continued to do this throughout the whole night. Eric and his staff also worked with the florist to set up my centerpieces and and made everything look exactly how I envisioned it. I truly could not have asked for a better team to have on my wedding day. My husband and I are so happy with our choice to have our wedding at NYCC. We would recommend Eric and the venue to everyone!!! -

NYCC will not disappoint!
From our first visit to the New York Country Club and our meeting with Eric, we knew this venue was where we wanted to get married and celebrate our wedding. We were not disappointed! From the very beginning to the very end, Eric was by our side helping us through every step. He was there to answer every question and idea we had at any time of the day. Eric listened to our every request and executed them effortlessly. He truly made our experience as seamless and less stressful as wedding planning could be. He is a gem!
The NYCC was nothing, but perfect for our September wedding. The grounds are stunning and the view for the ceremony which overlooked a mountainside foliage landscape and golf course was what caught our eye. The ballroom for the reception has the most amazing floating chandeliers that really set the mood for our reception. The food was also another main reason why we choose NYCC. There weren’t many venues that couldn’t compare to the amount of cocktail hour stations and endless food options for the reception courses we had available to us. Our guest are still raving!!
The day of we had the beautiful bridal sweet all day to ourselves and the bridal attend Christina was exceptional! In addition to Eric, Christina really made our day that much more special. Christina and Eric kept our drinks filled all night, made sure we ate and checked in with us to make sure all was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. My husband and I are so happy with the choice we made to go with NYCC!

I can not say enough amazing things about this venue . Im actully still on my honeymoon right now but I couldn’t wait to brag ...To start this was one of the first venues we looked at back in 2016 . It was right before it was redone. ( and the remodel is absolutely gourgous by the way ) we went just to take a look and a little skeptical driving in through spring valley but once you get there and see those NYCC bushes you will see why every bride would want to get married here . Before the redo we went by pictures and Eric’s word and he did not let us down . It is so elegant , clean and beautiful . Eric is exceptional not only did he make us feel at ease once we met him he was there to answer any questions concerns or random stop bys throughout the 2 years when we booked ( I was so excited wanted to show everyone ) he was so patient and kind and made me feel as if our wedding was his top priority he did this the day we signed up to the day of ! He is the reason we signed and we could not be more grateful for that because we had the best day of our lives ! The food was out of this world so much and so amazing ! Everyone at the cocktail hour was raving ! Family from the south never saw anything like it . The bar was great too coming from a big Irish family I was nervous the line would be long but they had a whole plan and I honestly don’t think there was a line at all !!! Not only no line but the drink selection was amazing he asked us what our family likes best to make sure he had enough being a fall wedding he also got our ciders too ! The day of wedding went perfect anything I needed from a drink to making the room a little cooler since all the guest were dancing like crazy to the timeline of the day it was all Eric !!! Like I said once you meet Eric you will understand please just make an appointment. If you do book here the absolute only thing I would say is there is a bridal attendant there she seemed really sweet but I wish me and my husband told her what we wanted to drink in the beginning of the wedding so she could have left it at sweetheart table for us . Just a few trips to the bar but it’s time I wish I spent dancing ...but that would be with any venue not just here and that’s more so us not communicating . Also do not get intimidated by the pillars on dance floor ! Didn’t impact dancing trust me the dance floor was packed) or views that night. This venue will not be a secret amazing find too much longer so call to book before slots get full !

This is not your typical venue that is what I like to call a *wedding factory.* They genuinely care about each event they host and will do everything to make it what you dreamed of. Eric Handler was so helpful every step of the way leading up to our wedding day. He was also very accommodating with coordinating a private tasting and creating a menu that fit us. I had a lot of decor with no directions, but it was all placed beautifully the day of. I also decided last minute that I was going to put out a cigar bar and they accommodated for us! The food was amazing, and our guests are still raving about it. NYCC grounds are beautiful, theres so many different spots to go to take photos. The venue itself is gorgeous and spacious, with plenty of room for our 225 guests. And everyone loved the view of the city skyline in the distance. They have a list of recommended vendors to choose from, and I used three, and loved all of them! We had a few hiccups with our transportation, the extreme heat, and some random changes... but Eric and the NYCC staff handled it all seamlessly and made sure I never stopped smiling! My bridal attendant checked on me througout the night to make sure I had drinks, food, and having a good time. Thank you so much to the NYCC team for making our wedding the best day ever!

The food, the atmosphere, the service, the landscape - all were of the highest quality and beyond our wildest dreams! Eric, the manager, delivered exactly what we envisioned and honored our every request, no matter how small or large. He and the bridal attendant took care of everything on the day of the wedding so we could relax and enjoy the night!
On our wedding day, the staff escorted us and our photographers on golf carts around the grounds, where we took some of the most breathtaking photos we could have ever hoped for. Even with 225 guests and an 8 piece band, the ballroom felt vast and open, with plenty of room for dancing. And the cocktail hour room - enclosed in glass and overlooking the golf course - can't be beat.
Did I mention the FOOD?! Hands down the best wedding food we ever tasted. The cocktail hour menu offered a wealth of traditional and modern options. Think everything from pasta stations to chicken parmesan skewers to dim sum. The main courses were out of this world, as well. To top it all off, Eric threw in a Belgian Waffle station as an extra dessert for no extra charge. I want to attend another wedding there for the food alone!
So if you’re reading this, stop what you’re doing and book New York Country Club for your wedding!! You will be forever thrilled with your decision. Don't delay! We can't thank them enough! -

Judy Sent on 10/10/2017My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the New York Country Club. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself, especially with the recent renovations. We loved the view of the outdoors during our ceremony, as did our guests, and it was a gorgeous backdrop for all of our photos. The flow of the wedding from the ceremony outdoors to the cocktail hour area to the reception was smooth and physically laid out well. The reception was elegant, with the chandeliers hanging from the high ceilings providing a romantic ambiance. The food was delicious both during the cocktail hour and the dinner at the reception. The bridal suite was amazing! The service by the staff was very friendly and made us and all the guests feel taken care of. Throughout the whole process of wedding planning, Eric, the Director of Catering and also our Maitre D, was always available for us in whatever questions or requests we had. Working with him was a pleasure, as he not only had the experience, but also was very personable. In short, you have to visit this venue to understand all the qualities that make this venue so wonderful!

Jennifer Sent on 10/31/2016We had our wedding October 1, 2016 at the NYCC. Eric was very accommodating with all our questions and concerns leading up to the big day. Due to weather, we had a game changer of having the reception inside and it was absolutely beautiful and then Eric's team was able to turnover the room as quick as possible for a 200 person ceremony. The food was great and plentiful! Our bridal attendant Melissa made sure that my husband and I were able to actually eat at the cocktail hour and was very attentive and thoughtful throughout the night. Our guests were all seated comfortably and all tables fit in the ballroom so there was no exclusion. The night/day of the venue was gorgeous, our guests are still raving about it! All in all, i highly recommend the New York Country Club! -

Prior to settling on a venue, we had hoped to have our ceremony outdoors. We knew that the weather was something we couldn't control, and when we had asked other venues what their "rain option/Plan B" was, we weren't thrilled. What we loved about NY Country Club was that we could have the ceremony outside even if it rained because they have an overhang. Not to mention the beautiful views of the golf course, fall foliage (We got married in October), and the view of the NYC skyline also helped our decision. In addition to all of this, NYCC had just gone through a renovation, and the finished product was even better than when we saw and liked beforehand! The maitre d', Eric, was a pleasure to work with. He was always so responsive and accommodating to all our questions/requests. We never had a concern that our day would not be perfect. The food was absolutely fantastic, and what was nice was we were able to do a food tasting prior to solidifying our decision, which no other venue that we saw did (We had seen 11 venues in total!). Overall, we were incredibly happy with our decision and had an absolutely perfect day all thanks to NY Country Club! -
