The BEST Photographers!!

Greg & Alex are the absolute best!!! They work so well together and the shots they produce are unique, creative, and beautiful!! We had Greg and Alex as our wedding photographers and cannot recommend them enough!! From the get go they make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and are a calming presence during a hectic day. They helped to keep the day moving and on time. The one comment we continue to receive from guests months after our wedding was how wonderful our photographers were. We would not hesitate to hire New Ground Photography for all of our future photography needs.

We highly recommend going with Alex and Greg for your wedding (or any important event you want to remember). They are professional, timely, and take incredible photos. Fantastic photographers

Alex and Greg were amazing! They were so fun and kept everyone laughing throughout the day. We received so many photos from them and they were all perfect. Our friends and family keep mentioning that these photos belong in a wedding magazine. They are truly talented artists that have perfected their craft. The absolute BEST photographers!

Alex and Greg are the BEST.

Almost exactly a year ago, we walked into their office for our engagement photo session. We loved the photos they posted on social media and were excited it was our turn to work with them. They asked what our vision was and we didn’t have one — looking back they must have thought we were crazy. We ended up having the BEST day with Alex and Greg and before we even saw the photos we decided we wanted them as our wedding photographers. Our engagement photos were insane … absolutely amazing!!!

Fast forward to this past weekend, Alex and Greg photographed our wedding. During (and after) we received countless compliments about how incredible, friendly, hardworking and meticulous our photographers were. We loved hearing that our guests felt the same way we do! They had our best interest at heart from the moment they walked in — there were 25 mph winds and we almost had to change ceremony locations at the last minute. They offered solutions to moving locations and helped make my dream wedding happen. I had 100% confidence that they’d be amazing and truly couldn't give a higher recommendation.

This Takes The Cake

I cannot thank these two gentleman enough for their time, patience, expertise, and attitude. There is a huge difference in photographer skills and sometimes you just get what you pay for. Outstanding Photographers

New Ground Photography is excellent. They took the photographs for my daughter's 4/25/21 wedding at Pink Shell Beach Resort on Fort Myers Beach. We received over 800 pictures and all of them were gorgeous, there was not one bad one in the bunch. Even though we did not have a great sunset, they were able to work their magic and give us beautiful shots. Alex and Greg are the absolute best!

Amazing, book them asap

WOW! Alex and Greg are truly spectacular photographers. We initially had our wedding planned for September of 2020, but due to COVID we had to move it to April 29, 2021. There was no issue moving our wedding around the past two years due to COIVD with these guys. Our guest said they have never meet such funny and laid back, but professional vendors before! These guys had our small wedding party laughing and having a good time the entire time. They arrived during my finishes touches for hair and makeup and were spectacular for the entire 6 hours that we booked them.

They pay attention to the smallest details while taking pictures and are truly artist with the photography skills. My husband and I wanted a TON of different types of pictures, and they delivered and took time to get every type of photo we wanted beyond our expectations. Some times photos can be awkward to take, but they were able to capture our natural reactions beautifully for every photo. We saw a sneak peek of 3 of the photos on their cameras during sunset and WOW WOW WOW.

Do not hesitate to book these guys, you will not regret it. They made the entire day run smoothly while making sure everyone was happy and having fun. Wedding at the Ritz

Choosing New Ground Photography was one of the best choices we made for our wedding! We discovered Alex and Greg’s photos while googling best photographers in Naples. I paused at a photo by Alex and Greg and was captivated by the beauty of the photo itself. New Ground Photography’s photos are so unique in the way they play with light, reflections, and backgrounds. After scrolling through their Instagram page and website, we knew that it was a no brainer.

After an initial interview with Alex, we knew he was the one! He was attentive to detail, is a good listener, and made us feel comfortable. The price point was comparable to other companies we found. We were married at the Ritz Carlton in Naples and even though it was a rainy day they still managed to capture spectacular photos.

The day of, the team was very professional. They were on time, and started working right away. The entire day, they kept us on our timeline and made sure we got all the photos in that we wanted. They handled all the small details, such as fixing my dress, repositioning by bouquet, and straightening up my husband’s tux. While we were entertaining our guests and getting ready for the next thing, the team knew when to give us space, and when to interject to capture certain shots. All the photos have exceeded our expectations and captured the raw moments of total elegance.

New ground photography is top of the line. The team are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They surpassed all our expectations.

The best team!

Alex and Greg are, without a doubt, two of the most incredible photographers and people I know. Not only are they INSANELY talented, but they are also so easy and fun to work with! Fantastic photographers!

Just like the description says, Alex and Greg are two guys running a small creative photography studio doing really BIG things. Every interaction with them was an absolute pleasure; they are very responsive and so easy to talk to. From the moment they arrived at the bridal suite, they had all the ladies (bridesmaids, moms, hairstylists and make-up artists) smiling. As a bride, I could not have asked for better people to capture the joy and special moments of our wedding day. They put my husband and I at ease so that we could forget that the cameras were there, and just be ourselves. Our wedding guests would not stop raving about how friendly, talented and approachable Alex and Greg are. We could not recommend them more highly.

Our favorite vendors of the whole wedding

I can't speak highly enough of the level of service we got from New Ground. They single handedly made up for the fact our wedding got rained out and got us our dream pictures we signed up with them for. Their cost for their level of service is worth it. I found out later that everyone thought they were hilarious, and they made laugh every second I started to cry. Their reassurance, attitude and exceptional assurane meant everything to me. And their money shots - they're worth it. Absolutely stunning outdoor photography.

Best Photographers!

We hired Alex & Greg (NGP) as our photographers for our 7/26/2019 destination wedding and what a score that was! From the first email of contact with them they have been super responsive, attentive and friendly with any questions we had. They are reasonably priced for the work they produce. On the day of our wedding they were exceptionally great to work with and kept us calm, cool and collective! They helped with any nerves we were having day of as they are so chill and hilarious to be around - everybody loved them! I would hire them a thousand times over.

Must Have Photographers!

We had a destination wedding in Marco Island, FL. We worked with a wedding coordinator and shared with her early on that the photography was one of the most important elements for us. Alex and Greg are wonderful photographers! They are so funny and great to work with. They are super speedy with responding, willing to talk whenever works with your busy schedule. They will walk you through the whole process, answer questions and offer any advice that could be helpful on your big day. Where to even begin! Alex and Greg are so incredibly talented, creative and fun to work with, I can't even imagine our wedding day without them. They were able to perfectly capture every moment of our ENTIRE day. The details, getting ready, coordinating our bridal party (with 22 people, a flower girl and a ring bearer), all of our ceremony moments, our wedding entrances, the dancing, the fun, people's emotions, just every single part and we could not be more grateful for that. Every time we look at our pictures, it brings us right back to our wedding day and we are so overcome with joy at how beautifully they were able to capture everything. It was seriously the best day of our lives and you can see that emotion in all of our pictures. They made us feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the day and they were constantly joking to liven things up and lighten the mood, which made things run smoothly and was entertaining for everyone. Throughout our entire wedding process, Alex and Greg were responsive in all communication and efficient in both execution and delivery. Their attention to detail and the quality of their images is incredible and unlike anything I have ever seen before. They are definitely cutting-edge photographers that keep up with the trends, add their own style and do an amazing job at highlighting the most important memories on your special day. We could not thank Alex and Greg enough for our photos! Our friends referred us to them after using them for our wedding. We used them for our engagement photos and for our wedding day. We cannot recommend New Ground Photography enough -- to the point where if they weren't available we would've changed our wedding date to have them capture our big day. Luckily they were available and showed up on time, prepared and equipped -- 5 minutes early to get started. My husband and I have known them over the years at friends and families weddings and the work they do together is truly artwork. They helped me move things along with getting ready and orchestrating the timing and picture opportunities. My fiance and I decided to take our engagement photos while vacationing in Naples. Alex and Greg were so responsive via email and took the time to chat over the phone to answer all of my questions - coordination was a breeze! The day of the shoot, Alex and Greg were fantastic! Their warm personalities and great sense of humor made working with them comfortable and fun. They took us to the best locations that provided such beautiful backdrops. We were beyond thrilled with how our pictures turned out - they were just absolutely stunning!! Alex & Greg's strong attention to detail and artistic eye definitely shined through with our pictures. Don't waste your time researching other photographers in the Naples area because NGP simply cannot be outdone. Choosing NGP was the best decision we could have made! You don't need to look anywhere else for your wedding photographers! Alex and Greg are your guys! Having a high quality photographer was my biggest priority when it came to my wedding and I have never been more satisfied. Not only do they take incredible photos, they are hilarious to work with!! They fit right in with the crowd! They captured every perfect moment! They were extremely organized, helpful, and professional. Planning a wedding on our own was quite stressful, but Alex and Greg created a day of timeline (down to every detail) to make sure everything went smoothly, gladly accepted all of our requests, and even stuck around a little later then expected to get a few more photos of us outside (those turned out to be my favorite). Before they left, they asked us if there was any more photos we would like. How awesome is that! New Ground Photography is the ONLY way to go! Alex and Greg were phenomenal. They had to deal with a very eclectic group of people, and just rolled right with us. They did a fantastic job and made sure everyone was having a great time while doing the photos. They convinced me to do a first look which I had been very on the fence about and I have absolutely no regrets. My husband and I highly recommend New Ground Photography to couples looking around to find the best photographers for their wedding in Naples, Florida! Alex and Greg made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera and they know how to get the perfect photographs while making it all seem very natural. They are extremely professional and at the same time very friendly! They have such great personalities and it really helps couples feel at ease on the big day. We recently received our digital album and we are absolutely estatic about how everything came out in photographs. The vibrant colors of the scenery in the background is just beautiful! Planning a destination wedding can be difficult, especially when you aren’t familiar with the local vendors, but we hit the jackpot with New Ground Photography! Alex made it a point to meet with us in person while we were in town looking at venues and he made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The work that he and Greg do is outstanding. We wanted our wedding photos to be both fun and artistic and the final product was just amazing. They were easy to coordinate with despite us being far from Florida and made the preparation process easy. On the day of, they made the day so much fun and the photos feel more natural. Unfortunately, weather prohibited their famous sunset photos, so we'll have to head back to Naples for an anniversary session! The quality of the finished product is fantastic and we are so happy we have the memories to relive forever!!

If you are looking for the best photographers in Southwest Florida, you have found them! Alex and Greg are absolutely incredible. They took my engagement photos and my wedding photos. Everyone was blown away by their work on my engagement photos, and cannot wait to see the rest of the wedding photos.

If you are like me, and hate taking pictures, then Alex and Greg are perfect. They had my husband and my family laughing the entire time, and I never felt like I was just standing around taking pictures. They make it so easy and enjoyable, and it was such an awesome experience to work with them.

Photography was the number one priority to my husband and I as we planned our destination wedding. I met Alex three months before the wedding and instantly felt like we were in capable and professional hands. New Ground Photography is incredibly responsive, creative and talented. Very professional and very passionate about their work. We have not received our photos yet as we just had our wedding, but some of the pictures they have shared thus far are truly breathtaking. Where do I even begin with these two! I wish I could put more than 5 stars!! My husband and I spent a lot of time researching photographers for our wedding day. We couldn't of been more ecstatic with the choice we made! They make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera and help capture all those memories! Well I have only seen one of the proofs so far (which is because my wedding was only this month) but the consensus on the one picture from everyone who has seen it is "that's amazing! How did they do that?!?" The things that Alex and Greg are able to do with sunsets and other lighting are just beyond words. I wish I could leave people's facial expressions in this review because all you would see are jaws on the floor in awe. Not only do they take amazing pictures but they made all of my guests, wedding party, and us so comfortable while taking pictures. I could not have asked for a better team. Alex and Greg are so talented and fun to work with. When they promise you “lots of laughs,” they absolutely mean it! They made us feel calm and comfortable, which really made the experience of the day very enjoyable. We live in New England and did the majority of planning for our Marco Island beach wedding long-distance. Alex and Greg welcomed us into their studio and showed us examples of their work and albums and were very responsive to questions we had.

Pictures were one of the most important aspects of the wedding to me, and after I viewed their extensive portfolio of work, I knew that they would be the only photographers I would want to choose for our big day! We were beyond satisfied with the service and products produced New Ground Photography. Alex and Greg were wonderful to work with and made us feel comfortable and they were fun. They helped answer any questions that we had before, during and after our wedding and helped truly make our wedding stress free. They even fixed my necklace that broke 30 minutes before the ceremony started!

This is a long over due review....
All I can say is truly, utterly AMAZING!!!!!!!
We are from Jersey Channel Islands (UK) and we got married at Marco Ocean Resort Florida. We were organising everything from the other side of the pond and Alex made everything so easy. We had skype sessions to give him an idea of what we wanted and he was always available as and when we needed him. We did finally get over to florida a year before the wedding to meet with all the vendors and again so so helpful.
The day of the wedding: Because of being British we wanted to keep some tradition so had a day wedding Greg and Alex came to our rental home first thing in the morning and took pictures of the bridesmaids and myself getting ready and of course father of the bride seeing the dress for the first time :-) they then shot off to my husband at the hotel and got pictures of them getting ready. The whole day was amazing everyone loved them as they were fun easy going and just over all brilliant. Our pictures are fantastic could not fault any of them and it is so difficult to choose which ones for the book and canvass I WANT ALL OF THEM!!!! Also you do get all of your photos on disc so you have them for life which is amazing.
Value: excellent value for money they are worth every penny and more I can assure you, you will not be disappointed with them.

I don't even know where to begin! This powerhouse duo, Alex and Greg, are the greatest photographers I have ever met! My husband proposed to me November 2011 and it was after hearing great recommendations from family and friends, who have also used New Ground, that we booked our engagement shoot with them. They blew us away; they had many great suggestions for beautiful poses and shots and were welcome to our ideas and requests as well. It was pure proof and chemistry with the guys that we booked them to do our wedding this January. Up until the wedding, the planning was so smooth! We met with Alex and Greg several times at their gorgeous studio in Naples to discuss our vision and what we expected on our big, special day. The guys went above and BEYOND our expectations! I would like to say that Greg and Alex from New Ground Photography are not just photographers, they are truly artists. They took breath taking shots, ones that you didn't think they would get but then saw them snap a shot just at the right moment. They were with me for 10 hours and worked the entire time. We booked New Ground for our engagement pictures as well as our wedding pictures. Alex & Greg are a good time when taking your pictures- they make you laugh and relax in front of the camera. They really have a unique eye when taking your photographs, which makes them stand out amongst every other photographer in the area. I would recommend them to everyone, their photographs are like works of art rather than a picture to hang on your wall. Highly recommended!!

Alex and Greg are amazing! We couldn't be happier that we chose New Ground Photography as our photographers. Not only were they able to capture all of our favorite moments, and capture the emotion of the day so perfectly, but we hardly even noticed they were there...but somehow they had captured every one of our favorite moments of the day. And the pictures were truly AMAZING! Just breathtaking. Nearly every photo looked like it belonged in a magazine - I can't even begin to tell you what amazing artists Alex and Greg are. Simply the most extraordinary wedding photographers we have ever seen. The pictures were absolutely incredible! Alex and Greg are terrific to work with, they made the day carefree and fun and on top of all of it, produced the most beautiful photos. Alex and Greg were wonderful! Very professional and easy to work with! We got married last month at the Marco Island Marriott and I had seen some pictures they took at another marriott wedding. I was amazed at the quality of the pictures compared to other photos by different photographers. Alex and Greg were great to work with the whole time they were at our wedding (5 hours, I think). We took a trash the dress picture at the end which was very fun! I have gotten so many compliments from family, friends, and coworkers on the pictures. I would love to have NGP in the future for family pictures! I strongly recommend them to any couple that is getting married in the Marco or Naples area.

Alex and Greg did a wonderful job for our wedding day. They worked with us and the family's, so everyone was happy and took the pictures we wanted, They made sure we had many fun memories of our day and even got us and 15 others to jump in the pool at the end of the reception. Our photos turned out great.

I used Alex and Greg for my September 2012 wedding at the Windstar on Naples Bay in Naples, FL. I found that they are absolutely the best photographers. They listened to all of my wants and were able to deliver with ease. They were very fun to work with and their cheesy humor made the smiles in my pictures even better. I liked that they stay out of the way and are not intrusive during our most private moments getting dressed or during the fun dancing at the wedding. 10 days after my wedding, the photographers sent me a sneak peek and I was floored with the way they were able to capture our special moments in such a special way. I was also excited that they provided me with an online gallery within 13 days of the wedding. I shared it with my family and the calls came pouring in asking about how the photographers caught all those moments without hardly being seen. The guys were professional, funny and extremely relaxed. I was able to feed off of their energy and just relax. It was apparent in all the pictures and I would def. hire them again. The pictures were perfect and so are these photographers.

Greg and Alex are so personable, and so obviously love what they do. Their light-hearted approach to the event made it lots of fun, even when the event was rain-delayed. They put the very nervous bride at ease, and she enjoyed the time. I haven't seen the photos yet, only the "teaser", which was an absolutely stunning sunset picture. I can't wait to see the rest! The bride, who is a designer, picked New Ground online based on their pictures, and stated "I can tell they're designers", which they say they are not. But obviously they have a special skill and special eye for the art in a photograph. Like I said, I CAN'T WAIT to see the rest!!

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with NGP for our destination wedding, and we would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation! We looked at the works of many photographers in the area and we chose them based on their
eye for beauty, artistic talent and ability to produce breathtaking images and memorable videos. But they proved themselves to not only be exceptional artists, but also exceptional people. They were extremely professional and on top of things, even giving me advice and reminders during the wedding planning. And when we finally met them we were greatly impressed by their work ethic and dedication. They took a day of their own time to scope out the hotel and the wedding site, they were prompt in getting our images back to us, and they were very open and accommodating to our personal requests and needs. And if that wasn’t enough, the real icing on the cake is that they are all really good people to know – very personable, warm and courteous and a pleasure to be around! We were very impressed by them and would definitely like to work with them again in the future!

Out of all my vendors for my wedding, this is the one I am most passionate about. Alex and Greg are so talented and it shows in all their work. They really exhibit excitement about each individual photo. What I also really liked was the fact that they were so flexible. I had met with many photographers in Naples that were "snobby", like telling me what THEY wanted, instead of the other way around. Alex and Greg knew this was my day and really dedicated time to make sure they knew what I wanted. My day was perfect, and all in between - engagement photos, rehearsal dinner footage, prints, etc. I would recommend them to anyone. They truly are the BEST photographers in Naples.

My fiance and I had our engagement session with New Ground Photography and we were thrilled with our choice in photographer. We came across them at the Southwest Florida Bridal Show, where we glanced at other photographers, but when we came to their booth we stopped dead in our tracks from their display. I had previously looked at several other wedding photographers online in the area and was familiar with the prices that most were asking. When I saw that New Ground Photography was priced so well and their quaility of talent was above all the rest - it was a done deal. Greg and Alex are AMAZING to work with. They made us feel comfortable. Their energy and passion was above and beyond what we could have asked for. Also, their turn around time to get us the pictures was great. We went on a short vacation after we had our photo shoot and by the time we returned home, they had our pictures ready for us! Last, but certainly not least, the photos were BEAUTIFUL. Their vision is one of a kind. They go the extra mile to get the perfect shot. We were ecstatic when we got them back and now we can't wait to see what wonders they will come up with for our special day!

If you are looking for wedding photography that people will exclaim, "Wow, that looks like it could be in a magazine!" - then you should hire New Ground Photography!

I am a designer, and worked with photography for many years. So when I was looking for a photographer for my wedding, I was very picky and looking for a certain style. I wanted colors that really popped! I wanted quality that far surpassed what my friends and family could take with a snap and shoot camera. Once I saw New Ground's portfolio, I was in love.

The way they use lighting really makes their photography stand out from the rest. They can capture the light of a sunset, yet still have the bride and groom stand out. They are creative in their shots, and most of all - they are so much fun to work with! Greg and Alex are very professional, getting the best shots at every angle, but never getting in the way, you will never know they are there. This was very important to me during the ceremony, but also during the reception, while people were dancing and having fun, I didn't want a camera in their face at all times.

One more thing that was very important to me, was that I was able to get a disc with all my images. Since I'm a designer, I wanted to have all the digital files to work with. A lot of photographers do not give you the images, and you have to purchase all prints through them.

New Ground Photography is professional, fun, and priced competitively. They have a very fast turnaround - my hubby and I were able to view the select photos while we were still on our honeymoon. It was awesome! You will not be disappointed if you hire New Ground Photography for your wedding!

Greg and his wife were absolutely fantastic. They were inventive, friendly, organized, flexible and professional. Responsiveness is always a huge sticking point for me and he was the most responsive of all my vendors (even moreso than my planner). I'm extremely detail oriented but I did not have any issues with Greg because he had all the issues covered and was very detail oriented himself. He and his wife took gorgeous photos and did so in a manner that was unobtrusive which was really important to us. As much as the weather and family tried to keep us off schedule, he managed to keep to the schedule we discussed (as much as ever changing events would allow). Finally, the photo album was fantastic! The finished product was high quality, unique, and exactly what we asked for. Finally, the turn around time for the album was incredible. My neighbors who were married the month before us are still waiting for their album. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Greg at New Ground Photography is probably one of the finest professionals that I have ever encountered. At first we were nervous and a bit self conscious, but Greg made us both feel comfortable and relaxed during our engagement and wedding photos. He was polite, professional and extremely personable and humorous! During the ceremony, Greg and his assistant were so unobtrusive, I wondered where they had gone! Our guests fell in love with him! Finally, the end product: Greg's photo expertise made Tabbetha look like a Ford Model! I felt like I made a friend in Greg. If I were to have any event, I would call on New Ground. They were worth every dollar and the experience was enhanced by Greg's presence.

My (now) husband and I wanted a photographer who would capture every moment of our wedding, but we didn't want to miss half the wedding because we had to take a whole bunch of posed/"not us" pictures. New Ground was a dream. So professional; so eager to please; so nice! They were everywhere, catching every moment, but we felt like we never even saw them. That's talent. All our photos are fabulous - artsy, creative, some traditional - all beautiful. The biggest problem my husband and I face now is trying to fit them all in 1 album - we love them all.
