Amazing team to work with!!!

If I could give New Image Studios a 100 out of 10, I would. Steve, TJ, and Melanie were amazing to work with, and made the process of everything so easy. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful, but they helped me figure everything out, and my big day turned out perfect. Both my brother and my uncle used New Image Studios for their weddings, and so it was only natural that they were a part of my wedding as well. If you want someone who makes things super simple, gives great services and products, and creates a fun environment while doing so, please don't wait to hire them. My wedding photos turned out amazing! And everyone continues to talk about how much fun the night was and how TJ kept playing their favorite songs. The virtual photo booth was also a big hit, and I loved seeing everyone having a great time. I cannot thank Steve, TJ, and Melanie enough for making my day nothing short of amazing!

Great Experience!

Our officiant, Steve, was awesome! He was very experienced and even helped out more than expected. At the rehersal our venue provided helper/planner was a bit lost (he was new) and Steve stepped up and helped everything move along. He even texted us what information we should send our planner to help him succeed on the day of. Steve was great!

All of our dreams were met!

We use all three services Available! DJ, photographer, and videographer. Everything we asked for came out perfect! Anytime I contacted them I would get a response in a reasonable amount of time. The websites and programs were easy to navigate also!

Unbelievable photos

Greg our photographer did an amazing job! He was so easy to work with and kept in contact with us and let us know what to expect on our wedding day. We also did our engagement pictures with Greg and he did amazing with that as well. He gives great ideas for poses and makes everything go very smooth. We got our pictures back the same week of our wedding and they were fabulous! We love every single picture. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’m so happy with my pictures

Hands down amazing

I absolutely was impressed with New Image Studio. After a week of doing research I didn’t believe the pricing was legit or thought there was a ‘catch’ to the whole thing. I am SO GLAD I followed through and reached out. Steve helped me through so many steps, he took his time discussing the entire process, gave me some of the best tips of anyone about wedding in general, and went in great detail about price break down. I had several questions and was always reaching out to him, he responded every time in great depth & in a timely manner. The photographers were incredible! Each lady was nice, patient, and made you the center of attention! Our photos look stunning - we couldn’t be happier! The DJ’s were upbeat, fun, and great people. I had such a good first impression I suggested the company to my sister for her wedding (before mine) and both times New Image Studio blew our expectations out the window. Only suggestion or wish would be different would be an incentive to give them out as a personal referral. Was slightly bummed I gave the company more business in less than 2 months and only received a thank you. Don’t let that be the breaking point though, everything else outweighed that. Please listen to me and stop looking around - book this group NOW! You will be pleased in every way!

Austin was amazing!!!! He made our wedding night run smooth and keep the dance floor alive. He checked on my husband and I throughout the night to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything. He also checked in with my parents and my husband's mother. He was extremely professional, on time, and well prepared. He keep the night flowing and also teamed up with our photographer for the wedding timeline. We were very lucky to have him at our wedding. Perfect Wedding Day!

I can't say enough about New Image Studios! Steve was our main photographer and Diana was our second shooter for the day. You can tell they have been working together for a while; they practically read each other's minds! They anticipated everything I needed: a quick break, a drink of water, everything! We also used TJ the DJ for our music which was incredible. Since the photographer and DJ knew each other everything was so easy, from the zoom meetings before our wedding, to running the entire reception flawlessly. Their efficiency impressed me and I would absolutely choose them all over again if I could!!

Excellent Vendor with Great Price!!

My fiancée and I had no idea what kind of photos that we wanted to be taken. Steve walked us through the entire process, making sure that we understood what photos we would receive. During the bride/groom photoshoot, we never felt rushed, and his experience on the type of poses was amazing. He also kept us at ease the entire time. We also purchased the DJ package. Our DJ Austin was terrific as well. Austin used a selection of music that our guests and we enjoyed. Austin also went so far as to make sure we were having a good time. He brought us pieces of cake which was very considerate. I would recommend Steve and Austin, hands down, for fantastic quality and a great price.

Great experience!

We used Music Express for their DJ and Photobooth services, and both worked out great! The staff was professional and helpful, as well as quick to respond. Both Steve and our DJ (TJ) checked in with us several times before the event, walking us through necessary decisions and giving us helpful advice. TJ made sure the whole event ran smoothly, and he did a great job!

So Flexible and Easy to Work with

Both Steve and Melanie were so easy to work with. With the current pandemic we had to switch up our wedding plans and they worked with us and made sure we got what we need! Melanie was our photographer for the day and she was great! I gave her a list of what I wanted before and she made sure we got everything we wanted through the rush of the day. The photos turned out lovely and I will cherish them always.

Couldn't have asked for better!

I honestly could not have found anyone more perfect to photograph our wedding! I cannot thank Steve enough for the amazing job that he and his assistant did on taking photos at our wedding. The responsiveness was extremely quick. Especially with all of the craziness of COVID going on right now, I was shocked to get my photos back in just 8 days! They are beautiful and everything we could have ever dreamed of! I also loved that Steve made sure to get EVERY photo we could have ever wanted. He made sure every family member was included. Amazing Experience!

All I can say is WOW!! We had an amazing experience with New Image Studios and we would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Our experience was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Incredible DJ and Photobooth services!

We picked New Image Studios to DJ our wedding and set up a photo booth. They did an incredible job at both. Our DJ, Jack Wier, was on point! So many people came up to us to let us know how fun the wedding was, and Jack was key to that. During our consultation, Jack asked us how interactive we wanted him to be, so he can dial up or down his personality to fit the theme you're looking for.

Complementing the DJ and dance floor, we also had a photo booth set up. Cindy Poland was there to make sure things ran smoothly; getting each group to pose and know when the photos were going to be taken. I'm sure it was like herding cats by the end of the night, but everyone loved it!

Something to consider, my wife and I had attended several other weddings with photo booths this year and all of them were self-service which is what we had expected too. What happens when the photo printer has a paper jam and its self-service? Thankfully, I don't know the answer to the question because Cindy was there to handle it for us. Less than 10 minutes later the booth was up and running again! Consider New Image Express because you won't be left with a bad investment!

We can't say enough good things about the DJ and photobooth services they provided!

Very happy with New Image Studios!

I'm generally not one to write reviews but, in this case, it's well deserved. To start, getting the initial meeting was painless. They were very easy to work with and the pricing was very competitive. We very much liked that we were given digital copies of all pictures taken of our wedding. We also appreciated New Image Studios "directing" us during the actual picture taking. It takes a lot of stress off the picture taking process when you don't have to worry about different poses ahead of time. Another huge time saver was the speed of taking family/friend pictures. We didn't want to be tied down taking pictures for an hour after the ceremony and even with two large families all pictures were taken quickly!

We also used New Image Studios for a DJ and our expectations were exceeded again. We provided a few songs we definitely wanted to hear but other than that we let the DJ drive. The ceremony went perfectly (both music and mic quality/volume for the officiant), the dinner music was spot on, and the reception music yet another hit. I very much liked that when people requested songs they wouldn't be played immediately unless it was fitting. Meaning a lot of thought/planning was going into the flow of the evening but eventually all requested songs were played. My spouse and I expected a slower dance floor but surprisingly we had people dancing the entire night! I definitely credit the DJ for a job well done.

Overall, I highly recommend everyone at New Image Studios. I generally try to provide some form of constructive criticism but in this case I can only think of good things to say!

This was such a great service to get the photographer and the DJ at the same place! Steve was in touch with us to explain how everything worked together and answering any questions we had. The DJ, Joshua was very good. Helped us keep the evening going in a fun direction. Our photographer, Doug, was wonderful! He met us at the church before the wedding to get pictures taken inside and outside. His suggestions for pictures worked out well. He also went to the reception and took pictures of all the festivities, including some wonderful pictures of our families and guests. Best decision we made was hiring this group. Thank you so much!

I could not be more pleased with Steve Poland from New Image Studios. He did outstanding work! If you feel they are expensive I promise you that you're getting way more than what you're paying for, and we only paid for photography! Seriously they could be charging easily $500 more. I wished we had it in our budget for video and DJ because I'm sure that those services are equally worth the money.

Steve had the experience to get the job done efficiently and his work is high quality. He knows all the shots that need to get done and how to get them done fast so you can enjoy your wedding day more without worry! He is also willing to take direction. He gets all the shots you wants (and some you didn't know you wanted) and if there are ones that you don't want he's okay not taking them. He is 100% a professional. He knows not just photography, he knows weddings. Higher New Image Studios. It will be one less thing you'll have to stress over because they have you covered!

When I found out we could choose one company to provide our photography and DJ services, I was sold. Our first meeting with Steve put us at ease and made us feel we were in good hands. It felt as if we were their only clients and that they had known us for years. Greg did both our engagement and wedding photography. Our images were delivered quickly and turned out amazing. People don't lie when they say your wedding day goes by the blink of an eye, so it wonderful to have all the special moments captured forever. TJ the DJ is the absolute best at his job. We chose Steve Poland to be our photographer because we had seen what an outstanding job he did for my sister’s wedding. All of her pictures were perfect-- and now so are our wedding photos! I have heard so many regrets from brides stating that they wished they had spent more time shopping for a photographer; I knew I didn’t want to be one of those brides. Steve is very friendly and opened minded, but most of all extremely creative! After exhausting all our energy on engineering our wedding (from speeches to centerpieces), we hardly had any creativity left for photo poses. No worries! Steve had many great ideas! He suggested poses and coordinated them so quickly, that I’m sure we’ve posed in every position from line-backer to French lovers! The whole day he kept us organized and on schedule. I’m a little jealous to say that he is more organized than I am! This is hard for me to admit, being a perfectionist. He always had a positive attitude and was always quick to catch us “in the moment” when we laughed at his crazy poses! Therefore, the pictures he took reflect our true expressions. We never had to force a smile or fake a pose. But beware: My checks actually hurt from smiling and laughing the whole time! Your wedding day is a blur and the smallest of details will escape your memory. Looking back through Steve’s photos, I saw many things (and people) that I didn’t even notice during the wedding day! As an artist, he has mastered his craft. Please do yourself a favor and check out Steve's work. We highly recommend him.

We worked with Steve at New Image Studios for both our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures. Both times Steve was wonderful to work with! I emailed many times with questions about packages and scheduling and he always responded promptly and with plenty of information. The guest book that he created from our engagement pictures is absolutely beautiful and we received many compliments on it at the wedding. During both sessions, Steve was extremely professional and organized but also flexible and accommodating of various things that came up on our day. He had lots of shots planned out which was great for us because we had no idea what to do but he also left time for us to show our personalities and do what we wanted in the pictures. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience and the way our photos turned out. We would highly recommend Steve and New Image Studios to anyone looking for wedding photography.

We had Steve as our photographer, and Brad ran our photo booth at our July 1 wedding. Steve and our second shooter arrived promptly to get started with our pictures, and Steve checked in with us and our parents multiple times throughout the day to make sure we were getting all of the pictures we wanted. Steve really helped to ensure that our day ran smoothly and that we stayed on schedule. Our pictures turned out wonderful, and we got them in less than one week after our wedding. The photo booth was so much fun, and we love the book we got with all of the photo strips that our guests signed. We cannot say enough good things about New Image Studios, and we definitely recommend their services.

Our future son-in-law even reached out to his friends on Facebook (kind of a disaster!). Certainly, they could find someone with a camera and computer that could capture their special day, right? I reached out to some friends and found out New Image did the wedding services for two of their daughters within the past few years and another friend had also booked New Image for their daughter's wedding next summer.
I went on the New Image website to find out who they were, what they were all about, and check out some of their work. So far, SO GOOD! Then, I looked at reviews on Wedding Wire, The Knot, and Facebook. POSITIVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE, and over time, too!!! I looked at most, if not all, of the videos and photographs as I could find. Our daughter (and fiancé) were making all final decisions so I passed along the strong recommendation to check out New Image. They reached out to Steve, scheduled a face-to-face meeting, and signed a contract!
Fast forward to the wedding day and the honest pleasure watching Steve and his team at work. Although nervously elated for “THE BIG DAY” we were relaxed and at ease under their guidance. Experience was evident in their professionalism and knowledge. Our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding day including their love and true emotions were BEAUTIFULLY and TOTALLY captured with multiple video cameras and Steve’s expertise behind the camera.
The Stelmach-Ballard video is an exceptional blend of video and still shots and we are MOST appreciative and thankful for finding New Image Studios (and our daughter choosing them!!)! Seeing the digital images and the finished video affirmed my initial impression that New Image was the right company for our daughter’s wedding.

My husband and I used New Image Studios for our wedding. The videography was great. I barely knew he was there the whole day and got memorable footage of the day. The DVDs are great in that we can look back on just certain categories of the day or watch back our whole day. TJ was AMAZING as our DJ!! So many people complimented us on our DJ pick. He had everyone dancing/entertained the whole night! He kept our "dollar dance" short and sweet just how we wanted, and he played all of our requests. Our final dance he had everyone dancing and made my husband and I feel very special to know everyone had a great time. The guys of this company really took the time to sit down with us and talk through our day and answer all our questions beforehand. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We used Music Express for DJ services for our wedding this last weekend, more specifically Tim Firlik. Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better DJ for the wedding. He made the planning easy and absolutely killed it the day of. We requested Tim by name months earlier and we couldn't have been happier with that decision. Basically he just needs a start time and then can make just about anything fit into the day with the right flow. We received several comments from our guests about how packed the dance floor was the whole night and how the songs and when they came on was the best they'd seen at a wedding. One of the most important parts of the DJ we realized was flow and getting the wedding involved - i dont think you'll find anyone better. He also had and executed some really cool suggestions for different dances and ways to get the wedding engaged.

On top of DJ services - Tim also provided recommendations for other parts of the wedding that helped enhance those aspects of the wedding and was an all around champion of helping when needed. He even grabbed drinks for us when he noticed our hands were empty.

Couldn't be happier with Tim and Music Express - made the day go great! Thanks guys!

Tim was our DJ and he was awesome! He was super easy to talk to when we were planning, and made sure everything ran smoothly and the way we wanted it! He even texted us a picture of our first dance right after it so we could upload it to social media before anyone else did! The up lighting was also perfect and he kept everyone on the dance floor all night!

We had Dave as our DJ and we could not of been happier. He was truly amazing. The dance floor was full until the very last song. Everyone said that the DJ killed it and he was an expert at knowing when to cut emotional songs short and when to keep the crowd up. My husband and I's feet still hurt from dancing the entire time. Dave was nothing but professional, kept the party going and knew exactly what to play for the crowd. We HIGHLY recommend him, that is if you want your wedding to be the talk of the town and for your guests to have as much fun as they possibly can.

Steve, the owner, was our photographer and he was fantastic. He always listened to what we suggested and was always so patient when we were late or if everyone was talking. He completed our photos in less than a week of the wedding, which is unheard of. The photos he captured were truly amazing. We had a two day wedding and he captured all of the moments perfectly. We cannot wait to hang our wedding pictures on the wall as the memories are completely priceless and with Steve's help we can enjoy them forever.

We met with Steve to get a DJ for our wedding. He guided us through their process of making sure the right music is played, and how their DJ's pay attention to the mood and make sure everyone has a great time. His attention to detail and ability to put us at ease it what made us select them. We met with our DJ, Tim, a few weeks before the wedding. He had a number of great ideas for music, and again walked us through what songs we needed to pick. They also had great ideas on how to make sure everyone got out on the dance floor and enjoyed themselves.

On the day of the wedding, Tim was a outstanding! He kept an eye on the clock during the reception dinner and made sure we got the cake cut on time, and that the guest made their way out to the dance floor. He also communicated between the staff at the venue and ourselves, relieving that stress from us! He helped make sure everything went smooth, way above and beyond what we were expecting! Our guests had a great time and so did we!

Steve & Tim were awesome to work with for our wedding. Steve was open to my now hubby's picture ideas and Tim was open to my music ideas. Together the 4 of us made a great team. New Image Studios and Music Express were absolutely fabulous! They were incredibly helpful to my husband and I and made sure our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. If I had my wedding to do over again, I would still pick these guys hands down. Steve, the main photographer, was very capable and obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He was also very open to suggestions about photo ideas, and tried very hard to give us pictures that showed our personality instead of just the standard photos that everyone gets. He was also very available to explain details to me, either over the phone or via email, and he never made me feel like I was wasting his time. His assistant, Jenny, was also very sweet and half the time that I was getting ready I didn't even know she was there, but she still go so many great pictures of me and my girls :-) As for the DJ, Tim, I keep getting compliments about how awesome he was! He really listened to us when we gave him our music preferences, and he was just the right amount of "involved" at the wedding to help guide things along without feeling like he was actually running things himself. We would definitely recommend :-)

Steve Poland with New Image Studios is amazing! He was so helpful from the very beginning...very professional and got to know us quickly to adapt to our personalities. He actually did my sister's and our wedding within 55 days of each other and we practically felt like family by the end! He always had fantastic ideas and he also let me be very creative and send him Pinterest photos or just crazy ideas. He listened to everything and our whole wedding party had a blast with him the day of! He also helped us stay on schedule and I never had to wonder what was next or who needed to be where which is huge for a bride! TJ the DJ was fantastic!! He was so great and so easy to work with! He kept my 80s loving hubby happy and also even played a special request by my Grandpa :) Having done both mine and my sister's wedding, he was like a part of the family by the end! Steve Poland from New Image Studios is amazing! When we first met with him about a year before our wedding, we were blown away at his artist ability. I wanted all of the traditional wedding photos and a few with the more artsy modern twists. His combination packages are well worth the investment. We also loved that our DJ services came from the same company so the vendors already knew one another. Steve got our wedding photos back to us within two weeks of our big day...WOW! I was super impressed with the turnaround timing. Everything is beautiful! I can't wait to decide what photos to put in our keepsake album. Thank you, Steve!

"TJ" was GREAT! When we met I expressed how much I loved the 90's boy bands (as a tribute to our younger years). During our reception he created a blended boy mix that my friends and I absolutely enjoyed. It brought back the memories of middle school! He was super helpful and open to the idea of a reverse anniversary dance. Our guests stayed on the dance floor all night...Thank you, "TJ".

We were in constant contact with them through out the whole process and they were extremely helpful with all aspects of the wedding. photographer had many good photo ideas. Did a great job with the albums and video. Dj took requests directly from us or played his own music. We danced the whole night. Could not have been more pleased with their services. The photography packages are well priced and include an engagement session so the photographer can get to know you, which was really helpful. We really like that he gave us posing instructions to help and was very clear about what he would need timewise and exactly how the photos were all going to be done. We got a package with the DJ and photographer, and it was great! They work together so well and my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything all night.

Tim on behalf of Music Express went above and beyond. He was the DJ for our reception as well as the ceremony. The online playlist feature and and planning form is really great. You can pick do play and do not play songs at your leisure and the planning form really helped me figure out the timeline for the evening. Tim held my plate as I went through the buffet line so I wouldn't get food on my dress, and held my grandfather's plate as well. Tim did a wonderful job directing the evening and keeping things on track. We couldn't have been happier and we will definitely be recommending Music Express and Tim to our friends!

New Image Studios is wonderful. We purchased a package that got us an engagement photo shoot as well as a photographer for our wedding. Troy was our photographer and he did an amazing job. He met with me on his own time at the wedding location so that he could get the scope out the venue and check the lighting, which was great. We also got an unexpected surprise from Steve and received two photographers for our wedding day! Lynn came to my hotel before the wedding and took pictures of my dress, accessories, and my bridesmaids and me getting ready. It was so unexpected and wonderful. Both Troy and Lynn did a great job- the pictures look so absolutely amazing and we can't wait to get our wedding book! Steve did a spectacular job on editing the pictures and putting together our engagement book.

" The absolute best photography! We had our engagement and our Wedding done by Steve and every time I look at our pictures I get teary eyed at every little detail that was captured in all of our pictures... The quality of the pictures is amazing, sooo easy to get in touch with very professional. The pricing is very affordable and worth every penny! Choosing photos is tough because they all are unbelievable! We are more than happy with everything! We had a very tight schedule after our ceremony and went to Ohio State to the Stadium and to another location to a park recommended by Steve and the time we spent at each location was minimal and the amount of shots he captured within the time frame we had were incredible!!! Time management is one of the things I love about them, they are very quick and they want to give you, your wedding party and your guest the best experience. I would highly recommend both the photography and the DJ.

Rob ( the DJ ) does an outstanding job. OUr wedding was 3 weeks ago and our guest are still talking about what a fun wedding reception we had and that our DJ is one of the best that they have experienced out of all the weddings our guest have been to sooo far...

Music Express was wonderful! TJ was very attentive, making sure things were running smoothly, and he kept the party going all night! Several guests have told me how much fun they had dancing the night away! TJ was very flexible as well, and agreed to stay an extra hour (we didn't want the party to end!) I really liked the online planning form. We were planning an Ohio wedding while living in Maryland, so the website made things much easier. What a fantastic company. Steve was a great photographer, and was very polite to the older guests who had a little trouble with some of the outdoor photos. I feel like he really went out of his way to make myself and the guests comfortable, truly did more than I expected. Tim was our DJ and man was that party Rockin'! He knew what to play and when. Our Photographer was incredible. He kept us on schedule all day, kept everyone smiling with his jokes, and personable personality. Our pictures we amazing, we had an online planning tool we were able to use to be sure he shot pictures we were excited to have and he brought another photographer with him the day of the wedding to shoot all the guests and pictures one would have missed! We would reccommend this photographer for any wedding or special event! We will continue to use him for our children or family pictues!!

Music Express was an awesome DJ service. They checked with me throughout the wedding to make sure that everything was going ok and flowing well. They played our first dance for the last song which was an amazing surprise. We also had their brand new photo booth. It kept our guests entertained during dinner and throughout the wedding. Our friends and family are still raving about it.

I am so happy that I decided to get the DJ and photograher together. It made my wedding go so much smoother. The DJ and photograher had a plan together and kept everyone in the right place at the right time. It took pressure off of me. My pictures turned out beautiful, engagement and wedding. I get so many compliments on them. I could not have asked for anything more, my wedding book is amazing and was worth every penny I spent. I would recommend them to anyone. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, and was understanding with my busy schedule. Not only was i get married, but graduating and in other weddings. I have to say my pictures are the best I have ever seen.

We were so impressed by the photos we received from our engagement and wedding!! Steve at New Image was extremely friendly and easy to work with, he made us feel comfortable every step of the way. His multiple photo poses and changes in angles and scenery made them even more unique and modern. And the value for the high quality work was excellent. We now have images we will treasure forever and we would definitely recommend New Image to our friends.

My husband and I are so happy that we chose New Image Studios for both the photography and DJ at our wedding. We loved working with our photographer, Steve. He was very professional and had a lot of great ideas for photos. When working with him, it was obvious that he had the experience to know how to keep things moving when taking pictures and still get perfect photos (this was especially important when we took photos outside since my husband and I got married end of November). At the reception, Steve was always in the right place at the right time to take the pictures we wanted. We truly LOVE all of our wedding photos and are very pleased by the exceptional quality we received. Definitely consider New Image Studios.

My husband and I were sold on Music Express when we met with our DJ and he said "this is a wedding, not a club. We don't use fog machines or strobe lights and we're not going to blast out grandma". For our wedding, my husband and I couldn't have been happier with our DJ. At our reception, he played all of the music we wanted to hear and played the right music at the right time. He started with the classic wedding songs at the beginning and then "turned it up" later in the evening once all of the older people had left. We could have kept our wedding reception going until 2:00 AM because people were having such a good time dancing. He was also very professional and NOT annoying. We could tell he had the experience to know when to interact with the guests and when to just keep playing the music. Our reception ran very smoothly because of our photographer and DJ.

The DJ that we had through them was named Jeff Barstow. we used music express because they had a service that allowed you to search and sample music online and fill in playlists, likes,dislikes. this way when you went to meet your dJ 10 days before the wedding he already knew what music you were interested in

I used New Image Studios for photography/videography for my wedding in 2007. Everyone was extremely helpful when it came to making decisions about my wedding day. I would recommend New Image Studios to any brides looking for a great photography service!

Music express and new image studios was one of the reasons our wedding ran as smoothly as it did. It is honestly like having two day-of-coordinators (DJ and photographer) working with you to make your wedding as
successful as possible. Your guests feed off your energy and the best part of those two working your day is you are stress free. So since you have so much fun, your guests have a blast!

Steve was our photographer. It was awesome how he worked so fluidly with Tim during the reception. The first look option was priceless and
an awesome experience. Our photos came back speaking volumes of the fun we had with our bridal party and our guests. And Steve always seemed to catch us in our best light. He even reaccomplished some
pictures because we had extra time and he didn't think his first ones were good enough.

We get the rights to our pictures when all is said and done to make whatever copies we want in the future.

Steve made sure to check with us to see if there was anyone we definitely wanted a picture with before he left. It was so easy to work with him and the pictures were done so fast, we again could participate in what we valued most - spending time with our guests no matter how far they'd traveled to get there or how long it had been since we'd seen them.

We used their DJ service as well.

Pros: Tim was our dj. But all djs do the same thing for you.
He carries your plate so there is no way to get food on your dress.
The dj listens to what the couple wants to hear. For example, we did not want rascal flatts played. Someone requested them and the dj said
no. Someone asked if they could karaoke. He again said no.
The dj completely caters to your needs. He gets a feel for what you're like as a couple and what you say you're looking for from him and it comes out marvelous. I chose them from seeing them in action at a friend's wedding and they did the same thing.
Our dj was involved telling us where to be and the only announcements he gave were ones that were approved through us.
We asked for country music, but near the end of the night, people stopped dancing. He got the floor jamming again with a ton of people by switching the playlist up to pop, but not before asking us first.
We didn't expect that special treatment or them to ask our approval first on anything, but that's how they work. You can even specify someone he can talk to instead of you so you have more time to talk to
your guests.

Because of them, we had time to eat the food, enjoy the cake, and enjoy every single person there.

Cons: the cost threw me off at first, but now that its over and I know what all they do, I would have paid them more than what they charged.
As it was, we loved what Tim did so much, we tipped him more at the end of the night.

If you're having second thoughts about the dollar dance, we got hundreds of dollars from it we didn't expect. The bridal party dance
completely kicked the night off because the bridal party goes out and grabs guests to dance and it may be your only chance of the night to grab your shy cousin who wouldn't otherwise be out on the floor and they leave having a blast. I say all that because those are things we added last minute at the reception...thinking we didn't want them.

New Image did an excellent job. Our engagement photos were taken at OSU stadium and was a lot of fun. The photographer had some great ideas for shots but was flexible to take shots that we thought of too. The day of the wedding they were on time and professional throughout. We had both video and photos done and they worked seamlessly together. Our wedding video turned out fantastic! Our wedding photos are awesome too! They worked with us in editing the photos that we chose for our book and put the whole book online so we could see how it would flow before printing. I can't wait for it to get back from the printers!

Music Express was a great choice for our DJ. They also provided the sound system for the ceremony and background music for the cocktail hour. (Three separate areas.) Their planning forms were easy to use and make sure nothing is missed. The DJ was great and did everything we requested and made sure anything he could do to make us happy was done.

Steve goes above and beyond to make what you want happen! I loved how my images turned out. If I would have known that only a third of my guests would come, I may have chosen a different photographer simply because of the price.

Wonderful Wedding DJ

Steve was our DJ for our wedding in June and he did an absolutely wonderful job. He was easy to contact, quick with responses, fun and respectful. He kept us informed throughout the whole event and even played an extra song for us at the end. The only thing that we were disappointed with was our song choices ended up getting played as the edited versions even when we requested that the originals be played. If that’s the only thing to have gone wrong though, I’d say he did a fantastic job!

Steve was great to work with. He responded quickly to my email about Music Express. We ended up getting the photobooth in addition to the DJ services. The photobooth attendants took care of everything and ensured that things went smoothly. All of our guests got a photo strip each time they were in the booth and we got a DVD of all of the pictures from the photobooth at our reception. We have enjoyed looking at all of the photos of our family and friends. Our DJ Jack was wonderful. We met before the wedding and planned things out. He refrained from playing anything on our "don't play list." He kept everyone entertained and related well to guests of all ages. He did a great job and we are glad that he was our DJ.

I thought it was a great advantage that we could get more than one service from the same company. We got our wedding photographer and DJ from New Image/Music Express. It was great to have them on the same page throughout the process. The online planning forms for both services were awesome. We really enjoyed working with Steve and Dave. They were both professional and helpful in our planning and on the day of the wedding. Everything has come out great and we are very happy that we selected them.

Steve is very professional. We enjoyed his company during our engagement pictures and he even let us go to more than one place (they were very close). He had good ideas for creative pictures and even let us recommend some as well. He is prompt with getting your pictures done and ready for you to see. We also booked our photo booth with them. It had some technically difficulties, but he refunded half the money back since it did work part of the time. The pictures from the photo booth were funny! Everyone commented on how well he blended in at our reception and didn't even notice he was taking pictures!

We also used their other company Music Express. We were paired with Jeff and he was great! We met with him a week or so before our wedding and he completely got that we wanted a PARTY and that our friends love to dance! I don't think I left the dance floor the entire night and neither did anyone else! People commented on how great the music was!

We were very pleased with the DJ and Photography services from New Image Studios / Music Express. The pictures came out beautifully and everyone at the wedding loved the music. We had trouble on several occasions getting in touch with someone in the office, and office hours were sparse and not consistent, but we eventually received our materials. Overall this company is a great choice for any wedding and we would definitely choose them again.
