We recently celebrated our wedding at The Popponesset Inn, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the staff (Jennifer our coordinator) went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully maintained grounds that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.

Jennifer was incredibly professional and attentive, helping us plan every detail to perfection. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations for vendors, which made the entire planning process so much smoother.

On the day of the wedding, everything was seamless. The ceremony area was beautifully set up, and the reception space was elegantly decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. The food was outstanding, with a delicious menu that received rave reviews from all our attendees.

Our guests were equally impressed, and many commented on how it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. We are so grateful to The Popponesset Inn for making our wedding day a truly unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a perfect place to say "I do." My husband and I had our wedding at the ballroom at the Club at New Seabury this past July and we were so happy we chose this venue! The ballroom is spacious and elegant and there's a lovely big patio looking out onto the golf course for guests to enjoy during the cocktail hour and when they wanted a break from dancing. Everyone LOVED the food, too! And we felt the venue was the best of both worlds: we got to have a big ballroom with air conditioning but also got to enjoy the beach on the day. We had a BLAST driving in the golfcarts down to the beach for photos with the bridal party! It was such a fun part of the day.

We found Erica Greeley and her team to be amazing to work with. Erica answered or quickly found out the answers to any questions I had and was kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt like she really got what I was going for and that I could trust her completely. And I was right -- she kept the day running smoothly and made sure the venue looked elegant and in line with what I'd described. I had told her I was nervous there wouldn't be enough pink in the room (we had chosen a light pink theme but the flowers were white so I wanted to make sure there were other pink details). On the day of the wedding, she brought us into the ballroom before everyone else to see the way she and her team had set up the room (it was gorgeous!) and she even put pink lighting on the ceiling! I loved it.

Also, we had a really great bridal attendant on the day who was so sweet and attentive with making sure my husband and I had drinks and food and whatever we needed throughout the night. It was a lovely touch!

The last thing I'll say is that we also decided to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the night before at the Athletic Club at New Seabury. It was another lovely space with excellent service as well!! 10/10 recommend the whole place.

We had our wedding May of 2024 at The Poppy Tent and I truly do not know where to start when it comes to this venue - especially Chelsea Davis and her team. Planning/throwing a wedding definitely comes with its stresses and hardships, but Chelsea was our real life fairy godmother as she handled everything with immense kindness and professionalism from our initial tour to our final hug goodbyes after the wedding. She and all her staff made sure every detail was absolutely perfect for our special day. Chelsea plans/coordinates anywhere from 3-4 events per weekend, yet she made us feel like our wedding was her only priority at all times. As for the venue itself, I couldn't imagine a better place to hold our reception. May can be an unpredictable month when it comes to weather so the permanent tent structure overlooking the beach is the perfect solution for the beach loving bride. The food was also incredible no mater what you ate. I cannot recommend and thank The Club at New Seabury enough.

Chelsea and her team at New Seabury were actual rockstars throughout the whole planning process for our wedding this year! She is detailed and thorough, always follows up, and not afraid to tell you if something is a good idea or not. The venue was stunning, we had the ballroom for the wedding and the Poppy for the rehearsal... and our guests couldn't say enough good things. The icing on the cake for the whole weekend was the food. The food was 10/10.. Rehearsal- everyone was raving, cocktail hour was the tastiest bites, and the stations for dinner was such a good move! My family can be tough critics when it comes to food and they had nothing but great things to say about all of it. I wouldn't hesitate for a second booking here!

I can't say enough good things about the NS Team and especially Chelsea Davis! My husband and I got married at the country club in August and everything was better than we could have ever imagined. Throughout the entire planning process Chelsea was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all her expertise and accommodated all our requests. On the weekend of the wedding the weather was questionable but we ended up be able to have the ceremony outdoors and Chelsea made everything seamless and stress free. Of the day of the wedding our attendant Christine was extremely helpful and always made sure the wedding party had drinks and anything else needed. Chelsea went above and beyond on the day of even helping with boutonnieres and bustling my dress when we were having trouble. The food, staff, drinks and everything about the venue were perfect. Our guests all raved about the wedding and we couldn't have imagined a more perfect day. A HUGE thank you to Chelsea and the NS team. I would recommend to anyone getting married to choose New Seabury as your venue!

This venue is a must! Not only is the space absolutely beautiful, with incredible indoor and outdoor space, with stunning views of the golf course and Nantucket Sound, the staff is what makes this venue so worth it. We worked with Chelsea and her team and every single one of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Everything was executed exactly the way we had envisioned it. There was a bridal attendant who took care of our every need and made sure that we had hors d'oeuvres brought to us so we had time to try all of our food, and brought us drinks throughout the night. We were absolutely blown away by the care and attentiveness of this team. It was worth every penny and then some!

We had our wedding at the Club at New Seabury ballroom earlier this month (August 2023) and it was truly our dream wedding. We worked with Jennifer Perry throughout our planning process and she was amazing. She answered any and all questions promptly and had such great insight into the venue layout and overall flow of the day. On the day of, everything was set up perfectly and as the bride and groom, we truly felt zero stress. Jennifer was attentive to not just us but our entire bridal party and families, making sure everyone had exactly what they needed. We had so many guests raving about their meals and we were happy to hear they loved the venue just as much as us! It was a perfect wedding day and we can’t thank Jennifer and her team enough!

We had both our ceremony and our reception at the Popponesset Inn. Everything ran like clockwork with our day of coordinator, and every part of our day was executed perfectly. Our day of coordinator worked with our other vendors to make sure they were all on the same timeline throughout the evening; adjusting events as needed. We had a personal server bringing us drinks and appetizers, and the venue was set up exactly how I envisioned it. I couldn't be happier with our experience at the Poppy!

I can't say enough good things about The Popponesset Inn and the Club at New Seabury. We had our rehearsal dinner at the club, it was absolutely perfect, food and service was amazing. We got married in May 2023 at The Poppy. Jennifer Perry made sure every detail was perfect and everything was taken care of. Jennifer made the planning process easy and fun. And she was present during our wedding to make sure we were all set with everything. I highly recommend choosing this as your wedding venue for a few reasons: it's the most beautiful beach setting, Jennifer and her team are incredible, and lastly the services + food is top tier.

We just got married at the The Club at New Seabury Ballroom. This was the best decision that we made for our wedding. We had Wilma and Chelsea as our wedding event coordinators. We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Chelsea was absolutely amazing. She handled every with great ease, professionalism, and always made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout the day. The food was fantastic. Each and every staff member was kind, helpful, and responsive. We have had people tell us that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. Best of all they waited til the morning of our wedding to allow us to decide if we wanted to be married inside or outside pending the weather. I can't thank Chelsea enough for that. It meant the world to me! Our entire wedding went off without a hitch!

My husband and I got married at the Club at New Seabury and we cannot say enough good things about this venue. We got married at the end of October 2022 and booked our wedding almost exactly a year prior to the date. From the day we booked to the day of the wedding, Chelsea, Wilma, and Jennifer were all absolutely incredible to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting all of them and this team made my dream wedding come true. The food delicious and the place was absolutely beautiful, our guests are still talking about it two months later. The day of organization and scheduling was truly unmatched. The wait staff and coordinators know exactly what they're doing, it felt like they were reading our minds at times throughout the evening. Seriously, nothing beats a drink at cocktail hour on the gorgeous outside gazebo they have, it was such a hit even at the end of October! Often times, you hear about the stress that comes with planning a wedding, but it was a breeze for me thanks to this place and their crew!

My partner and I got married at the Popponesset Inn in October 2022 and it couldn't have been more perfect. I've always dreamed of getting married on the Cape and this is one of the only venues that is right on the water. Our guests enjoyed every moment: looking out at the ocean during the ceremony, mingling inside and outside for pictures and drinks during cocktail hour, eating a hot delicious dinner served quickly, and dancing the night away. My review sounds cheesy, but truly it was an awesome evening. We worked with Jennifer Perry and I couldn't be more grateful. Through every step of the way I felt I could be myself - Jennifer was so knowledgeable, professional, calm, and supportive. We wish we could do it all over again!

My wife and I were blown away walking through the property at New Seabury when planning our big day. However, once we met Chelsea Davis and saw how she was adored by not just the members of the club but the staff as well, we knew our venue search was over. Chelsea was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive when it came to any question we had. She was the insanely accommodating with every change requested (including some last minute table changes day of). She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was the definition of perfect. And without a shadow of a doubt it was!!! She is a true professional and knows how to make sure your big day runs smoothly. We couldn’t be more grateful for Chelsea and the New Seabury club!

Working with Chelsea and the team at the Popponesset Inn couldn't have been a better process! The planning was seamless and stress-free, the food and service were amazing. You have to book at The Popponesset Inn! My husband and I got married at the Poppy in September 2022. Everything from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Our guests raved about the delicious food and gorgeous scenery. We cannot recommend it enough. We worked closely with Jennifer Perry, who made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. Her knowledge of the venue and calm demeanor made a very stressful time easy and enjoyable for us. As the bride and groom, we felt relaxed through the entire wedding and felt we truly could enjoy ourselves while everyone worked so hard behind the scenes to keep our timeline on schedule. We had numerous guests with very complicated allergies and dietary restrictions. Jennifer and her team were so accommodating and organized in assisting the special needs of our guests. We would not have changed a single thing about our wedding, and we owe all of it to Jennifer and her team.

The New Seabury Country Club was a perfect location for our Cape Cod wedding. We utilized the ceremony space outside followed by a cocktail hour on the deck and reception dinner inside the ballroom. Chelsea was our wedding coordinator and perfectly executed the entire day, not to mention all of the help she provided prior to the wedding! The food from New Seabury was also delicious! We are so happy that we chose the New Seabury Country Club for our venue!

Such a beautiful venue for a sunset cocktail celebration at The Club at New Seabury! Chelsea and her staff went above and beyond to make our daughter and future son in law’s engagement party a truly exceptional occasion that will be a cherished memory for years to come!

Our wedding was everything we ever wanted it to be and so much more. Chelsea was incredible and really helped us create our dream wedding. We had the daytime slot which was amazing and allowed us to have fun with the food selections! Working the Chelsea and the chef, we had brunch appetizers that were delicious. I will say the biggest review from the wedding was the food. Every guest said the food was spectacular. We went with the buffet menu. We got lucky with the weather and the view of the ocean was incredible. I can't recommend this venue enough. Everyone was so accommodating and nice and really made the day so special.

My husband and I got married at The Poppy this past July, with Chelsea as our venue coordinator. She was THE. ABSOLUTE. BEST. We had so many questions throughout the whole process… literally from our first time touring the venue all the way up to the day before the wedding. Chelsea was so kind and informative, and she got back to us in a timely manner every single time. She went above and beyond in so many ways— I will never forget her staying down on the beach with me in the dark, single-handedly doing up my complex double bustle after our sunset pictures were finished, because my bridesmaids didn’t do it correctly the first time. The actual wedding day was perfectly organized by Chelsea and the rest of the New Seabury staff— every aspect of the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception went according to plan. There were even small surprises on the day-of that we weren’t expecting… a New Seabury staff member was assigned to me for the entire day to help with anything from straightening my train before I walked down the aisle to making sure I had a drink in my hand the entire reception. Another surprise we weren’t expecting was being greeted with a champagne cheers on the beach for us, our parents, and every single person in our bridal party after our processional out of the ceremony. We did “The Grand” buffet for dinner, and our friends and family still bring up how good the food was every time we reminisce on the wedding. We also had a lot of guests with various food allergies, and the chef/waitstaff were accommodating with alternative food options, and also informing our guests of which foods contained allergens, when asked. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and experience than what we received at The Poppy, we highly recommend it!!!

We had our wedding reception at The Popponesset Inn this past June, and it was absolutely everything we dreamed it would be. When searching for venues, we knew we wanted a true Cape Cod feel. From the moment you walk into Poppy, you are surrounded by stunning beach/ocean views. The atmosphere is both elegant and casual, like hosting a gorgeous tented deck party on the beach. We work with Jennifer Perry, who is my absolute favorite person throughout the wedding planning. She makes everything SO easy and is incredibly responsive and accommodating. I just loved her! When our wedding ended, my husband, parents and I were all sadly hugging her goodbye as she told us to come back and visit. Jen and the Poppy are just so special. We had the wedding of our dreams!

She was caring, efficient and has such a calming demeanor that helps reduce any stress at such a busy time! I was so grateful to have her as my wedding coordinator. She was a rockstar!
This venue is elegant with beautiful beach views that give it the Cape Cod feel I wanted. Our guests that attended have not stopped raving about how beautiful the wedding was! I am so grateful to The Club at New Seabury and all the staff that helped make our day perfect, so professional and kind!

When we first were looking at wedding venues in the summer of 2019, we wanted to find an elegant Cape Cod venue near Falmouth or Mashpee that would allow for us to have an indoor event, with a coastal feel. We didn’t know much about the Club at New Seabury but didn’t have many expectations because we hadn’t known anyone to be married there - to this day it still amazes me that thats the case - I cannot think of a more perfect venue. Every one of our expectations was blown out of the water when we took our first tour. The newly renovated ballroom was absolutely stunning, the cocktail hour outdoor gazebo space was gorgeous and so fun, and the coordinators were so kind and accommodating. We booked the venue (and the Popponessett Inn for our rehearsal dinner) for the Spring of 2021 originally, but Covid changed our plans and we had to postpone. It wasn’t easy to make the call, but I’ll never forget when we went in for our initial tasting and Jen, our coordinator, pulled me aside as we were leaving to have a private 1x1 conversation and comfort me about the challenges we were facing. This was just an introduction to how amazing she would be. She could not have been easier to work with through the entire process of planning, postponing, and re-planning our wedding. Every single request of ours was met, no matter how big or small, with no question. The way that Jen tackles every issue or question with the shrug of her shoulder and “yeah no problem I can do that” relieved so much stress, and both of our parents agree, that as the coordinator of both the rehearsal and the wedding, she was the best thing to happen to our wedding planning process.

The flow of the day was perfect because Jen is truly an expert and knew exactly what would and wouldn’t work. Our guests were raving about how fantastic the food was, how attentive the staff was, and how everything went so well. One of our favorite parts of the day was taking the golf carts out to the beach with the whole wedding party for photos, and we were assigned our own personal server (Alicia you’re the best xoxo) with a bucket of drinks for us when we headed out there! Thoughtful planning and details like this made the day seamless.

We could not have had a better experience or a better wedding day, entirely because of the staff of NSCC. We will truly be forever grateful for everything they did for us, and the Club is now the most special place in the world to us. It was the best decision we made for the whole wedding and we will return to visit for years to come!

This place and these people (specifically Wilma Lopez) know what they are doing!! We met Wilma on our venue tour and hoped we’d have the chance to work with her and we are so glad that we did. She is professional, kind and made each of our meetings and correspondences fun. She instilled a sense of calm in me with every confident answer she provided. When people would ask if I was ready - I’d credit my calm responses to knowing I was in such good hands with Wilma and the Popponesset Inn team, the staff is just as fantastic. The venue itself radiates effortless beauty it’s the back drop of the ocean and flooding natural light. If you’re reading this review wondering if this is the venue for you — it is!

The Popponesset Inn was truly AMAZING! Specifically, Wilma, our wedding coordinator at the Poppy, was one of the best parts of our weekend. Like so many, we were due to marry in 2020, but the world had different plans. We FINALLY got to have our day May 21, 2022 and the day was PERFECT! Wilma made everything about the planning process so much easier. Especially when we had to reschedule almost three times! She understood the world's events were already causing stress so she did everything in her power to make it as simple as possible. She was always communicative and quick to respond, even as we got closer to the day and had to make adjustments in several areas! I can't say enough great things about the Poppy and Wilma. You will not be disappointed booking your venue here!!

The Poppy is unlike any other venue! It’s location is incredible. Every guest will have a stunning view of the water and sunset. The outdoor/beachy vibes are so authentically Cape Cod… We are so lucky to have had our wedding here! Additionally - they were absolutely amazing to work with. We worked with Chelsea and - through Covid, date changes, capacity restrictions, etc - they helped us navigate everything and made the process as easy as it could’ve been. The food was phenomenal, all of their vendor recommendations were 10/10, and the day-of service that Chelsea provided was unparalleled. I didn’t worry about a thing all day; she had the show running. Recommend 10/10 - wish I could do it over a million times.
