September 2025 Wedding at the Popponesset Inn
We LOVED our wedding at the Popponesset Inn especially because we had Kelly McCoy as our wedding coordinator. As a stressed out bride having 10 months to plan, meeting with Kelly was the best part of planning. She always made me feel at ease, that I wasn’t behind, and everything could be accomplished. Kelly was available for a call or in person meeting whenever we needed her. She responded to emails quickly and answered any question we had. The wedding night was perfect because of the staff. Having a bridal attendant was great! Everyone said the staff was very attentive the whole night whether it was serving the food, creating drinks, cleaning any spills or keeping an eye on the weather/ if guest were cold. Totally recommend having your wedding here! Thank you Kelly and staff!! -

We could not have asked for a better wedding experience than the one we had at The Club at New Seabury with Chelsea Davis and her incredible team. From the very first tour through the wedding day itself, Chelsea was organized, thoughtful, and supportive every step of the way. She made the planning process so smooth and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
The venue is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking Cape Cod views that provided the dreamiest backdrop for our day. The dinner was outstanding—our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was—and the service was impeccable. The bridal attendant made us feel so well taken care of, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment.
This was actually the second wedding we’ve celebrated at New Seabury (my sister was married here as well), and once again, the experience exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for a classic Cape Cod wedding with incredible views, amazing food, and exceptional service, The Club at New Seabury is truly unmatched. We cannot recommend Chelsea and her team highly enough! -

We had our wedding at the Popponesset Inn and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond to make our day stress-free and unforgettable. Our coordinator, Kelly, was incredible- organized, attentive, and so warm. She anticipated every need before we even had to ask, and made sure everything ran seamlessly.
The food was phenomenal- our guests are still raving about it! Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From the passed apps to the entrées, everything exceeded our expectations.
And of course, the location itself is unbeatable. With the ocean just steps away and the most gorgeous sunset views, it felt like something out of a Cape Cod dream. Between the amazing team, the delicious food, and the stunning setting, the Popponesset Inn truly gave us the wedding of our dreams. We couldn’t recommend it more! -

New Seabury wedding 5/2025
We got married 5/25/25 at the New Seabury Country club and easy to say best day of our lives. Not only was the venue gorgeous but I can’t thank the staff enough for making this experience so seamless and well organized. Our coordinator Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She helped with every detail and made sure the day would be exactly how we had imagined - and she went above and beyond. Jennifer was great to work with and truly cares about what she does. Very lucky to have had her! The rest of the staff was just as amazing. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Everything is so well done and we are so happy and appreciative of everyone who was involved make our wedding day so special! -

Just got married at the Popponesset inn and it was a 10/10 day thanks to the amazing team there! Chelsea was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We also worked with Erica in the beginning who was also great! We also met Jen the day after the wedding when we picked up our belongings and she also seems amazing! Either way no matter what coordinator you have.. you will be in great hands! Everyone loved the food.. we opted for the stations and it turned out perfect. We loved that that was an option vs the standard plated meal. A lot of people said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We couldn’t have picked a better venue. Gorgeous views, amazing staff! -

We got married at the Popponesset Inn September 2024. It is such an excellent venue!! Naturally beautiful with the backdrop of the ocean and wonderful that they handle all the food, bar, tables, linens etc. The whole surrounding area of New Seabury is also so picturesque and a fun destination for guests to visit. We were so lucky to work with Chelsea as our coordinator - from the first visit on site and throughout the whole process, she was so well-organized, hard-working, and communicative. She really runs a tight ship, and we felt so at ease on our wedding day knowing every single detail would be taken care of. She made sure things went smoothly for us, and we couldn't be more appreciative! You will not regret choosing the Poppy for your wedding. -

We had our wedding at the Popponesset Inn in September 2024 and could not be more happy with how everything turned out. The venue and views are stunning and everything came together better than we could have hoped for. The Poppi staff was amazing and so friendly which just added to how great the day was. The food was incredible and we had several guests mention that it was the best meal they've had at a wedding! We loved working with Chelsea as she was extremely thorough and not only that, just really kind which made the whole process that much more enjoyable :) We would absolutely recommend the Popponesset to all newlyweds looking for a venue! -

We recently celebrated our wedding at The Popponesset Inn, and it was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, the staff (Jennifer our coordinator) went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and beautifully maintained grounds that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.
Jennifer was incredibly professional and attentive, helping us plan every detail to perfection. They were always available to answer our questions and provided excellent recommendations for vendors, which made the entire planning process so much smoother.
On the day of the wedding, everything was seamless. The ceremony area was beautifully set up, and the reception space was elegantly decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. The food was outstanding, with a delicious menu that received rave reviews from all our attendees.
Our guests were equally impressed, and many commented on how it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. We are so grateful to The Popponesset Inn for making our wedding day a truly unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a perfect place to say "I do." My husband and I had our wedding at the ballroom at the Club at New Seabury this past July and we were so happy we chose this venue! The ballroom is spacious and elegant and there's a lovely big patio looking out onto the golf course for guests to enjoy during the cocktail hour and when they wanted a break from dancing. Everyone LOVED the food, too! And we felt the venue was the best of both worlds: we got to have a big ballroom with air conditioning but also got to enjoy the beach on the day. We had a BLAST driving in the golfcarts down to the beach for photos with the bridal party! It was such a fun part of the day.
We found Erica Greeley and her team to be amazing to work with. Erica answered or quickly found out the answers to any questions I had and was kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt like she really got what I was going for and that I could trust her completely. And I was right -- she kept the day running smoothly and made sure the venue looked elegant and in line with what I'd described. I had told her I was nervous there wouldn't be enough pink in the room (we had chosen a light pink theme but the flowers were white so I wanted to make sure there were other pink details). On the day of the wedding, she brought us into the ballroom before everyone else to see the way she and her team had set up the room (it was gorgeous!) and she even put pink lighting on the ceiling! I loved it.
Also, we had a really great bridal attendant on the day who was so sweet and attentive with making sure my husband and I had drinks and food and whatever we needed throughout the night. It was a lovely touch!
The last thing I'll say is that we also decided to have our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the night before at the Athletic Club at New Seabury. It was another lovely space with excellent service as well!! 10/10 recommend the whole place.

A dream venue with a dream team
We had our wedding May of 2024 at The Poppy Tent and I truly do not know where to start when it comes to this venue - especially Chelsea Davis and her team. Planning/throwing a wedding definitely comes with its stresses and hardships, but Chelsea was our real life fairy godmother as she handled everything with immense kindness and professionalism from our initial tour to our final hug goodbyes after the wedding. She and all her staff made sure every detail was absolutely perfect for our special day. Chelsea plans/coordinates anywhere from 3-4 events per weekend, yet she made us feel like our wedding was her only priority at all times. As for the venue itself, I couldn't imagine a better place to hold our reception. May can be an unpredictable month when it comes to weather so the permanent tent structure overlooking the beach is the perfect solution for the beach loving bride. The food was also incredible no mater what you ate. I cannot recommend and thank The Club at New Seabury enough. -

We had both our ceremony and our reception at the Popponesset Inn. Everything ran like clockwork with our day of coordinator, and every part of our day was executed perfectly. Our day of coordinator worked with our other vendors to make sure they were all on the same timeline throughout the evening; adjusting events as needed. We had a personal server bringing us drinks and appetizers, and the venue was set up exactly how I envisioned it. I couldn't be happier with our experience at the Poppy! -

We just got married at the The Club at New Seabury Ballroom. This was the best decision that we made for our wedding. We had Wilma and Chelsea as our wedding event coordinators. We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Chelsea was absolutely amazing. She handled every with great ease, professionalism, and always made sure that we had everything that we needed throughout the day. The food was fantastic. Each and every staff member was kind, helpful, and responsive. We have had people tell us that it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. Best of all they waited til the morning of our wedding to allow us to decide if we wanted to be married inside or outside pending the weather. I can't thank Chelsea enough for that. It meant the world to me! Our entire wedding went off without a hitch! -

The definition of perfect!
My wife and I were blown away walking through the property at New Seabury when planning our big day. However, once we met Chelsea Davis and saw how she was adored by not just the members of the club but the staff as well, we knew our venue search was over. Chelsea was an absolute dream to work with. She was incredibly responsive when it came to any question we had. She was the insanely accommodating with every change requested (including some last minute table changes day of). She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was the definition of perfect. And without a shadow of a doubt it was!!! She is a true professional and knows how to make sure your big day runs smoothly. We couldn’t be more grateful for Chelsea and the New Seabury club! -

My husband and I got married at the Club at New Seabury and we cannot say enough good things about this venue. We got married at the end of October 2022 and booked our wedding almost exactly a year prior to the date. From the day we booked to the day of the wedding, Chelsea, Wilma, and Jennifer were all absolutely incredible to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting all of them and this team made my dream wedding come true. The food delicious and the place was absolutely beautiful, our guests are still talking about it two months later. The day of organization and scheduling was truly unmatched. The wait staff and coordinators know exactly what they're doing, it felt like they were reading our minds at times throughout the evening. Seriously, nothing beats a drink at cocktail hour on the gorgeous outside gazebo they have, it was such a hit even at the end of October! Often times, you hear about the stress that comes with planning a wedding, but it was a breeze for me thanks to this place and their crew! -

The New Seabury Country Club was a perfect location for our Cape Cod wedding. We utilized the ceremony space outside followed by a cocktail hour on the deck and reception dinner inside the ballroom. Chelsea was our wedding coordinator and perfectly executed the entire day, not to mention all of the help she provided prior to the wedding! The food from New Seabury was also delicious! My partner and I got married at the Popponesset Inn in October 2022 and it couldn't have been more perfect. I've always dreamed of getting married on the Cape and this is one of the only venues that is right on the water. Our guests enjoyed every moment: looking out at the ocean during the ceremony, mingling inside and outside for pictures and drinks during cocktail hour, eating a hot delicious dinner served quickly, and dancing the night away. My review sounds cheesy, but truly it was an awesome evening. We worked with Jennifer Perry and I couldn't be more grateful. Through every step of the way I felt I could be myself - Jennifer was so knowledgeable, professional, calm, and supportive. We wish we could do it all over again! -

Absolute Dream Cape Wedding
Our wedding was everything we ever wanted it to be and so much more. Chelsea was incredible and really helped us create our dream wedding. We had the daytime slot which was amazing and allowed us to have fun with the food selections! Working the Chelsea and the chef, we had brunch appetizers that were delicious. I will say the biggest review from the wedding was the food. Every guest said the food was spectacular. We went with the buffet menu. We got lucky with the weather and the view of the ocean was incredible. I can't recommend this venue enough. Everyone was so accommodating and nice and really made the day so special. -

This place and these people (specifically Wilma Lopez) know what they are doing!! We met Wilma on our venue tour and hoped we’d have the chance to work with her and we are so glad that we did. She is professional, kind and made each of our meetings and correspondences fun. She instilled a sense of calm in me with every confident answer she provided. When people would ask if I was ready - I’d credit my calm responses to knowing I was in such good hands with Wilma and the Popponesset Inn team, the staff is just as fantastic. We had our wedding reception at The Popponesset Inn this past June, and it was absolutely everything we dreamed it would be. When searching for venues, we knew we wanted a true Cape Cod feel. From the moment you walk into Poppy, you are surrounded by stunning beach/ocean views. The atmosphere is both elegant and casual, like hosting a gorgeous tented deck party on the beach. We work with Jennifer Perry, who is my absolute favorite person throughout the wedding planning. She makes everything SO easy and is incredibly responsive and accommodating. I just loved her! When our wedding ended, my husband, parents and I were all sadly hugging her goodbye as she told us to come back and visit. Jen and the Poppy are just so special. We had the wedding of our dreams! -

We got married at the Club at New Seabury this June and it was an absolute dream. The venue is stunning with breath-taking views that just added to our wedding, from the outdoor ceremony, to the gazebo for cocktail hour and ballroom for reception. Jennifer Perry was absolutely amazing, she was always so responsive to my many emails over the past year, always helpful and understood my vision for our day. We had the rehearsal dinner at the Athletic Club in New Seabury and post brunch at the Poppy tent (both beautiful venues) and Jennifer was present for all and really made us feel important. She was caring, efficient and has such a calming demeanor that helps reduce any stress at such a busy time! I was so grateful to have her as my wedding coordinator. She was a rockstar!
This venue is elegant with beautiful beach views that give it the Cape Cod feel I wanted. Our guests that attended have not stopped raving about how beautiful the wedding was! I am so grateful to The Club at New Seabury and all the staff that helped make our day perfect, so professional and kind! -

Steph Sent on 06/18/2022Truly cannot say enough amazing things - don't know how this isn't the most popular wedding venue on the cape!
When we first were looking at wedding venues in the summer of 2019, we wanted to find an elegant Cape Cod venue near Falmouth or Mashpee that would allow for us to have an indoor event, with a coastal feel. We didn’t know much about the Club at New Seabury but didn’t have many expectations because we hadn’t known anyone to be married there - to this day it still amazes me that thats the case - I cannot think of a more perfect venue. Every one of our expectations was blown out of the water when we took our first tour. The newly renovated ballroom was absolutely stunning, the cocktail hour outdoor gazebo space was gorgeous and so fun, and the coordinators were so kind and accommodating. We booked the venue (and the Popponessett Inn for our rehearsal dinner) for the Spring of 2021 originally, but Covid changed our plans and we had to postpone. It wasn’t easy to make the call, but I’ll never forget when we went in for our initial tasting and Jen, our coordinator, pulled me aside as we were leaving to have a private 1x1 conversation and comfort me about the challenges we were facing. This was just an introduction to how amazing she would be. She could not have been easier to work with through the entire process of planning, postponing, and re-planning our wedding. Every single request of ours was met, no matter how big or small, with no question. The way that Jen tackles every issue or question with the shrug of her shoulder and “yeah no problem I can do that” relieved so much stress, and both of our parents agree, that as the coordinator of both the rehearsal and the wedding, she was the best thing to happen to our wedding planning process.
The flow of the day was perfect because Jen is truly an expert and knew exactly what would and wouldn’t work. Our guests were raving about how fantastic the food was, how attentive the staff was, and how everything went so well. One of our favorite parts of the day was taking the golf carts out to the beach with the whole wedding party for photos, and we were assigned our own personal server (Alicia you’re the best xoxo) with a bucket of drinks for us when we headed out there! Thoughtful planning and details like this made the day seamless.
We could not have had a better experience or a better wedding day, entirely because of the staff of NSCC. We will truly be forever grateful for everything they did for us, and the Club is now the most special place in the world to us. It was the best decision we made for the whole wedding and we will return to visit for years to come! -

Amazing time! Highly recommend!
All we can say is that the staff and Jennifer were amazing! Through the whole planning process Jennifer was absolutely wonderful and on top of everything! The day of our wedding went so smooth thanks to Jennifer and the staff. My husband and I are so great full to have our wedding at the poppy! Our wedding was soo beautiful! Our family and friends talk about how everything was perfect! Thank you Jennifer and team for everything you have done! We can’t wait to come back on our 1 year anniversary! -

We're not sure we'll be able to put into words how much it meant to both of us to have our wedding at New Seabury with Jennifer and her team.
When the pandemic hit, we had to make the difficult decision to push our wedding one year and Jennifer could not have been more understanding, caring, and kind throughout that process. She was with us every step of the way and we greatly appreciated that as we all navigated such an unknown situation.
The venue at New Seabury is second to none on the Cape. After our ceremony at a local church, our guests went to New Seabury for a cocktail reception on the breathtaking gazebo that overlooks the golf course and with gorgeous ocean views. Our wedding party hopped in some golf carts and took photos on the beach, photos that came out incredible thanks to the different backgrounds New Seabury offers. The bar room, grand room, and all facilities were gorgeous and made to feel like they were almost built for us, and us alone. The food was phenomenal, the drinks flowing, and the overall experience was a dream.
Jennifer and her team make you feel like the most important people in the world, and they do it so effortlessly and with such professionalism that your day truly belongs to you, the way it should. They are so good at what they do and have done it so many times, it was incredibly comforting to know that they only thing we had to worry about was having the best night of our lives.
We also had a brunch the next morning at the Popponesset Inn and again, it was a fantastic, beautiful event with delicious food and drink.
We cannot recommend New Seabury enough! -

The Perfect Beach Wedding - The Poppy Tent
If you are looking to have a Beach Wedding on Cape Cod, Look no further. The Popponesset Inn’s Poppy Tent is The Venue. It is literally on the beach. It’s not a tent in the sense. It is a permanent structure with a roof and windows which can be rolled up in or down depending on the weather. There are flawless harmonious views of the sand, ocean, and sky. Wedding Pictures on the Beach are breath taking.
The ceiling of the Poppy has sails and it has the beachy feeling you are envisioning. The food served is second to none. The dance floor is plentiful and almost everyone was up. The wait staff were friendly, courteous, and very engaging. At this time, I can only review the venue, need to say The Wedding and Reception was Perfect.
We dealt with the sales Rep. Jennifer Perry for 2 ½ years though delaying the wedding due to Covid. She had wonderful suggestions to add to our day. Jen was always in touch and would call or receive calls from us. She would always get back in a timely manner. I was nervous after the Rehearsal and Jen sensed it. We talked and her words calmed me down. She said “Tomorrow you are marrying the man you Love. You have made all the decisions. Tomorrow, You and your soon to be husband are OUR GUESTS”. All I heard were compliments on the venue, food, and the whole wedding. Looking back I wouldn’t change a thing. I can’t make perfect better. Thank you to the Poppy, staff, and especially Jen.

I had my wedding here on May 16th, 2021. After a crazy year of planning and constant last minute changes due to COVID-19, I had the wedding of my DREAMS.
I worked with Wilma (who I love and now consider a great friend) and she was so attentive and took all of my dreams and made them into a reality that I couldn't have even dreamed of. Her calm demeanor and genuine enthusiasm was the most comforting feeling during the whole process.
We had our rehearsal sinner at The Ball Room and Gazebo, which was perfect. The Gazebo area is to die for!
The wedding the next day was at The Poppy. We had an amazing sunset and got sunset photos that will last a lifetime. The bridal suite at the venue was perfect. Now on to the food, OMG everything was beyond delicious. I had the short rib and I am still dreaming about it. They say that you never eat on your wedding day, but I was not letting any of that food get past me! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any couple looking to have the best wedding imaginable, even with some COVID restrictions. The venue staff were nothing short of perfect, all of my guests could not stop talking about how kind and attentive everyone was. I wish I could relive this day over 100 times. Lastly, if you get to work with Jennifer or Wilma they are both great! BOOOK THIS VENUE NOW, you will not regret it! -

Our Dream Venue in a Difficult Time
We truly lucked out when we met with Chelsea at the Club at New Seabury. She gracefully eased us through planning a small socially distant wedding that was both beautiful and intimate. Choosing the Club at New Seabury was the best decision we could have made, and ensured our wedding was a success. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to everyone there I have nothing both positive feelings about my wedding, I am so happy we found them. -

Amazing and supportive venue
New Seabury and the professionals that work there were amazing. Our wedding was set to take place with 175 guests in October 2020. Of course, the pandemic affected the logistics, and while I heard nightmarish stories from my friends getting married in other states with other venues, New Seabury was gracious, kind, and understanding. I was not pressured to change my date, and whatever changes we did make, they were supportive, and they executed on those changes seamlessly. We still got married in October, but with only immediate family included. It was a painless process to make these changes with Wilma and Jennifer at New Seabury. I felt that I was heard on what we wanted for our day, and I felt special in how we were treated. We are hoping to still have a full reception in May, and I know that it will be a fantastic time based on our first wonderful experience in October. -

My husband and I fell in love with the Poppy as soon as we saw it, and we're so glad we chose to get married there! We looked at almost every large wedding venue on the Cape, and the Poppy felt like the perfect fit for the kind of wedding we wanted - it was right on the beach, was big enough to fit all our guests in one room, and had a casually elegant vibe.
We worked with Jennifer and couldn't have been happier having her coordinate our wedding! She was extremely responsive throughout the year-long planning process and coordinated all of the vendors perfectly. Most importantly, she kept things running smoothly and kept us calm on the day of the wedding. I think it was the only wedding in the history of weddings to start on time!
The staff was also absolutely wonderful on the day of the wedding. They switched the venue over from the ceremony to the reception set up seamlessly while guests enjoyed cocktail hour, they kept the program running perfectly, and someone even washed the sand off my feet post-beach photos. They thought of everything - we were so grateful to the entire staff!
The food was absolutely delicious, and we got great feedback from our guests! We chose a full open bar, and the Poppy even made a signature drink for us using our friend's company's limoncello. We were so happy that we chose to do photos beforehand and spend cocktail hour with our guests because the hors d'oeuvres and drinks were all perfect.
I highly recommend getting married at the Poppy! It's the perfect combination of elegant and casual, and one of the only places where you can celebrate right on the beach. Thank you to Jennifer and the entire team for making our big day so special! -

Amazing Venue, Views, and Staff
My husband and I were married in June at the Popponesset Inn. It was the most PERFECT venue for the perfect day. Wilma Lopez was our coordinator, and made the process, from our first tour to the last toast, smooth, seamless, and fun. The Inn is one of the only venues on the Cape that combines the beauty of an outdoor beach reception with 'safety' of an indoor event. We had EVERY type of weather on our wedding day (sun, rain, hail, thunder) and everyone stayed safe, dry, and enjoyed the view through it all. But what made the day was Wilma and her staff. She anticipated every question, and kept me calm through the planning process. We were worried about going over the 200 person max capacity, but she reassured us throughout that we would be fine (and came in at a cool 198.. phew!). Wilma knew we were on a budget, and helped us think of ways to save money in certain places to keep us in a place we were comfortable with. She flawlessly handled everything from setup to keeping everything on schedule, to ensuring everything was kept safe and returned to us the next day. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect venue or coordinator. You won't regret getting married at the Poppy!! -

We had our wedding at the New Seabury Ballroom this past May and it was absolutely amazing! It was literally everything we had imagined and more! A huge part of this was thanks to our coordinator Wilma Lopez. Wilma was so easy to talk to and within the first meeting I felt like I had known her for years. She made the whole planning process such a breeze and handled my crazy Italian mother and family like a pro! She found a way to accommodate all of our requests including bringing in my mother's homemade cookies and an external espresso vendor. All of my guests loved the cocktail hour offerings as well as their entrees. What made our wedding even more unforgettable was the spectacular views of the golf course and ocean. New Seabury surprised us by building the new deck and gazebo within just days of our wedding, giving us and our guests a gorgeous outdoor space to enjoy the reception. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding that dreams are made of. Book it with Wilma and I promise you won't regret it!! ❤ -

I cannot say enough wonderful, positive things about our relationship and planning with the Country Club at New Seabury! The day of coordinator (a nearly two decade dedicated employee), Jennifer Perry, was incredible and absolutely saved us throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. She is so warm, welcoming, positive and responsive at all times. From the moment we met her, we had a perfect feeling about the relationship. She was one of the only vendors that responded back to us nearly immediately and even had an out of office on during the day when she was not available. When wedding planning is frustrating overall, she was a breath of fresh air every time we had a question! The venue itself has also recently been redone inside, and the new light gray bar and bar area were ideal for a Cape Cod wedding. The country club dining area has its own entrance, multiple bars and space enough for 200 guests. It overlooks the Vineyard and the golf greens and was breathtaking at sunset for our pictures and our guests at cocktail hour! The venue was even wonderful with our other vendors and the food was a highlight of everyone’s evening. Overall, My husband and I, our family and guests were enthralled with our evening. I would recommend this venue and the team, especially Jennifer Perry to any couple looking for a venue! -

As a bride, I was completely stress free knowing Jennifer and her staff were a part of our wedding dream team. The dinner service was quick and seamless so that the dancing began as soon as the last plate was cleared (even before actually!). She took care of us like family, and we cannot wait to visit the Popponesset Inn for many years to come!

Jessica Sent on 07/17/2016My husband and I could not be happier with this venue!!! We knew we wanted to get married on the beach and as soon as we saw the venue, we were in love with it! The great thing is that no matter what the weather is it will still be beautiful.
The thing that made this venue even better was the staff. When planning a wedding it is very stressful and the staff at Popponesset make the process nice and easy. I at first had Laura as my event coordinator and she was great but she did resign a few weeks before my wedding. I actually was not worried at all though because Jennifer was the new coordinator and she has been there for 15 years. Jennifer was amazing, so easy to work with and answered all of my last minute crazy emails almost as soon as I sent them! She was also truly happy for us and was just so sweet.
Also, the day of the wedding there is a staff with you almost at all times to make sure you are taken care of. The staff that was with me a lot of the night was Katie and I was amazed by how attentive she was. She made sure I had everything I needed, made sure I had a drink in my hand at all times (haha!), cleaned the sand out of my feet after photos on the beach, and made sure we ate dinner!
Everything looked amazing and I can not say enough great things about the staff there. Also, all of the vendors said they just love doing weddings there because of how great everyone is there.
As you can tell I would HIGHLY recommend this venue for an amazing view, great staff, and ease when planning a wedding!
